One Mr. Rajeev called me up from cell no [protected] identified as calling from vacation gateway and offered holiday package at INR 7799/- to Malaysia, Thailand and any place in India at 3 to 5 star hotel range. He insisted me to make the payment. He even told me some name of hotels as reference.I booked a travel voucher because Rajeev allegedly from Vacations Gateway mentioned in the call that they will send the Gift (Laptop) and Blackberry mobile along with the welcome kit but now refused to do so and even not refunding the money Back. Whenever I call them, out of 20 calls, I'm able to reach them barely once. Now a new person has come and saying different story. I had enquired with Rajeev that in his mail it is something to do with referrals also, which he said its not for my package and assured that our talks were under recording so i can trace back anytime. He had also assured that anytime on receiving the package i can cancel it and they will within 1 day refund me. But at the customer service they arrogantly disagree and say referrals are needed for the gifts. Refund is not possible. I should transfer it to some other person. Practically they are not ready to payback (REFUND) me my amount.

Finally they refunded with compensation, but I had to approach Consumer court.

It has been more than 10 days but they have neither nor are they responding to my calls. On calling them, they take my details and then to answer my query for refund the best answer they give is "DISCONNECT THE CALL"

Mr. Anand Sagar from Vacations Gateway, UP, had called me on 13-Feb-2015 from the telephone number[protected], said my mobile number was randomly selected for Sony Xperia Z2 Tab + Voucher from Vacations Gateway for just Rs. 7799. Forced me to make payment through online.
After 2 weeks, I received only voucher but not the Sony Xperia Tab.
When i tried to inform same there is no response from Vacations Gateway & telling me that the offer is valid if refer 7 people. Which was not discussed during the first call.

Vacations Gateway is cheating people by giving fake offers & asking for payments.
Vacations Gateway is FAKE company, cheat people by giving fake offers asking for the payments & no response.

NEVER TRUST VACATIONS GATEWAY..

    hi I am ZAHID ASHRAFresiding in banglore, booked my vacation of ooty and kodaikanal with my wife.When my date came near i called to customer care so Mr Raj told still in progress not confirm now after 7 days it will confirm .Now almost 25 days gone no email, no phone call for confirmation .lastly when i called he again saying still in progress.it i disgusting and their behaviour is too rudely.please return my amount or mail us about my confirmation by end of may 2014 mobile -[protected], [protected]

      I have also cheated by vacations gateway... i have done payment of Rs 7799 /- from my credit card .. later i came to know that this is a biggest fraud...then i called my credit card customer help line numbers and requesting to STOP payment to vacations gateway ( merchant ) from my credit card .. they ( Credit card customer support ) are taken complaint requested to submit fraud dispute form .. lets see what happen ... if any body done payment via credit card / debit card ..please call your bank customer support and stop payment to mechant .. do it immediately ...

        Hi Team, My vacation gateway Id is sdl0003188, sdl0003189, I am keep getting calls from accounts dept stating that I am entitle for refund, for the refund procedure where I have to give my credit card details for security and then they will block 10000rs from my card for 3 days after that they will refund the amount within 20days. It's my kind request look in to the issue and also requesting a call back from official phone number not from cell phone. It's is so frustrating from the day I have taken the package from your company . I believe lot of thinks to change in your company I have gone through so many complaints lodge against your company and people suffered a lot like me to get there money back.pls check in to my issue the person name called Rahul and number is [protected] and also last time I complaint Similar issue no body turn back ...           sir, On 25.02.2014 i received a call from Mr.Abhishek from phone no +91 [protected] from Vacations Gateway and he said that you short listed for the gift Dell inspiron Laptop 5521 by booking holiday package for just Rs.7799 today before 2PM. He sent a link to my email Id and given instructions for payment. I followed the instructions and make the payment for Rs.7799 from my HDFC Credit Card. My transaction ID is SDL00016266. They gave conformation by mail and said that first hard copy is sent to your given mailing address and after confirmation of the address we despatch the Dell laptop. After one month i recieved the hard copy and the same was mail to the Vacations gateway ([protected]@vacationsgateway.com.co) and i recieved a call from Mr Tarun from despatch team and he said that yes, your address is conformed and we share despatch number with 2 days. But till today they are not responding to my mails and phone calls. I suffered a lot with these people like Abhishek, Tarun, Vishal and rahul of gateway Vacations. From 25.02.2014 to todate (11.04.2014). To day i spoke with Mr.Tarun and Rahul, they said that please book one more package for Rs. 7749 and the laptop will be despatched to your address. i felt mental tension that is no one giving proper response. These type of fraud people may be punished legally. As iam requesting you to take action on Vacations Gateway people and make arrangement to return our money back.             Hi i am Deb, i had received a call from vacations gateway the representative was Kunal, He told me that i am winner of a lucky draw organised by their company in which i will get either a hcl tablet or a blackberry curve mobile which ever i choose on book a holiday package from their company, first i ignored them but they called me again so i booked a package of 7799/- and this time the guy mahesh sharma called me and assured me that i will receive my gift i.e HCl ME tablet after 4days, but i dinn't get any thing other than their crap holiday voucher. After some day they start ignoring my calls and now as expected their no. is switched off.
            PLEASE HELP ME TO GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY.

