I HAVE BEEN CALLED BY SOME MR LUCKY([protected]) FOR TOUR PACKEGES COSTING RS 7999.00, THEY HAVE ASKE ME TO PAY THE SAME BY CREDIT CARD, I HAVE DONE THE SAME, THEY HAVE GIVEN ME BOUCHER, SEND THE FORM TO FILL HOLIDAY DESTINATION AND SEND TO ME, I HAVE SEND THE ON HIS GIVEN ADDRESS, I HAVE CALLED THEM ON FOLLOWING NO -[protected], SOME MR PUNIT AND ANURAG IS SAYING WE WILL GIVE THE BOOKING DETAILS TO SHORTELY BUT THEY HAVE NOT DONE THE SAME, I THINK THEY ARE DOING FRAUD TO ME, KINDLY DO THE SOME LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM AT LEAST THEY CAN NOT CHEAT OTHERS, THANKS VINAY KUMAR SINGH- [protected]

    I want to draw your kind attention to the fraud being perpetrated by a firm named “Vacations Gateway” based at Noida, which is duping people in the cover of selling vacation package by calling them on their mobile no.s and offering the package at an attractive price of around Rs. 7000 along with an offering of a free Tablet or Laptop without any condition attached to it. The address of this firm, as written on its booking voucher is as follows: DTDC Courier & Cargo Ltd. Near Gaia Play School Adjcent to wine shop, Silver city, Sector-93 Noida -201301 Customer care No.: +91 [protected], +91 [protected] Email : [protected]@vacationsgateway.com.co Once a clueless person agrees to buy their holiday package in attraction of the free tablet or laptop with the package (which otherwise cost more than the package price), they tell the person that a payment link will be sent to the person’s mail id and the person has to make payment for the package thro’ the payment link. Once the payment is made by the person, the firm’s marketing executive tells the person that a verification call will be received by the person for confirmation of package purchase by the person and also instructs not to mention anything about the free tablet/laptop which anyways will be despatched separately by the firm after the verification formality. But this free tablet/laptop is never received by the unsuspecting customer though a package is received through courier with a booklet & a booking voucher which is to be utilised within a year of the purchase. When a complaint is lodged by the customer with the firm for not receiving the free gift of tablet/laptop with the package as promised, they do not reply initially. After many follow-ups, they simply reply that since the customer had not mentioned about the free gift during the verification call, it is not a feature of the package and is given only on the reference scheme if certain no. Of references given by the customer are also converted for purchasing holiday package from the firm. Though the free gift is clearly offered by the marketing executive of the firm on simply purchasing the package & without any conditions attached. They also do not entertain the customer’s request to verify the free gift promised from their marketing executive. On top of it, when the customer wants to avail of the free vacation package to at least recover some benefit from the payment made by him by sending the filled booking voucher to the firm, the firm does not reply to the customer at all and the customer care phone no.s given on the booking voucher are either being not answered or if the call is answered at all, customer is replied that he will receive the confirmation on mail, which actually never received by the customer despite of several repetition of these calls. It is a clear case of the firm duping the people financially in the name of selling Holiday packages and not simply a case of wrong promise being done by its marketing executives to sell their products. I am a victim of the fraud of this firm and feel that i have lost Rs.7000 to their fraud since they are not even providing any confirmation to my booking request nor are receiving calls made to their customer care no.s. Though I have lost my money but my request to you is to take some strict action against this fraud firm so that at least other people do not fall victim to the fraud of this firm like me. Expecting a quick & effective action from you. For any additional information required from me in connection to this case, i would be more than happy to assist. A responsible citizen of the country

In fact till today I have not got refund of Rs.15598/- but my credit card account is debited again for Rs.15598/- and still I have not received the goods. My efforts to contact you over mobile phone could not succeed because your mobile phone is switched off. Office land line phone is also not reachable. This means you have cheated me twice once by not crediting the amount of non-delivered items and again by debiting my credit card account and again not delivering the goods. So, I still request you to credit both the amounts i.e.15998/-+15598/-=31596/-to my credit card account failing which I will be compelled to lodge police complaint and you will be solely and fully responsible for the consequences.         I have received a call from Mr. Abhishek Kumar saying that you won the prize of Sony Tablet Z 1. And we have selected only 15 customer for the same. Then he told about Gatway which is for payment thruough internet banking. And also mentioned that all the conversation we are having has recorded. Hense there is not deceiving possible etc. Then he was behind me to take this offer by purchasing gift packet of Rs.7799/=. Then offer another packege alongwith Black Berry Z3. And both money taken by my debit card and told me link which he has sent on email address link .http://www.vacationsgateway.co/Website/Request.aspx?OrderId=SDL00024004&amo... transaction id SDL00024004 and transaction id SDL00023987. I was receving call from [protected]. When I came to know about fake things I immidiately told Mr. Abhishek Kumar to cancel the same and give my money refund. But there is no response from him or company. Please advise.

