I booked a ticket on 14th March from Alambagh to Anand vihar for journey date of 19th March. I cancelled that ticket on 16th March and got a message that cancellation is successful and amount will be refunded in 5-7 days. It has been almost a month i have not received my refund. They always say that you will get it in 5-7 days. Please help in getting my refund.

      I was booking tkts for 24th march 12pm from lucknow to agra in bus janrath 2*2

      The money was debited from my account on 23rd march.. Total Rs 684 debited and tkts were not booked
      Booking was made in the name of Akanksha Verma

      It has been 17 days now and still i have not received any refund, neither they respond on phone nor on email, upsrtc has cheated me for rs 684,

          Hello UPSRTC,

          I am Siddhartha Warsi from Roorkee.

          Today April 04, I was traveling with an electric bus (bus no: UP32 PN 6050). As I catch the bus from Dewa Sharif (my Bus stop) to Charbagh, Lucknow (my destination Bus Stop), people were complaining about closing the doors of the bus and for turning on the AC. The Conductor of Bus was just ignoring the multiple requests. As you know, how the electric buses are designed as there is no windows and ventilation. It was causing suffocation to the people sitting in the back seats.

          As a responsible citizen, I want to file a complaint against this bad behavior. If any senior officer see this email, please consider this as my complaint.

            I have canceled my three (3) tickets from bareilly to dehradun on 19/03/2022 but I have received a refund for only 1 ticket and the rest two tickets amount is not been returned yet.

            Please look into the matter at the earliest.

              I had booked a journey from Prayagraj to Gorakhpur on 15 March 2022 but on reaching the bus stand on the scheduled time it was known that there is no bus on that time.
              So i complained about this issue on online helpline number o[censored]PSRTC.
              They suggested me to mail the issue for refund. I had done it but there is no reply from them neither my refund has been processed.
              Its been about 15 days but there is no action taken on my issue

                  Hello,
                  I booked 5 tickets(seat nos. 17, 18, 22, 21, 20) from LUCKNOW to DEHRADOON on 25th March 2022 from a bus called Pavanhans at 19:00hrs from Kaisarbagh Depot as a Guest User and paid from Google Pay from its app, but when I returned to the website blank page appeared and I didn't recieved any message or mail for the same.
                  Then i again booked the ticket same tickets on 29th March 2022 after registering as a registered user and they got booked.
                  Requesting to please generate a refund for the previous book,
                  Attaching the upi transaction log from google pay.
                  and banks transaction remarks are as under:

                      My booking id:[protected]ED8

                      Transaction ID: BUS_28376_[protected] I booked my ticket from Noida to Agra ISBT on 16 March 2022 at 17:37 time and the amount of ₹928 has been deducted for the same.
                      But I cancelled both tickets for some reason and cancellation charge of Rs152 is deducted for both of the tickets but refund amount after deducting cancellation charges is Rs776 and i received confirmation message for cancellation of tickets and also received message that refund will be processed in 7 days. But it's now been 15 days and till now no refund come and in website it is showing refund iniated but no refund come till now

                      I already contacted to UPSRTC helpline number many times but they are not picking phone and
                      but it’s been more than 2 weeks since I cancel my tickets. Pls also give me compensation. As it have been more than 15 days and you have told that in 7 days it will be processed.

                      Could you please look into the matter and help me to get the refund amount and compensation amount.

                      Hello UPSRTC, i booked two tickets on 16April2022 at 12:03am from Agra to Aligarh Janrath 2X2.
                      The amount has been deducted but I didn't recieve any type of message from UPSRTC regarding the booking confirmation, please resolve my issue.

                        I would like to tell you on 15th March I booked janrath bus with booking ID[protected], timing 9:30 from haldwani to anand vihar for 2 person's but unfortunately it was cancelled and till now I didn't get my cancellation amount so please resolve my problem as soon as possible. please find the attached documents for your reference.

