My complaints is their employees taking 1500 for new connection or they are told us. Bring electric miter by self power house to home, which is right or wrong. Or their behavior manner not good that's why up is backwards state.

I would like to draw your attention towards one of the issues that i am facing severely due to the bhatpar rani electricity board. I am highly dissapointed due to the negligence, unwillingness to co-operate, laziness and humiliating behavior of the people out there.

The problem is that, they have created two electricity bill accounts on the name of my father mr. Motilal with account numbers[protected]and[protected] by mistake. He is getting the bills from both the accounts every month hence is forced to pay the bills twice every time. He has been to the local office and filed complaints three times to close one of the accounts (Account number[protected], but all invain. 1st complaint was filed on 17/01/2019, 2nd one on 28/01/2019 and 3rd one at 12/02/2019. No one there is willing to listen to the problems and to give any satisfying resolution. They just have one comment to say "file a complaint, we will see". Even i tried calling them many times. Sometime they hang up the calls, and then it continuously doesn't connect for the day. Sometime they say that its a wrong number. This time at last when i called they said that they will process my application after march as they are busy doing many other works as of now. I am completely numb hearing these replies as i don't really believe they are behaving this way to my father who is a senior citizen, already suffering with many other challenges, and i did not really expect that local government offices are still inaccessible by the common people at this extent. After the last reply i got i am completely hopeless about any resolution that i can get. They might have many works, i understand, but this work too belong to them that too when the problem has arose due to their own negligence and the person at other end is suffering due to that.

Please can you suggest what should i do as i don't see any other option apart from mailing you. Looking at you i am hoping that i will get a befitting reply and a satisfactory resolution from you on regard of this.

We are facing major power cut in our area and we have made many complaint in electricity board but no one is ready to give solutions. This power cut can be done on regular basis.

The house of bhallu yadav which is in jhungia gida sector 9. They used electricity for commercial for business but they does not pay in commercial bill. This is illegal to used because they uses for electricity for business but they not pay in commercial unit payments. I am a a citizen of india so my responsebilty is to do well. And also the victim not used government electric meter.

I tired online bill payment i have paid my bill 12 may 2019 time 3:58 bill rupees 1498 ac/no-[protected]/ order no-[protected]; dc transaction no-[protected]; and after sometime same date" 4:02, same account number again bill paid this order no-[protected], dc transaction no-[protected]; so i request plz help us mobile-[protected]

On 13 may 2019, i received electricity bill of rs 5724/- however rs 239676/- has been added as debit to pay 246676/- without any reason.
I lodged complained to 1912 toll free number as well as written complaint to district magistrate gautam budh nagar and executive engineer and whatsapp to vk kataria a e.
Department informed on phone by toll free number, your complaint has been resolved, as well as message was received. But bill was not corrected.
It is my owned house, and i am linving since 1995, it is only 112 sq mtr plot with 10 hp sanctioned load. Actual utilisation is less as led and solar panel.
Now they are threatening to disconnect, treating my tenant as paying guest.

I would like to inform uh that at jal sansthan compound aishbagh lucknow.. One joint family is thefting electricity in huge amount they use air conditioner heaters and house light by taking the connection from billouch pura lucknow.. Name of the persons that are involved in this crime are (Javed khan, parvez khan, anees khan, jameel khan, arif khan)

I live in sahibabad village, ghaziabad pin code 201010. Electricity wire is touching aur balcony and many times my mother get shock from it when she is drying clothes in balcony. We have requested aur area lineman (Jaipal) many times to put some plastic pipes on wires and he promised to do so and tell that bring some plastic pipes and cut them from between and he will to that work but more than 2years have gone but he is not ready to come.

This complain is in regards to the low power supply and voltage fluctuations in our area village sahibabad, ghaziabad pin code 201010.
Electrical appliances like coolers and submersible does not work at all.
Fluctuations are so much that even the fan does not run at a constant speed.
We are facing this issue from a long time. Because of this problem meter is getting to much load. We are paying bills same like everyone else but facilities are not available to us... Please act on this complain as soon as possible.

My village name is sahilaamao it is one of the village from gram panchayat atsaliya from sandila block hardoi district.
This is to tell u that the village doesn't has electricity last 20 30 days as mom and some people were saying can you please check what is the matter and ask the authorities to fix it asap.
Please instruct the authorities to put khambas where required and don't ask money. Also please instruct the concerned
Authorities to electrify the leftover households also at the earliest.

Ref a/c no [protected] last bill paid during 3/19 for ₹1127 upto meter reading of 23064, since than not received any bill sofar due to wrong meter reading entered in records (as 23702 instead of 23207 as on 10.4.19)which is not corrected inspite of meter reading taken several times on 16/4, 24/4 & 7/5 which was 23428 as on 7/5/19, eventhan no corrected bill provided sofar. Request to kindly look into matter and provide corrected Bill immediately.

Dear sir... My home meter wire don't accept to load and burnt to any use like fan cooler. And i complaint to your department but your response is unsatisfied. I have two complaint lounched but every time without action complaint closed. I hope you're manipulate to the consumer.
Please don't do it. Work properly.

My Account ID.[protected] Name : M/S INDUS TOWERS PVT. LTD. Electricity bill monthly generate on NR base even my electricity meter is ok condition,
Bill generate in NR because any meter reader not reached on location to generate Eb bill and last of month bill self generate on NR base,
I discussed with J.E many time and tell him about to this condition but he didn't given a good response.
Please check my complaint and revert on urgent.

My locality is sec-h, jankipuram, lucknow (Pin: 226021), i want to share my recent experience with up electricity board. There is lot of problem of voltage in my area which is mentioned above which belongs to sec-i power house.
Folks are in trouble here we are not able to get the appropriate power supply, in the summer it is very difficult to live is this situation. This is my humble request to please check this problem and fix the issue as soon as possible.

Plenty of times we (Me and my neighbors of locality) complaint on power house for faulty transformer generating 80-100 watts since a month due to which we face many problems during these hot days no electric appliance seems to work good as required also there are stabilizers in homes but they also failed to generate that big difference.
I think someone should be there to listen us as we also pay the bills.
