On November 3rd 2014 a representative (named Ankit Singh) of Vacations Gateway, called me and explained an offer where he said I have to pay Rs 7799 and ill be given a Sony Xperia Z2 tablet and along with it a holiday package . He asked me to make the payment immediately if I have to avail the offer. I made the payment. and got conformation mail from them. After 10 days I got only one Booklet which not include the Gift. After that I tried to contact with Ankit Singh he not respond my call as well as Mail. Yesterday I received call from a representative (named Mr. Ram) he told me that again you have to pay Rs.7799, only after that you will receive your gift. I request Govt. Of India take strict action against these cheaters... Please help me to return back my money.

If an organisation don't know how to increases the business, they don't have any rights to play with the customers emotion. Please help me out get back my money.

Hello everyone, I have been cheated by Vacations gateway and i have not received my money back even after refund request. I will be logging a police complaint for the fraud and Sending then the Notice from court. Anyone who has gone through the same and been cheated please get in touch with me as this will be a added advantage to prove am not the only one being cheated and there are many such instances. Vacation Gateway is India's biggest fraud company. They show are showing the list of 5 star hotels to Customers before booking. After booking you will get a simple lodge where these peoples are catching the MMS clips of couples for making the blue films.Beware from these scoundrels.

I om kant srivastava had booked holiday package for 4N/5D by paying Rs 7799 through debit card and was provided Customer ID VGLVJXLT9689 .According to contract, company was supposed to provide accommodation of 2 Delux rooms in selected place .According to my request company confirmed booking of two rooms from 22Oct 2014 to 25 Oct 2014 in Hotel Goviea Holiday home against SDL[protected] . Company promised to forward confirmation voucher before 10 working days from the date of check in .thus I was supposed to get voucher by 22 Sep 2014 .. However, I did not receive confirmation voucher till now .I wrote a number of reminders to the company but to no avail .The company has now stopped responding .I suffered a lot of mental agony any loss of money due to this act of breech of contract by the company. kindly take suitable action

Got call from [protected] saying that they have selected my name for this offer and I need to respond immediately. On questioning from where they got my Name & Phone details they said they got it from their payment gateway as they are the payment gateway provider company. Doubting above answer I did not proceed further, later when I googled came to know about many such calls and frauds. I request Govt. Of India take strict action against these cheaters.

I felt it cheating with me. If you do not provide stay at Kumbhalgarh you should have informed immediately and not after 3 months and even after frequent conversation. Now I want my money back as i feel it is sear cheating on your side after receiving advance money. I want you to pay me back my hard earned money promptly other wise I will be forced to generalize my experience through social media and complain with SEBI, RBI, Government of India and with police as it is crime. On September 17th 2014 a representative (named Anil Sagar) ofVacations Gateway, called me and explained an offer where he said I have to pay Rs 7799 and ill be given a Sony Xperia Z2 tablet and along with it a holidaypackage . He asked me to make the payment immediately if I have to avail theoffer. I made the payment. and got conformation mail from them and the address, my mail ID and contact numbers whichwere entered is totally wrong in the conformation mail in pdf attached. then i called them saying that in the invoice which you people sent and address insideyou mentioned is totally wrong they told me i will update your address tell methen i told my correct address after this they told me you will get your orderwithin 7 days. i had waited for it for 7 days but dint receive it. Again i called mr anil sagar then he dint received the call.i was trying him since long days then i called to another number which he had given me another number thenmr Dhavan ( Lucky) executive received the call and told that anil sagar is removed from the company and i will dispatch your product through gateway logistic courier and gave me trucker id ( AGA568265) and given me surety. againi had called back to them after 7 days then again somebody picked the call and now they are telling mr Dhavan is took long live then they cut the call later ihad called to customer care Vacations Gateway[protected]<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> ) these people were not responding properly .today again I had called to customer care saying that I want to speak with Anil sagar then they told anil sagar is in leave to day you call me on Monday.i got shocked again early they said Anil sagar is removed from company and now they are telling today he is in leave you contact him on Monday.this is the way how those people are responding. I want to say just those people are trained very well how totalk.and how to make fraud others. Please help me out get back my money.

