Dear sir... My home meter wire don't accept to load and burnt to any use like fan cooler. And i complaint to your department but your response is unsatisfied. I have two complaint lounched but every time without action complaint closed. I hope you're manipulate to the consumer.
Please don't do it. Work properly.
3 to 4 time tolk to your employees they said different answer....

This complain is in regards to the low power supply and voltage fluctuations in our area.
We tried to report this issue many times but no suitable actions were taken.
Electrical appliances like ac and washing machine does not work at all.
Fluctuations are so much that even the fan does not run at a constant speed.
We are facing this issue from a long time.
We are paying bills same like everyone else but...

Bill generate in NR because any meter reader not reached on location to generate Eb bill and last of month bill self generate on NR base,

Plenty of times we (Me and my neighbors of locality) complaint on power house for faulty transformer generating 80-100 watts since a month due to which we face many problems during these hot days no electric appliance seems to work good as required also there are stabilizers in homes but they also failed to generate that big difference.
I think someone should be there to listen us as we also pay the bills....

I am complaining about my electricity bill on account no[protected] which is extending month by month while i have already paid previous bill amt 6136 through paytm which amount was told by officer in jaisinghpur office after visiting office more than five times.

Sir, actually my house no b302 lajpat nagar sahibabad ghaziabad up 201005 has a electricity bill box hanging upside down. I had complain the staff early morning about the issue to fix it but they are not here to get it fixed and are asking for money to pay for. I made online payment of Rs 8457 against my outstanding electricity bill of the same amount. My online UPI transaction no. is[protected]. I made this payment through the website www.uppclonline.com. I used UPI mode of payment. My uppcl account no. is [protected].
