This is Bharat Suthar from mumbai, contact no [protected]. I have got call from Vacation Gateway regarding travel package with free gift of samsung tablet. I have paid on line Rs 7799/- confirmation with transaction id SDL00051729. I have got the vacation voucher Voucher Code Request form No: VG 13510. But I have not received free gift which was committed by My. Kunal. During my conversation he told me everything is recorded so you will not cheated and they told me the company is payment gateway which is safe. But I feel that I am cheated and I want free gift which was committed by Mr. Kunal. I am daily calling on 0120 6525854/ [protected]. Till date not recived free gift and my money back. Please help me to get back my money or Free Gift which was committed by Vacation Gateways. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com, contact no [protected].

Vacations Gateway - on Jun 20, 2015 Dear Sir, My self Akash prakash pimpalkar I want to complain against www.vacationgateways.com.co. Because i have received a phone call from Mr. Shubham sr+[protected] on 20june2015. he told, he was calling from Vacation gateways and he provide a holiday package for8549/- for 4night 5days. if i get that package then i also get a assure gift as per referral scheme(i.e tablet.) And instantly i have made payment as per his instruction. then they send a payment confirmation mail to me that he successfully received the payment. then i had call them when i will received dispatched details of my assure gift. he reply me within 48 hour you will received dispatched details.But till date i have not received my assure gift. and i have called to Mr.Shubham to send my assure gift but they don't refuse that then do not provide the gift. now they don't revived my phone calls. please help me how can i received my gift or cancel my holiday package. As per telecom while plan promotion, 1. informed that all meals & breakfasts charges included in your package however it not includes non veg. food & alcohol. Split of the package is allowed for 2 nights and 3 days on one destination and rest 02 nights and 03 days on another destination for 4 persons. Booking could be done for any destination in India & stay in any 3-5 star hotel will be applicable except Taj, Hayat or Leela group hotels. Booking could be done for any date i.e. no black out period for the package. Over telecom informed that package includes free Referral gift of 01 no. Samsung S6 32 gb phone Black color however after that back out.

Sir I am Abhishek agarwal From jaipur i want to inform you a Big scam in doing in Noida C-56/5, FF, Sector - 62 Noida - 201301, U.P. The company name is Vacation gateway they are doing every day doing fraud in indian people every city.They are a big fraud to me and many many people of India. Vacation gateway this are executive called us and give promotional offer to customer and cheat us by fake commitment of delivering Gift like Laptop, Camera, Mobile etc and get payment for tour package of 4N/5D.Their executive also told to us not to say any gift commitment while we receive any further call from company conformation department.But this is special scheme of company you will 100% get Blackbarry mobile committed gift said by company executive. This is cheating to we all, I was paid 7799 for holiday package because he was promised to give a gift of blackbarry mobile.He told you are a lucky winner through gateway and eligible for gift mobile.I was booked before but till now they are not sending the gift and saying there was no scheme like this.I received only that holiday voucher.May be it will also fraud. Then after customer call in customer care in vacation gateway all customer care executive the name is NITIN, KARTI, RAJ, PANKAJ AND SHIKA they are all executive in every day say your make full in people and say fake commitment and, Then after few days i submit complaint in online site consumer complaint vacation gateway customer care they are call me and he said me sir please resolve your complaint they will be refund back in your amount in 15-20 days in my debit card but they are and send me Refund in my debit account. They are only send me mail about this refunded back within 15-20 days but still they are not given my amount . Every time when i call in customer care they are says after few days you get your refund but every time they are fake commitment . I am send complaint in every department online consumer complaint but no response me I want your request to you please take Legal and police action against vacation gateway all customer care executive and company owner . I was call by Mr Shekha, for I have been offered a free gift of Dell insperon touch screen Laptop for which I had to purchase a Holiday package and pay a sum of Rs.8549/- after that he informed me that I was also eligible for a combo offer which is a Sony 42 Inch 3D LET TV for which I have to pay Rs.8549/-, which was also confirmed by Mr.Ravi Chavan for both I paid via links provided by email and for both I got Transaction I'd as given SLD00053447 & SDL00053475, I was said to confirm the email for holiday package the next day, later on I was also informed that i will get a call from Tour department and Warehouse to confirm for delivery of the gift items, which I never received. I tried calling on customer care number also had email send but there is no satisfactory response and also noting is being intimated to me regarding the gifts offered. I have been cheated and am cancelling the the tour offered I want the refund of the money paid I.e Rs.8549+Rs.8549=17098.This is gentle request to refund the amount