Track id:[protected] Amount : 22500/- I paid them 22500/- on a referral offer for Malaysia and Thailand trip for couple which included airfare as told to me by Mr. Deepak who worked for them. After receiving the payment these guys refused to book my flight and said that the money was just for hotel booking. I refused to take the trip and applied for refund in January 2014 and the issue was to be resolved in 5-6 days. And till now i haven't received back a single penny of mine. Moreover these people have started to ignore my calls now. Kindly help if you can.

Kindly do not book any vacations from them as they don't pay to Hoteliers, for the services we hoteliers provide. I am the Proprietor of Hotel Broadway Darjeeling, they had sent me 04 rooms guest, in the month of October and We were informed that a cheque for Rs15, 600 has been deposited, but till know they have not deposited payment. After the guest Checks out they Vacations Gateway blocks yor number and does not pick up the call. The land line no is always busy and never answered. I hope action against them is taken. Request all hoteliers not to deal with them without full payment.

I got a call on from Mr Aakash on 25 sep 2014 from vacation gateway who said that i was one of the lucky winner among 10 selected for the Dell laptop black in colour 15 inch screen once I pay Rs 7799 through credit card. I made payment through SBI credit card on 27 sep 2014 They had mailed me vacation gateway voucher form which I was asked to intimate to customer care no[protected]. I have called 50 times but no one responds. Two times they have picked up and says Mr Akash is busy in meeting and will talk to u tomorrow which never came. I have been cheated and want my money back immediately. kindly help me out...

I have given complain about fraud on 15 th october 2014.Then not resolve now.My complain id is 953107.Company not credit amount in my account till now.After complain on 16 th october one sales executive lucky told me that why are you complain in consumer forum.what do you think that your problem is resolve now.No it is not fact.At first resolve complain then your problem is solve.Other wise you make a complain again and again its long proses in government department.Please do the needful action against my complain.

Got a call from Rajeev from Vacation Gateway. I was offered a free assured gift of Sony Z2 tablet if I book the vacation package for 8549/-. I was told I will get a call from DTDC about the courier in 4 hours. I didn't get the call. Moreover when I call they said they are going to send me the tablet on Monday. i have paid 7999/- in 19th feb 2013 for the package, now 1. They have refused to give laptop which was commited earlier 2. They have refused to provided 2 rooms and allowed 4 persons which was commited earlier 3. The are refused to give booking information in advance and can give before 24 hrs which is not written anywhere 4. Even they told me that your 1 year is over and we can not provide you booking. 5. They have also refused to provide 2 destinations. Please help me out to recover my money.

i have got call from vacations gateway to pay Rs.7799 & they promised me to provide 4N/5D holiday package for 4 persons. so i have paid Rs.7799 through my credit card on[protected]. Sept 22 Vacation Gateways sales executive [protected] -- call received from Sidharth regarding offer of assured gift of Dell Laptop INSIPRON 15-R 5521 on due to 3 rd winner payment gateway for booking railway ticket from I.R.C.T. I denied he called me again from same number and I asked him to give company's number so I can verify the offer. I called Vacations gateway number given by sales executive [protected] and they also confirmed me about the assured gift offer of Dell Laptop INSIPRON 15-R 5521 for me. Sales executive [protected] Sidharth tell me a payment link of your e-mail id for a member of vacation gateway Rs 7799/-.Then I gave payment by davit card of axis bank by account no [protected] .IFSC CODE-UTIB0001312 Rs. 7799 is charged on my card. I received confirmation email from Vacation gateway and they gave me transaction id for payment: SDL00026770. Sept 22 received call from there sales executive [protected] Sidharth who initially called and told me that I will receive 2 calls for verification. In first call they will ask you about the package confirmation and in second they will confirm your assured gift.Sales executive [protected] Sidharth told me that In first call you do not tell about any assuered gift laptop and company offer to HOLIDAY PACKES that time you accept it.After that you received Second calls asked me the Model number and color of laptop and name of the user for warranty and confirmed my address. i received First call that time I denied about gift and Second call same received . I again followed up with the sales executive he told I will receive the holiday package in dtdc courier and I should provide him some docket number so he can release my assured gift. Oct 7 I called the sales executive on [protected] and he told me and again assured it is not fraud and he is following up my case and they will dispatch the gift.I could not reach on phone numbers of vacation gateway Land line number. I called to sales executive [protected] some time Lucky some Tarun Some Ram received call they assured me that received gift on 11 th oct.Then I told that i want to money in my same account he put the phone.Oct 15 th Till date I have not received anything from company .I do not want any holiday package from your company side.Plz do need full action.

