I am complaining about my electricity bill on account no[protected] which is extending month by month while i have already paid previous bill amt 6136 through paytm which amount was told by officer in jaisinghpur office after visiting office more than five times.
They are not responding in professional way they are saying my clerk is on leave who will resolve this

Now my bill is showing 17995 what should i do now pls help me regards to this.

    Sir, actually my house no b302 lajpat nagar sahibabad ghaziabad up 201005 has a electricity bill box hanging upside down. I had complain the staff early morning about the issue to fix it but they are not here to get it fixed and are asking for money to pay for. I have also submitted the application form with required attachments. Also the je at this department is not hearing our problem. Kindly assure me about the report as soon as possible or i should file an rti for it.

    Sir, there is a seal in the electricity bill box and we are not authorised to break it and only the staff o[censored]PPCL has that authority. So we can’t even contact any private electrician to solve our problem. Also the nearby branch o[censored]PPCL is not making our request done and are ignoring it.Please update our complain as fast as possible. Hope you will contact me as soon as possible .
    This is maintained by UPCL a fake site. Kindly don't share yours as well as your bank and ATM information here are sitting many frdulent persons
    My meter changed few months ago and I have doubt that my meter is running too fast besides other. So please check my meter and change if possible. I don't waste any type of electricity but my electricity bill is very high.

      I made online payment of Rs 8457 against my outstanding electricity bill of the same amount. My online UPI transaction no. is[protected]. I made this payment through the website www.uppclonline.com. I used UPI mode of payment. My uppcl account no. is [protected]. My payment has been successful as shown in the screenshot and yet still no receipt has been generated and the above-mentioned amount is still showing due in the account.

          I am paying bill online for the last 8-9 months and i have receipt for the same. I have proof of every bill payment in the form of receipt. There was no issue at all but i recently received a call from the tehesil that i have due of rs. 88, 000. He was threatning me that if the given amount is not paid then my electricity connection will be cancelled.

            Lineman pawan ([protected]) generated wrong bill of 6400/- and demanded money and took that wrong bill with himself and later on he admitted his mistake by saying that he took kvah reading by mistake instead of kw/h. After one hour, my correct bill of 1700/- got generated by ankit (Meter reader) and i am having that correct bill of 1700/- with me now. But this mischievous person: lineman (Pawan) uploaded this wrong bill of 6400/- though i am having a correct bill of 1700/- with me. But now system is showing wrong bill of 6400/-. This wrong bill must be replaced by uploading correct bill in system at the earliest. This is a clear case of corruption by this lineman pawan ([protected]). Strict action must be taken against him.

                In rapti nagar phase 4 gorakhpur in l. I. G. Houses many person whose meter is in house cut it before main wire from pole reaches the meter and done wiring under the wall. And uses many electricity appliances like ac, chimneys since they don't have to pay for its electricity bills and in this some uppcl employees are involved since when the checking waas done either they are checking aur they inform the person to move for some hour and lock the door. Since they regularly pay the bill so no one suspect of theft from them. So kindly put all the electricity meter on the outer wall of house as you done in some houses so the electricity theft will stop and wastage of electricity will also stop since they have to pay for it the electricity they use.

                    This is regarding refund of electricity bill double payment due to server down two persons namely rahul tripathi and depak kumar contacted me yesterday and she rahul tripathi has taken my details of debit card and cvv for fetching details of amount deducted against debit card and he assured that refund will be credited against debit card if not credited and any amount deducted again then contact me. Till time no amount received as refund again double payment o[censored]ppcl electricity bill as rs 3061 and that fellow sh rahul tripathi is not taking my call as he told he talking from ifbi.

                    In view of above in thik this site and email is fake and making fraudulent activities. If today by 1200 hours my amount not credited against my debit card i will lodged a fir against both the person's named shri rahul tripathi and deepak kumar and against in cyber crime police station for both numbers.