I got a call from a call centre starting with the sentence that " Hi Mam, I am calling from the portal payment gateway Paytm and we have a offer for u" and i insured it 2-3 times that is it from Paytm and they said yes. So looking to the big/known/ trustworthy name of Paytm, i thought it was worth listening to the offer as sometimes big companies really give genuine offers on their anniversary or some other gud news. The lady said that I have 2 offers from Paytm 1. Sony Tablet 2. Samsung S6 mobile She also asked me surf the respective products while she waited online for me to check the same. Then she said that I m on Paytm lucky draw list standing 3rd in no. and I can opt for any of these gifts with a small token payment of Rs. 8549/-. looking to me suspicious attitiude that why Paytm wud offer that to me she transfered the call to her senior Mr. Ram who convinced me that he was calling from Paytm.I confirmed that why Paytm wud do so? He said from millions of customers the company if we take Rs.1 per customers, the company is earning millions per day from their payment gateway and for this they choose to reward 5 cutomers once in a year. (and this year i was the lucky one standing 3rd in their list). Also along with this gift their is a complimentary vacation package (7 days) given to u free of cost for ur family. Then he asked me my prefernce for colour of mobile and I opted for Gold Samsung S6 mobile. He said it will be deliver to my house in maximum 5 working days. So I again confirmed whether this is not a fraud call and Mr. Ram said Mam wen u make the payment u will pay to Paytm and tht is the surety of your money being in safe hands. I thought may be this is a genuine call as wen I will make payment definitely i will come to knw wther it is going to paytm so wen i started the payment it went to Paytm and I was assured tht it was paytm but later wen I received the receipt I got it from "Vacation Gateway" and i understood that they sold me a vacation at the price of Rs. 8549/- and no gift is coming to me. Also later at night I surfed the net and found tht many customers are complaining on consumer forum that Vacations Gateway is luring them with different gifts like laptops/mobiles/I pad and others and selling them their vacation pacakages. Request your company to look into the matter and keep a check on fraud companies. Also u shud blacklist such accounts from ur list so tht they don fool many customers in future. Pls take strict actions against the company as daily it is fooling millions of customers by fake promises. I hope a decent/desired action is taken against them so that in future they don fool others. Being a CA i was fooled then think about the uneducated ones. If Vacations Gateway is really genuine and ask them the status of Samsung S6 mobile phone they offered to courier me. ASLO Wrote several mails to Paytm to stop my payment but no response for the same . I think both of them are partners in crime.

I believed in his words and made payment through credit card. While making payment he told me that payment is not successful and I will have to make the payment again, thus making me made the payment twice.And also receive mail from [protected]@vacationsgateway.com.co. After that he transferred the call to guy called Ram, who told me that since I have bought two holiday packages from Vacations Gateway, I will be receiving Black berry mobile in addition to Lenova Tablet. After that I receive the call from [protected]@vacationsgateway.com.co that I will first receive welcome letter from their side and after that I will have to tell them voucher code mentioned there in, after which they will dispatch my Gifts. He gave assurance to me that I will be receiving Holiday packages and Gifts within 7 to 10 working days. I didn't receive anything till today. Also I had to pay total amount on Credit card and no EMIs were offered to me. Whenever I call their customer care number they just simply tell me to wait for 48 hours, but their 48 hours never ends.I have some voice recordings of convocation. After reading complaints of other customers like me I believe that Vacations Gateway is a fraud company making false promises. My Vacations Gateway transaction ids are SDL00049833 and SDL00049840.

Dear sir, I have received phone call from Vocations Gateway (Mr Sandeep Tripathi - [protected] )for offering free laptop scheme, I found good scheme and attractive. As per his guide line I have made on line transaction of Rs 7799 on 29 april. After paying I am going to get welcome kit, and also received VG number, this no I have informed him and he said you will get laptop on 25 may but till today I have not received any thing. Upon membership the executives of Vacations Gateway committed me to provide with a DELL Inspiron 15 5547 I-7 and made my membership of Rs. 7799/-. Upon writing to their Customer Care, they informed me that, there will be no such gift. Mr. Akash Sharanagat, Executive of Vacations Gateway confirmed me over telecon several time regarding the gift(Dell Lapton) with Silver color. Till now they have not provided me with the gift. On 10th March 2015, I received a call from Vacations Gateway and i was informed that I won a Dell inspiron Laptop and in order to get that laptop i need to buy a holiday package which costs me Rs 7799.I asked them how they got my contact details from Payment gateway as they are tied up with all india Payment gateways and they got my number from one of the online transaction i Made.They have sent a link for the payment(http://vacationsgateway.co/Website/Paytm.aspx?amount=7799&EmailId=[prote...⇄ and asked to make the payment and i was informded that i can convert that into EMI's (Rs 1350 x 6 months).I have made the payment and i got some details to My Mail ID (reference No SDL00040977, Customer ID: VG4360V915356 and i received a holiday Package form which i need to avail within 1 year.but i didn't received the commited gift which was promissed by Vacations Gateway.I Have been calling to the customer care no ([protected]) but no proper response from them, Every time they are saying that Consignment is ready ready to dispatch and i will receive my docket number in mail.even call will got connected to them or they wont pick the call, some times it rings bit no body picks the call and immediately the number will be busy.almost i spent more than Rs 500 for Phone calls i made since march 2015.even they are not ready to escalate call to supervisers.hoping a Positive response after this complaint.

