Dear sir,
I have booked 10 tickets from Delhi to Rishikesh on 7th may for time 11:30pm, but it was cancelled from your side, I have earlier mailed you, but only I got 2 tickets refund, rest 8 tickets refund pending, please process my refund.

Nearly 2 months passed but still no refund of ticket amount by upsrtc of cancelled bus from source of journey.

I cancelled my ticket from KAUSHAMBI to Shahjahanpur for 667 it's been two months I'm trying to contact them but getting no response.

I booked two tickets from Orai to jhansi for 14/05/22 but the amount was deducted and ticket was not booked. Please give me my refund as soon as possible. I am attaching the screenshot of the UPI payment.

Its been on month, I have not received the refund yet. I had tickets from Delhi to rishikesh on may5 at 11:30pm
And then had 9may tickets from Rishikesh to Delhi at 8am .
Bother the tickets were canceled the moment we reached the station.
Have not got the refund please look into the matter, I need the money back as soon as possible.

I have booked to ticket of shatabdi bus,
Ballia to Lucknow on 23 April 2022
When I reached the bus I was told by conductor that the bus is cancelled due to insufficient passenger
I hadn't got any message of cancellation
And refunded
Please refund my money

I've cancelled my ticket on[protected], (Booking Id: 00000001B652). But the refund has not been credited yet. I've mailed the customer support as well but there was no response from their end.

The Mail to customer support was sent on[protected]. Please look into the matter respond at the earliest....

I was booking my ticket from Etah to Bareilly amount was deducted but the ticket was not booked kindly refund me the money....

This was my first experience with upsrtc online which was bad ofcourse because i booked my ticket from Anand Vihar to Lucknow for dt. 30/04/2022, the amount (Rs. 2150) the ticket is booked but i cant received any acknowledgement message related platform or bus no. So i had reached at 9.00pm before (1h 30m). There none of local person either in booking counter or enquiry counter had interested in support or...

Me and my family is traveling from Kanpur to haridwar so we took bus from chinniganj bus depot first of all it late more than 1 hr and when sit on bus most of seats are not well some are broken and too dirty well we start our journey but during journey bus stops in every 20-25 mint and bus driver told us it is heating that's why could government please resolve this issue it's very long journey and God will help her in this journey.

I am attaching two screenshots from both I have done payment of two times. After talking with upsrtc customer support team. They said me to make payment one more time that's why I have tried two time but both the time amount was deducted but ticket was not book. Bus- janrath Timing- 16:30 Date- 16/04/2022 From - haridwar To - delhi Kashmiri gate No. Of tickets - 2 Seat no. 19, 20 First payment done from paytm Second payment done from BHIM UPI almost 20 days have been over they are not refunding my amount only saying that mail us on online.[protected]@upsrtc.com please refund my amount first they told me that you will get your money in 7 to 10 days but till now i do not get any refund

Bus was not there at Anand Vihar, when I contact at Operator bus customer service point, he told your bus is cancelled and your refund will be credited automatically within 24 hours, so please take an offline bus again. I am still waiting for the refund ?

It's been 6 months gone far but still no response or refund is issued

I haven’t received refund amount of any of the tickets. Please look into the matter carefully, it has already been more than 20 days since cancellation. Such carelessness is not expected from the governing bodies o[censored]PSTRC.
