dear sir, i got a call of mr.raajiv from vacation gateway on 16 april 2015. he send me a link of vacation gateway on my mail. he give the package detail and also saying that he call me in happy hours and if i booked the order the package price was Rs.7799/- and also the give me a free gift which is for referel scheme but it is a happy hours so they give me a free gift of sony xperia z2 black tablet to me with the package. but still today there is a different statement regarding gift from the company"s executive name such as: raajiv, raahul, simran, kavya, sonia. some says we dispatch you a tablet some says we do not give. there is no any proper person who give proper solution of it. so i teel me what should i have to do. thanking you

I was asked to make a payment of Rs7799 thru Credit card and promised a holiday voucher for 4 adults along with a Sony Experia Z2 Tablet. I made the payment and now they are refusing to send any such gift. Not even the holiday vouchers. They are simply fraud company based somewhere in Noida UP

On 21st March I received a phone call from Mr Pradeep Of Vacations Gateways promising a Holiday package of Rs 8599/- I was given a discounted amount of Rs 7799/- Rs ( I have all the phone recordings) along with a free Sony Xperia Z2 Tab worth Rs 49, 900/- free. Till date nothing has surfaced inspite of numerous calls and emails Vacation gateways is a fraud company located in Noida & Gurgoan UP They ask for credit & debit card details promising free Sony xperia tab z2. And also promise holiday packages to Malaysia Bangkok for just 7999/-rs. PLEASE BE AWARE AND GET SAVED, DO NOT ACCEPT ANY CALL FROM ANY NO[protected],[protected],[protected].[protected] Nitin & a Female . They rob all ur details and empty ur all bank accounts. The company has cheated millions of people and have no of cases in the Consumer courts all over India. SO BE AWARE

On 27/03/2015, a person called me from Vacation gateway offered holiday package worth Rs.7, 799 and assured gift of Dell Inspiron laptop. For my bad luck, I have fell under their cheating. The payment was done. As confirmed by that executive, no one called me after that regarding this. I called them on the number given, however have not got any prompt response from them. Can I know what can be done now about this? My hard earned money has been trapped by them by cheating me.

I was continuously getting the call with respect to some holiday package from last weeks and finally i have been trapped today. I was planning to go on a trio to Leh and they assured that they are going t provide 4 night 5 days accommodation in minimum 3 star hotel/resort for 4 people and along with that i will be getting Sony Xperia Tab. I am really stupid i should have read the reviews before i made the payment for Rs 7999/-. I really dont know are they going to send anything or not. I was called by this Vacation Gateway Fraud company they told that if I book a package by paying approx Rs.8549/- I will be getting a Sony Experia Z2. OR Tab This was in the month of 27 Jan 2015 but till date I did not receive the free gift.only voucher are sending my address, but not any update that voucher.kindly help me

I have received a call from vacation gateway executive telling that i have got the 60% offer and a nikon camera gift for their pacakage. I was told that the offer ends within 1 hour and i have made the payment rs 8549 immediately. They promised me that i will get a Nikon coolpix camera with the package. Two days before i have received the voucher for the package. As i didn't received the gift, i tried the customer service of the vacation gateway they are not responding to my questions. So tried with the email service and now they are telling that the gift will be for the referral program by which i have to referral some other persons for their package. If they buy the package i will get the gift. So this is not their conversation at first. I asked how you are giving this offer to me and they told that i have selected as i have used their payment gateways number of times so they are providing this offer to me. Now when i checked in internet there are many people who have lost their money. So take this complaint and do the needful thing for us.

He has cheated thousands of innocent people across India.We have scanned his career, We come to know his entire career is full with corruption & scams. He has jailed in Mumbai in connection of fraud case, The case has been settled downed recently. We cant't explain all aspect, We will disclose all proof in-front of Honorable court. He have to pay huge cost. Just wait and watch. Paap ka ghara bhar chuka hai.

I was called by this companes Pooja /Anupriya they told that if I book a package by paying approx Rs.8549/- I will be getting a Sony Experia Z2. This was in the month of Feb 2015 but till date I did not receive the free gift. i have put several mails to their support and sales team put no positive response only their dummy mails in response. While I tried to call the customer care executive they clearly told no such commitment was made and put the phone down. I think this is strategy by the company to take money from people by providing them a dream of costly gifts which ultimately they never provide.