            This company is still doing frauds and filling their pockets with innocent peoples money. Please help me i want everyone involved in this fraud behind the bars. I don't understand one thing after so many complait against this company why no one is taking any action, not even police.

            I am facing a problem since from January with a Tourism company called as VACATIIONS GATEWAY. I booked two packages with Vacation Gateway of 16000/- on 6Th January. And while booking they confirmed me they will provide one Samsung Note 2 phone, Cash back card of 7799/-, 5 Year membership card. But after a strong follow up still I have not received any thing. This company is based in Noida only. Now they are not picking my phone also.

            I thought to avail 1 package in April and asked to book a hotel but they decline to give my hotel booking. Means i have just lost 16000/- and I am paying interest on this amount. After booking I check on Google this is a fraud company and many people are struggling the same issue like me.

            I am doing a service and 16000/- amount is very big for me.

            Can you do the favour on me and get my and other money back.

            This company is the big fraud. On 24th march i got call from vacations gateway, one of the executive "Ram" told me that he you have been shortlisted among five persons from all over india, as the part of the program you have to pay 7799/, and you will ge given a tour pacakege and assured gift "sony xperia tab". i got stuck in the trap and made the payment through credit card. From then i m continuously calling their customer care, and the concerned person Ram is even not coming on the phone.
            They haven't dispatched any tour package .

            I received call from a guy, introducing himself as Sandip Tripathi, as on 24/03/2015. He told me that I have been selected in a lucky draw from a list of customers, who made purchases on Snapdeal during last week and I am the winner of Dell Inspiron I7 Laptop. In order for me to receive this Gift I will have to make payment of Rs. 7, 799 for holiday package to Vacation Gateway. After discussing with him about the vacation gateway and looking at their website, I decided to purchase the package. While making payment he told me that payment is not successful and I will have to make payment again, thus making me made payments twice to Vacations Gateway. After I made second payment he transferred my call to a guy called, Raghuram, who told me that since I have bought two vacation packages, they will provide me Sony Xperia Tablet in addition to Dell Laptop. They told me that I will be receiving above packages along with the gift within 7 to 10 days. I have not received anything from their side, till today and while I call on their customer care numbers (after trying for many times) they give reply that "I will be receiving the packages shortly and I should wait for 48 hours". But their 48 hours never end. After reading the other reviews here, I also believe that Vacations Gateway is a fraud company. There should be legal complaint against this company by all the victim customers here to make a strong case.
            I paid for a accomodation of a hotel which was valid for one year for 4 adults for 4 nights when i filled up the form for booking voucher, they are giving excuses only. I also paid in advance for amount of rs. 8549/-. They first told that i have won a Tab from payment gateway co. for which i have to take hotel accomodation for any destination in india. Now they are not answering properly.

              I am yet another victim who lost money to Vacations Gateway. I should have checked this website before paying those fraudsters. As any other person who has filed a complaint here, I got a call at my end of the day while leaving office and they made a bogus statement saying I had won a Dell Laptop. I do not know how I fell for it. I should have been more careful and should not have paid them. As expected they sent some crap holiday package booklet and no sign of the Laptop. I was a fool to have believed their statements. I do not know how far me filing a complaint here would help me in getting my money back, but would like to educate people about this fraud company. I do not want any more victims like me filing complaints here. Please be aware - VACATIONS GATEWAY (from Noida, India) is a BOGUS COMPANY. Do not get conned. Thanks, Karthik [protected]@yahoo.com

