    I am also same experience about this cheaters.This is request to all person to whom the vacation gatway company defrauded, all are please send me a scan copy of your hand written complaint along with documents on [protected]@gmail.com. I am going to something about these cheaters. atleast 50 hand writtern complaints i need. Please mention all details how the cheated you and mention your address and send me on [protected]@gmail.com.

      One Mr. Sandeep from Vacations Gateway had spoken to me and convinced me to take the offer of Vacations Gateway for Rs. 7799.00 with a FREE Gift of Sony Xperia Z2. I had made the payment through Debit Card and you said there would be a confirmation call for the above offer. I was told that once I receive the holiday kit, which would reach me in FOUR working days, I should call back the customer care and verify the receipt of the kit by sharing the VG Code and then I would receive the FREE Gift. Now, the fact is that I received the kit on 24th November 2014 after several reminder calls. Immediately, I called the customer care and shared the VG code and was apprised that I would receive the FREE Gift in 10 days. Today, it is 31st December 2014 and am still at a loss to understand what has happened to the so-called GIFT. If they are unable to comply with what has been offered, it is judicious to pay back the amount of Rs. 7799/- paid to you. Frankly, I am not interested in the kit and had agreed keeping the gift in mind.

        Hi Friends, These people(Vacation Getaway) are calling one by one and giving them some offers like laptop, digicam, Notpad etc and asking for 7788 as a registration fee.After getting money they are not responding properly and if you will ask for the offers then they are behaving very roughly.I got one call from this company on Nov 1st 2014 and the person called me was Akash. He told me I was selected in some contest and they are offering me a gift of Dell Laptop and for that I have to pay 7788/-. He send me a link and their I have to pay that amount.He told with in 10 minutes i have to pay otherwise it will expire. On that time he was speaking very politely.I was a fool on that time, I believed him and paid that amount.After that i got a confirmation mail.After some days I got one booklet only.Till now they have not given any other thing.When ever i am calling them to ask this, they are behaving as I am asking some thing for free. Now I am going put a FIR against these people.I don't want to leave these people so easily. If you are getting any call from this company then please don't trust them.They are cheaters.Theie contact numbers are[protected]/33, [protected], [protected], [protected], +[protected]
        I too got the call from [protected], but when I didn't show interest, they used foul language.
        I dont what to say, they have cheated very well. I received from Anil sagar from vacation gateway and totold me that i was selected in lucky winner and offering a dell laptop for rs 7788. But still now i didnt got anyanyting

As I booked the your service/money transaction on 26th of Nov 2014 and some of your employed Mr Abhisek mentioned that package details and assured gift (Sony Xperia Z2 tablet 16GB). I have been calling regularly on[protected]/33 as Last time I received confirmation call from +[protected], which is about the confirmation of assured gift and sending vacation package. As per the person who called from +[protected], I will wait till 14th Dec 2014 for receiving the holiday package at mentioned address.I have to provide a VGA code for assured gift after receiving the holiday package on provided address. Till now no body contact me or in my call no body assured me the delivery date.