        They offered to give gifts insted of money refund. I denied to do the same. They said you do not have choice and they promised to give gift and they also they have fulfilled. So I am in need of money. And they have came to me for this and I have not gone to them for the gifts.

        I have received call yesterday, saying that calling from Consumer Forrum and want to give your money refunded as we seized vacations gateway bank account and we returning your money back. Only we need your account with SBI or ICICI bank atm. We will immdiately transfer your money. But I dont have account with the mentioned bank. Hense they told me to give your relative or friend account will also do. But I dont know is this correct about the refund of money of Vacations Gateway. Actually I need money because of my both kedneys failed. So I have to do dialysis twice in a week. The person name from consumer forum is Mr.Vikas Sharma. I am requesting you refund my money.
        As per your sales team after buying the vacation gateway voucher they will give free gift sony experia Z2 but still I am not received when I contact to the mobile number I will get the answer it is already couriered and you will get another 7 working days like that but still I am not received.         Mr. Wagle, you have been defrauded by Vacations Gateway ! It is a total fraud firm . I have also been duped by them last year and now they are not even picking my calls made to their customer care Numbers for confirmation of my booking request to atleat recover the basic facility.
        They will not even provide the basic vacation booking, let alone the promised gift of tablet, laptop or whatever.

        I have made a police complaint against them and suggest you to do like wise so that others do not fall the victms as we did.

        Write a mail to Vacations Gateway on their official mail id ([protected]@vacationsgateway.com.co) and ask them for refund.
        They have mentioned about their refund policy in point 17. at below link on their website.

        Also do daily follow up of this refund request on their official phone numbers only listed on their website (+[protected],
        +[protected]. Don't discuss on any other phone numbers. All other numbers including (sell person's personal numbers) are fraud, just used to cheat customers. They say that all other numbers are recording line, but total fraud. If possible do record all the conversation happened with them. This will be useful for legal actions in case they denied to refund or in case of delay of refund.

        Looks like company tries to make money by deducting 8.5%, 15% or 20% from the total amount of pkg after refund also..
        Some customer don't ask for refund after getting cheated and leave it since amount is not very high, so company earns total pkg amount.
        Company makes customer to avail low class hotels, in this way also it makes money.

        Be cautious for future. Just don, t take so much tension because of some bad people in the world. God knows everything and nobody can cheat god.

          Hi, I am Abhishek.S. On August 7, a representative &manager (named Prakash D souza &Ramakrishna) of Vacations Gateway, called me and explained an offer where he said I have to pay Rs 7799 and ill be given a Sony Xperia Z2 tablet and along with it a holiday package . He asked me to make the payment immediately if I have to avail the offer. I made the payment after which I asked him for a confirmation on mail regarding my Sony Xperia Z2 tablet. I purchased it only for theSony Xperia Z2 tablet and was not interested in their holiday package. He said, they don&#039;t mention anything in mail but will dispatch the Sony Xperia Z2 tablet immediately the next day. It is over 1 month, I had waited for it but didn&#039;t receive it. Then I dropped a mail to cancel the purchase and asked refund. They are denying to refund my money now. I have been cheated. Vacations Gateway representatives do not pick phones now.           I got a call from Vacation gateway regarding the refund of rs.7799 after they received a mail consumer complaint form and its already past 20 days and they haven't settled the amount or put up a mail regarding the refund..

          I look forward to getting helped to get my money refunded.

          I was also cheated like you.But realized that I have been cheated in 2-3 days, when I was not getting the confirmation.
          2-3 things I have done immediately.

          If you have made a payment through credit card, then call to bank and tell them its a disputed transaction and block this transaction.

          Lodge a FIR to cyber crime police station with a application.

          Dont accept any courier from them.

          However FIR might be in process against them.
          But after 45 days Bank has returned my amount and cancelled the transaction as a disputed.
          But its already 40 days, now if i intimate bank also they will not refund.

