Booking ID :SDL00018922 Form No. :7858 Complainant Name ; N.Benny Charles Payment date :17.04.2014 @17.38 through ATM transfer for Rs.7799/- Two months over still my booking and my commitment has not fulfilled and from my last two mails there is no reply till today...I cannot trust anyone or any company or travel agency with their behavior cheat not only the citizens of India and also pay the way for others to do the manipulation . are their anyone to support, I have lost many both peace and money because of this offer.

Dear,

This company is totally fraud company and does not provide anything. I also transferred money after that they didnt provide me any service. They told me to refund my money but they also didnt do that. After one year I went to cyber crime cell and Cyber crime cell head callled them to book them for fraud, then they refund my money. You will also not get your money without police complaiin.

He is convinced and promised to take appropriate action against these people. The more of you complaint the action will be faster and less people will be defrauded. It might not be possible for you to get back your lost money but at least you'll be satisfied that the crooks are behind the bars and there in a law in our land. This is in the interest for all. On 12th may i received a call from Hansh informing that i have won a Gift ( Samsung galaxy or a Blackberry Z30) from vacations gateway and to avail this offer i have to purchase a tour package that cost Rs 7799/- Later, the call was transferred to Rajeev Sinha and the call was for nearly 53 minutes, post payment i was informed about the configuration of the Blackberry Z30 and asked me which color i would like to go for, i informed them black color and the same was noted by Rajeev Sinha. I sent him my home address to deliver the Blackberry Z30 and i was never informed anything about any referral scheme. I was also informed that i will receive a verification call. So, after an hour Akash called me, verified my home address, Blackberry Color and advised that it will be delivered in 3 business days, and i will receive a confirmation email or SMS from Blue Dart or DTDC. Till date, i had not received any confirmation email on the courier details of my gift Blackberry Z30. I only received a welcome letter. Again two weeks back, Hansh Bhatnakar had called me, he mentioned that i will receive verification call, post which i will receive the gift Blackberry Z30, and he also assured me that i need not be worried and i will be receiving the gift without fail, but now i am surprised to see this response. I am not sure where the gap is, please keep up your word as promised at the time of selling the tour package. Last week Hansh called me and said that i will receive the welcome letter, post confirmation on receiving my welcome letter they will deliver my gift. Now, it i have been trying to get in touch with them via emails and customer care contact numbers but i receive no response. They are simply copy pasting to my email saying gifts can only given as a part of referral scheme and to share contact details for the scheme. I request for the delivery of my gift as promised at the time selling this package.

They called me said that they are offering me a holiday package & a samsung tab for just Rs.8549 as I have been selected by the company as a lucky winner. They made me transfer the money by telling me that it will be converted to simple emi, which didnot happen and the money got deducted from my account. They were acting as the amount is still pending and then nothing happened and m short of that money from my account now. This the confirmation email they sent me: Congratulation !!! I RAM NIWAS have purchased two packages from vacations gateway 1) Rs 7799 bill no. VGTX00001952, Tx no. SDL00039625 2) Rs 8549 bill no. VGTX00001958, Tx no. SDL00039585 At the time of deal, seller promised me to give some assure gifts but when i purchased packages there were no gifts. So i have applied for refund of my money. After two months and after lots of my calls and mails, i am still waiting for my refunds... Please make my refunds as soon as possible... Thank you

Hello, I received a call today from somebody named Karan from Vacations Gateway. He said he would be providing me with a vacation package and a Galaxy Tab 4, at the price of ₹7799. Now I knew straight away that this is a fraud call and thus, did not pay them. However what is worrying is that they have my phone number, my full name and my email address, and I didn't give them any of these details. He said he got my details from IRCTC's payment gateway, when I had not booked anything there! Very sad and scary experience.

I received call from a guy called Sandip Tripathi, as on 24/03/2015. He told me that I have been selected as lucky customer from a list of consumers who made online purchases during last week and I have won Dell Inspiron I7 Laptop. In order for me to receive this Gift, I will have to purchase holiday package from Vacations Gateway at a cost of Rs. 7, 799 payable in 12 EMIs without any additional charge. I believed in his words and made payment through credit card. While making payment he told me that payment is not successful and I will have to make the payment again, thus making me made the payment twice. After that he transferred the call to guy called Raghuram, who told me that since I have bought two holiday packages from Vacations Gateway, I will be receiving Sony Xperia Z3 tablet in addition to Dell Laptop. After that I receive the call from Sandip that I will first receive welcome letter from their side and after that I will have to tell them voucher code mentioned there in, after which they will dispatch my Gifts. He gave assurance to me that I will be receiving Holiday packages and Gifts within 7 to 10 working days. I didn't receive anything till today. Whenever I call their customer care number they just simply tell me to wait for 48 hours, but their 48 hours never ends. I even requested for order cancellation through emails but they are not sending cancellation confirmation. After reading complaints of other customers like me I believe that Vacations Gateway is a fraud company making false promises. My Vacations Gateway transaction ids are SDL00043297 and SDL00043291.

