I'm Ramanjulu residing in hyderabad has been cheated by the travel and vacation company named vacations gateway.

They are cheating the customers saying that your r selected as one of our referral scheme customer and u r awarded with one of the gift hamper of dell laptop but just u have to register with our company for 7459 rupees. and they didn't even given me the time and made the transaction to their account. after few days i asked about the gift they are bluffing me and some reasons to avoid me.
I here by confirm that i dont require this cheating deal with vacations gateway and want to get refund my amount from that company

Hi Customer Care Team,
As per the telephonic conversation Mr. Gupta had made a void actions for providing the tracking number related
to the courier for customer support and help. I feel it will not take more than 5 mins for providing the tracking
number. He has assured me for 72 hours and in the same sense of clear conversation on telephone I want to
wait for the 72 hours to provide whether the problem is solved or not for my satisfaction.
I suggest that the customer is GOD for the company and it should resolve the problems very fast which in their
hands.
it should take it to granted to make the customer happy at the end while ending up the call.

I think the company dissolves for bluffing the customers by making them convince with some gift hampers. For
which after paying the amount to the company, it doesn't even take care of the customer for his related forwarding
proceedings. Hence I appeal for the Vacations Gateway to please revert back my amount with single penny
whatever I paid. Otherwise I will proceed for the Legally for cheating the people and playing with them.

numbers of other persons for fulfill the deal for getting the gift hamper. But according to conversation on telephone
know the superior of Mr. Rohit is making the confirmation for providing the 12 numbers. Whatever may be the

Rohit or his superior has not sent me the full details in which these mentioned rules and regulations providing for
that, "For this referral scheme the customer should provide 12 contact numbers of other person". and the
persons who are speaking to me about the scheme has didn't even given me the time for viewing or studying or
reading the attached documents instead they have made me to pay the amount at that time itself by continuing
the telephonic call without any disconnection till the transaction of payment has been done. and whatever they
have spoken to me on telephonic was not clearly audio-able since lot of noise is provided at the place of
Vacations Gateway for which I can't even hear want they are revealing to me. I had said many times that ur
audio-able is not clear but they have continued in the same manner of procedure.
Hence whatever may be the conditions, I believe that the one and only last condition is for providing the 12
contact numbers of other persons. So, I'm providing here the 12 numbers and I want to make this consignment to
get successful within this end of the day and want to not to execeed the days for any pendings. If Vacations
Gateway can't make the consignment successful by the end of the day i.e.31st July, 2013 make the assurance
that the amount that I have paid to the Vacations Gateway is reverted back till the end of the day i.e. today night
itself. If in Niether of the cases if Vacations Gateway doesn't do any thing what ever I have mentioned in the
previous mail would be applied successfully for proceedings on Vacations Gateway .

I think the people who talk to me in mobile Mr. Dheeraj or Mr. Rohit or any other person, even the receptionist
when I called to[protected] number takes the least responsibility to fulfill the customer needs. Mr.Dheeraj in
the evening has made me assurance for sending the mail with information for the delay of any process related to
me with full detail with all the pros and cons and conditions. He said that he will send the mail within 15 minutes.
But the person is least bothered to send me the response mail.It shows the irresponsibility and carelessness
towards the customer for Right to Information. I'm not asking any illegal things to be done. Just I'm asking the
legal procedures that the company follows and requires to make the customer happy to fulfill and complete the
further proceedings of the customer so that the customer can make further tie-ups with the company. But it
shows to degrade the believe of the persons towards the company(Vacations Gateway) .

I think almost 10 days over and this is the 15th day whether the management is responsible to see the customer
need or not. Once again it show that the management is not responsible to any of the concerns or his complaints
of the customer and hence the same reason it has not taken responsible to intimate or to pass on the information
to the customer about the result after 10 days. It clearly shows that the customer should and must, he should
take care of every single and fine things to make the management remember about its promises or concerns it
has made through the voice call(through phone call) and it doesn't even take any responsible to give the
assurance through email(proper channel). Hence I want to know the response(result) for my complaint
immediately that was given to the management on 1st August 2013.
I want the response within One hour.