THE COMPANY OFFERS LUCRATIVE HOLIDAY PACKAGES IN 3* HOTELS IN INDIA AND ABROAD WITH REFERRAL GIFT SCHEME AND SOMEHOW COMPELL THE CLENTS TO PURCHASE THE PAKCAGE EITHER TO GET GIFTS LIKE MOBILETAB/LAPTOP OR TO GET SOME ECONOMIC 3* HOTEL BOOKING, ONE FROM THE LIST THEY PROVIDE. BUT, ONCE THE PACKAGE IS PURCHASED NEITHER THEY SEND THE GIFT NOR THEY BOO THE DESIRED HOTEL...REFUND OF MONEY BY CANCELLATION OF PACKAGE IS OUT OF QUESTION... THEY DONT HAVE ANY REGISTERED OFFICE. CUSTOMER CARE IS ONLY TILL YOU PUCHASE THE PACKAGE AND NOT ANSWERED SATISFACTORILY AFTER THE PURCHASE OF PACAGE. TOO MANY COMPLAINTS ALL OVER INDIA AND ABROAD

One year ago Mr. sandeep call me and tell me to join vacation gateway and i will get free HP laptop but no booking was done and no laptop obtain Number of sandeep is [protected] and i tell them that i will complain to consumer forum then they said jis se complain karna hai kar do koi hamare kuch nahi bigad payega

Few days back, i got a call on my phone from one of the customer executives from Vacations GATEWAY . His name is Saurabh, saying i am online lucky customer to get a holiday package in just Rs. 7799/- for 4 nights and 5 days and if i book my package and make payment now before 12 noon, i ll get a Blackberry Z30 phone from their company as a gift for sure, Then he transferrd my call to some female executive ANUPRIYA . she asked me select colour between white and black of blackberry Z30 phone which they are going to send me as a gift within 3 days . She convinced me to get this package, She said to be online on our website and then make payment thru your debit card or credit card, I filed details and my credit card got charged for the transaction. but the reply from ANUPRIYA that ur transaction is declined, plzz make a transcation again, ad u ll get refund of the previous declined transaction within an hour . i again made that transaction. its been more than 3 days . I didnt get any refunds from them. and they are not picking calls and replying my mails .. This is a Fraud company and i am going to file a complaint, i have their recordings and the adress on their website is not correct too

on 26/09/2014, a person named Mr. Akash Sharangat calling from Vacation gateway offered holiday package worth Rs.7, 799 and assured gift of dell inspiron laptop. On 27/09/2014 he called me again and told me that if i buy another package for Rs.7, 799 then instead of dell laptop, they will give Apple Macbook pro laptop.

However, since then inspite of several follow up on their customer care no.[protected], they have not given such assured gift.

it is evident that it is a case of chitting and need to be punished.

Further, amount paid towards holiday packages to be refunded immediately.

