Electricity connection of this account number was closed Mr. Ujagar lal 5 years ago.he was expired 3 years ago. currently, there is no electricity connection on this address for last five years. electricity department sent bill of 40000/- which is a false bill.
please look into the matter and dispose of this electricity bill, this is very difficult to pay 40000/- for a widow farmer.

for last five year i did not receive any electricity bill suddenly i received this notice from electricity department which i have attached below.
Khambha jhukne k karan logo ka khatra h..raste m khambha jhuka hua khada h. Agar Kabhi line chalte samay toot gya to logo k liye koi bhi dikkat ho Sakti h..or logo ki jaan Jane ka bhi khatra h..so Mera vinamra nivedan h is khambhe ko jald se jald change karbane ka order kare...

      In muhammadabad gohna district mau. There is, old 3phase and 2 earth wire on pole i requet you to change rihs wire in morden coated wire
      This change is not happened because of local political interference
      This issue is on happened in market road
      Because in our neighbours area converted into modern coated wire
      So kindly irequest you to take action on this issue
      And many of consumers theft electricity in illegal way...

        I made of payment of 500 by using UPI.
        Money is deducted from my account but i havent recieved any confirmation.
        Upon contacting customer care i was assured that the payment is successfull the updation is not reciever from the UPPCL. they have also provided me with an reference id for the successfull payment which is:-

          I tried an online electricity bill payment on 22 january 2019 of rupees1205 by credit cardand amount is deducted from my account but uppcl website is not responding and did not updated my electricity account.
          Please refund my amount so i can complete my payment.

          I have done online electricity bill payment on 9 Jan 2019 at Rs 2059. Amount was deducted from my account but payment was not made. No mail or msg till now, I couldn't received regarding what's going on with my payment amount .

            I am a resident of sec-93 noida express view apartment. I have recieved my electricity bill which shows bill of rs.11276 fro three months. When i call to customer care then i was told that my connection is 5 kv and i am consuming only 2 kv. I have not submitted any request to uppcl to extend my usage from 3kv to 5kv.

            I tried online payment through uppclonline.com on 20/1/19 at first attempt it said "Unable to Process Payment" some kind of system error. Then I tried 2nd time and payment was completed successfully completed but my money from bank is deducted 2 times.

                Hi,

                This is to update you that i'm staying in noida and having an electric connection with account number [protected] and on 26th december'2018 i've made an online payment of rs. 11581 from my icici bank account. However today is 21st january'2019 and the amount has not been credited to my account. On friday 18th january'2019 the electric lineman came to my building and disconnected the connection saying the electricity bill has not been paid.

                I personally went to the electricity office however there was no one who wanted to help me out of this situation. Request you to kindly look into this matter so that i can get justice.

                    The amount was deducted but the bill was unpaid .

                      I did payment for my house bill today using amazon pay and paytm.. This way amount got deducted twice of 443 rupees.

                      Can one of the above amounts refunded.

                      The payment was performed through 2 different modes at the same time by mistake and i am not getting the option to cancel any of the payments.
                      It took some time to show payment completion due to slow internet connectivity due to which i tried via different mode of payment as well.

                          I have applied for a new electricity connection in the month of oct, 2019. All payments were made to mr. M. K. Saxena (J. E. Division eudd-iv, bareilly) and the new electricity connection and meter has been installed in the first week of nov, just before diwali.

                          Till date, i haven't received any connection document nor the electricity bill. We met mr. M. K. Saxena several times to get our connection papers but he is always giving lame excuses and not cooperating at all. According to him, the documents are ready and are kept at mr. Vicky's house (His subordinate) since november.

                          Please help us to get the connection documents and payment receipts.

                            I have done bill payment of electricity a/c no. [protected] amount 1026 dated 12th Jan, 2019. But due to server issue payment receipt not generated. I have paid amount from my RBL credit card. It shows that my amount is deducted but no message or email has been sent to me about my bill payment. Bill payment
                            I paid the bill online cust id: [protected] on 9january2019 for rs.1132 by icici credit card. amount has been debited to my a/c but no receipt is generated & amount is still showing unpaid.
                            I paid my electricity bill from the uttar pradesh power corporation website by UPI transaction my money debited from my account but I haven't have recipt and also i checked my bill also it still same my bill is not credit