I think the company don't want to resolve the problem of the company. Hence I will take all the rights to move
forward through Legally with consumer court. I have all the mails copy sent to you through my gmail id and I will

Mr. Dheeraj and Mr. Rohit has given me the assurance that they decided that either the policy amount would be
returned and cancelled or they will send the gift hamper to me within 12 days. The words were said on 1st
August 2013. Almost 28 days over but neither of the people are interested to solve my problem or to give me a
reply what is the processing going on. This shows that how the negligence towards the customer the
management or the company is undertaking. I think more or the less I should not give any more time to the
company to solve my problem because it is never feeling responsible towards the customer to give a proper
solution. Hence I will move forward legally with all the statements and mails that I have put on to the company
through my mail address and will raise the complaint through the consumer court tomorrow itself i.e. 28.08.2013
for cheating the customers by showing the gift hampers and not even giving the time for studying the policy terms
and conditions.
If possible u can give me the solution today itself or else wait for petition and advertisement in the newspaper for
vacations Gateways originality.

Because i have received a phone call from Mr. Abhisek([protected]) on 12 March -2013. he told, he was calling from Vacation gateways and he provide a holiday package for 5949/- for 4night 5days. if i get that package then i also get a assure gift as per referral scheme(i.e Black Berry phone, Dell mini laptop, Home theater etc. & i also choose Dell Mini laptop.) And instantly i have made payment as per his instruction. then they send a payment confirmation mail to me that he successfully received the payment. then i had call them when i will received dispatched details of my assure gift. he reply me within 48 hour you will received dispatched details.But till date i have not received my assure gift. and i have called to Mr.Abhisek, Mr.Ankit, Mr. Gaurav to send my assure gift but they don't refuse that then do not provide the gift. now they don't revived my phone calls. please help me how can i received my gift or cancel my holiday package. Please help me

False Commitment was given by the executive regarding winning a contest and the prizes are Dell Laptop and a Blackberry mobile.
And the dispatched will be done on the purchase of 2 holiday packages of Rs. 5949 each.
After making the payment on 30/03/2013.
They were not giving any proper response even they do not pick up the call and the executive still makes the false commitment that you will be receiving the prizes soon.

Fraud company, taken money and not given promised travel voucher
Vacationsgateway.in called me. Name of the persons were: Kabir, [protected]@[protected], Munish [protected]@+91-[protected], [protected]@[protected]. All are frauds, their Noida numbers: Support No: +[protected]
+[protected]. All frauds. As per them they were offering 4 night and 5 day stay in good 4 or 5 star hotels, they had list of hotels with them. After that they kept on following for payment of Rs. 5949. they called me 50 times saying deposit as early as possible. They marked me mail confirmation also about receiving of money and I received sms from HDFC that payment deposited in Vacations Gateway account. After that when I asked them in written to book hotel for me, they stopped taking calls and reverting me. I scolded that they are frauds and we fooling innocent people but they were stubborn and did not care about. They are fooling number of other people everyday with their hard earned money. Fraud in selling hotel packages
I had been told by your vacations gateway representative that i would be provided a free gift if i had a confirmed the order on the same day. I was also said that i would have to give 15-20 references which i had done as per their request. But so far i have not received any confirmation regarding the free gift. I was also told that about one out of five gifts and i had opted for dell mini laptop.

I am regularly trying to contact the number from which their representative had called but the number is coming switched off. I had also informed about this some days back to their some customer care person and she had told me that she will get back to me in a day. But so far no response.

For one transaction i had received three IDs which is also surprising now.

Vacations Gateway Team is cheating people by selling them deals through false commitments of providing laptops or blackberries. The team is pathetic in post sales service and do not do according to the commitments. There is no use of purchasing any kind of offer from them, its a crap company.

