I'm Yuvaraj, from Chennai. I received a call from the number +91 [protected] on 29th December 2014 around 4.00 PM, nearly 50 min conversation. This call from VACATIONS GATEWAY sales team, called person name is Mr. Anil sagar then Mr. Rajiv sena. They told me that my name has been selected for a dell laptop with tour package and they are explained their company details and why i was selected for this gift and they are made me the payment Rs.7799/- after nearly 50 min conversation. After my payment i came to know they are cheaters. Nearly one month i called them and followed them they didn't respond me. Now i w"d like to claim my money and i w'd like to convey that this kind of cheater doing business easily in India. Is it proud to us??

i have all call recording which is being is written in this complaint, on 3rd Feburary 2015 i received a call on my phone No.[protected] from Mr. Sachin[protected] on behalf of vacations gateway and told me that i have been selected by company to give special package to me. he said that u have been selected because you often do online transactions. he told me that i have to make payment of Rs. 8549/- online by my credit card and i will get 4night/ 5 days hotel stay in their hotel (list available on their website) free and 01 blackberry Z30 moblie phone free. he also promised me that no single coin you need not to pay for staying in 3 to 5 star hotel and all breakfast, lunch as well as dinner will be free of cost. i paid them Rs 8549/- by my credit card HDFC on 3rd feburary 2015. on 11th 2015, i received only vouchers. they did not send any phone on my postal address. I called on their phone numbers[protected]/[protected] other officials told me that we will not send any phone because this scheme is not available. this scheme is only valid when any customer takes two package. but when i talk to mr. sachin he used to tell me that they will dispactch phone today. but that today does not come yet. on 16th feburary 2015 making this complaint that they are fraud and please do legal action against them. please get provide my money from them. I have all phone call recordings in may phone. after that today 16/02/2015 i again received call from No.[protected] Mr. deepak told me that i have to tell him my credit card number to deposit money in my account without listining talk he cut the p phone. please refund my money my name is Pardeeep moblile No [protected]/[protected] address Q.No. 12 block A Police Line Sonipat. Akash Sharanagat from Vacation Gate way calls and assures a gift of laptop or tablet and tell us to make the payment online and when i saw lots of compliments online in the name of vacation gateway i sent mail to refund my amount as per their police deduction 8.5%. But that also they are not willing to give, I had done 2 transition of which one was showing failed but also my amount was deducted and 2 transitions were made . i want my refund, the assured gift is a fraud .Even when i sent mail to cancel they sent the booklet of membership to me. This is to inform you that these people are cheating like anything. on 24 th nov 2014 these people called me asked me to pay maoney because i got some offer for making online transaction for IRCTC and asked that if i pay 8000/- through cradit card then they said they will send me the laptop of DELL. I made the payment through creadit card after they got the amount.they are not responding and avoiding my cals. after several times of calling and mailing them they gave me commitments that they are dispatching the product. at last they finalised that i have to buy one more package to get the laptop. please look into this..and help me. i have every conversation with voice recordings...

Hi Sir/Mam, This is Venkatesulu A. My complaint is against Vacations Gateway Company. I got a call from Vacations Gateway – Sandeep Tripathi ( Ph: +91 [protected]) on 03th Dec 2014 called me and informed that i have been selected for a referral gift from payment gateway, as I have done many transactions on IRCTC through their gateway website. For this I will have to pay only Rs.7799 and take a vacation package that will bring me a Sony Xperia Tablet. He told me that I should make the payment immediately to avail the offer as this is the last one piece available and also the & after make a payment sandeep tripathi promised me with in 4 days u will receive a gift of Sony Xperia Z2 tablet.

Till to day ( after 2 1/2 month) i was not received the Gift from vacations gateway company.

Frequently follow up & making calls to Sandeep tripathi he just giving a false promise to me with in one week Ur gift will dispatch soon, but till to day ( after 2 1/2 month) I was not received the Gift from vacations gateway company.