On May 5th one called Jyothi from Vacations Gateway called me and told me about some vacation package they are having to which I listened. Then she transferred the call to her manager named Prakash who went to lengths trying to convince me of their vacation package. I refused to buy it, then finally he promised me if I buy the package now he would send a free gift of Sony Xperia Z tablet. After much thought I said Ok and immediately paid the money Rs 8549. After receiving the money someone called Raghuram called me thanking me for the business and said he will send the vacation package voucher in a week. Then I asked about the free gift that Prakash told me about. He said there is no such free gift except I must refer another 7 people and they all should buy this same package of Rs 8549 then they will send me the gift. I told thats not what Prakash said and I requested to speak with him. But since that day till this day I was not able to get Prakash on call because they keep telling me that he is on vacation or busy or lunch break etc etc. Today after 2 weeks I still didn't get the free gift that Prakash promised nor did I even receive the vacation package voucher. The simply took my money and kept quiet and like disappeared. This is outright scam and I can't believe they are running this scam and defrauding people openly for so long. I request the authorities to take stern action against these culprits who cheat innocent people of their hard earned money and help me get a refund of my money Rs 8549 which I paid to them on May 5th.

I too was one among you people to get cheated by vacations gateway. I got call from Anil Sagar telling my name is been short listed for the dell laptop and sony tablet so i booked two packages (7799 + 7799) and did not receive any gifts and got cheated. If i ask for refund they were totally delaying and wasting my time. So i filed a complaint against vacations gateway in International Consumer Rights Protection Council (ICRPC) (http://www.icrpc.org/) by spending 500 rs and they issued a legal notice against the vacations gateway and got my money back. Everyone please file a complaint on vacations gateway and sue the company for cheating us.

M/s. Vacation Gateway has been doing its business unethically with its customers one by one. We lodged complaint against them, but till yet it's away from the reach of our regulatory. How it published its Company as a ISO-9001 organisation? Really it is a well planned cheating organisation which cheats people one by one.

Please have a look the day to day discussion with the executive of Vacation Gateway who committed and binding its customers through false promise and grab money. It may take some of your valuable time, but reade carefully, so that you can make yourself alert in future from this Company and alert others as a good citizen of India.

13.05.15 : 11.09 am, From Phone No. [protected] to me(Papu Singh) Mr. Akash Sharanagat informed that, vide selecting your(Papu Singh) mail ID, and phone no. our Co(i.e. Vacation Gateway) will award me with a gift if I will take a membership today. He also informed me that this is a short period offer and should be availed by you as in turn they will provide me a gift i.e. One Dell 15 5547 I-7 Laptop towards the membership gift. The membership is for Rs. 7799/- and I can also avail the benefit out of the membership through staying in designated hotel. I asked him that why your co will provide me a DELL Lapton costing neat about Rs. 61000/- in the market . Mr. Akash told me that as a part of selecting random membership you have been chosen by our company, if you opt for membership of Vacation Gateway

13.05.15 : 11.24 am From Phone NO. [protected] Mr. Akash Sharanagat informed me that, a link has already been sent to my mail by online support service and it will be exist for only 03 minutes. On query, he again told me that don’t miss out the chance of membership and get a DELL Laptop as gift as provided by Vacation Gateway. Again he asked me to check the model Dell Laptop 4th Gen Core i7/8GM RAM /1TB HDD/Windows 8.1/Touch in the website with the said features. Once again he informed me to make immediate payment through Credit Card or Net Banking as the payment link will not exist for more time . Upon getting verbal confirmation regarding the despatch of Dell I-7 Laptop within 72 hours of the payment made from Mr. Akash Sharanagat I made the payment through Internet banking.

Upon getting 100% assurance from Mr. Akash Sharanagat, I made the payment through online banking through SBI. The screen sort of the payment transactin is appended below for your information and reference please.
13.05.15 : 11.42 am : Through Phone No. [protected] : Mr. Akash Sharanagat rang me and told that your payment has been successfully made. He informed me that, the model with the aforesiad features is available in only two colours, i.e. Black and Silver. He requested me for my choice of colour. I preferred Silver colour. He informed me that, the gift i.e., Laptop Dell I-7 will be despatched to me and reach me within 3-5 working days.

14.05.15 at 9.51 am : Received a mail from Customer Service Desk seeking for acknowledgement from my side. The mail so received by me extracted and appended herewith.

14.05.15 : 11.17 AM : Through phone No. [protected] : Mr. Akash Sharanagat talked with me and told to acknowledge the mail so sent by Customer Service Desk. I acknowledge the mail as below(Extracted and attached herewith).

