I purchased UPSRTC smart card on 24.12.2016 and get smart card in December 2016 (Card No [protected]). I used at the time when we required and recharge it also . but after some time i transfer from Noida and therefore, for a long time the card is not in use . I went to the Noida Depo Bus stand in the month of July, 2021 for enquiry about how can i surrender the card and get refund of my money which was last i recharge my...

Sir/ Madam,

I was online booking my ticket from 'Lucknow to Basti' by Shatabdi bus at UPSRTC site by on 19.05.2022.At the time of online payment Rs.466.00 deducted from my SBI account but ticket not booked due to technical error and transaction failed.

I was booking my ticket as a guest without registering on website.

I forwarded mail to online.[protected]@upsrtc.com for refund but after 20 days there is no response from their side.

The transaction I'd as shown in my attached bank statement was[protected]IGANPNHSR3
Please help me by forwarding this issue to concerned.

Sir, I am trying to book two tickets in UPSRTC Bus through online booking portal for Lucknow to New Delhi with Name 1- Mithlesh Kumar, 2- Yogendra Singh, but in payment gateway, I paid Rs. 2048 to UPSRTC through QR Code, but ticket was not booked and amount deducted already. I tried to book two tickets from Bareilly to Kaushambi in Janrath bus of 9:01 am of 06/06/2022 through upsrtc website but payment of Rs. 1052 has been deducted but i didn't receive any ticket and seat was still not booked and i didn't receive any refund till now... No one is responding at your 24*7 customer care helpline.. Please look into this matter.

I've booked my ticket from Moradabad to Kaushambi on dated 04th March 2022 and have cancelled the same due to some reasons.
I got a message from UPSRTC that I'll get my refund within working 15 days but till today haven't received any amount from the UPSRTC.
However I've complained in UPCM helpline but still haven't received any solution of my complain.

विषय:- सन 2015 को, उत्तर प्रदेश, कानपुर नगर परिवहन विभाग द्वारा स्मार्ट कार्ड लाइसेंस बदलते समय मेरे ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस में कई गलतियां की थी, जिसका सुधार कराने के लिए मैं पिछले 7 सलों से सभी दस्तावेजों के साथ उत्तर प्रदेश परिवहन विभाग कानपुर के चक्कर लगा रहा हूँ लेकिन आज तक सुधार नही हुआ, इसी कारण 2016 में कंपनी ने मुझे नौकरी से निकाल दिया था उसके बाद से आज तक मैं बेरोजगार हूं। उल्टा इस सुधार के लिए मुझसे वहाँ के कुछ कर्मचारियों द्वारा मोटी रकम की मांग की जा रही है। जिसे दे पाने में मै असमर्थ हूं।

निवेदन है कि:- मेरा नाम शक़ील अहमद पुत्र स्व अब्दुल लतीफ़ निवासी 117/3, जुही लाल कालोनी, कानपुर नगर-208014 है।
महोदय दिनांक 23/06/1988 को परिवहन विभाग उत्तर प्रदेश कानपुर नगर ने मुझे एक ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस MMV(PE Only) ज़ारी किया था जिसका नम्बर S-9549/KP/88 था।

दिनांक 11/01/1993 को उसी लाइसेंस पे मैने ट्रेनिंग और फ़ीस देकर HGV & HPMV जुड़वाया था।

दिनांक 23/06/2009 में उसी लाइसेंस का नंबर विभाग द्वारा बदला गया जो इस प्रकार था UP7812/005359 था।
दिनांक 23/06/2015 को परिवहन विभाग द्वारा स्मार्ट कार्ड लाइसेंस में बदलते समय की हुई गलतियां निम्नलिखित थी।
No.1 जन्मतिथि 12/04/1969 से बदलकर 12/04/1968 कर दिया।
No.2 MMV(PE only) को नही लिखा, मिटा दिया।
No.3 HPMV को नही लिखा मिटा दिया।