Blody prakash cheating me.I was paid 7799 for holiday package because he was promised to give a gift of dell laptop.He told ur a lucky winner through icici gateway and eligible for gift dell laptop.I was bookef on dec2014 but till now they are not sending the gift.I received only that holiday voucher.May be it will also fraud.My uncle mr.Raguram was a senior lawyer in delhi high court.I was explained the incident to him yesterday.He was anger and ready to file a case.So pls who all are cheated by this fraud company pls mail me at yuvi.[protected]@gmail.com .We will together and we can get our money back and we will closed that company.My cust id no. Dear Sir/Madam, Sub: Need your advice and help to get back my money Rs 7799 and and compensation from Vacation Gateway I would wish to bringin myself as V S Binu, from Kakkanad Cochin. On 27/01/2015 I received a call from [protected] and one Mr Anil Sagar spoke to me. He told me that I won a gift from their company as a part of their Anniversary celebration and they got my number via the payment gateway in which I book train tickets online. The offer is that they will give me a Sony Xperia Tablet and a Malaysian resort stay package together for Rs 7799. I told him that I am interested to get that. Then he told me to pay online, I told him that I don’t have any internet access, he told me that he will do the payment for me and he asked me the ATM Card Number, CVV Number and PIN number. When he asked me these details I doubted him and I refused to give the details and I told I am not interested. He didn’t leave me he called me back and compelled me. At last he told me Vacation Gateway is a genuine company and all our conversation is recorded and the payment will be done via payment gateway of HDFC Bank. Then I asked him to send the payment details in my mail. He mailed me a link of payment gateway and I opened that in the mobile of my wife and before I make payment I asked him whether I will get the sony xperia tab. He promised me that I will get and he asked me the color preference of the tab and I preferred black color and he told me that immediately after the payment the courier people will contact me and dispatch the tablet to me. Also he told me that there is a 12 Months EMI payment option for me and I opt it. He told me that the money Rs 7799 which I pay will be converted into 12 months EMI and the money will be deposited back to the account in 72 hours. I trusted his words and made the payment from my wife’s debit card. He told me verification department will contact me and within seven days the tablet and hardcopies of the Malaysian resort package will reach me. The promises they made to me are 1. Sony Xperia Tab and Malaysian resort package together for Rs 7799 2. 12 Months EMI for Rs 7799 3. The money RS 7799 which I paid will be returned back to me in 72 Hrs But they cheated me. After the payment I received a mail from them saying that I have purchased a Malaysian stay package for Rs 7799. I reply back to them that I didn’t buy any tour package I paid Rs 7799 for the gift of sony xperia tablet and Malaysian resort and if you are not able to give it means cancel and pay back my money. They replayed me that they have not promised anything like that. Then I called in [protected] and tried to talk to Mr Anil Sagar. But they told me that he is not in the office and many reasons. Then I send many mails but no response. One day I got a call from [protected] and a person spoke to me and I request him cancel my order and return back my money. He told me that is not possible because the sony xperia tablet is dispatched to my address in courier. Then I asked him to send the tracking number of the dispatched courier. He said he will mail me, but no such mails reached me. After that I send a mail to them that if I am not getting the tablet or my money in next seven day I will file a complaint against them. Then I got a call from [protected], and a person spoke to me, he asked me whether I have received the hardcopies of Malaysian package and I told I haven’t Then he told that the verification department tried to call me but my mobile was switched off. Within half an hour the verification department will call me. But no response When I asked them to repay the full amount Rs 7799 they said that it is not possible and later they told that they will refund with 805% deductions and I didn’t accept that and then they told that they will refund the full amount in next 10 to 15 working days and they will send the screen snap short of refund. I remind them in between 10 to 15 working days but they didn’t keep the promise and when I asked them they are sending me the screen snap short of the payment when I paid out of their cheating. Now they are telling that they have refunded the amount, but I have not received any money till now. My wife delivered a preterm baby on[protected] and both mother and baby health condition was very bad and I spend about RS 300000 till now by selling my jewels and other assets and these guys cheated my money when I am mentally depressed. My wife and baby were in hospital and baby was in NICU. I want my money Rs 7799 back and compensation not less than Rs 10, 00, 000. Please help me in getting justice. I got a call today from the vacations gateways. The guy sent me the link of the vacation gateway website . And there it was showing the offer of hotel package and a gift item that is Sony Xperia tablet Z2 for just Rs 8459. I trusted that person and paid the amount but later I found that it was a total fraud. Transaction Id scl00039470 It was done yesterday is there any way i could stop that transaction. Please help

Guys iam the Victim of this vacationsgateway company. I got call on 21st feb, saying that my no. has been shortlisted. And for those who are shortlisted people will be getting gifts like tablet or blackberry phone if they are will to go for the holiday package of 8546/-Before the call could end, it was 2:50 and same time i was been told that another luckydraw is running for that particular time, so if i go for another package which is 7799/- then i can get the dell laptop which is more the 50, 000 in market price. Unknowingly I trusted and made the payment. I have received all the acknowledgement of my payments.Strangely i do not see any of the mails stating of what i am getting after this package deal. Till know it is all verbal. Today i received a call from some 'Ram" confirming me that he is from your gateway group. As per him these gift are not the part of package and if i receive any call, then must must say that i paid that amount only for package and have no interest in referral gifts.He also mentioned after this call i will get another call from the warehouse for those product descriptions.Products as described to me are :1. Sony Xperia tablet Z22. Dell Laptop (inspiron 15R-5521).Also even after making the payment, i do not have the confirmation mail for these gifts or anywhere on you web site where these product details are mentioned. Sir, i got a call from vacation gateway from mr.ansh, he tells me you had selected from billdesk and irctc for booking ticket and you had been rewarded by a sony z2 tablet worth rs 48000, and we will sending you a tablet and you have to buy a package worth rs. 7899 and we will give you 4 days and 5 nights stay and breakfast and lunch or dinner package and i paid the amount from my credit card finally i received a email from vacation gate showing only stay and no gift will be offered to you its only stay package, even i called them 31 times no positive response, i want my money back. they are fraud.