                  Dear, sir/Madam My name is Anil kumar sah. I have been contacted by Anupriya ([protected]) of vacation gateway company() and told me about the scheme of holiday package for rs.7799 only and also told to me that i will be provided a HCL Tablet free of cost. She also took my Debit card no., PIN no., OTP password and transacted with my A/C .After That someone of the company called me and told me about combo offer (two package of rs.7799 each)for which i will be provided a Dell laptop in addition of the Tablet free of cost as a gift. And also the 2nd package of rs.7799 will be transferred to one of the persons which will be referred by me and the cash amount of rs.7799 will be credited back in my account .But i had already a laptop and insisted that if a camera can be given instead of laptop. Then again someone from the company again called me and told me camera may be provided but i have to purchase another package of rupees 7799 which will be credited back in my account after 30 days. So virtually i have to pay only rs.7799 only for the holiday package and the tablet and the camera that will be provided free of cost. Now as per telephonic conversation my account should be debited only 1 time for rs.7799 each but shockingly i found that the account has been debited 4 TIMES. Why extra 3 times? After contacting ANUPRIYA I have been told that the extra transactions had taken place by mistake and will be credited back in my A/C within 1 month. Now 1 month has already been passed but not a single penny has been credited back in to my A/C. In the mean time I have been contacted by another representative of the company and told me to acknowledge the e-mail which has been sent by your company regarding confirmation of the package and also told me that the gift and vouchers will be dispatched to your residential address after acknowledgement. After some days I found 3 packages of vacation or rs.7799 each which I did not accept and returned to the concerned courier service because I cannot afford 3 packages .Now I tried several times to contact over phone with ANUPRIYA but she does not pick my call. After that I again contacted with customer care representative then I have been told to email the fact with a scan copy of your bank transactions statement. Accordingly I have attached a scan copy of the bank statement for your kind information. It is seen from the bank transactions that 4 transactions have taken place(2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th line of bank statement) with account no.[protected].The 2 transactions took place on 29.11.13 and another 2 transactions took place on 30.11.13.Now no body is picking my call from company and I am about to loose about 32, 000 rupees.                   I paid the money as per the promise by phone. But they did not send the gift so far .I think it is a deliberate cheating by the company all over the India and it should be prevented.

                    Dear team, I received call from vacations gateway side with his customer representative named "Sandeep Singh" on 15-March-2014. Who told me to be a happy customer for becoming Third runner up and getting 1 Dell Laptop from ur side only after booking one of the order on his webside. And as per his guidance, I booked with order ID :- SDL00017177 at 12:43 PM on 15-Mar-2014 He also told me to receive call on 19-Mar for call verification from your Warehouse department and operations department. For that I was following to him at his cell no. [protected]. No call received till 4th day of booking . But after sending mail on 20-Mar at 10:49am, I received call on 21-Mar who is emphasing to book this final order which will come without gifts and so that they will arrange next call from their warehouse department. Finally I confirmed that call and after that warehouse department also called me to provide dell laptop amt. Rs. 51, 000 /- for which they asked me for my dell laptop color code which is only available in black or silver color. And for also I confirmed silver color of dell laptop. But after that when representative said that laptop will be provided after getting welcome kit from vacations gateway. But after that mail from their side saying that no one can provide until making 15 more consumers of vacations gateway. So, finally I don't want to execute this call and asking to get full refund of my booing amount. So, Please help

                          This is one of india's biuggest fraud company. The agents are fraud they mis sel holiday packages and even insist on sharing personal atm pin.
                          On 10/02/2014 i got a call from this company wanting to sell me the holiday package for 7799 which according to them is 19000. Agent nikil and swati even comitted of givining a free gift of a hcl tablet or a camera
                          Now when i booked my pacake and the money is deducted, i have asked for the gift for which they said there was no gift under this scheme

                          Secondly they forwarded me a list of hotels & resots from all over india in which my booking will be done. When i choose destination manali and requested through emails & call to do my booking in manali resort they immidiately said no. They did my, booking in a 2 star 600 rupess per day hotel which was pathetic, when i googled it & saw in the net

                          Then again i sent arequest asking them to do the booking in a better place as they had committed for a 5 star or 4 star. Now they are asking me to pay etxra 10000 if i need in 4star

                          This is a fraud comapny who cheats people, i am filing a consumer case aganist the comapny agent nikhil and swati

