मेरा ac no.[protected] और sc no. - kd[protected] है, इसके मीटर में रीडींग दिखाई नहीं दे रही है, मीटर रीडर द्वारा गलत बिल बनाया जा रहा है, इसकी शिकायत 5-9-18 को बिजली विभाग से की थी, जिसे 19-9-18 को अधिशासी अभियन्ता द्वारा स्वीकृत होने का बाद भी अभी तक मीटर बदला नही गया है। जब के बिल निरन्तर गलत बनाये जा रहें हैं, इस कारण बिल का भुगतान सही प्रकार से नहीं हो पा रहा है।

शिकायत की कापी संलग्न है।

    I am writing this to lodge a complain which is regarding the power wire which is very low and is a danger to everyone as the pole on the other side is tilting and the wire is getting down and down. I reside near vivek nagar pratapgarh behind the DD Plex Pratapgarh - 230001 and request the concerned to kindly take care of this issue as it is life endangering issue and can harm anyone anytime. Also I would like to mention that there is no use of this wire to cross along our houses as there connection used from this wire and is totally irrelevant to be here. I assume this complaint will be taken on priority and the proper resolution will be provided on immediate basis.

      Dear sir

      With reference to subject matter, my complaint is regarding the bill for sep and oct month. Instead of not receiving september bill, i was forced to pay charges i e 2537/- reading - 138. No body came to check reading and without any records. They created bill.

      In october bill, it was charged 5766/- with reading of 575/-
      Reading is too high for oct month which cant be possible even not using ac..

      In last six month, when ac was using, average reading is between 200-220 then how it crosses 575/- in oct month when ac is stopped..

      For september month, they hv even charged high according to reading..

      I request you to look into this matter and resolve.

        Bill not received after March 2018. Online bill generate during May 2018 & paid. During JUL 2018 same name bill given to my house by bill distributors bill paid Rs 2030 by us but bill was another person . Now application has been sumitted to upkhand adhikari janaknagar saharanpur on 29 Oct 2018. Please orders to appropriate authority for solved the problem .         We had paid Rs.1800, for new connection in November 2017 to line in absence of J.E. Till date line man santosh has not install new metor nor has return paid amount.

          You can check from Feb 2018 to August 2018 Previous reading is Showing 2050 and You billed the bill for 250 unit per month.
          I made the payment till april 2018 after that i saw the fault then i stooped payment.
          At august month bill generated for the lettest unit 6000 that count last reading 2050 as well.

          So what i made payment till april 250 unit per month like 250*6=1500 unit Extra bill you guys and I made the payment from Feb 2018 to april 2018 that is also extra.
          Please correct my bill and Update it so that i can make a payment without any issue.
          Please take a look below mentioned screenshot for more understanding.
          And again this month Oct 2018 i got 491 unit bill, Bill base is NR.
          Current Metter reading and Last metter reading is same why i am going to pay wrong bill?
          If i will generate bill according to the reading then this amount will be added .

              I say that theft of electricity is going on faizabad district pwd colony civil lines.
              Sometimes je comes and cut the light but after one day consumer start the light connection by private lineman
              And the bill of electricity is more than 250000 rs
              So request you that please check it

              This is not done by only one costmer, it is doing many of the costmers who bill is pending is connection date after long time

Every time people come to correct it but after 2-3 days it stops working. Because of this, people living in sec 16 indira nagar lko. Faces problems. Children can’t able to play properly. People also face problem in searching someone’s home.                     This above mentioned complaint is yet not being solved please go thru it on urgent basis as it is already being going to be one month
                    My CA no is [protected] i was paid oct 2018 bill rs 19388 on 15 oct 2018 at 3:35pm through paytm bug at that time 18 oct 1:30 pm the bill amount will be same means the payment is not updated so please see this problem
                    This is for to inform you that i had paid my bill of Rs 2427 against my account id[protected] which is in the name of Harnaam Kaur on 18/10/2018. I am recieving a call from UPPCL on daily basis mentioning pay your bill. Kindly look into this matter and do the needfull ASAP.

                      My studio flat c-903 in neelpadm 1 was closed from may 2018 till sept 2018, and i got the nominal bill of rs 434/- in june, in july i didn't get the bill and i paid a sum of rs 400/- on anticipation.in aug, i found my meter was not working properly, i lodged a complaint and it was replaced on 08.09.2018. Meanwhile i paid rs 173/-.in between 11.09.18 to 15.10.18, the bills in my account are of rs. 557, 6317, 36812, 6822.in the meantime, somebody from electricity board called me many times and threatened to cut the connection if i don't pay my dues immediately. People advised me to pay the bill to avoid being a defaulter. Today i paid the sum of rs 6822/- online. But kindly look into the matter and get my bill corrected. It's a small one room flat without ac, geyser or any other big appliances, hence the consumption is not much.

                      I have paid my Electricity Bill No.[protected] Dt[protected] for CA No. [protected] Rs. 1729 online by SBI VISA Debit Card on[protected] at 09:09:08 am. I got confirmation of receipt from UPPCL by E-mail indicating Reference Number[protected].
                      But it is still showing Outstanding amount Rs. 1729.

                                Please note that last month my electricity bill was for rs.439.36 which was paid by me on 28th sept.2018.

                                Today, i have seen on the uppcl site that my electricity bill for the month of
                                Sept.2018 is for rs.4718/-.
                                Payable amount is rs.4673/-.
                                Due date of payment is 15th oct.2018,
                                Which seems wrong.

                                You will observe from your records that our consumptions for the month of june, july and august.2018 were as under :

                                1. June, rs.616.00,
                                2. July, rs.1702.00,
                                3. August, rs.439.00

                                The above bill is either due to some mis-reading taken by the meter reader or calculation at his end. Kindly look into the matter and advise the concerned official to rectify the same. A copy of the bill is attached for your reference and necessary action.

                                  My name is Manisha Gupta I took a new connection from uppcl in August'2018 my complain is that Meterr Reading moving very fast. Every month Bill coming approax[protected] but according to me and my neighbour bill is very high there are 4 members in family and all are working we does not use any light from 10-7Pm so please let me know how can we use[protected] electricity in night while we are not using air conditioner also in these days please check again your meter as soon as possible.