Counceling on phone was done to book the holiday package and get one sony xperia tab free, this is for 5 members and you are lucky one, assurance was given . money was asked in installements when said yes money deducted in one go saying a mistake to deduct 8000 at one go . below is the reply Dear Mr Sanjeev This is with reference to your booking placed with Vacations This is in regards to your complain. we would like to inform you that we do not offer tablet on 01 package. This is to inform you that how your executive Mr Kartik ([protected]) and others cheated for just Rs. 7799/=. Shame to cheat customers for just pity amount and then your customer care not responding at @: +[protected] and +[protected] when contacted. I was promised this amount to be paid as membership and a free gift of Dell laptop and holiday package paid June 2014. I have received a call from Mr. Sachin Kumar vacation gateway on 21th APR 2015 and they very politely requested for explaining a holiday package of Rs 7799/- for 4 Persons and 4Nights at 3 star and 5 star resorts and hotels. They explained that they have tie-ups with many big hotels and they provide holiday packages at a very decent Price range. They told me that I will get Sony Xperia Z3 Tab if I choose and pay for holiday package during the happy hours from 1PM to 2 PM during which they will provide Sony Xperia Z3 on one booking .This gift is in addition to any referral gifts because it’s provided to only 5 persons during the happy hour. They have shown their website wwwvacationsgateway.co and convinced me to not miss the rare opportunity. They provided me the link for payments. Since, I was somewhat inclined towards holidays . I have made a bookings of Rs 7799/ During the call and until payment they continuously give Congratulations for selecting the package and assured many times that Tablet will be courier same day i.e. 21th APR at 4 PM through there Courier partner DTDC and will get delivered within 4 days. They talked about the color black or blue etc to pretend genuine and fare. Once the payment is received, he told me they have option if EMI also for that again they have send a link for that again I have made payment of Rs.7799 . I am continues taking follow-up They started giving excuse for delay due to misc things just to keep me engaged and give me an illusion that something is now progressing and I will receive my Gifts soon. I have made Twice the Payment of Rs.7799 + Rs.7799, I have asked also why two times you are taking payment & also he promise I will refund you on June 01, 2015. But there is no refund for same. I am attaching herewith the mails he has send me. Pl. go through the trailing mail also. You are requested to cancel both the offer & immediately refund the amount in my account.

On 6th May 2015 Mr Sandeep an executive of VG called me saying I have won lucky dell laptop in lucky draw. He assured me a Dell Laptop if I take package for 7799/- though I had a doubt I paid as Mr Sandeep assured me the gift. Till now (4/06/2015) I did not receive package nor laptop I was assure that the package will be reached with in 7 working days . Since after 10 days I have been calling to the[protected]call centre no ) no one is giving proper response when ever I called them they are telling that the package is dispatched when i asked to give the docket no they are not given saying within 2 days consignment will be reached to my address. This vocation gateway is totally fraud my humble request is to everyone please dont purchase any sort of packages with this company all are fraud even the customer care people doesnot have any responsibilty they dont even give proper response . date of incident-17.01.2014 Contacted person- DEVESH He told me to got enroll and get a blackberry mobile absolutely free .And i waited till now to get those offer and at last plan to avail the vacation offer atleast but now customer care no didn't respond to get that. So this is totally fraud company. Please try get it resolved and want my money refund. Waiting consumer forum to give strict action against this to get those member in jail . It was June'2014 that Anil Sagar an executive of VG called. Thinking of a vacation with family i took one package for Rs. 7799/-. He assured me a Dell Laptop if i take one more package through him and his manager. So thinking of accompaning my friends also i took one. But i did not get any Laptop till date. In Jan'15(23/01-26/01) i decided to use a package & submitted the form. They askd to confirm the Hotel which i did & kept assuring me tat my bookin is safe & wil share the details by 22/01. Accordingly i started of my trip wit family bt they did nt provide any booking details. I talked wit the Hotel which i had confirmd before starting and they told that VG have not contacted them. But i already booked a room with that hotel as i realised that they are cheating. After coming back from the trip i lodged a complaint against them in consumer court. In b/w these days another executive called me tellin he is calling frm HDFC Banks Gateway and bank is refunding all transaction done by this company. He asked me to confirm my card details as he wanted to know whether i am the cardholder and i inorder to proceed with the refund process he askd me to confirm the p/w send to my mobile. Bt i was again cheated by them. I was crying for my money at tat time on getting the notice their legal department called up me. I asked to refund the all 4 packages amount. They told no compensation will be given. Yet to withdraw the case. Got refunded all amount

This company's sales executive called me on 14th Apr15 and told me that I am his 1st five customer and if I buy thier tour package of Rs 7799/- then I will be offered Dell Laptop. However till date I have not received laptop even after so many calls and email reminders. Please note down my transaction id for your future reference SDL00046698 . I request refund of my money from this company and also request strict action against this company for cheating so many customers.

One person called me by name Raghuram and offered me a iPhone or Dell Laptop if I pay INR 7799/- and sent me a payment link. I just searched the company name "Vacationgateway" in google and got the link of "Consumer Complaints" and thanks to all who already added a review comment on this company. If not I would have paid money like others and worried. Thanks a ton for maintaining such site.
