I booked two tickets, as guest account from www.onlineupsrtc.co.in, from Sitapur to Kaushambi for an AC bus (Janarath, departure 8pm on[protected]. Payment and booking was successful. The payment was done via Paytm app. The time of booking was 1806hrs on Feb 25, 2022.

But I didn't get tickets neither on my mail Id: [protected]@gmail.com nor my phone number [protected]. I used this email and contact for booking.
After calling upsrtc i got the ticket and seat numbers.

Later on Feb 27, 2022, I reached the Sitapur Bus Station with my brother at around 1942 hrs. But conductor departed along with the bus from Sitapur 30 minutes early, at 1930 hrs, before the scheduled departure (scheduled departure - 2000 hrs).

I reached Sitapur bus station 15-20 mins early of scheduled departure time. I kept waiting. I kept calling helpline, none has any idea of that bus. Somehow I got the bus conductor number at 2100 hrs. The conductor, on call, told me shamelessly that he had left Sitapur 30 mins early than scheduled departure.

At 2145 hrs I and my brother boarded another bus to Kaushambi. I had to pay again.

Due to negligence o[censored]psrtc agents and the shameless conductor, I am suffered a loss of time and money. Apart from this loss, it is a horrible experience and mental harassment too.

Even the upsrtc agent did cut call on my face, the conductor also did cut my call and was not even picking my call after realising that he has left online booking passengers at Sitapur.

Later i tried calling to get refund but upsrtc agent refused even to register a complain. Initially one upsrtc agent told me to get bus number first, then they can register the complain. I somehow got the number. I called upsrtc agent again but this time they refused to register complain or request for refund despite i had the number of the bus which left early on Feb 27, 2022.

FYI, the tickets IDs i booked are:

I have all calls recorded. If needed i can reproduce the calls done by me to upsrtc agents. Also please find the screenshot of mail i sent to UPSRTC and payment receipt.

What I want:
1. Refund of course
2. Unless the UPSRTC site is working properly, it should not be online. I request UPSRTC to do a bit of functional and regression testing before putting it online. I am a software developer, i[censored]psrtc don't have good developers, i am happy to help.
3. Apology from upsrtc for being neglectfully aware of the situation.

What kind of service is this
Please refund my money as soon as possible

I. Travelling from kanpur to banda the bus conductor asked for extra 200 rupees for my 2 packets of small size cartoon other than the my fare when asked for luggage recipt he handed over a 4 luggage packets recipt which was of 150rs this should be stopped please take action

Today on 7th March 2022, I received a message that my your challan on vehicle no UP85BY2870 dated 2nd Dec 2021 is sent to court for disposal.
This is the first time I received any msg related to challan. I bought the car 6 months back only. I checked the website for challan and found that there are total 8 challans on my name of Rs 2000 each for overspeeding at the same location on different days. I never received any msg for this type of speeding limit violation.

If I had received the msg on the first day of my challan, I must have paid it and have not repeated the same offence again. How is it possible that a single person is repeating the same offence on every other day. This is the technical error and I should not get a challan of 16000.

have booked 1 ticket for Bareilly Satellite to Kaiserbagh Lucknow via Moradabad Pavan Hans Volvo.
Amount was deducted from my account but no ticket is booked. My upsrtc account shows no ticket as booked. I booked ticket from Bareilly to Lucknow
Please refund my money back.
Either send me ticket details as soon as possible for tickets dated 26.02.2022, 02:35 hours for amount paid 688.00 Rs.
Refund my amount to the bank please. The bank statement clearly mentions that amount had been transferred to upsrtc account.

Hi UPSRTC,

I booked 2 tickets on 15/10/2021 for my journey on 03/11/2021 21:45 from Kaushami (KASB) to Lakhimpur Kheri (LKM) in Janrath AC sleeper via UPSRTC online, having PNR no. XLKM[protected].

