My village karanpur arwal poorab of block harpalpur, district hardoi up had not been electrified till date. Despite hundreds of complainants online, offline and through jansunwai, no action has been taken so far. Village is still in dark.

Please instruct the concerned authorities to electrify the leftover households at the earliest.

Hello...sir i want to inform you that my electric bill will display after due date gone due to this i paid late charge ...bill so i requested you that please display my bill before due date ...other wise i will complain in upper division...so..that's why...solve this problem immediately..and take action against failure...

    I paid my electricity bill from my uppcl electricity account [protected] online on 15/02/2019 and the balance is deducted from my bank bank of baroda account and the transaction i'd 70004141 and after paying the bill the page was not displayed shows and the recipt is not generated. So i request you kindly solve my problem and generate my electricity bill recipt.

        failed payment refund

        On dt 13/02/19 at 7 pm i made a payment to uppcl (A/c no [protected]) of amount 2242 through vijaya bank debit card online payment go through techprocess, amount was deducted from my bank but payment was pending, bank transaction no is[protected]. Kindly look matter seriously.in how many days i will get my refund.

        Today(09.02.19 16:52pm), i call on customer care (Mr Rahul). i am so surprise his talking behaviour was very rude & he disconnect the phone call without my solution. I think customer care prime work is customer satisfaction while Mr Rahul is not taking granted for it & no provide any resolution.

              Dear sir
              I inform to you that anyone not comes to home for taking electricity meter reading for 6 month. I complaint two time but not take any action against it. When i complaint first time then a call came on registered mobile number and asking some details about electricity meter and generate electricity bill but did not came anyone from power house. Complaint no. Is -[protected] and [protected] as on dated 22/01/2019 and 03/02/2019. So please solve it, and take action.

                Connection cut without notice. Indian bank. We meet axn officer but his behaviors very dirty. He said your bill is your notice but bill not showing any date. Our bill showing only prevread date 24/12/2018. No any date mention. Axn officer way of talking is very poor. Any officer talk like this. Axn officer not give any suggestions his behaviors is very bad

                  आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है, कि मीटर संख्या 4759945, खाता संख्या[protected], रामनाथ शर्मा, ग्राम कतौरा, पोस्ट दुदही, कुशीनगर के नाम से लगा हुआ है । 04/02/2019 को मीटर पर कुल रीडिंग 302दिखा रहा था ।[protected]=19 यूनिट पर बिल बनाना चाहिए लेकिन 108 यूनिट पर बिल बना । ऐसे पीछले साल से हो रहा है। इसको सुधार करके पुनः बिल बनाने की कृपा करें।

                  I have received a bill of very huge amount from my village.but I had never applied for any electricity connection in village.the connection is 18 years old, and I have no residence in village since last 23 years.
                  It's a very huge amount and being a middle class I a huge burden to me .
                  Please look into the matter.

                    Sir mera nam dinesh kumar hai mera account number[protected] hai. Sir mere ghar ki riding pichhale 3 years se sahi se nhi li ja rahi thi. Mera bill 87250 ka aaya tha fir hamne complen kiya to bill ki riding dobara li gai aur bil 49756 ka kar diya gya. Aur jo bill pending tha use six month me consumed kiya gya btaya gya. Jisaki wajah se mujhe fix dimand charge bhi faltu me pda aur jo bill bagair riding ke bheja gya tha vo bhi jod diya gya. 3year ka 5329 unit ka bill lagbhag 25000 ka hona chahiye ye bagair riding ka jo bill aaya tha vo bhi include kyu hai.

                          Bill rs 1831.00 paid in account no.[protected] on today through my debit card and said bank a/c duly debited but your bill still showing unpaid. Please do the needful in this regard and also make corrective actions in your system as this type of problembs frequently arrising and demotivating customers for online payments. This utility services of online bill payment must be easy and without any such type of payment failure problembs....

                            Electricity connection of this account number was closed Mr. Ujagar lal 5 years ago.he was expired 3 years ago. currently, there is no electricity connection on this address for last five years. electricity department sent bill of 40000/- which is a false bill.
                            please look into the matter and dispose of this electricity bill, this is very difficult to pay 40000/- for a widow farmer.

                            Khambha jhukne k karan logo ka khatra h..raste m khambha jhuka hua khada h. Agar Kabhi line chalte samay toot gya to logo k liye koi bhi dikkat ho Sakti h..or logo ki jaan Jane ka bhi khatra h..so Mera vinamra nivedan h is khambhe ko jald se jald change karbane ka order kare...

                                This change is not happened because of local political interference
                                This issue is on happened in market road
                                Because in our neighbours area converted into modern coated wire