This is an intimation mail to your company before I proceed further for legal matter. I need support from consumecomplaints.in to raise this issue in news media channel (ABP news, IBN, Zee news channels)...I have given deadline i.e 29th dec 2014 to vacations gateway...!!!                 Dt: 22/12/2014 Dear Sir/Madam Ref: Vacations gateway reference no.: 00027519 I would like to bring to everybodies notice the dubous and unfair trade practice this company follows to trap innocent people and sell their holiday packages. A sales representative of the company makes a web based call (tel: [protected]) to a person and offers them a holiday package by telling them that they have been selected by the company for using the payment gate of one of their channel partners “ICICI payment gateway” and are elegible for a free assured gift if you register’s for holiday packages that is being offered obsolutely free. The offer is valid only for the day and is being offered to very few selected people from each palce. They tell that once you register for the package you will be getting a confirmation call from their logistic division with in half an hour to confirm the package details and gifts that is assured and the package along with the assured gift would reach us in a weeks time. But once the deal is is done nobody calls. When you call their customer care you don’t get proper response. When you send them a mail enquiring the status you are informed that the company dosen’t offer any gifts for registering a holiday package. Gifts are offered to people who give referrals that to depends on number of convertion that happened and the package can neither be cacelled nor refunded. My case is also similar, Mr. Anil Sagar from vacations gateway had call me on 4th oct 2014 afternoon around 4.00pm. He had informed me that since I have been using icici payment gate their channel partner, I am being offered a free gift (i.e sony xepria z2 tablet wi-fi+3g whose market value is rs. 49990/-) obsolutely free if I register for Thailand/Malaysia package which was worth rs. 7799/- on the same day. The offer was valid for that day only and was offered to selected four people from Bangalore. At the time of making payment he even bettered the offer by sujjesting that if I register for 2 packages I will be elegible for assured gift of dell laptop worth rs. 64500/- which I turned down and opted for single package. He even made me choose the color of the xepria tablet which was assured to me. Once the payment done he sent me 3 mails. 1 confirming payment receipt and giving me registration no.: SDL 00027519. 2nd assured gifts details. 3rd package details. He had also informed me that I will be getting a confirmation call from their logistic department and confirm the package details and after that the package along with assured gift would reach me in a weeks time. But since I had not received and confirmation call even after 3 days I tried reaching their customer care but it was of no use. After many calls and mail finally I received a call on 14th oct asking 4-5 days time to cross verify and update me about the same. In subsequent mail they informed me that company dosen’t offer any gift a 1 pakage registered and gift are only given on referral converstions. Finally on 27th oct I received 1st confirmation call and during that call I brought to their notice all the mis-commitments anil sagar had made during selling the package, to which the person on the other end requested me to forword all the mails I had received from mr. anil sagar so they can cross verify and get back to me and leaving the verification process incomplete. After that there has been obsolutely no response from them nor I have received any package till date.

                  I have not received any communication by mail or by call from vacations gateway. but still status against my complaint shows resolved. This shows that the compnay is not serious about resolving the issue.

                  Today is 24th dec 2014, still nobody has bothered to even communicate to resolve the issue. they are just marking my complain as resolved and fooling everybody. Vacations gateway's intention & behaviour is not sincere and is fraud. if they don't wish to honour their commitment atleast refund my money.
                  Who has resolved, How was it resolved, When was it resolved. Name of the person who had addressed the issue. Please furnish me the proof that issue had been resolved. please answer

                    Dt: 22/12/2014 Dear Sir/Madam, Ref: SDL00027519 I would like to file my greivence agaisnt vacations gateway company which using unfair trade pratice by mis-commiting and misileading customers. They call customer from a net based call vide # [protected] and tell them since you are a regular customer of one of their channel partners they are offering you a holiday package along with a high end gift obsolutely free. This offer would be valid only for the day since its a special offer which is being offered to few selected customers They tell you that once you book the package you will get an confirmation call with half an hour after which the package along with the free gift will reach you with in a weeks time, they even make you choose the color of the gift. Once the customer accepts the offer he waits for the confirmation call which does'nt come forget about the package and the promised gift.Their customer care is also of no help. customer care just keep parroting the company policies and referal gift scheme which is not same as the one which their sale represntatives keep promising. Neither do they follow after sales procedure of confirmation call which the company has itself laid down. In most cases customer neither get the confirmation call nor the packages delivered along with the things promised. In my case i was offered thailand/malaysia package of 4night and 5days by mr. anil sagar on 4th oct 2014 at around 4.00pm. He had informed me that i would be getting a sony xeperia z2 tablet whose market value will be 49990/- obsolutely free if i register for holiday package today. This offer was being made to only selected few cutomers for using the payment gateway of one of their channel partner "ICICI payment gateway" and was being offered to only selected customer's from bangalore and i am one among them I was also made to choose the color of the gift. After registering when i did not receive any confirmation call i their customer care and also sent mails to enquire about the same. After few mails and phone call i received a reply asking for 4-5 days to cross verify and update me. In my subsequent mail when i informed them about the details of package and free gifts that came along with the package as per mr. anil sagar's commitment they started back tracking saying that the company doesn't offer and free gift on registering 1 package and that to customer is elegible for the gift only if he refer new prospective customer and that to depends on number of referals conversations. This was totally different from what anil sagar had offered. When i highlighted this mis-commitment at the time of confirmation call which i had received on 27th oct after numerous mails and call the person on the other end requested me to mail all the mails i had received from anil sagar at the time of registering the package so they can once again cross verify and get back to me, leaving the verification process incomplete. After which i have received no communication from them nor the holiday package and the gift as promised till date. When i checked on consumer forum i was surprised that i was not the only one who had been conned. There is a huge list of people like me who are also taken for a ride with their dubious trade practice. attaching copies of mail conversation as a proof