But when I reached the bus station that bus was already cancelled, and money was also not refunded till now. I also enquired about the refund amount at LMP station but every time I was told that due to COVID-19 the refund may get delayed and wait for some more days for the refund amount.

In this regard, I shall appreciate it if you can arrange the refund at the earliest possible time.

Please acknowledge this mail and I hope for your prompt action.

I booked ticket from Upsrtc website. And later on the bus was cancelled. When I enquired about my refund Through mail I got a revert from third party that had refunded the amount and also I was told that for further information please contact UPSRCTC. I contacted UPSRCTC but they never respond. I also complain on Jansunwai but still the is in pending status.

I am writing this behalf of my hnadicaped uncle,
he was traveling in UP roadways Sonali bus depo bus no UP53ET9424 from lucknow depo to ghaziabad depo.

He had pass of handicap but conducter was demanding for tickets,
he denied for ticket then conducter abused him and let him to sit but only for pari chowk,
After reaching pari chowk conducter was demanding 200 rs more,

but he has no money since he denied after denying conducter hits him and thrown him out from bus

I am requesting please take a strict action against them And i will further compalin with concern people

I have booked tickets from alambag to Mirzapur on 3rd jan 22 for sleper6 bus was supposed to depart on 3rd jan 22 at 5.30 from alambag but gets cancelled ticket no is 15969292. Another ticket was booked for varanasi to allahabad but bus got cancelled refund is still not came ticket no is 14250590

Sir I was sitting in bus number {UP 31 T 7919} and I have seen driver has stopped the bus and forcing PWD passangers to deboard from bus. I don't know why . They also have valid passes issued by valid authority. Kindly take strict action against such kind of driver and conductor . So that such kind of misbehaving not happen to any disabled person in future

I have done payment for upsrtc bus service, the amount was deducted but I didn't receive a ticket. Attaching screenshot of the payment. I need refund on urgent basis.

I was booking a ticket for travelling to Varanasi from Gorakhpur on Janrath Bus ( Raptinagar Depot) on 07th December 2021.The ticket was not booked but the ticket charge (353₹) was deducted from my bank account.

I am from shamli and I was an athlete and daily journey from shamli to jasala (delhi route) because my coach sir and the stadium in jasala (CAPTAIN AMRISH KUAMR ADHANA SPORTS AND DEFENCE ACADEMY, INTERNATIONAL COACH). I want to complaint about the extra charges of ticket and misbehave . They talk me that you take the ticket of kandhala if you do not take out from this bus and it happens daily in early morning of Baraut depot bus whose number is UP15BT3952 .SO plese help me UPSRTC and allow that if the ticket of jasala bus station is available so why they should not give me .

Sir, i'm in a bus whose conductor refused to provide me the ticket by saying, "ticket machine is not working" and when i forced him to provide me the ticket than he gave me the ticket which i have posted you, which show's that this ticket can charge rs.11 to rs.30 only. But i gave him the full fare as conductor requested for. (Rs.160) Each for 5 passenger total (800)
I'm requesting you to take an immediate action against this corrupt conductor and go deep into the matter.
(I have started my journey from sitapur at 1:50 am on, Dec 9, 2021 and heading towards my destination Lucknow.

I was trying to cancel the ticket 2hrs prior to the departure but not able to cancel it, we have not boarded the bus from bareilly to kaushambi 11am, please return my ammount-I am really frustrated and need money. Already in debt please return this ammount, I am not even earning much.

This is to inform you that on 28/11/2021 I tried to book a ticket through upsrtc's official website and made the payment of Rs. 786 through google pay UPI. After making the payment it redirect to the page where "transaction failed" Message appeared. Amount deducted from my account and still not got any refund. .I am attaching the google pay receipt for your reference. Please look into matter and help me to resolve this issue.

I booked 2 seats on Jan Rath bus from Bareilly to Dehradun which was supposed to leave at 21:00 on 18.11.2021, but it was cancelled. The refund of it has not been recieved by me yet.
