I've cancelled my ticket on[protected], (Booking Id: 00000001B652). But the refund has not been credited yet. I've mailed the customer support as well but there was no response from their end.

The Mail to customer support was sent on[protected]. Please look into the matter respond at the earliest.

I was booking my ticket from Etah to Bareilly amount was deducted but the ticket was not booked kindly refund me the money.

This was my first experience with upsrtc online which was bad ofcourse because i booked my ticket from Anand Vihar to Lucknow for dt. 30/04/2022, the amount (Rs. 2150) the ticket is booked but i cant received any acknowledgement message related platform or bus no. So i had reached at 9.00pm before (1h 30m). There none of local person either in booking counter or enquiry counter had interested in support or anyone tell about bus enquiry, then i called on consumer support no. i.e. ([protected]) please note* at 9.00pm..the executive told me your bus have will departs at 10.30pm from kaushambi bus stand which is on other side road, I asked him again, is it from kaushambi? He said yes, it is from Kaushambi. And 15 minutes before the bus departs, you will get a message of bus details.
then i went there and wait for bus and message.
Then after an hour at around 10.20 or 10.25
i again called on consumer support and asking about acknowledgement message ..the executive said you have to check with booking counter about the details at kaushambhi bus stand. Now I go there and asked- the counter person pointing in front and said that the bus that is standing, AC bus this will go, you go and sit. I went and sat down. But at 10.42 when conducter came and check tickets he said very rudely your booking is not in this bus..i told him the person at booking counter check my ticket and suggest about this bus..He didn't agree. Then I went to the booking counter again and told him that after seeing the ticket again, he is saying that your ticket is from another bus stand, you go there. Now at 10.50, I asked him that the bus must have left by now. He said no, go soon, you will get it, now ticket will be settling. Have to go straight to the Platform No. 73. I begged him and said that please if any driver, conductor or anyone's number If I get then I will cordinate with her. But did not show any interest in helping any kind, started shouting in reverse. Then I ran there and after going there I found out, There is no platform, counter or anything of No.73..
Then go to the booking counter there and find out, then it came to know that the bus has left.
I think they all fooled me.
So, Please help me and refund my money as soon as possible.
The online interface is also miscommunicating and not so user friendly.
You already have all call records, its my humble request, please cross check all and understand the public problems.
It is sad to see that people are not getting proper public services and thus moving towards private sector.
The website needs a lot of renovation and maintenance.

Me and my family is traveling from Kanpur to haridwar so we took bus from chinniganj bus depot first of all it late more than 1 hr and when sit on bus most of seats are not well some are broken and too dirty well we start our journey but during journey bus stops in every 20-25 mint and bus driver told us it is heating that's why could government please resolve this issue it's very long journey and God will help her in this journey.

I am attaching two screenshots from both I have done payment of two times. After talking with upsrtc customer support team. They said me to make payment one more time that's why I have tried two time but both the time amount was deducted but ticket was not book. Bus was not there at Anand Vihar, when I contact at Operator bus customer service point, he told your bus is cancelled and your refund will be credited automatically within 24 hours, so please take an offline bus again. I am still waiting for the refund ?

It's been 6 months gone far but still no response or refund is issued

I have cancelled my 2 tickets of volvo bus from Delhi Kashmere Gate to haridwar. Details of both the tickets are listed below.

I haven’t received refund amount of any of the tickets. Please look into the matter carefully, it has already been more than 20 days since cancellation. Such carelessness is not expected from the governing bodies o[censored]PSTRC.

I'd booked 3 tickets for Janrath 2x2 bus to travel from Kanpur to Lucknow from the UPSRTC application, scheduled to depart from Jhalakati Bus Stand at 5:30PM on the 2nd of May, 2022.

I along with my other 2 passengers arrived at the location at 5:00PM and waited till 7:00PM to have no see of the vehicle and no information about it from the enquiry desk.

The attendant at the enquiry desk just kept on assuring...

I booked ticket on 13th of April from anand vihar to Haldwani. Journey date is 14th of April. I made payment from UPI via paytm. So what happened is, the amount of Rs.613 successfully debited from my account but I didn’t get any information about my ticket. After that I called customer care they said we’ll refund your amount, you have to send mail on online.[protected]@upsrtc.com this mail id with all the details like transaction id and screenshot of transaction and I did the same. Got reply from support team on 14th of April that I’ll get my refund in 3-7 working days. So, I waited for 7 working days and didn’t get my refund after that I’ve soo many mails to support team they are not replying. Now I am here. I am attaching screenshot of transaction.

I tried booking two tickets on 22 April 2022 from Bareilly to kaushabmi Delhi of 23 Aprill 2022 @ 11:25, Amount deducted from my account but ticket was not booked,
I tried calling customer care and they said that ticket is not book and i will get refunded, i haven't received the refund yet.

Hi I have booked a bus from alambagh to delhi whose depot is Gorakhpur but the bus is not came and not even the driver called me and confirm that the bus is not working due to some technical issue.
so i connected with local enquiry where they told me that the bus is not running today due to some technical issue.

Is this a way to UPSRTC to help there passanger if the bus is not running they need to provide another bus for your journey.

My bus from Dehradun to Lucknow was cancelled on 08/04/2022. I got cancelled status on my ticket but couldn't get refund even in 17 days.
The screenshot of cancelled ticket is attached.
Please look into the matter at the earliest.

My amount was deducted approx 3391 INR on 13 april 2022 trying to book ticket from lucknow to dehradun but unfortunately ticket not booked. Please release my amount asap.

I have cancelled the ticket no.- 0000970DB3 & 0000970DAD From Dehradun to Kaiserbagh (Lucknow) on 031.03.2022.
Till date I have not received the refund amount to Rs. 1310/- & 1310/- respectively.
In this regards, I have written several mails form 16.04.2022 but no action has been taken from the UPSRTC side.

I was booking the ticket from Pilibhit to kaushambi on 11th April. While doing the payment choosed UPI option, I approved the payment and it is deducted from my account, but the UPSRTC website it's keep on waiting for response and suddenly got expired and my ticket not booked.