                      Sir, During April, I got a call from Mr. Aman & offer Vacation Scheme, (see below mail) Insisting hard to deposit money. Which I remitted on line.. After that insisting to take one more offer with gift - laptop. Which I refuse. After that inspite of repeated reminder & call, I was advice to sent Two place which I like to visit. On my request (which send 3 times to them, on DTDC courier service address ) that Company gave me Hotels details for confirmation. I select one hotel and confirm to vacation. But they never send confirm booking. By doing that company passing the time ( not confirming my tour & not give any gift) And cheated to me.                         I do not know how this company gets our phone number, Email ID, etc from the credit card payment gateway. They call up and say you are the winner of a Sony Tablet and make you pay Rs.7799 on the spot. I was a victim too. Friends, we may have lost the money, but let us join hands to get them booked and close such bogus companies so that our brothers and sisters are not cheated in the future. Please do the following. 1. Contact your Credit Card's customer care. They will give you Vacations Gateway's merchant ID. 2. Email your complaint to your credit card provider (bank). Give the merchant ID reference. 3. Follow their instructions. You will certainly receive their responses. Cooperate with your bank in their investigation. Right now I am in this stage. I hope I will get justice. If you know Cyber Crimes Cell contact number or Email ID, please share it here. We can approach them also. Best regards

                          I am Ramesh Chandra, One of Vacations Gateway's representatives addressed himself as Ankit Singh from Vacations Gateway called me and explained me that I am offered (selected) with a Sony tablet +4N/5D Hotel package. They just send me a link and it directly went to payment checkout, I had paid Rs 7799 and was not aware that I was going to pay for hotel package until I got order conformation of tour package. But till now they don't send me the gift(Tablet), as well as they don't responding my call. Please help me to get back my money. Please be aware of this cheating group.

                            Vacations Gateway is Fraud company . These people called me and told that they are offering package of 60% off and asked me to transfer 8549/Rs to their account for 4D/3N international package . They mentioned that I will get Sony tablet as gift with in 4 days. He was forcing me to transfer the amount at that time itself and I did it mistakenly . When I got the reviews about this company and I came to know that this is fraud company . They are not doing any service . I tried to call them 6-7 time but not answering .I came to know that it was trap. I don't know why bank providing the Gateway for this companies . I can see lot of complaint about this company :( I informed the bank about this transaction, they suggested to raise the request to block my credit card so that amount won't debited from my account. I did the same.

                            I am facing a problem since from with a Tourism company called as VACATIIONS GATEWAY. I booked two packages with Vacation Gateway of 16000/- on 3rd april 2015 . And while booking they confirmed me they will provide one Dell Laptop and Apple I phone, Cash back card of 7799/-, 5 Year membership card. But after a strong follow up still I have not received any thing. This company is based in Noida only. Now they are not picking my phone also.

                            Means i have just lost 16000/- and I am paying interest on this amount. After booking I check on Google this is a fraud company and many people are struggling the same issue like me.

                            I am doing a service and 16000/- amount is very big for me.

                            Can you do the favour on me and get my and other money back.

                              Dear Sir, One Mr.Rajeev from your department rang me up on my mobile persistently on 6.11.2014 and informed that I am one among the five persons selected for having used net banking using gateway and as a part of promotional offer I am entitled to get my tour package for visiting 2 countries at Rs.7790.00.Also i will be given a gift within 3 working days either a Tablet Sony Xperia Z2 or Mobile phone Black berry Z30. I remitted my payment vide net banking. To my surprise, there is no information and receipt of the promised gift till date in spite of my repeated phone calls. The people who are attending my phone calls are terminating without speaking or transferring my call to him. I understand that it could be a fraud business and contacted somehow to cancel the package and refund the amount . I am not able to contact him. Once a person of the name Akash came on the phone once and said I should refer them 10 name of persons and contact number in order to get the gift. I have furnished the details too. I have not received the gift as well as the coupon for availing tour package till date. Please note that I should lodge complaint with cyber police, in case I don't get my gift within 3 days from today, for cheating vide net banking. Hence I request you to either send me the gift or cancel the tour package and make arrangement to refund the amount. S.Monikandan

