I'd booked 3 tickets for Janrath 2x2 bus to travel from Kanpur to Lucknow from the UPSRTC application, scheduled to depart from Jhalakati Bus Stand at 5:30PM on the 2nd of May, 2022.

I along with my other 2 passengers arrived at the location at 5:00PM and waited till 7:00PM to have no see of the vehicle and no information about it from the enquiry desk.

The attendant at the enquiry desk just kept on assuring...

I booked ticket on 13th of April from anand vihar to Haldwani. Journey date is 14th of April. I made payment from UPI via paytm. So what happened is, the amount of Rs.613 successfully debited from my account but I didn’t get any information about my ticket. After that I called customer care they said we’ll refund your amount, you have to send mail on online.[protected]@upsrtc.com this mail id with all the details like transaction id and screenshot...

I tried booking two tickets on 22 April 2022 from Bareilly to kaushabmi Delhi of 23 Aprill 2022 @ 11:25, Amount deducted from my account but ticket was not booked,
I tried calling customer care and they said that ticket is not book and i will get refunded, i haven't received the refund yet.

Hi I have booked a bus from alambagh to delhi whose depot is Gorakhpur but the bus is not came and not even the driver called me and confirm that the bus is not working due to some technical issue.
so i connected with local enquiry where they told me that the bus is not running today due to some technical issue.

Is this a way to UPSRTC to help there passanger if the bus is not running they need to provide another bus for your journey.

please refund my money which is 2000 rs for 2 peoples 1 male and 1 female.

My bus from Dehradun to Lucknow was cancelled on 08/04/2022. I got cancelled status on my ticket but couldn't get refund even in 17 days.
The screenshot of cancelled ticket is attached.
Please look into the matter at the earliest.

My amount was deducted approx 3391 INR on 13 april 2022 trying to book ticket from lucknow to dehradun but unfortunately ticket not booked. Please release my amount asap.
Multiple followups ans multiple times discussed with customer care updates it will take 7to8 working day but till then no money received it hard to complain my situation trust me am not well.

I have cancelled the ticket no.- 0000970DB3 & 0000970DAD From Dehradun to Kaiserbagh (Lucknow) on 031.03.2022.
Till date I have not received the refund amount to Rs. 1310/- & 1310/- respectively.
In this regards, I have written several mails form 16.04.2022 but no action has been taken from the UPSRTC side.
Therefore, I request to you that please resolve my issue.

I was booking the ticket from Pilibhit to kaushambi on 11th April. While doing the payment choosed UPI option, I approved the payment and it is deducted from my account, but the UPSRTC website it's keep on waiting for response and suddenly got expired and my ticket not booked.

I still didn't receive the refund amount in spite of emailing to online.[protected]@upsrtc.com.

I booked a ticket on 14th March from Alambagh to Anand vihar for journey date of 19th March. I cancelled that ticket on 16th March and got a message that cancellation is successful and amount will be refunded in 5-7 days. It has been almost a month i have not received my refund. They always say that you will get it in 5-7 days. Please help in getting my refund.

Mirzapur to prayagraj ko jane wali bus apane nirdharit bus stant jigna per nahi rooki...jinaka jigna me time 12:00pm aur 12:30 pm per bus cross hui hai

I was booking tkts for 24th march 12pm from lucknow to agra in bus janrath 2*2

The money was debited from my account on 23rd march.. Total Rs 684 debited and tkts were not booked
Booking was made in the name of Akanksha Verma

It has been 17 days now and still i have not received any refund, neither they respond on phone nor on email, upsrtc has cheated me for rs 684,

It very much bad to be like this after paying extra for booking but still didn't get the particular seat

I am Siddhartha Warsi from Roorkee.

Today April 04, I was traveling with an electric bus (bus no: UP32 PN 6050). As I catch the bus from Dewa Sharif (my Bus stop) to Charbagh, Lucknow (my destination Bus Stop), people were complaining about closing the doors of the bus and for turning on the AC. The Conductor of Bus was just ignoring the multiple requests. As you know, how the electric buses are...

I have canceled my three (3) tickets from bareilly to dehradun on 19/03/2022 but I have received a refund for only 1 ticket and the rest two tickets amount is not been returned yet.

Please look into the matter at the earliest.

I had booked a journey from Prayagraj to Gorakhpur on 15 March 2022 but on reaching the bus stand on the scheduled time it was known that there is no bus on that time.
So i complained about this issue on online helpline number o[censored]PSRTC.
They suggested me to mail the issue for refund. I had done it but there is no reply from them neither my refund has been processed.
Its been about 15 days but there is no action taken...

Ticket booking failed and amount was deducted. Need immediate refund. No one is responding.