Hi Sir/Mam, This is Hina Shaikh from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. My complaint is against Vacations Gateway Company. I got a call from Vacations Gateway Mr. Tarun ) on 31st Oct 2014 called me and informed that i have been selected for a referral gift from net banking usage, as I have done many transactions on IRCTC through their gateway website. For this I will have to pay only Rs.7799 and take a vacation package that will bring me a Sony Xperia Tablet. He told me that I should make the payment immediately to avail the offer as this is the last one piece available and also the courier person is waiting for the confirmation. He also asked me which color of tablet I need – Black, blue or white? I made the payment within 5 minutes (through Net banking in Axis bank website) and for this I received a confirmation mail from Vacations gateway for the payment they received. They informed me that I will be receiving a Welcome kit soon via courier and providing me with more details on how to fill in the package form once I have received the courier. After a half an hour again Mr. Tarun called me and informed that there is a on more last gift with them ( Dell laptop 15r 5251) and I could get this if I take another vacation package for Rs.7799/- and i will be receiving a Dell Inspiron 15R new Laptop within a week to my address. At this situation also he urged me to make the payment immediately, and I did so. He did not forget to mention that the vacation package is transferable and 4 persons can be included per package. So the Total I payed them was Rs.15, 598/- for the 2 packages. There was no response from them for a week. For many days I tried to call to these phone numbers ( +91 [protected], +91 [protected], +91 [protected], and +91 [protected] ) and at last one Friday evening at 5.00 P.M I managed to connect to one person. His message was that the office is in the closing time and I can call them on Monday. Without hearing my answer he hang up the phone. Next week I later tried to call Mr. Tarun but someone else picked up the phone and after hearing my message he asked whether I have received the welcome kit or not ? At that time the courier was only half its way. He asked me to make a call to them when I receive the courier. After receiving the courier I tried several times to connect to the line. Every time it was engaged. One day I got connected with Mr. Narayanl and His explanation was that this is to make sure that I have received the courier and also to send the gifts to me at the correct address provided by me. I will have to wait for 7 days as they are busy with the year ending works. Also I will get details on the tracking numbers for the courier via email. Then there were no calls for 2-3 days. Again I called several times and one day a lady picked up the phone and I mentioned the whole thing. She then informed me that there are no such referral gifts and only gifts like travel bag and a wrist watch will be given - not to the person who took the package but only to those who has referred the case to them. Later I got an email from Vacations gateway that they are ready to dispatch the gifts of travel bag and wrist watch. But for this I will have to give a reply as confirmation to the email that I received. Again I called +91 [protected] for connecting to Mr. Tarun / Mr. Narayan Since then, but nobody is answering the phone... I want my money back as they are not providing me Sony tablet and dell laptop which they have promised...

Hi, Today 5th Feb 2015, I received a call from Sandeep Tripathi .. Noida +[protected], stating I'm the 3rd Lucky Winner to get Dell Inspiron 15r5521 Laptop for free. However, I need to pay 7799rs to avail membership card of Payment Gateway. I knew it is a fake call, However I listened to whole story and asked him to call me again after 5 Minutes, Meanwhile I browsed in net regarding this. Luckily I found all these reviews. Otherwise I could have paid the amount too. Thank God. He called me again after 10 Minutes then i scolded him stating not to play cheap trics. He said ours is not vacation gateway. Our Company is Payment Gateway and we are not fraud. I said I'm not interested and disconnected the call.. Please be aware that though they are following the same tricks, changing the company name...to be in safer side.

He informed me not to consider the email or calls from the lady staff, and I will be given the assured gift of Tablet and Laptop but for this will have to wait for another 7 days. Since then, they are not responding to my phone call from my side as they know my mobile numbers. I did not try to call from other phone numbers as there is no use now calling them. ON 17TH JAN'15 I REVCIEVED A CALL STATING I WAS SELECTED TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR WINNING A SONY Z3 TAB ON BOOKING A VACATIONS PACKAGE OF INR8549 WHICH WAS WORTH 21999/- ; I WANTED TO PAY IT MYSELF IN THEIR WEBSITE BUT THEN ON DISCONNECTING THEIR CALL I GOT A SMS NOTIFICATION OF INR 8549, BEING DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT THAT I REGULARLY USED FOR IRCTC TICKET BOOKINGS; I ALSO RECEIVED A MAIL FROM THEM AN INVOICE FOR THE ABOVE AMOUNT; WHEREAS I NEVER ACCEPTED NEITHER DID I GIVE MY BANK CREDENTIALS TO THEM; AGAIN ON TRYING TO CONTACT THEM NOBODY RECEIVED THE CALLS; ON MONDAY 19TH JAN'15 WHEN I GOT THEIR CALL AT LAST TRYING CONTINUOUSLY FOR 2 DAYS, THEY STATED IT WAS AN AUTOMATIC PROGRAMMED TRANSACTION FROM VISA PAYMENT GATEWAY; I THOUGHT IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE N ARGUED WITH THEM; THEY DISCONNECTED THE CALL AND THE VERY NEXT MOMENT I GOT AN SMS FROM BANK MENTIONING A DEDUCTION OF INR 7799; I WAS UNDER SHOCK N THEN WHEN I GOOGLED THE INFO I RECEIVED NEWS OF FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS LIKE THIS FROM THE COMPANY USING CREDENTIALS FROM IRCTC WEBSITE; PLZ SUGGEST ME HOW TO GO ABOUT THIS N GET BACK MY MONEY???? I WILL SUE THE BANK IF NECESSARY N ALSO INDIAS PRESTIGIOUS WEBSITE IRCTC FOR GIVING AWAY MY CREDENTIALS;