I acknowledge the mail Id. But my address for sending the Dell Laptop I7 is as below:(Gave my complete address) The laptop may pl. be sent through' DTDC service.

14.05.15 : 1.23 pm : Mr. Ashok Sharanagat again told me to send acknowledgement of the below mail written as “I acknwledge”. After my confirmation the Customer team will send me the promotion paper. Again as per his version I put my reply to the below mail as(Extracted and attached herewith). He also informed me that after acknowledgement from me the Customer Service department will contact me for referral gift. Mr. Akash told me that, if they will contact to me and ask me to take the referral gift, they simply I have to deny and reply him that, I(myself) am not interested in referral gift. I will only tell him to send the membership package. If I do so, then in the next time the Warehouse personnel will call me and take confirmation from me regarding my address on which the Laptop will be sent.

18.05.15 : 4.31 pm : Received a phone call from Phone No. [protected] asking me the address in which the Laptop will be despatched. I gave my complete address again.

18.05.15 : 6, .46 PM : From Phone No. [protected] : Again received a call asking for my address for sending the Laptop. I have given my address to which they have to despatch the gift(Laptop). Upon receipt of the Madam communicated that my gift(Laptop) will be despatched on my given address and will be received by me within or after 72 hours.

Till 22.05.15 I did not received any gift from Vacation Gateway.

23.05.15 : 3pm : Phone No. [protected] : Mr. Akash Sharanagat asked me whether I am at this time online, as he require the payment transaction reference for Rs. 7799/-. As at that particular time I was not online, he requested me to send the payment transaction reference via SMS to Phone No. [protected]. I sent the sms to Phone No. [protected] from my Cell No. as “ Payment Confirmation Ref. No. SDL00050180, dtd. 13.05.15 at 11.32 am”.

23.05.15 : 3.54 PM & 3.56 PM : By Phone No. [protected] : Mr. Akash requested me to online and attach the payment reference through screen sort. Again I enquired about my gift and he told me that, gift will be despatched after getting the payment reference number from my side. Upon his request I have sent a mail attaching the screen sort of payment reference, i.e. through online banking.

25.05.15 : 11.35 am : I made a call to Phone No. [protected] and wanted to talk with Mr. Akash Sharanagat. The attnding executive informed me that, Mr. Akash is on leave and you may talk with him tomorrow.

26.05.15 : 3.33 pm : Rang to phone No. [protected] and talked to Mr. Akash Sharanagat and informed him regarding non-receipt of Dell Laptop. Mr. Akash assured me that, it will be received at my end by tomorrow. If it will not reach to me tomorrow, he ask me to have a call to him on day after tomorrow i.e., on 28.05.15 at 10.30 am.

28.05.15 : 12.56 pm : I made a call to [protected] and wanted to talk with Mr. Akash Sharanagat. The call attender informed me that, Mr. Akash has gone to Agra for some work and will be on office on 29.05.15. He told me to contact Mr. Akash on tomorrow, i.e. on 29.05.15.

29.05.15 : 3.11 pm : I talked with Mr. Akash Sharanagat(Over phone no. [protected]) regarding non-receipt of my gift(Laptop) till date. Again he informed me that, my consignment was getting delayed due to non-availability of VG Code. I informed him that “on 23.05.15 I had already given VG Code upon his enquiry”. However, I given him the VG Code again as VG13421. Mr. Akash informed me that, on 4th June’15 the consignment will be despatched. He can provide me the Consignment No. On 5th June’15.

02.06.15 : 11.39 AM : Through Phone No. [protected] Mr. Akash Sharanagat informed me that my gift(Dell Laptop) is ready for despatch today. Within 48 hours I will get the consignment number, so that I can track my consignment.

08.06.15 : 4.39 pm :Talked with Mr. Akash Sharanagat([protected]) and enquired about my gift(Dell laptop). He informed me that, he has sent the VG code to the concerned department and he will let me know the Consignment Number on day after tomorrow i.e, on 10.06.15.

10.06.15 : 2.11 pm : Rang to phone No. [protected] and asked to contact with Mr. Akash, but the person so attended the call informed me that, it is the lunch time. He also asked me to contact after 3.00 pm. But inspite of my several calls to the above phones no body responded the call.

The same people with different names tactfully do their unethical and fraud from people to people.

Just share it as many as you can.

