one of your customer case executive had used my SBI debit card unauthorised to book a travel package of Rs.3999 on 25th july 2014. it is a very serious matter. The transaction payment id is 26883933. I'm Narayanan from Chennai. In january this year, I received an SMS stating that on booking of the package I will be getting free Dell laptop, blackberry phone and gateway holiday package on payment of Rs.7799. I paid the amount over phone(Nikhil from vacations gateway transferred the amount from my ICICI account through 3D secure pin)and I received the holiday package alone. When enquired to Mr.Nikhil, he told that blackberry is out of stock and will instead give Samsung galaxy S4 on payment of additional Rs.7799 which was paid out by me oln Feb 3 through the payment link I received from Rajeev to my email - [protected]@yahoo.co.in. For this additional 7799, I received another holiday package only. No laptop nor the promised samsung galaxy. Many follow-ups over calls were fruitless. Sent out multiple mails to Vacations Gateway customer support and everytime I got a reply saying that the package I opted doesn't include any such promotional offers of giving laptop and mobile. When I asked to refund the money, the customer support person called and asked me to send one more mail with the promised packages so that they can send the same. Cheated once again. When I call customer support they ask me to mail the details and promise to deliver the package of laptop and mobile but replies through mail that there is no such offer.

First payment of Rs 7799 was made on Jan 8 2014
Second payment of Rs 7799 was made on Feb 3 2014

I hope this complaint will be looked into by a separate team and not the customer service desk ([protected]@vacationsgateway.com)

If either the promised package doesn't reach me or my money is not refunded then I might need to take action.

These people clearly cheated and when I approached SBI card they are not able to help me out please don't fall prey for these kind of cheaters.. My name is Bhuvaneshwari from Chennai. This Vacations Gateway people sent an email for getting free laptop against package booking and over phone he assured me that this is as an customer support & promotional package. Insisted me to go for booking the package (Rs 7779/-) on that day itself as it is valid if we book the package on the same day. Now, they are telling some stories when i am asking about the free gift (Dell Inspiron Laptop). First, one person in the name of Rishap, second in the name of Prakash and third in the name of Narayan have spoken to me and was telling me that your laptop has been despatched via gateway logistics courier but it returned back as service is not available at Chennai city. Second in the name of Prakash informed me that the laptop has been despatched via Agarwal Packers and Movers but when i enquired that Agarwal packers and movers by mentioning about the reference id given to me, i am informed that nothing has been sent to them to deliver with that id. Now, once again i wrote all these communications to the customer service desk ([protected]@vacationsgateway.com.co and [protected]@vacationsgateway.com.co), the third person in the name of Narayan contacted me and telling your free gift will be reaching you by Aug 15. In that mail i have warned them also, if you are not solving my problem, all the communications happened will be sent to PMO's office and Press with all proof. Still they are silent. If any lawyer/police/press/media come forward to tackle the issue, it will be of great help to stop these kind of forgeries in future. I am requesting all of you who have been cheated like me by them, pls send all the proofs to press, media, police, womens cell, PMOs office, to protect the public from these kind of forgeries. One more request this issue should be posted in face book for wide publicity about their fraudness and cheating.

