Dear sir,
We are consumer. Our account no. Is [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. At the time of connection, we have wood poll temporary. But duration of time it is fall down. Now all the wires are on houses roof it's too dangerous many times we face so many problems.
The maximum distance from meter to poll is 45 meters as per government rule, but here the length is more than 180 meters.
Hence i am requesting you please take necessary action against it for installing poll

Dear sir, i want to complain about the street light of moh. Shaeednagar in front of meenaxi printing press house. That is not working since 1-2 months. Every time people come to correct it but after 2-3 days it stops working. Because of this, people living in this area faces problems. Children can’t able to play properly. People also face problem in searching someone’s home. Therefore i request you to take necessary step as soon as possible for the working of street light so that the problems face by people can easily be resolved…..

Sir actually light nhi mil raha h ar je sir ko v call krne pr call receive nhi ho paa raha h... Then unse milne k baad unkaa khnaa h ki jaiye light mil jaiyegi but light v 2 -4 hour k liye hi aa raha h... Power house pr milne ka koi profit nhi ho rha h... Wahi ar jghoo pr 16-18 hour light mil raha h... But mere village k kya huaa h isse koi mtlb nhi h...

I was applied in 132 kva electricity house, modi nagar road hapur (Up) (Office address: awash vikesh, meerut road (Hapur), 2kw new commercial electric connection on 31 jul 2019 by online with 100/- processing fee also paid by online.

I applied for jhatpat connection through online where it was claimed that get connection within 10 days from date of applying, now it has been more than 12 days when i applied for connection paying 100rs processing fee but unfortunately no one visited my site within this time frame.

After that i was visit electrical office at awash vikesh (Hapur), they are harassing like:

1. Some time the said you has already one connection. I said who has given connection on plot.
2. Some time they said bring pnb challan of 250/-.
3. Some time they said bring pt report.
4. Some time said computer not working,
5. Je said i can not do anything
6. Sdo and office staff also saying wait i am doing but as per instruction for new connection, following documents submitted:

1. Address proof
2. Voter i card
3. Xerox of plot registration.
4. Photos
5. Aadhar card
6. Affidavit
7. Ex-servicemen i card copy
8. 100/- processing fee (Paid by online)
9. Application form (Provide by bijli office)

Now till 21 aug 2019 i am not get meter connection.

Looking forward for a favorable reply.

We face daily the problem of broken wire in our area. We paid bill but can't found sufficient electricity. The problem of broken wire is too dengers because it like to became the cause of death for any one. Nearly all the person in our area facing this problem. Some times we get no electricity for couple of days. No one hear our problem so i choose this way to complain.

Sir, main Shiv kishore Shukla, Bijli katoti se pidit hoon gaon pareta balmatther powerhouse paraspur tehsil colonelganj paraspur Gonda pichle kuch Dino se hamare yahan Bijli ki kafi katauti ho rahi hai jiski vajah se yahan ke rehne wale log bahut pareshan have, kayi baar power house par shikayat ki lekin koi sunwai nahi ho rahi hai aap se anurodh hai kripya hamari samasya ka Samadhan Karen 24 ghante mein Kewal kuch ghante Bijli aayi hai wo bhi shiftwise kabhi one hour ke liye to kabhi two hours ke liye kabhi kabhi raat bhar nahi aati sab apni manmani chal rahi hai.

In april my bill was 209/- now current bill is 78027.07/- how can this possible.

There is huge amount of electricity theft occurred near my place, which is of 'ramakant singh, village-nassiruddinpur, post-kasimabad, district - ghazipur'
He is using tubewell from long time using unauthorised connection, he is doing with the help of local junior engineer.
He is getting connection from the pole near him with an unauthorised wire, and je took some money to let him.

I am bachlor living in 1bhk and i worked in night shift so full day there is not so much usage of the electricity still my bill is too high due to meter reading is so fast... And 5k bill is not satisfactory according to the usage kindly look into this matter of high billing amount.

Hello sir/ma'am,
No one is taking care of electricity connection issues in my area,
Wire were broken before a month and after 2 week we found someone called lineman and he charged everyone 100₹ and repair temporary now again it broken and there is no one to check these kind of issue.
Can please consider this and highlight this issue and help us as soon as possible.

Electricity bill dated 09-08-19 for acid [protected] upto reading 949 is rs 6505.31 incl arrear 0.00. Plz pay before due date 16-08-19 on... My electricity bill is too high due to meter consumption is so fast... And 6k bill is not satisfactory according to the tracking kindly look into this matter of billing given..

Kindly help and support me for changing the meter and resolve my query

Ii jo ki division me karya kr rhe hai ko sub station par karya krna chahiye tha, file ko aage bhejne ke liye rishwar mangte hai or rc katne ki dhamki dete hai jasveer singh t. G. Ii hai jisko field me karya krna chahiye office me paise kamane ke liye karya kar rhe hai, jo uppcl ki policy ke against hai

Mera ghar ka meter jo 5 kv ka hai usme meter ki reading bahut tez chal rahi hai. Us wajah se meter ki reading bahut aa rahi hai.. Mere ghar ki zarurat se jayada meter tez chal raha hai... Us wajah se bill bhe bahut aa raha hai. Aap se nivedan hai ki mere meter ki jaach ki jae aur mera meter badal diya jae.. Meri complain ko jald se jald solve kiya jae meri problem ko solve kiya jae

I am writing to inform you that upon receipt of our electric bill for the past month from (21/july/2019) to (11/aug/2019), we noticed that there was an almost 240% increase. We find this quite alarming because we have been consistent with our consumption and nothing has changed in the past few months for us to expect such a substantial rise in our bill. Could you please take a look into this and see if there was some mistake in the reading? Aap log to air conditioning room me gappe maar rhe ho, electricity aayi bhi to 2 minutes 4 minutss uske baad fir 4 ya 5 ghante ke lie electricity vilupt ho jati hai . Pta nhi kya chahta h UPPCL department . Bs government ki badi badi baatein hai, km se km itni to electricity de do koi infant so to sake .

From 09/08/2019 onwards there is no electricity in datauli, block - mankapur, distt - gonda, uttar pradesh. The electricity come only for 2 or 4 hours in a day. I just want that improve the electricity timing and provide it regularly. Because lack of electricity we face many problems such as the insulin (Medicine) problems, the atmosphere is so hot and humid, etc.

मेरा अकाउंट नम्बर[protected] है, यह मेरी माता के नाम फुल देइ देवी के नाम पर है। जिला - वाराणसी के ग्रामीण इलाके का कनेक्शन हैं जिसे जुलाई 2019 में कराया । जुलाई महीने में 459 rs बिल आया जिसका भुगतान[protected] को किया गया । अभी फिर se 879 रुपये बिल होने message आया । एक समस्या यह भी है कि यह[protected] a/c नंबर आपकी वेबसाइट पर कुछ भी नहीं बता रहा ।
कृपया इस समस्या का जल्द कोई हल निकल आता तो बड़ी कृपा होती।

This complaint is regarding shifting of an electric pole which is in centre of my colony road, emergency services like ambulance and fire services cannot reach to houses in my colony as colony access road has become narrow due to this pole

There is enough space to shift this pole in any side of the road.