          I should wait for the refund from vacation gateway only no...
          They are a total fraud firm ! I am also a victim of their fraud like you !

          they will not provide even the vacations booking if you want to avail it later !

          I have made a complaint to police and suggest you to do likewise to prevent other people from getting cheated in future !
          Now they have reacted to this consumer complaint form and called me regarding the refund of my amount of rs.7799 but it is already 15 days still no signs of amount or an mail from vacation gateway...
          I look forward to getting helped to get my money refunded.

            I booked special offer package For Rs7799/-. Vacations Gateway through Mr Rajive Sinnha with mob no. [protected] who has done this transaction informed me that company is offering Dell laptop and Black Berry mobile in next 3weeks by courier.They are using land line no [protected] and another no[protected]. When I have talked with Rajiv sinha he told me material is out of stock and will be delivered ist week of september. I have not received the free gift and people are available to phone. On[protected] Ashok Vacations Gateway with mobile no. [protected] talked and informed me to one more package to get free gifts. I realised it is fraud by that time 6 weeks passed. I informed him and Rajive sinnha that I am going to loge complaint to police. Nest day they informed to send gifts shortly. Gifts not sent so far. It seems there is big money scandal behind this project. No response from customers care numbers [protected] and [protected].

I checked the web site and found website shows same offer. So I paid for 2 tour package. After I received call from customer care for verification, but not talking about the gift offered.                   i am mr.jaiswal from mumbai. i had got a call from vacations gateway saying that i had got selected for a prize of a dell laptop along with other 4 people.i asked how can u git out a dell laptop.he said hes calling on part of online survey who do online shoppping.his name was kartik.and they selected 5 out of many customers for the prize.bt he said u hv to pay an amount of 7799 as part of tax for the laptop.he explained in a very systematic way.so i felt for a dell if i hv to pay only the tax as the prizes r high it was gud deal.as i had got it as a part of prize.he also said he will be offering a free trip from vacations gateway and told to check the offer on the site.till thn he dint tell he was a executive from vacations gateway. he said i wud get a mail and many verification calls. i followed it.bt now its 3 months. whenevr i call he says hes on his way of sending the laptop.i had got mails too bt thr was no mention of the laptop anywhere.today when i called up to the office number aftr he wasnt picking the phone the customer care of vacations tell me tht where do u get a laptop at 7799????? u can avail the offer of the trips bt we wont give any laptop.and u can do whatevr u want.it means these people only to sell their trip packages make different stories and make people buy their offers.i[censored]r company isnt working then plz shut it down than doing fraudulent things.

                    I purchased the package at Rs. 7999 to Goa and they promised to a 5 day package in a 5 star hotel but now I am not getting any reply from there side. It's really sad, their website states "At Vacations Gateway, we try to explain all these points briefly to our customer so that we make their travel experience better while retaining their trust." and I should have search and read the complaints. Don't know what to do.

                      Hi, I am Dnyaneshwar Kuyate. On August 8, a representative (named Nikhil) of Vacations Gateway, called me and explained an offer where he said I have to pay Rs 7799 and ill be given a holiday package and along with it a immediate gift of Sony Xperia Mobile. He asked me to make the payment immediately if I have to avail the offer. I made the payment after which I asked him for a confirmation on mail regarding my gift. I purchased it only for the gift item and was not interested in their holiday package. He said, they don't mention anything in mail but will dispatch the gift (Sony Xperia Mobile) immediately the next day. It was over 2 weeks I had waited for it but didn't receive it. Then I dropped a mail to cancel the purchase and asked refund. They are denying to refund my money now. I have been cheated. Vacations Gateway representatives do not pick phones now.                         and 8021 packages Your Vikram after 3 if your employees continues to dodge on phone after assuring dispatch on 27yh./


                        Added to that you never respond to mails on your staff
                        cheating customers.


                        Perhaps as a company you all are in hand in glouse on
                        cheating the customers.

                        This is indeed pitiable and to be routed out of Tourism.

