I have applied for new connection and s. D. O of that area approved that connection but after few days he disconnected the power supply saying he is doing so because of xcn. Now i don't have power supply. I have complained about it but no solution till date. Kindly provide new connection so i can shift to my place.
I already have complained several times but i am left with no solution.

Respected sir, i hereby requied your indulgence in the matter, that we all are resident of house no.161, village maya bhikhi, near maya block has facing non supply of electricity last 4-5 days continously which is very serious problem in summer wheather, despite online complaint vide complaint no. Mv[protected] & mv[protected] to the concerned powerhouse, but no fruit full
Result, in fact they have fasely sent msg in which false information sent to me that my complaint has been resolved as electricty supply has been started/ resumed in my locality, however no electricity has been resorted to our home, last 4-5 days continously therefore i and my age old father and family has been facing serious trouble of non access of electricity in my house. I here by requested to you pls look into the matter and resorted the supply of electricity as earlist.

Why the metre box are inside the residence??

The metre box should be out side the residence because some peoples are cutting the input wires above the metre and connecting other wire to use the house load... Some of people metre box are also not working in may colony nd the person is comming to print there bill they are paying then by side to not to print there bill because there metre are not working.
And the road of metre and there house load is too high then the metre boxx...
Kindly see to it and plzz make the metre box outside the residence...

SUBJECT: WRONG METER NUMBER IN RECORDS & WRONG BILL PERIOD FOR JUNE 2019 (BILL FROM 26.3.2016)
Sir, Kindly note, the meter is installed on 30.6.2019
Meter no is 5003429 but electricity bill is showing 5003420 which is wrong.
So you are requested pl. do mention correct meter no. & bill period in records for avoid any confution in future.

The above stated matter is of kaleypur padleyganj gorakhpur (Dr. Banka lane). Here power theft is being done by direct hooking from line. Complaint has been done to chief engineer electricity department gorakhpur on 2 august 2019 at 2:34 pm on his whatsapp number but no actions are being taken against this inspite of having knowledge of the matter to electricity department and they are allowing it to be done by taking bribe.

This is regarding incorrect electricity bill for account id: [protected]

Official meter replacement was done on 16-05-19.
For the same month, i have received the electricity bill for 46k inr.
Consumption for the period of 05/05/19 - 01/06/19 is shown as 6512 units in the bill. However, the house was vacant during that period.

Please refer to the attached screenshots of the consumption history.
Consumptions before the month of may are within 50 units/month with overall 1260 units till 05-05-19.

However, after the installation of the new meter, consumption has escalated to an overall of 7772 units in a month as per the bill received.

Therefore, i am requesting proper action and response from the relevant authority to correct the bill.

I want to inform you that here is a bracket (Clamp) fitted in the wall of my house. My house is 80 years old and now its not in the good condition in which we people can live peacefully so i have to renovate it. So i want to the electric board to shift the bracket (Clamp). Otherwise if any lose of life and stuff will happen, the corporation shall be responsible for it.

Isn’t it uppcl’s responsibility to provide electricity to my home? Then if by any chance the supply wire shorts and electricity doesn’t get supplied to the meter then isn’t it you guys responsibility to fix it? Why do i have to bear charges for that? Why did i pay your lineman rs.300 just now for reattaching the wires? Or is it the norm or a custom that no matter whose fault it is the consumer always will have to bear the brunt?

My account no is[protected]. I have cleared my total bill amount (₹ 9607/-) till january 2019 in surcharge samadhan yojna. I have paid ₹ 2882/- (2000+882) as registration charge amount on dated 29/01/2019 and rest amount (70%) ₹ 6725/- paid on dated 30/01/2019.
But arrear 10426/- is still showing in uppcl billing. So i request you to resolve this issue asap.

Sir in our district mirzapur electricity is very big problem before one month they r given very low voltage electricity fan not working and in village too much mosquito children's r not sleeping well they are studying in school please solve this problem and the government allow 18 hours electricity but they providing only 10 hours electricity pls do something

I dont know by complaining here prob. Can be solved or same as i did many a times which is unsolved till now.
Failure of power supply, voltage issue, and phase issue and power cut from the power house all problem are being faced. Way of talking of je, sdo, and line man are like that we are dogs. If they piks the phone and we compains dirct ans is u can go to higer person and complain them. Bcoz they know. Nothing is going to happen. Our area is an textile hub and govt have passed 22hr of power supply. But not even 15hr of power supply is given. Even today. 5 hr of supply was failed. And in night power is comming for 15 and shut down for next 30min. Power house number is going switch off. Many a times employess are fully drunk they dont even know what are they talking. Bcoz they know nothing is going to happen. And in morning i called je of our area 10times. He didnot picked the phone. This blunder is gng from last 6month and complained many of the time. I just get a complain no. That it. Usske aage kuch nhi hoota..

Electricity power cut is for more than 3 days in post - mainpur, kasia distt - kushinagar..in this hot humid wether, kindly look into the matter. Else what should a citizen do? Tweet to yogi ji to provide electricity?? Complain to the je and line man is filed but they are not responsive. Every other day complaint is done. Hardly for an hour in a day, electricity comes to the village dinapatti. How will the people going to survive this hot 42 degree celsius temperature? Either look into the matter or suggest us some survival technique

This complaint is regarding the bill sent to mr. Sant prakash srivastava - consumer no : [protected] for amount rs.21890 on 11/07/2019.

We have been paying the default bill for amount rs.2000 every month from feburary to till date as the person who comes to take the reading said that he cant take meter reading because of sunlight falling on meter and will come in evening and take the same. However that doesn’t happen and than...

Sir light ki vivastha to bilkul thapp hai, kabhi bhi katoti kr lete hai aur kabhi bhi phone pe acche se baat kr k batate nai hai ki light ki ye dikkat hai city ki light ek minute k lie chali jae to afat ho jati lekin kisi gaon se kya farak padta hai kisi ko hm log to jaanvar hi hai.. Insaan to seher mein hi rehte hai bas.. Sir yaha halki hava chalti to light kharab ho jati. Jamane pure to wire hai kharab to ho hi jaenge..

Sir i live in village sonaudha tara near jokhwa bazar. We face some problems with electric. Sir there is no light from the days. Sir my whole work would not be done. Sir we can't sleep without light. Sir there is so much water due to rain so we cannot able to see which animal or insects ne'er to us. Please help. The following days there is more ten people injured by some insects. Sir please please please please please provide light to us.