I was received a call from one guy he says from the Vacations gateway people namely Sahil (Contact No[protected] on 25th April 2014 and convinced me that I won a gift Dell Laptop and to get this I have to purchase a holiday package for Rs 7799 from vacationgateway.co. By trusting his words I have purchased a package through online. After that whenever I contacting the number was not responding. I tried the Customer Care Number that also not responding. I send a mail to [protected]@vacationsgateway.com.co but not got any reply. My Order Number is SDL00019414 dated 25th April 2014. I have paid the money through Credit Card. Till date neither I have received the Holiday Package confirmation nor received any gift. I had call from sale department of Vacation Gateway Mr. Anil Sagar on Dt.27/06/2014 about wining a dell laptop, but for the gift he said me to pay an Amount of Rs.7799/- then only he will be able to send me the laptop. Refund of amount from Vacation Gateway - SDL[protected] I have received a call from Sri Sandeep Tripathi from Phone No:[protected] an employee of VACATION GATEWAY, Noida, and several times from [protected] on 31.05.2014. He said that I won a lucky draw choosen from IRCTC and I won a DELL Laptop and to claim that I have to deposit an amount of Rs. 7799/- and he sent me a link : http://vacationsgateway.co/Website/Request.aspx?OrderId=SDL00021388&amount=7799&...⇄ I have received atleast 20 calls from their office and atlast I have paid the amount through my HDFC debit card. I have also received the acknowledgement mail and after that some of the officials have called me and said that Laptop with black colour will be despatched and warranty was also being prepared on my name on 31.05.2014 (saturday). They also said that a address confirmation letter will be sent and as soon as I receive the letter and tell them the code in the letter, they will despatch the laptop. I have received the courier through DTDC vide consignment no: Z21992919. I have told the application code VG 8089 on 09.06.2014 to Sandeep Tripathi. I was told that Laptop will be despatched to the address in 2 days. After 2 days, when I called their officials, they said that Tripati is busy and due to shifting of office premises, laptop will be despatched a lit bit late. Every day, I am calling Tripati on his mobile No: [protected] and also[protected] and 6521233. Later Sri Sandeep Tripati said that on 13.06.2014, laptop was despatched and the consignment number will be intimated to me on 16.06.2014. They have not mailed any number and again on 18.06.2014 at about 1.30 PM I called Tripati and now Mr Prakash D'Souza talked to me on his behalf and said that laptops were out of stock and that they will be dispatched on 23.06.2014 and I will get them on 30.06.2014 or on the following day. I waited and when I again contacted Tripati on 26.06.2014, he said that laptop was despatched through Gateway Logistic courier vide Ref No: 65257555 which is an internal courier of Vacation Gateway on 24.06.2014 and I will get the courier by 04.06.2014.. After enquiring with the Customer care, I came to know there is no courier by that name in their office. Later when I called Tripathi, he says that laptop was despatched on 29.06.2014 (SUNDAY) and I will get the laptop by 10.07.2014 . I was told by Tripati, not to disturb him till 10.07.2014 as he has many customer to attend. and says that amount cannot be refunded and also not to disturb him frequently. Even I called Anurag many times who is a very reckless person and says that you go and ask the person who promised you to give the laptop. I waited till 10.07.2014 and today (10.07.2014) he says that Laptop was despatched and it will reach by 15.07.2014. He is not talking nor lifting the phone also. Now they say that due to heavy rains in Delhi despatch was late This is how Vacation Gateway people are cheating the public in the name of offers. I am totally distressed with the attitude of your customer care, Sandeep Tripati, Prakash D'Souza. I don't want any of deceiptful offers. Please help me in refund of my amount immediately to my HDFC account and also initiate action against Vacation Gateway as they are cheating many customers. I was received a call from one guy he says from the credit card payment gateway people namely Rishab Bharadwaj (Cell [protected]) and convinced me that I won a gift Dell Laptop and to get this I have to purchase a holiday package for Rs 7799 from vacationgateway.co. By trusting his words I have purchased a package.

After that whenever I contacting this executive he gives me various excuses and not answering my phone. He gives me a number to follow up [protected] but this number never answered.

So cancel my packages and refund the amount and I don't need anything from your cheating company.

I have to get my money back immediately.

5th July, I've received a call from Mr. Aniket who is a sales person of Vacations gateway & co and he explained about their product of vacation stay of Rs. 7799/= with offer. I bought that product and paid amt Rs. 7799/= thro' credit card payment. They gave me a phone number [protected] to contact them and send a mail for payment receipt. After that I called them so many times through phone number provided to me and in mail, I could not able contact them. Moreover, their gift offer also not reaching me.

sir i have recieved call from vacation gateway that i have won the dell latest laptop i had paid by online by may 2014 i should get that gift but tiil date i had not got that laptop. Mr. Dsouza is the person who had make the transaction saying all the things but whenever i call no response they had given a reference no 7901836 i had received the call from mob no [protected] Mr ramakrishnan . cheating the customers valued money is a big offence they should be produced in the court of law.