My name is Muhib Behzad Ghani I have received a call from Mr Sandeep .. who called on my no [protected] and told me that i have been selected in a lucky draw and I have to pay Rs[protected] + 3000) through internet baking to redeem my gift that is Del laptop Inspiron I7 .. In addition the executive promised that I would get travel package of 4 night and 5 days for the same amount .. after I made payment, ..I got a confirmation mail from Travel gateway for the payment paid ... Since then I have not received any Calls from them, .. I suspect that I have been cheated, , So I request you to please help me recover my money,

This is a big fraud to me by company called Vacation gateway. Their executive called me and convince me to take package of 8549/- along with the Gift like Sony Z2 tablet or Blackberry Mobile etc which will be given on account of company anniversary. I have the recordings of the cheater girl with all the conversation. After taking the package, they never sent any gift except the holiday voucher. Finally I have planned for vacation and booked the package by filling the voucher, sent by mail and via DTDC courier before 30 days as written in voucher. However They have never called me back nor they booked the hotels. They cheated me, this is a fraud company. I am going to lodge a complaint against this company if they will not return my money. I have booked for the 5 days and 4 nights package to visit Patnitop in the month of 25th Mayl'15. I have paid the amount through my Debit card but owing to technical snag in your system the amount was deducted twice from my account. This issue was immediately brought to the notice of your office as well as my bankers. Your personnel have confirmed that the payment was received twice and asked me to produce the copy of my bank statement as evidence for reversal of the excess amount deducted with an assurance that the amount woukd be reversed within 24 hrs. It is since three days that the promised time has lapsed and it appears that no action has been initiated in this regard at your end. It is requested to immediately reverse the amount failing which, I shall be forced to necessary remedial steps in this regard. Hope the issue will be resolved immediately. As per banker's TAT, in case of net banking transaction the amount will be credited to the customer's account within 3 working days and in case of card transaction the same will be credited in 7 working days.

This is Complain against M/s Vacation Gateway basedin Noida who are No 1 Cheaters & Fraudster Hi, I am Anupam Jain( mail id [protected]@bheljhs.co.in), On 5th May, 2015 a representative of Vacations Gateway, called my wife from and explained an offer where he said they were offring sbi credit card holder a Sony Xperia Z2 tablet and along with it a holiday package . On questioning from where they got my Name & Phone details they said they got it from sbi card and asked for credit card no and other details and within minuts 7799 rs debited from my credit card and now they are not picking phone. Since the several mail correspondence & Phone calls have been made by me but no proper explanation has come to me. The response from Sales as well as Customer care team is pathetic & disgusting & impolite. This seems to be clear case of Cheating & Fraud by providing false information & duping Customers by false & luring offers. All employees Need to punished severely & jailed & company need to be closed Let us Unite ourselves & lodge a joint complaint (FIR ) against these fraudster.

I have received acall from vacation gateway on 13th Feb 2015 and they very politelyrequested for explaining a holiday package of Rs 8549/- for 4 Persons and 4Nights at 3 star and 5 star resorts and hotels. They explained that they havetie-ups with many big hotels and they provide holiday packages at a very decentPrice range. They told me that I will get Sony Xperia Z3 Tab if I choose andpay for holiday package during the happy hours from 1PM to 2 PM during whichthey will provide Sony Xperia Z3 on one booking and Dell laptop on secondbooking. This gift is in addition to any referral gifts because it’s providedto only 5 persons during the happy hour. They have shown their website www.vacationsgateway.co and convinced me to not miss the rare opportunity. They provided me the link for payments. Since, I wassomewhat inclined towards holidays I got into their trap unknowingly thatVacations Gateway is a fraud Company. I have made two bookings of Rs 7799/ totaling Rs 15598/towards two holiday packages. They told if I pay by Net banking I have to payonly Rs 7799/ as against package of Rs 8549/ During the call and until payment they continuously giveCongratulations for selecting the package and assured many times that Tablet& laptop will be couriered same day i.e. 13th Feb at 4 PMthrough there Courier partner DTDC and will get delivered within 4 days. They talked about the color black or blue oflaptop etc to pretend genuine and fare. Once the payment is received, they did nothing and aftercontinuously chasing for several days they called from UK number once and thenmany other numbers and assure of Packaging of Tablet & laptop. They startedgiving excuse for delay due to misc things just to keep me engaged and give mean illusion that something is now progressing and I will receive my Gifts soon.However, this is just their game plan. I lost all hopes of any gifts when I got to know thatVacations Gateway is a Fraud company in India. When I thought of booking for vacations for 4 persons onMarch 16th with booking in OOTY from 3rd MAY to 7thMay I faced so many challenges and after100’s of email exchanges finally theyhave not provided any booking confirmations anywhere in OOTY. During the 40 +days of advance intimation they have not provided any reservations although allhotels have availability and good offers. I have complete email chain and phone calls to prove theirfraudulent business practices. This company should be immediately barred andall owners /employee should be penalized and prosecuted for executing fraudsover phone call and in the name of false company.

I am going to lounge complain with local police, Cyber crime, company act policy and also in Ministry of Consumers affairs if i will not be paid this payment of Rs.7799/- within one week time. I got a call from Vacation gateway regarding the refund of rs.7799 after they received a mail from consumer complaint form and its already past 6 months and they haven't settled the amount or put up a mail regarding the refund..