And they confirmed me that they will deliver the Samsung note 2 mobile, cash back card for second pkg (7799/-) and 5 year membership card. But till date i have not received the same. Also they confirmed the 4/5 star hotel booking but they are giving 1star hotel booking which is 500/- INR per day. I am really frustrated with this company &amp; now they are saying i can not cancel my package. Request you to please solve my complaint.                                 Last Week (Tuesday)19/11/2013 i got a call from this number([protected], [protected]) they said calling from Vacation gateway and they have some offer with flipkart and also they offered some great discount with any Electronics good .So i was ready to but one "Samsung galaxy grand Duos Mobile" from them.They send me one link, I made the purchase from them with Rs:7799.They told me like one additional offer like "Holiday package" also i will get from vacation gateway.But this is almost like 1 and half week, Wednesday, Even Thrusday i called them they received my call and told me u will receive your product within 2 days.But 1 week left when i tried to call them now they wont pick up my call..So please do the needfull, that i will get back my money. Name of the persons were: Kabir, [protected]@ [protected], [protected].All are frauds, their Noida numbers: Support No: +[protected], +[protected], +[protected] . All frauds. As per them they were offering 4 night and 5 day stay in good 4 or 5 star hotels for 4 People, they had list of hotels with them. After that they kept on following for payment of Rs. 5949. they called me 50 times saying deposit as early as possible. They marked me mail confirmation also about receiving of money and I received sms from ICICI that payment deposited in Vacations Gateway account. After that when I asked them in written to book hotel for me, they stopped taking calls and reverting me. I scolded that they are frauds and we fooling innocent people but they were stubborn and did not care about. They are fooling number of other people everyday with their hard earned money. In Jul 13 i informed that iwill go to munnar in this package from 24 Oct to 28 OCT 13. 4. that time they told that before 1 month only they provide bookings. when i called back before 1 month of travel they told 20 days back then 15 days back then 10... and so on. 5. Now 21st i have to move from here but no booking nothing else. 6. what to do?

                                      This is to bring attention to you about a cyber crime that has happened with me where I was duped of INR 12, 000 through an online fraud.

                                      Incident:

                                      I Anwaar Ahmed Motiwala had got a call from a company named Vacations Gateway located in Noida from their adviser Abhishek ([protected]) and he informed me that he had a very exciting offer for a vacation and promised me cheap rates through out the world, I being a travel agent my self was a bit curious to know what the offer would be so I inquired about it.

                                      He told me that he will give me a voucher which will offer me a trip to any place in the world for 4N / 5D or 6N / 7D and the charges would be INR 6, 499/- and INR 8, 499/- respectively. How ever after few verbal talks I had showed keen interest in their offer. I asked him to send me the package itinerary through email and inquired about their website, so he did send me the package details through email and also gave me the website www.vacationsgateway.in which has the same rates and all the details mentioned on it.

                                      How ever after few days I contacted them as i said that will confirm with customers and will contact him so when after few days I contacted him there was no response on his no so I contacted his office no mentioned on the website +[protected] / +[protected] and spoke to Manish / Rajan / Mahesh and they however made a contact with abhishek and then I spoke to him regarding a package for Maldives for which he emailed me an itinerary but again after that he was not available, hence I again contacted the office no where I got to speak with Namit and his senior Viraj who claimed to help me regarding the package...again after few verbal talks Namit sent me the package and I confirmed it with him after which I made him a payment of an agreed amount INR 12, 000 through my HDFC bank through net banking, after which he sent me a confirmation email & also a form to fill in the client details. Aftet filling the form I sent it back to them & Viraj told me that within 72 working hrs I will be getting a call from the Maldives hotel for confirmation & can confirm the package. How ever after 3 days I did not get any confirmation call so I contacted Viraj back but his no was switched off & all the advisers no is switched off since then & they have changed their no's. In the start when I had got a call I did search on consumer forums for their reviews but since they had started it newly there were no complaints but now the scam has become big so there are many compliants against which you can find. So please dont invest money with them they are total fraud this incident happened with me in the month of May 2013 & till now I have neither got my money back & neither have I got my package so they are big frauds.

Hence I will move forward legally with all the statements and mails that I have put on to the company through my mail address and will raise the complaint through the consumer court tomorrow itself i.e. 28.08.2013 for cheating the customers by showing the gift hampers and not even giving the time for studying the policy terms and conditions.
