I booked bus from Ghaziabad to Sitapur. Departure time was 10:10. I reached the stop at time but bus was not there. There was no information centre at the station. So i asked people and they sent me to wrong bus station. I was unable to catch bus because of lack of information given to people in the ticket and there was no info centre. So I want refund of my ticket i.e INR 791.

    I booked two tickets, one from Lucknow to Varanasi and the other from Lucknow to Raebareli on 26th June 2022, but the bus got Cancelled and I made calls on toll free number they asked me to mail on online.[protected]@upsrtc.com, I had send many mails regarding the refund but they never replied. I need my refund.

      I booked a ticket of Janrath bus (Delhi to Dehradun) online.
      The date of travel was 29.06.2022.
      My bus got cancelled and I received a message that the amount will be refunded to me within 7 days.
      It has been 12 days and I haven't yet received the refund.
      Please help me process my refund at the earliest.

        I have mailed, contacted UPSRTC customer care for my refund but haven’t recieved any revert back from them on any platform. I was debited Rs. 1268 on 11/6/22 for a bus ticket to haridwar which was never booked by them. I checked with the team they said I will get a return in 3 days, now it’s approx a month and I still haven’t recieved any refund. I again checked with the customer care team “Neelima” someone she behaved rudely I recived a reply that we don’t have such information. I asked for an alternate number for the information on my refund she hung up the call. I have attached a photo of my transaction.

          D/sir/mam,
          Deluxe toilet ( Kaiserbagh bus stand-Lucknow )
          Wanting overcharge for toilet use.
          His name Mrityunjay. He is wanting Rs 10 for urine use but there is no fees for urination uses.
          Please take an action against him.
          Why he is charging money for urination uses.

            Dear Sir/Ma'am,

            I Vineet Nigam have booked a ticket for my Mother and Father on 6th of June 2022 from Lucknow to Dehradun unfortunately the bus was stucked near bareilly toll station and not in condition to get on or complete the ride.
            They all are suffer there for more then 3 hours but no extra bus service was provided there.
            Kindly look in to it and process the refund for the same.

              Hello,
              My lerner's licence is about to expire.
              So i go through parivahan official website to take appointment for driving licence in special quota before payment i saw appointment available but after paying applicable fee i didn't get special quota for taking appointment and my application fee is also not refunded.
              DL application no [protected].
              So regards that please refund my fee and and resolve problems.

                Mai 25 June ko noida se aligarh ki ac bus ticket upsrtc ki official website se kar rha tha. seat select karne k baad payment k liye screen par qr code aaya maine scan kiya payment kat gya par ticket book hi nhi hui aur booking cancel ho gyi maine fir ticket book Kari fir se payment kat gyi aur fir ticket book nhi hui maine fir doosre payment mode se ticket book Kari to ho gyi mera 2 baar extra payment kata bt ticket book nhi hui isme se ek ka refund mera account mai aa gya hai. mjhe pe booking is b nhi hai sirf phone se payment ki transaction I'd hai maine iske baad upsrtc ko mail ki koi jawab nhi aaya iske baad maine Twitter pe complaint kari kuch b nhi hua isliye meri help Kari jaye. Mjh pe 2 transaction k screenshot hain imse se ek ka refund aa chuka hai mjhe baki k ek transaction ka 831 rs refund dilaya jaye

                    Dear UPSRTC Support Team,

                    I had booked a bus ticket from Anand Vihar to Etah Farrukhabad Depot on 13.04.2022 running at 07:20 which was canceled, confirmation received after reaching Anand Vihar Bus Stand. After cancelling the above Bus again I booked a bus running from Kaushambi to Etah. So against the cancelled bus and even after waiting for a month, I have not received my refund. The transaction along with the bus booking details is attached for your reference and better initiative.

                    Therefore, in this context, you are requested to kindly resolve my refund process as soon as possible.

                      I have booked two ticket from upsrtc on 29th April from Kanpur to Lucknow alambagh bus station but when I arrived at the jharkati bus stand I came to know that the particular bus met an accident one week and since then it was not operational and when I wrote about the issue to upsrtc I got confirmation that the bus was cancelled and I ll receive my refund within 7working days since then I am continuously taking followup regarding refund status but I have not received refund amount and over their helpline email ID's and helpline no's also nobody is reverting satisfactorily about the issue

                          I had booked two tickets (for me and my daughter) in AC sleeper volvo from Haridwar to Lucknow through the upsrtc website for 18 June 2022 (seat no- 7, 8). I had to travel with a three year old vaccinated dog. As no information with respect to rules regarding carrying pets was mentioned on the upsrtc website, I met the station master Mr. Sushil Pandey at Haridwar. He guided me that I had to pay a nominal charge to carry my pet and there will be problem as my dog was vaccinated. But on the day of travel, the driver, Mr Raj Shekar Yadav and the conductor did not let me board the bus. They told us that the station master had misinformed us and that the higher authorities such as regional manager had ordered to not let us board the bus and that our tickets would be cancelled officially at the RM's end and the money would be refunded. And the other people those who did not have tickets were allowed to enter in the bus and were allowed to sit on my seat. My number, which was used to book the ticket was also noted and I was told that I will get the refund soon. It seems to me that upsrtc/driver/conductor/station master used this situation to earn extra money by letting other people sit on these seats that became vacant as I was not allowed to board. I request the authorities to provide the refund at the earliest and take strict action against those misguiding travellers.

                              I'm traveling from fatehpur to Lucknow.
                              And bus driver starts smoking while driving while passing through lalganj at 8:20am. Which is totally illegal it affects public health too. I attached video drive link as a proof.

                                  I have booked the ticket in Pink express but due to some problem in pink express they shifted passanger to Janrath.
                                  In this charging point is not working lights and fans are also not working.

                                      I purchased UPSRTC smart card on 24.12.2016 and get smart card in December 2016 (Card No [protected]). I used at the time when we required and recharge it also . but after some time i transfer from Noida and therefore, for a long time the card is not in use .                                       Sir/ Madam,

                                      I was online booking my ticket from 'Lucknow to Basti' by Shatabdi bus at UPSRTC site by on 19.05.2022.At the time of online payment Rs.466.00 deducted from my SBI account but ticket not booked due to technical error and transaction failed.

                                      I was booking my ticket as a guest without registering on website.

                                      I forwarded mail to online.[protected]@upsrtc.com for refund but after 20 days there is no response from their side.

                                      The transaction I'd as shown in my attached bank statement was[protected]IGANPNHSR3
                                      Please help me by forwarding this issue to concerned.
