I am a resident of pocket 12 sector 82 noida. There is a big problem in my society, people are using illegal connection and directly using electricity from the electricity panel. We have a park in front of my house which has a transformer. Few years back there was a fire in that board, resident of this block collected money and connected wire outside from the panel. Nobody is taking the step to go to the electricity department and fix this problem as they all are electricity thives. From last few days there has been sparks and fire in that wire, small kids were playing over there, there are plants also. I went to the electricity office sector 29 and met mr. Prakash, he said that you have to talk to the sdo mr singh, i called him but no action were taken. Then i called another sdo for the same thing who is the in charge of our sector but after making several request he did' nt take any action. I send him a video of that also. I think nobody cares about it. For god sake please help me to fix this as i do'nt want anything dangerous to happen. They are using electricity direct from electric pole by paying just rs. 100-200/- to lineman of area. Npcl are rising rates for honest payer without chasing them out and penalise them.

I request to npcl officials to raid these power thieves and charge panelity direct from house owner for these theft.
By this mean theft will be reduced, funds weill be generated, criminal activities will be reduced and honest payers may be kept aside from raising terrif.

Complain regarding UPPCL against wrong meter installation

Dear Sir

Department has installed the meter in the month of october 2017. They have installed our neighbour's meter in our personal street. We have complained regarding this issue to the concerned officer a couple of times but no genuine action has been taken by him.

I am attaching a copy complaint filed by me to the concerned office, copy of evidence of ownership of street and photo of meter installed.

Please solve this concern at earliest .

Why our area supply is off during night
3 hours gone no light
Called several times on substation phone no. 2 times they pick up but did not said anything... After that i tried about 17 times they are now picking up the phone

After 14 apr 2018 no one visited my house to take the meter reading. I waited for whole may. When i log in on the uppcl site, my uppcl ac no [protected] on 31 may 2018, to pay the amount as per last month average, in last month bill as a surplus amount, i shocked to see that a bill has already been generated for rs 6891/- (1010 units for 42 days) with meter reading 6100 on 26 may 2018. Whereas the actual meter reading was 5523 on 31 may 2018. Now (On 01 june 2018) the reading is 5533. Last bill (14 april 2018) meter reading was 5090. That means without visiting the house, meter reading has been taken and that is also wrongly. And bill has been generated/ uploaded online. No physical bill has been given. Today i tried to contact je bamrauli, allahabad, on mobile, but he refused to listen anything. Again, when i contacted him he told that he is busy now and meet him after three four days. So, i request that a meter reader may be send to read the meter reading physically and accordingly revised / fresh bill may be made. Thank you.

Main line supply is supported by iron ralling before meater supply fault are your technician who are not trained. Current supply all ralling then boy plays in balcony area then touched the ralling shocked ele. Current. And burn in right hand and shock. Finally not supported by ralling in main line before meater supply.

I want to know my payment of rs. 917 vide receipt no. [protected] dated 5.5.2018 to be paid to uttarpradesh power corporation. My bill payment for uttarpradesh power corporation ltd (Uppacl) [protected] rs. 917 is already paid through paytm. Again they send me a bill no.[protected] bill amount of rs. 1156.37 against my name. Where is my electricity payment is going. I am not even using any electricity for the last 2 years.

Sir my self mr diwakar tiwari and my consumer no is 452900. Sir i have paid my all bills since my initial connection and its receipts are also available with me but since feb 18 i received a bill with amount of rs 38000/-. So sir i requesting you that please be clear it. Because when i have paid my all bills so how can i paid again. I shall ever grateful for yr kindness... Thanks sir

I am shocked to see that our Apr month bill shown on UPPCL website today i.e. 28th May, 2018 (11:35 PM) is approx. 40K. That too when our home was locked on most of the weekdays. The error on electricity bill is unacceptable as I lived with my retired father and we both mostly reside at our residence on weekends. Being a small family of two, our monthly bill which we used to pay is near to Rs. 300. Even we paid last month i.e. bill of March month as approx. Rs. 500. The technical error at UPPCL website needs to be get resolved on priority.

Few weeks ago i paid my electric bill (Bill no.[protected] and the amount was ₹1725/- through the website www.UPPCLOnline.com on 22-may-2018 at 17:55pm.
But the thing is due to some online error my payment went cut 2x of time i. E ₹3450/- but the actual amount was ₹1725/-.
Both reference numbers are given below
Ref no.[protected] @18:05pm,
Ref no.[protected] @18:08 on same date.

So, kindly i request you sir please check those details into your system and only cut the respective amount ₹1725/- also please send my rest of the amount directly into my bank or let me know my correct payment transfer information through mail.

Good morning sir/ madam,
I live in padri bazar, in district gorakhpur.in my colony small transformers with capacity of maximum 15 connections are installed. But currently each transformer has more than 30 connections thus resulting in load shedding or breaking down of the transformers.
In the scorching heat it becomes intolerable. Please change the small transformers with large one.
Several times we have approached the department regarding the problem but all invain.
I have come to know that new government is listening people's problem, so i decided to complain. Hope my complain will be considered to take positive action.

I live in indirapuram and power cut is very common here... Specially at night when one needs sleep after hard work of entire day... Is up power corporation not even able to supply power at night when it is much needed. From the month june onwards this problem takes its peak. Do we ppl o[censored]p don not even deserve peaceful sleep at night.

Power cut for long 3 to 4 hours at night in the month of june is horreble...

We, the residents of khushi vihar, kanausi, lucknow, are facing this constant problem of voltage fluctuation since last month. Since past week, voltage fluctuation has increased so much that it is causing great amount of discomfort to us all especially to the senior citizens and children of our colony. Even our safety is at stake because such high level of voltage fluctuations are causing the electrical devices, such as television, air conditioner, refrigerator, stabilizers, etc, to malfunction and it could lead to short circuit and thus the risk of fire. To avoid any such mishappening, we request you to get the issue resolved as soon as possible. I am mentioning the problems below again in short.

1. Extreme low voltage.
2. Too much voltage fluctuations every day & night, which may damage our costly electrical instruments.
3.in the nighttime, problem is even worst, there is often no power or too low voltage to operate fan, tv or ac.
4. The problem is due to the insufficient capacity transformer that is installed in our locality. There is a great need of high capacity transformer in our locality.

I am living in virat khand 1 gomati nagar from last 15 days regular low voltage supply & power cut problem is facing by cutomer there is no proper communication from power house behavioural issues is another aspect power cut and low voltage issue is only in virat khand 1 no problem in virat khand 2 or 3

With due respect that i am tasleem ahmad village gotha p. O mundia nabi bux teh. Baheri disst. Bareilly.
My complaints is that last 15 days our village pole is crash but till date not solve this issue, i have already complaint on call to concern je & concern line man but problem is not solve.
So pls kindly solve this issue on priority bases.

Sir i am dhruv thukral a resident of sector 108 noida and there had been heavy load sheding of electricity for the past one month
The power goes out for more than 7 to 8 hours a day
And whenever we go and make a complaint at the substation we get this lame execuse that there is a fault
How come its possible that there is a fault after every 2 hours and if there is, y dont the concerned person rectifies it

This is not why we voted for modi g and yogi g

The electricity in mayawati's time was excellent as compared to what it is right now

Balram nagar bijli ghar is not providing electricity properly and also not picking up telephone when people used to call at night. Bjp party had promised to provide 18 hrs electricity a day but in loni this rule is not followed properly by the power board authority. Specially at night power is not provided properly.

So please look upon this matter because many people are suffering from electricity problem.