                          sir I purchased one tour package from vacation gateway at 6 Dec 2013 4 night and five days hotel stay tour package. that time they told me within 3days we send you information about your hotel booking after that i called many time and they replied tomorrow will be confirmed your booking. i fixed my journey for vacation 18 to 22 Dec for mount abu and udipur. but at the last moment they told me there is no booking. at that time they harass me finansialy and mentally after journey i called many time but thy give me not proper response they told me we will return your mony after 7 days and 15 days, 30 day every time they tell a lie and harass me now no budy give me proper response my tour package is valid for one year i want to return my mony with compensation so, pls help me i, have some call recording which i, talked us. my email id- varun.[protected]@gmail.com

                                This company fraud with me by promising cheap holiday package in India and told me to submit 7799 Rs in their Bank Account. After 15 days i could not get any package and bloody Aashish as he told me his name give me his number[protected] and said in case of query u can contact me. After as soon as money deposited he did not pick my phone. I call customer care a pick the phone and said we have sent you package by courier DTDC and mail me a number Z29132356 but even after so much tracking i could find any courier. THis is a big fraud company

                                  Respected, I am Madhusudhana Rao. I booked a package from vacation gateways for an amount of Rs. 7, 799 on may 14th and i made the payment through HDFC credit card( enclosed the details below). They promised a special gift of Dell Laptop and convinced me and gave me their personal numbers also.They told me that i will get the gift with in 15 working days. But already 3 months over, nothing happened. I called them hundreds of times. Some times they answered my call and used to say some silly reason and asked me for some more time. Some times when i call, they arranged revert call and some new person used to talk to me and again say some other reason and asked me for some more time for either refund of my money or to my gift (Dell Laptop).The executives are well trained to convince customers and cheating them. Since two weeks they are not answering my phone calls.I mailed to their online customer support also, but they are also not responding. After all these days, i realized that this is a fraud company. So i don't want to plan my trip depending on them. So please help me to get my money back and file a cheating case against this company and the executives whose details are Mr. Prakash and Mr.Rishabh.                                   Beware of fraudulent companies. They may call you a few months after your purchase, claiming to offer a refund and sharing a link for you to process it. However, do not proceed with the refund as they may try to collect additional money from you. It is advisable to register a complaint with your HDFC bank and try to get a cashback.

                                    Please note the events in chronological order: 1. I got the call from Mr Anil Sagar on 26 April 2014 offering me referral gifts on booking the holiday pacakage andd giving some contact numbers which they used for their further sales. On the first instance I refused. 2. On the same day, I got a call from Mr Prakash and he told me about the holiday package and referral gifts and also assured me about the presence of the company and then I checked their website too. Web page stating the referral gifts along with package booking was saved and available with me. 3. After confirmation, I booked the package on 26 April 2014. I provided 14 referral numbers by Email which qualifies me for Dell mini Laptop as per their website 4. On 29th April, I got a call from Mr Aman Shrivastava. He verified my contact number and address and assured to send the referral gift shortly 5. On 29 April again I got a call from Mr Aman and he proposed that If I book another package before April 30, 2014. They will give Dell Inspiron 50 R 5521 laptop in place of mini laptop. After several deliberations/negotiations and their number of calls, finally they proposed to give Kodak camera C-1550 along with Dell Laptop 50 R 5521. I booked the second package on 29th April 2014. 6. I got a call on 3rd May 2014 for verification of address and they told me that both gifts will ne dispatched at 1600 hrs by DTDC 7. On 4th May 2014, I talked to Mr Prakash enquiring about the docket no, and he told me that Reference no is REF 58455 VG 18 and items will be dispatched by Vacations Gateway Logistics. 8. No body responded to my calls from 5 to 10 May 2014 at customer care and also not at the executive mobile number given by Mr Prakash ([protected]). Finally I submitted complaint on the web portal. Though I did not receive any satisfactory answer from customer desk but I got a call from Mr Prakash which was transferred to Mr Rishabh and then to Mr Ajay. Mr Ajay told me that due to some problems on address in the past they do send the gifts after package acceptance. 9. On 12 May 2014, I received both the packages and 13 May I acknowledge the same so that gifts will be dispatched. 10. Immediately on 12 May 2014, I got a call from Mr Prakash and he told that both the gifts will be dispatched today evening. 11. In the eveningI got a call from dispatch office again verifying the address and stating the they are dispatching the gifts. 12. On 17 May 2014, I talked to Shri Rishabh and he told me another reference number REF 195278 VG 18 and stating that gifts will be dispatched on 20 May 2014 and asked me to collect the docket number on 20 May 13. On 20 May 2014, when I rang him fro docket no, he told me entirely different story stating that I have to acknowledge some mail first and then gifts will be dispatched. On whole day I waited for the mail but I had not recd any. 14. On 21st May 2014, I again rang to him and Mr Rishabh told methat only Laptop is available and dispatched and same will reach to me up to 30 May 2014. 15. On 26 May 2014, I got a call from Mr Goyal after listening the above referred story, he accepted that there was bluffing from his sales team and submit sorry on part of his team and assured me that both the gifts will be dispatched today only. He took my alternate numbers also (Residence number and my wife's mobile number) and also talked on these numbers for address verification. 16. On 3rd June 2014, I talked to Shri Rishabh and he told me that gifts are already dispatched. 17. On 4th June I talked to Shri Goyal and he assured that gifts will reach between 10-15 June 2014. When I told him that yesterday Shri Rishabh told me that gifts are already dispatched and why 10 days when couriers are received within 2 days from Delhi and NCR. NO SATISFACTORY ANSWER WAS RECEIVED 18. On 10 June 2014, I talked to Mr Prakash DSouza and he told me that he know the complete details and he was out of the station from 20 days and now all this will be resolved and gifts will reach to me before 22 June 2014. 19. On 16 June 2014, I again rang to enquire about the docket number or dispatch details. Shri Prakash rudely behaves with me and commented that not call at this number up to 30 June. When I argued why 30 June when u promised on 10 June 2014 that gifts will reach to me before 22 June. He very rudely told that nothing doing report is prepared and gifts will reach to u before 30 June 2014. 20. On 19th June I got a call from Mr Vikram after receiving this mail and he promised that within a day or two, formalities or conversion will be over and they will dispatch. Today after 08 days, no call no dispatch details and now phones (customer care and Mr Prakash's Mobile are switched off) I DONT WANT TO SPARE THESE PEOPLES, PLEASE GUIDE ME