                                This is Complain against M/s Vacation Gateway basedin Noida who are No 1 Cheaters & Fraudster Hi, I am Aditya Singhai ( mail id [protected]@bhelhyd.coin Contact No[protected] / [protected]), On October 28th 2014 a representative (named Anil Sagar ) of Vacations Gateway, called me from [protected] and explained an offer where he said I have to pay Rs 7799 and I will be given a Sony Xperia Z2 tablet and along with it a holiday packageif I book the package on same day . On questioning from where they got my Name & Phone details they said they got it from their some payment gate way for which they are channel partner .Initially I was very reluctant, hence he sent me confirmatory mails confirming the gift and also asked me to check their website & Customer care who confirmed the same. All though reluctant I booked the package thru Credit Card ( My Transaction ID SDL00028835 / Customer Id VGG1NR8L11355 . Immediately after booking there was confirmation call from Mr Rahul that they informed that immediately my gift / along with package shall be dispatched . But on next day when I asked for consignment No of DTDC -It was told that it may take 2-3 days to get the same . Even after one week when I didn't get any response I made several phone calls which were not replied properly & thus I wrote a mail on 06/11/14 ( refer trailing mails) I was utterly surprised by response from M/s Vacation gateway team whom have changed the stance & informing that the gift are only against referral scheme -which I suppose was not the case with me (as informed to me while booking) On 08/11/14 their team dispatched only a leaflet vide DTDC which does not have any details . Since the several mail correspondence & Phone calls have been made by me but no proper explanation has come to me. The response from Sales as well as Customer care team is pathetic & disgusting & impolite. To my phone calls -My request to connect me to Mr Anil Sagar has not been met many times & every time, a new executive shall speak under name of Rajeev, Akash, Mandip, Ashok, Nishant, The list is never ending ; to whom I have to explain from scratch. Some how - I could speak to Mr Anil Sagar on 15/11/14, who agreed as he has promised & informed me that since these tablets were out of stock, they could not dispatch but now stock is available they would immediately dispatch on 15/11/14 . On 20/11/14 I have very categorically written M/s Vacation Gateway that either to send the gift or Refund the Money but again as Usual no reply from them. Since then I have not got any information on dispatch details and my Phone calls have not been answered properly . This seems to be clear case of Cheating & Fraud by providing false information & duping Customers by false & luring offers. All employees Need to punished severely & jailed & company need to be closed Let us Unite ourselves & lodge a joint complaint (FIR ) against these fraudster.

                                  I am Madhu MV, One of Vacations Gateway's representatives addressed himself as Nirmal Sagar from Vacations Gateway called me and explained me that I am offered (selected) with a 10.1 Sony tablet +4N/5D Hotel package. They just send me a link and it directly went to payment checkout, I had paid Rs 7790 and was not aware that I was going to pay for hotel package until I got order conformation of tour package. After that I got 5- 8 calls from their end telling that they are going to send tablet, but they haven't sent gift and refuse to refund money. Please be aware of this cheating group.                                     I have purchased a 5 days 4 night accommodation package from vacation gateway company. Now, they are not give me the booking as per my schedule which was already discussed with them and its also as per their term and conditions.

As i booked the your service/money transaction on 29th of Nov 2014 and some of your employed mentioned that package details and assured gift (Sony Xperia Z2 tablet 16GB). I have been calling regularly on[protected]/33 as well as +[protected]. Last time i received confirmation call from +[protected], which is about the confirmation of assured gift and sending vacation package. As per the person who called from +[protected], i will wait till 9th dec 2014 for receiving the holiday package at mentioned address.I have to provide a VGA code for assured gift after receiving the holiday package on provided address. If i found, you are cheating to me regarding this package.In such case, I will try to gather all call records as well as file the RTI and complaint against your company for same reason. Why the hell different peoples are calling for getting holiday package every time.The transaction id for purchase is SDL00030786. I am planning to email all the details to our PM Narendra Modi and Mr. Arvind Kejariwal...Why such fraud company is being running inside this country?. You had mention that assured gift will get dispatch within 24-48 hr after providing VG code. Let me see who is Mr.Abhishek, Mr.Ansh, Mr.Narayan etc etc. I know official master mind name is Mr.Prateek Srivastava ( account holder name) but actual person might be different one ...!!!