I think they have cheated many people like, this is one for the great fraud company, after payments no one will respond to phone call except the front office lady Nidhi and common dialog is i will arrange call back option from Sales team- Neha Sharma. pls do not fall into their trap and book any package with them, pls beware of them and spread this to everyone whom you know.

I filing a legal complaint for cheating the public in big way.

Pls do not trust her and her company, she will be very sweet for first time till you pay after that she will never takes any calls and front office will never connect any sales team. Front office lady Nidhi common answer is she will arrange call from sales team.

Pls friends don't entertain them at all and spread this to every one and file a legal case on them.

Hi Friends, These people(Vacation Getaway) are calling one by one and giving them some offers like laptop, digicam, Notpad etc and asking for 7788 as a registration fee.After getting money they are not responding properly and if you will ask for the offers then they are behaving very roughly.I got one call from this company on Nov 1st 2014 and the person called me was Akash. He told me I was selected in some contest and they are offering me a gift of Dell Laptop and for that I have to pay 7788/-. He send me a link and their I have to pay that amount.He told with in 10 minutes i have to pay otherwise it will expire. On that time he was speaking very politely.I was a fool on that time, I believed him and paid that amount.After that i got a confirmation mail.After some days I got one booklet only.Till now they have not given any other thing.When ever i am calling them to ask this, they are behaving as I am asking some thing for free.

Now I am going put a FIR against these people.I don't want to leave these people so easily.

Same thing happend to me also I purchased 2 subscriptions of 5949 from vacations gateway on 9th of April this year and did not get any thing from this cheating company. Now they simply disconnecting my call when I am calling to them.

One guy is there sourav how said to me on settle my amount before a month and he never get back to me.

Had the same experience..."Rohit" who is from the sales team called me up on 3rd june regarding the 4 N 5 D package for Rs 6949. When I did not show much interest, he told me that my number has been selected for the free gift as a promotional offer and I would get an assured gift of a blackberry or an HP tablet. He said that this was a "SPECIAL OFFER" just for that day and I need to make the payment the same day to get the ASSURED GIFT. However I checked your website and found that the gift was subject to my referrals being converted into confirmed orders.When I told him that clause he told me not to worry. They have a huge data base of clients and they would show that 7 clients under my referrals and PROMISED ME THE PHONE OR TABLET. Hence on that basis I made the payment and it has been more than 2 weeks I have not recieved any free gift and your sales consultant Mr Rohit does not pick up the phone #[protected] and if he does he says Rohit is busy and will call back later and does not call up.

Vacation gateway is a fraud co. They promise to have booking for 4 adult (i.e. two rooms) in suite rooms on 3 to 5 star hotel ...but once we pay...they book very ordinary hotel and only standard room...that to for two adults...i.e. one room only. Vacation gateway is also not ready tpo pay back. So i request everybody not to get in their trap even for booking hotels. The pronmise made by vacation gateway to resolve the issue is also a fraud...they never help..once u pay...its totally ur fault to undestand the Scheme.

The service is hopeless, poor responsiveness and all their assurances are false. i sincerely suggest not to book with them at all. no body responds after they receive the money and all are false assurances,
plese dont book at all and dont pay any money to them.
I've lost around 16000 with them

hiiiiii...vacation gateway is totally fraud company. On 17th April abhishek called me and told that you will assured get one dell laptop in just 7799. You will have to give just 15 person's mobile number. After 3 months also i did not get laptop. Whenever I called they make new new excuses. Some time they tell your laptop has dispatched. sometimes tells lorry that carrying your laptop met accident, sometimes tell that agrawal movers and packers is not there in your area, some times tell that our godown caught fire so all laptop got damaged. So many excuses...vacation gateway is a company... I request you all people who took this package, we should register complain against vacation gateway in consumer forum. Then only they can learn how to do good business. I heve never seen such a fraud company in my life...

i too got a call from the company and was told to select an assured gift so i went
for sony xperia tab & paid Rs8000 plus..i was promised that the welcome kit will reach within 7 days & the assured gift will follow after address confirmation..now lets see..if. i get all as promised then full marks to Vacations gateway..