महोदय परिवहन विभाग द्वारा लाइसेंस पे सिर्फ़ TRANS लिखा गया और TRANS ज़ारी डेट 23/06/1988 लिख दिया गया जबकि TRANS दिनांक 11/01/93 को ज़ारी हुआ था।
महोदय स्मार्ट कार्ड लाइसेंस के नाम पर परिवहन विभाग द्वारा मुझे सिर्फ़ TRANS और लाइसेंस का नया नम्बर जो इस प्रकार था:- UP78 [protected] दिया गया था।

आदरणीय महोदय उस दिन से आजतक बेरोजगार होते हुए उत्तर प्रदेश परिवहन विभाग कानपुर के चक्कर लगा लगा कर थक गया हूं। लेकिन विभाग अपनी ग़लती मानने को तैयार नही है जबकि मेरे पास सभी बात के पुख्ता दस्तावेज हैं, लेकिन रिश्वत देने के लिए मोटी रकम नही है।

अतः श्री मान जी से विनम्र निवेदन है कि उत्तर प्रदेश परिवहन विभाग कानपुर को आदेश दे कि उनके द्वारा ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस पे की गई गलतियों को जल्द से जल्द सुधारे अन्यथा बेरोजगारी के कारण मुझे आत्महत्या करने पर मजबूर होना पड़ेगा।
मेरे आत्महत्या करने के बाद मेरे परिवार के भरण पोषण की जिम्मेदारी उत्तर प्रदेश परिवहन विभाग कानपुर की होगी।

We boarded UPSRTC bus 5088 from Vrindavan bus stand on 30th may 2022 at 8:00 pm. The conductor has charged 447 rupees for journey from Vrindavan Bus stand to Mujaffarnagar Bus stand. Yet after having taken ticket fare, they didn't provide a seat and made me sit on luggage which they loaded on bus at Mathura bus stand. I feel discriminated. Moreover the luggage loaded in white packing is not of passengers. When passengers objected to it conductor replied that it is daily transported. That luggage made passengers uncomfortable while adjusting to their seats. The ticket provided to us does not have any fare written on it. It is blank with two strokes of so called signature. I request the authorities concerned to please look into matter at the earliest. It is painful to not be able to object to wrong doings taking place right in front o[censored]s. Even after having paid all, we feel helpless.

I have booked a ticket from Kaushambi to Spn on[protected] boarding through Lakhimpur Depot, I have booked the same through UPSRTC, due to some reason I had cancelled the ticket. UPSRTC has charged 96as cancellation fee and marked 571as refundable amount. UPSRTC has confirmed the said amount will be refunded in 7 working days. But till now, even after 18days of cancellation I have not received the refund for the ticket.
Therefore, I request you to take the required action and refund the amount as soon as possible.

Would like draw the kind attention of concerning officers o[censored]PSRTC - Prayagraj ZRRDepot towards Shaktinagar.
The average speed of the bus was 25 kmph. When I complained the conductor and ticket checking officer they said i[censored] wish travel you may otherwise he will neither register my complaint nor he ask driver to accelerate the speed and spoke very rudely. They literally make me feel ammbarased. The senior ground officer even do not bother to chk weather all the passanger have tickets or not. He just met the conductor and take some bucks (money) and let the bus go

I came to my home for just 3 days leave, if I not reach on time, my leave go vain. Your staff dose not understand all these stuff. They will work not asap rule but the rule made by themselves.

I made MST for CLG from kaiserbagh to tiwariganj and I have a complaint for local bus like barabanki and all bus. That they do not stop bus after seeing me because I have a MST pass they totally ignore me. By this behaviour my 1 semester exam was drop out . I am stand on 1090 . And complaint number does not work also.

Nearly 2 months passed but still no refund of ticket amount by upsrtc of cancelled bus from source of journey.

I cancelled my ticket from KAUSHAMBI to Shahjahanpur for 667 it's been two months I'm trying to contact them but getting no response.

Its been on month, I have not received the refund yet. I had tickets from Delhi to rishikesh on may5 at 11:30pm
And then had 9may tickets from Rishikesh to Delhi at 8am .
Bother the tickets were canceled the moment we reached the station.
Have not got the refund please look into the matter, I need the money back as soon as possible.