Dear Sir, I had booked two holiday package from Vacations Gateway in the Month of Januay vide their Booking Reference no.SDL00013242 dtd 09.01.14 &amp;amp; SDL00013329 dtd 10.01.14 for Rs.7799/- each and paid a total amount of Rs.15598/- for the two packages and they have confirmed having received the payment and the Two booklets bearing Form no. VG 6458 and VG 6465 was received by me on 21.01.14. During 26.09.14 as per their terms i had sent in both the original forms duly filled for a trip to Mysore for the dates from 01.10.14 to 05.10.2014 for 4 nights &amp;amp; 5 days. The original form was well received by them on 28.09.14. Inspite of having received the details well in advance and my continuos followups after that they have not been able to arrange the trip and their mail responses have been pathetic. On 17.09.14 i received a mail from Vacations team stating that they can arrange the booking from 01.10.14 to 03.10.14 for 2 nights and 3 days at S.K Regency, Mysore for which i objected as i had paid for the package of 4nights and 5 days. Again on 18.09.14 they confirmed the booking at SK Regency, Mysore for the dates from 01.10.14 to 05.10.14 as per my request and i asked them to provide the full details of the Hotel specified. On 22.09.14, vacations gateway team send me a mail stating they are awaiting confirmation from the SK Regency Hotel at Mysore and will get back to me upon confirmation. Since then i have been continuosly following up with Vacations Gateway thru mails but absolutely no response from them. May 13 Vacation Gateways sales executive [protected] -- call received from Karthik regarding offer of assured gift of Dell Laptop on buying the holiday package today and gift will be dispatched within 3-4 days. I initially denied he called me again from same number and I asked him to give company's number so I can verify the offer. I called Vacations gateway number given by sales executive [protected] and they too confirmed the assured gift offer of Dell Laptop for me. Then I gave my credit card details to there sales executive on [protected] and Rs. 7799 is charged on my card. I received confirmation email from Vacation gateway and they gave me transaction id for payment: SDL00020320. May 14 After that I go another email from company about referral scheme. I replied them how can I refer anyone if I have not used there service. I received call from there sales executive [protected] who initially called and told me that I will receive 2 calls for verification. In first call they will ask you about the package confirmation and in second they will confirm your assured gift. I got 2 calls fro 38652456 and [protected] for the same. They even asked me the color of laptop and name of the user for warranty and confirmed my address. May 15: I again followed up with the sales executive he told I will receive the holiday package in dtdc courier and I should provide him some docket number so he can release my assured gift. May 20: I called the sales executive on [protected] and he told me and again assured it is not fraud and he is following up my case and they will dispatch the gift. I also sent email to customer care of vacation gateway as I could not reach on phone numbers they have given. They responded that they are not offering any gift with 01 package they only have some referral schemes and there is no EMI scheme they are offering. They just informed me that they are forwarding my complain to concern department and they will get back in 7 working days. May 21: Till date I have not received anything from company ..not even the holiday package.

VACATION GATEWAY Company Approached with Voucher Code Request Form On 05/05/2014. on NEFT payment of Rs.7999/- on 30/04/2014.
Duly filled Request form submitted to them ( Contact Persons Mr.Rahul, Mr. Anurag) contacted 1000 times but no response was given for booking / reservations.
Vacation Planning Date of 30th Sept 2014 to 04th Oct 2014 was intimated well in advance on 12/08/2014, even though NO Response was given til date i.e. 27/09/2014. in spite of 1000 times contacting them.
On 27/09/2014 i.e. 03Days before the actual vacation time Mr. Anurag is informing Us of not unable to book the hotels offered & enlisted to us, asked us to take up some ordinary hotel booking or get the refund of your money. !!!
Whole of Our Vacation Planned has flopped due to the VACATION GATEWAY !!!
All our Vacation Planned along with the Travel Bookings Plane Tickets, Taxi bookings are wasted, due to this Mr. Anurag of M/s. VACATION GATEWAY.
So far no MONEY FEFUND ALSO IS given.