I am one victim of Vacation Gateway who made the same promise as mentioned in above complaints. Their two teams are working simultaneously, one is making complaints and after the customer is making payment another team is refusing of these commitments. They promised to give Dell laptop as a promotional scheme but now non of the customer could get the Laptop. My order ID was SDL00013904. Now there first team is not responding and recently one Manager called me and told that the some members of there team make falls promises to the customers and company removed them from company. Its surprising that they did not taken any action against those employee. One Mr Ramakrishna made the deal with me and I was told that he has been removed. They are just cheating the public in the name of promotional offer. The numbers they were using are not responding now. While I wrote several time, What can be the best way to deal with such deals and such companies ?? The numbers they are using are, [protected], [protected], [protected], . I have received a call from [protected] and +[protected] on 09/07/2014 from a representative of vacations gateway and he said that i have won a prize "Sony Xperia Z -Tab" and he asked me to deposit of Rs.7799 for tour package. Respected Sir, The vacations gateway(Phone number: [protected]) people are calling the people and bluffing them by saying that they are awarded with the gift hamper of DELL laptop for the same case u should be registered with the company by paying the amount of Rs 7799-. After paying the amount they are saying that you should give some numbers and should provide some time. As discussed over phone on Sunday, March 30, 2014 at 1:53 PM with Rohit/Akash (Sales Team), they promised to send Laptop (without referral program) along with the purchase of holiday package of worth Rs.7799. Till now they haven't send the laptop and every time either they wont respond properly or wont pick up the phone now.

So i request you to please help to send the laptop only as they made me to wait for 3 months.

SIR, I had call from sale department of Vacation Gateway Mr. Sandip Tripathy on Dt.02/04/2014 about wining a dell laptop, but for the gift he said me to pay an Amount of Rs.7799/- then only he will be able to sent me the laptop.He called me more than 20 times for the payment & at last on Dt. 04/04/2014 I had paid the amount from my PNB account No-[protected] Transaction No of bank-POSP/32006454/807823/[protected] & Tran. ID by Vacation Gateway was-SDL00018296. One mail received for the customer ID-VG31V2865241. I had called many a times to Mr. Sandip & also the sales & their Package but they were not respond to me satisfactorily. Till today I have not received any mail from the Organisation nor from the sales department. I had also talked to Mr. Prakash Disuja who told me that he is the Manager & he will take step, but still now no step was taken. Hi i am Ajikumar, i had received a call dated 30.04.14 from vacations gateway the representative was Abhishek & Aman Singh, He told me that i am winner of a lucky draw organised by their company in which i will get either a hcl tablet or a blackberry curve mobile which ever i choose on book a holiday package from their company, first i ignored them but they called me again so i booked a package of 7499/- and assured me that i will receive my gift i.e HCl ME tablet after 4days, but i dinn't get any thing other than their crap holiday voucher. After some day they start ignoring my calls & mails. My Mobile no.[protected]

I got a call from this company saying I have won a laptop and I need to become member for getting that. Luckily I did not pay.

To common people ;- Use your common sense, How someone on earth can give you 51k worth for 8k. No one is doing social service or bothered about you not having laptop. you should be careful, we don't know the value of 7k until we lose and realise.

i have booked two offers 1. Rs. 7799/- 4 nights / 5 days offer 2. Rs 7799/- laptop, HCL tab and additional gift items were promised by Vacations Gateway team. I am supposed to receive them by 30 May 14; however i've been trying to speak with their team since 03 days and there was no response / poor response. I am worried for what I have paid .

Sir, I received a call from Mr.Rajiv Sinha from Vacations Gateway 2 weeks back and he said that you are short listed for the gift Dell 3rd generation Laptop and a Black Berry mobile phone by booking holiday package for just Rs.7799 today before 3PM. The offer was lucrative and I agreed to pay for the same by using my debit card of amount Rs.7799. My transaction ID is SDL00020329. He said within 7 days, you will receive the Gifts(Dell Laptop and BlackBerry mobile) and the hard copy of the package details. After 2 weeks I received only the hard copy but no gifts or as promised. On calling multiple times to Mr. Rajiv Sinha is never available on his seat. I suffered a lot with these people like Rajiv Sinha of Vacations gateway. I feeling cheated. People be aware of such fraud promises and people.
