Over more than 2 years the bill for account [protected] was not getting paid. After my complaint to MVVNL they told me that they will stop the electricity immediately on November 2018 however they haven't done it yet. They are taking bribe from the local shop owners and providing them electricity by taking money into their own pocket and the loss is going to bear by MVVNL. This is a big scam going on and it should be stop with immediate effect. We have requested several times to completely rip off the meter and stop providing electricity till the payment has been made by the consumer. MVVNL Complaint number # MV[protected]

I am the resident of the village dubaval, rupaideeha, gonda recently around 4 days back our village electricity transformer have catched fire and our transformer have blasted due to heavy volatage, and now our village has no electricity. So i kindly request you take some action on this matter and replace the transformer as soon possible.

Sir my name is vikas sharma i want to justify that today 16/02/2019 to submit my bill through google pay uppcl service my a/c no. [protected] (Uppcl consumer id) but amount has been deducted from my account but the processing of submitting bill is going on and no confirmation msg i got i want know what the issue with your poor service customers satisfaction will be zero because of poor network server problem. I want get my money which should be credited in my account

Dear sir,

My village karanpur arwal poorab of block harpalpur, district hardoi up had not been electrified till date. Despite hundreds of complainants online, offline and through jansunwai, no action has been taken so far. Village is still in dark.

Please instruct the concerned authorities to electrify the leftover households at the earliest.

I paid my electricity bill from my uppcl electricity account [protected] online on 15/02/2019 and the balance is deducted from my bank bank of baroda account and the transaction i'd 70004141 and after paying the bill the page was not displayed shows and the recipt is not generated. So i request you kindly solve my problem and generate my electricity bill recipt.

Ajay s/o rajbal and vijay s/o rajbal using 15 kwh load in aata chakki and mustered oil making machine but they do not have legal connection for that also not paying bills or any money to uppcl.
Please take appropriate action against them.

On dt 13/02/19 at 7 pm i made a payment to uppcl (A/c no [protected]) of amount 2242 through vijaya bank debit card online payment go through techprocess, amount was deducted from my bank but payment was pending, bank transaction no is[protected]. Kindly look matter seriously.in how many days i will get my refund.

Uppclonline electricity bill payment. Money deducted from my bank but print not generated and my electricity bill amount also shows same balance which in was make payment and my account is debited in same money so what can i do now for receiving of duplicate of paid bill receipt and i[censored]nsuccessfully transaction then for refunding of my payment money rs. 839.00

I inform to you that anyone not comes to home for taking electricity meter reading for 6 month. I complaint two time but not take any action against it. When i complaint first time then a call came on registered mobile number and asking some details about electricity meter and generate electricity bill but did not came anyone from power house. Complaint no. Is -[protected] and [protected] as on dated 22/01/2019 and 03/02/2019. So please solve it, and take action.

Connection cut without notice. Indian bank. We meet axn officer but his behaviors very dirty. He said your bill is your notice but bill not showing any date. Our bill showing only prevread date 24/12/2018. No any date mention. Axn officer way of talking is very poor. Any officer talk like this. Axn officer not give any suggestions his behaviors is very bad

आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है, कि मीटर संख्या 4759945, खाता संख्या[protected], रामनाथ शर्मा, ग्राम कतौरा, पोस्ट दुदही, कुशीनगर के नाम से लगा हुआ है । 04/02/2019 को मीटर पर कुल रीडिंग 302दिखा रहा था ।[protected]=19 यूनिट पर बिल बनाना चाहिए लेकिन 108 यूनिट पर बिल बना । ऐसे पीछले साल से हो रहा है। इसको सुधार करके पुनः बिल बनाने की कृपा करें।

Mera bill 87250 ka aaya tha fir hamne complen kiya to bill ki riding dobara li gai aur bil 49756 ka kar diya gya. Aur jo bill pending tha use six month me consumed kiya gya btaya gya. Jisaki wajah se mujhe fix dimand charge bhi faltu me pda aur jo bill bagair riding ke bheja gya tha vo bhi jod diya gya. 3year ka 5329 unit ka bill lagbhag 25000 ka hona chahiye ye bagair riding ka jo bill aaya tha vo bhi include kyu hai.

Sir, i am habib khan, i made payment by internet using debit card of rupees 895 on pos uppcl28291 at tps*uppcl transaction no 797445.
My electric bill account number is[protected], district-amethi, uttar pradesh rural area.
Date of transaction 23/01/2019 time 03:33:39pm
895 rs. Has been deducted from my account but the bill amount is showing yet in electric bill account no[protected].

Bill rs 1831.00 paid in account no.[protected] on today through my debit card and said bank a/c duly debited but your bill still showing unpaid. Please do the needful in this regard and also make corrective actions in your system as this type of problembs frequently arrising and demotivating customers for online payments. This utility services of online bill payment must be easy and without any such type of payment failure problembs.