This Vacations Gateway people call me over phone & Assured me that Digital Camera against package booking as a Promotional package. Insisted me to go for booking the package (Rs 7779/-) on that day itself as it is valid if we book the package on the same day. Now, they are telling some stories when I am asking about the free gift (Digital Camera). Sales person name is Abhishek-Mb no. [protected], have spoken to me and was telling me that your Digital Camera has been dispatched via gateway logistics courier but still not received. Now Wanted to cancel this fraud holiday package & wish to withrdarw my money invested in same if you are not solving my problem, all the Communications happened will be sent to PMO's office and Press with all proof. If any lawyer/police/press/media come forward to tackle the issue, it will be of great help to stop these kind of forgeries in future. I am requesting all of you who have been cheated like me by them, please send all the proofs to press, Media, police, PMOs office, to protect the public from these kind of forgeries.                                       Post my earlier mail, I have received a call from consumer forum that my complaint against Vacations gateway shall be resolved shortly. i was overwhelmed to receive unexpected favorable response from Consumer forum. After few days i received a call from Vacations Gateway that " You can complaint to anyone in the world but no one can help me in given case. Vacations Gateway has threatened me saying even the best of lawyer or legal institute can't do anything against us &amp; you are free to keep complaining against us in all possible forums."
                                      Sad to share that like me, there are 15 more consumers like this who have been cheated by Gateway Vacations in similar fashion &amp; they have also been informed same as me. We all now must not leave this fraudous institute without being penalized hence we are thinking of legal ways of handling this together &amp; also with support from Consumer Forum we wish to take this fight against fraud to its destiny as early as possible.

                                      Once the FIR is lodged I shall update the FIR no &amp; other details with one and all.

                                        My name is K.NAGA NAVEEN KUMAR. I made a payment of Rs.7799 on 21/06/2014 for vacation gateway membership as per the discussion done with their executive (Abhishek) from the phone number +[protected]. He said that, I have won a LAPTOP of DELL company for my online transactions and if I take a membership Today I will get a DELL Laptop. That is the reason I have taken the membership by paying money through credit card on the same day. My transaction id is : SDL00022268. I got a payment confirmation mail on the same day. Their executive told that, the package will be received within 3-4 days including the GIFT(DELL LAPTOP). I did not receive any verification call regarding my gift/order. I did not received my product also. Since placing my order I have interacted number of times through phone(Customer care number & Number which was given by their executive i.e., [protected]) regarding my gift/order. After one month their executive(Rahul) told that, your order has been cancelled and refund of your money will be credited in your account on 15/07/2014. But till now i did not get my refund. I have given so many mails but no reply has come. There is no use of calling to their customer care numbers. Please do needful