                          I have booked AC bus ticket in general AC bus on 20th March 2022 for Lucknow to Delhi I have got a ticket in a from Sahibabad depot when I reached Google assistant name the Alambagh terminal at the time of tickets if we have informed that the bus is cancelled and you ticket will be refunded they said that you have arranged alternate bus which was not in good condition and not worth the money. They have demanded the cash amount for a new ticket at the same time which causes a lot of trouble to the passengers who were not carry cash amount so they have decided not to go with that alternate bus that they were providing. Now i want my ticket money refunded as the bus was cancelled. Please help us out of this.

                            As per customer care the deducted amount supposed to refund within 7 days but it's not happened yet.

                              I booked a ticket on UPSRTC online portal from Delhi to Lucknow in Scania. When i reached the depot, i was informed that the bus is cancelled for that day and i will receive the refund in 3-4 days. I took another bus for Lucknow directly from the depot. Now its been 10days already and i still haven’t got any refund in my account. I raised this to online.[protected]@upsrtc.com and they asked for few details which i provided. Now they are not even replying to my mail and not giving any update or refund. My money is completely stolen by this UPSRTC people for no reason. I need support on this issue and my money back.

                                  I booked two tickets, as guest account from www.onlineupsrtc.co.in, from Sitapur to Kaushambi for an AC bus (Janarath, departure 8pm on[protected]. Payment and booking was successful. The payment was done via Paytm app. The time of booking was 1806hrs on Feb 25, 2022.

                                  But I didn't get tickets neither on my mail Id: [protected]@gmail.com nor my phone number [protected]. I used this email and contact for booking.
                                  After calling upsrtc i got the ticket and seat numbers.

                                  Later on Feb 27, 2022, I reached the Sitapur Bus Station with my brother at around 1942 hrs. But conductor departed along with the bus from Sitapur 30 minutes early, at 1930 hrs, before the scheduled departure (scheduled departure - 2000 hrs).

                                  I reached Sitapur bus station 15-20 mins early of scheduled departure time. I kept waiting. I kept calling helpline, none has any idea of that bus. Somehow I got the bus conductor number at 2100 hrs. The conductor, on call, told me shamelessly that he had left Sitapur 30 mins early than scheduled departure.

                                  At 2145 hrs I and my brother boarded another bus to Kaushambi. I had to pay again.

                                  Due to negligence o[censored]psrtc agents and the shameless conductor, I am suffered a loss of time and money. Apart from this loss, it is a horrible experience and mental harassment too.

                                  Even the upsrtc agent did cut call on my face, the conductor also did cut my call and was not even picking my call after realising that he has left online booking passengers at Sitapur.

                                  Later i tried calling to get refund but upsrtc agent refused even to register a complain. Initially one upsrtc agent told me to get bus number first, then they can register the complain. I somehow got the number. I called upsrtc agent again but this time they refused to register complain or request for refund despite i had the number of the bus which left early on Feb 27, 2022.

                                  FYI, the tickets IDs i booked are:
                                  1. 0000F47188
                                  2. 0000F4718D

                                  I have all calls recorded. If needed i can reproduce the calls done by me to upsrtc agents. Also please find the screenshot of mail i sent to UPSRTC and payment receipt.

                                  What I want:
                                  1. Refund of course
                                  2. Unless the UPSRTC site is working properly, it should not be online. I request UPSRTC to do a bit of functional and regression testing before putting it online. I am a software developer, i[censored]psrtc don't have good developers, i am happy to help.
                                  3. Apology from upsrtc for being neglectfully aware of the situation.

                                        Today on 7th March 2022, I received a message that my your challan on vehicle no UP85BY2870 dated 2nd Dec 2021 is sent to court for disposal.
                                        This is the first time I received any msg related to challan. I bought the car 6 months back only. I checked the website for challan and found that there are total 8 challans on my name of Rs 2000 each for overspeeding at the same location on different days. I never received any msg for this type of speeding limit violation.

                                        If I had received the msg on the first day of my challan, I must have paid it and have not repeated the same offence again. How is it possible that a single person is repeating the same offence on every other day. This is the technical error and I should not get a challan of 16000.