Yesterday I was also the victim of this website and their employees. I have been cheated and given false commitment by your Vacations Gateway. If they don't give response ASAP, then I would like to go to consumer court since I have already emailed them what they were offering and you they confirm all via email and over call. I am trying to reach on the given support number and[protected] but nobody responding Here are the false commitment given to me by Rajiv Sinha- 1. On booking of hodliay package of 8549/- I will get Sony Xperia Z2 tablet as a promotion of the company. However I am trying to reach Rajiv since yesterday no one is given proper response and not connecting to Rajiv. Today I got the Merchant Details from my bank and I am going to police station to lodge Cyber complaint- Please call your respective bank and get the Merchan details and lodge the cyber complaint. Please call me back Vacation gateways Guys and refund my money. I am going to screw you up. Thanks!

COMPLETE FAKE WEBSITE & FRAUD!! Today I got a call from Name Anil sagar Contact No:[protected], regarding the same offer Sony Z2 Tablet or Trip worth 7799/-, I knew it very well that its a fake call, but still I listened whole conversation and also followed steps, but not payment option, before that I skipped telling some reasons. So be careful like this fraud calls! BELIEVE ME NOTHING IS FREE OR LOW COST FOR SOME REASON!! One more thing to remember address or details were taken from IRCTC.CO.IN, from there they took my details and told exact old address on my location.

I am one of the victims of this fraudulent company. But why are we keeping quiet? We may not get back our money. But we certainly can do something to protect our brothers and sisters in future. 1. call up customer care of your bank and get the merchant ID of your transaction with Vacations Gateway. 2. Please lodge a complaint with your credit card bank. They will certainly respond. Give them all the details you have about the transaction. Give them the link to this site (Consumer complaints). 3. Contact the Cyber Crimes Cell near you (or anywhere). 4. cooperate with your bank and cyber cell. I have completed points 1 and 2 above. Don't lose heart. I am sure we will eventually win. On Nov 11th 2014, I received a call from Ansh ( +[protected] of Vacations Gateway offering me membership with the holiday package of worth Rs. 7799 along promotional free gadget - Sony Xperia Tablet. I have made the payment through credit card. Since then I am waiting for the delivery of the membership and gadget. I am tired of reaching them on call and through mails and fake promises on delivery of gadget. Today when I googled, I found that same package of Rs.7799 is sold to many others and are facing the same issue. I have alll the emails and phone numbers.

As per the promise through telephone I paid the amount 7799 on 12/11/2014. They assured that they will send xperia tab along with voucher. On 3/12/14 they again called me and said they immediately despatch the same.But till date I didnot get the same .

RIYA called me from Vacations Gateway and convinced they would the refund the money, I acknowledged as per their request. Its been more than 30 days I still have not received my money. Now when I call them to follow up. They say they cannot refund the money, do what you want. Final Warning to Vacations Gateway. If I do not get my money back I Will come to your address with Media and collect my money with my assured GIFT. If you guys want to challenge, yes you will get it BACK. Am telling this on Open Forum.

I have suffered enough. I dont have time to call you guys more. I have phone records, phone recorings, payment details and your fake promises in mail. hi, There was a call from this comapny vactions gateway, Mr nitin, anupriya, ashok, kirti, anurag was promised me to give assured gift and packages, for these i paid 7799 amount to their payment gatway but they did two times from my credit card and after that they forced me for 2-3 referrals and also confirmed me for the referral gift sony Tablet. All my 3 friends also purchased these package on these basis i will get confirmation mail from their office that i will not get assured gift but i will elgible for Sony Tablet on the basis of giving him five refferance on 18th Nov, 2014 but till date i am not getting these assured gift and referral gift. After last confirmation they people are commiting me differant date but not giving me gifts i want my all money back with intrest and also all my friend's money back with intrest. i have booked total 5 package including my friends.

This company is cheating like anything..they coax customers and the have all excuses not to give holiday packages. They do not have any complaint addressal system and customer will only get annoyed at their way of promises and not giving anything for vacation. Regards
