My studio flat c-903 in neelpadm 1 was closed from may 2018 till sept 2018, and i got the nominal bill of rs 434/- in june, in july i didn't get the bill and i paid a sum of rs 400/- on anticipation.in aug, i found my meter was not working properly, i lodged a complaint and it was replaced on 08.09.2018. Meanwhile i paid rs 173/-.in between 11.09.18 to 15.10.18, the bills in my account are of rs. 557, 6317, 36812, 6822.in the meantime, somebody from electricity board called me many times and threatened to cut the connection if i don't pay my dues immediately. People advised me to pay the bill to avoid being a defaulter. Today i paid the sum of rs 6822/- online. But kindly look into the matter and get my bill corrected. It's a small one room flat without ac, geyser or any other big appliances, hence the consumption is not much.
Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation [UPPCL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