                        This is to inform you that in my society many houses are involved in electricity theft feom long time due to which always voltage fluctuation takes places in the society and gives trouble to the people who are regularly paying the bills.
                        Kindly note most the house in my society are using electricity without any electric connection and doing all the household work like cooking, charging of e-vehicle etc.
                        I request you to please visit the place daytime and check the houses which don't have any household electric connection but still have all the electric appliances fitted in the house.
                        Kindly raid the houses in the society as they are giving huge loss to the government and also peoples are facing difficulty due to voltage fluctuations.

                          I tried paying first by paytm but it said i dont have any dues, so i waited for a day thinking it will get resolved on its own but it stil said no dues the next day then i opened up the official site and it still shows the bill for last month and therefore shows 0 due amount the disconnection date is near so what should i do? How do i pay my bill because it isn't showing any due anywhere should i pay in the excess amount column Uppcl?

                          I had to visit the place and ask them to update the bill and they said they had problems in certain areas and after that updated the amount on the site it took around 15 mins but it was an easy process.

                              Dear sir /mam,
                              I m enjoying services o[censored]r electric department since july 2017 & my all bills cleared & paid timely. Since last month there was some unsatisfied services observed:-
                              1. My bill was raised on 11/3/19 for rs 40821/- with reading of cons units 6018 however actual was 1827 mentioned on electric bill in his writing through bill operator, same details I discussed with him telephonic on same day & sended details on whats app also, than he promise to correct it in few days.

                              2. Subsequent, I requested him many time but he was responding me ur work is in process & sended ur details to higher authorities to re-correct.

                              3. As a gentleman, I requested him again fifth times on 06/04/19 that i want to pay my bill but not corrected, he again inform me to correct in next week.

                              4. Today, when i was at my office in New Delhi, my wife called me & said electric supply not in running since many times than she confirm at neighborhood, there was electric supply going on in other houses, finally she checked at meter box & found there a receipt of ( vichhedna soochna ) receipt no 6437 & my connection was disconnected.

                              4. Finally, i called at 1912 for my complaint, no is PV[protected] & they listen positively my problem, also recheck my reading that was wrong in last bill generated.

                              5. I discussed the issue with AE of Substation - 33/11KV S/s Sec-100, he also help me for my re- connection that was disconnected.

                              6. I kindly request u to correct my bill & take action against Mr. Rizwan mob no [protected] (who is bill operator ) & regularly i was requesting him to correct my bill but he was ignoring since many days & not picking call today.
                              As well as I m feeling very shameless myself on disconnection of my electricity & my family face the problem many hours, there was an insulting moment also in the society.
                              Who will be responsible for that ?

                                My account no is:[protected], and my address is 16/64, mohalla katra bisauli (Budaun). Your department of bisauli is completely corrupt and harassing customers if they not give them money as bribe. They give us wrong bills and if we tried to correct bill, they denied to do so. You can check, my recent bill no.:1914 / 1, actually according to my meter reading the bill is of only rs. 900 but they showing their rs.: 5423/-. We are going in the office and tried to correct the bill every time but every bill will be prepared wrong and fake. They are operating a racket here by taking bribe by each house so you can check bills of other persons which are very low. I am even not in house for months and my meter also showing correct meter reading, your people generate wrong bills for harassing us and for bribe. Please do the need full. Thanks!

                                    I would like to complain about my electricity bill as per the latest bill i need to pay 45527 which is totally wrong, so i meet with sdo posted at mama bhanja talab, rewa road, naini allahabad. He tried to rectify bill but it was not rectified properly even he updated the wrong bill period. The last bill i have payed is on mar 2018. According to this my bill amount suppose to be near about 10, 000-12, 000.
                                    But due to fault in meter somebody from the department changed the meter with fake documentation and also charged me for that and updated the wrong reading into the system due to which i received a huge amount of bill.
                                    Requesting you kindly look into this matter and i hope for justice.

                                        Through the column of your esteemed paper, i would like to draw the attention of frequent breakdown of electricity in our locality. As a result people have to face a lot of inconvenience as the whole area is thrown into darkness and power supply is not restored hours. The students preparing for the examination are the worst suffers as they cannot concentrate on studies, and the weak and old people too suffer a lot. It also gives impetus to anti-social elements who become more active when it is completely dark.
