Dear concern,
I am amit k singh . Have got a call from vacations gateway stating that they are from payment gateway as i am the customer of HDFC credit card and often uses online payment hence Mr sandip pathak of that company said me that i have an offer for u to get a laptop for this i have to book a travel package . using my hdfc credit card gateway they pooled my money twice stating that the 1st transaction is failed kindly book it again. after booking it i saw the trasction was made twice . he told me to refund the same within 7 days but till nor i have received my laptop nor my refund. later i called them so many time to refund me for both the amount but till now no response. i would like to satae that i have even complained HDFC back officers too that how can a fraud company can use your gateway for such kind of act ..if so any terrorist can also use there gateway to do any payment . this is ridiculous .
HDFC BANK is not looking these things in deep manner they are too involve in such kind of fraud . they just know how to do business looting people.
please look into the matter . i am even forwarding this complaing against HDFC BANK LTD.. For being involved in such case.

Around a year ago i purchased a tour package frm this company & online transferred the amount. Mistakenly two amounts were deducted from my account which they agreed upon and told me after a process of 21 days theyll refund me. I haven't received it yet. Also they promised me stay at 5* hotels but all over india but never provided me with those hotels/resorts. Please help.

On the 22nd Feb.2013 a representative of the Company contacted over the mobile saying that I have won a Vacation Packages alongwith Fee Gifts for a price of Rs.5949. As I found the offer quite attractive, as per the representative guidance I have transferred the amount to their ICICI BANK account in Sector 110, NOIDA on the same date and I have received confirmation regarding receipt of the amount.Since then I have not heard anything from the representative of this company and accordingly I sent an email on the 8th March 2013. I tried to reach the representative on the mobile provided to me but it has been switched off. Lately, when I found the tel.nos. of the company through their web site, I called them and one Mr.Dinesh Tiwari informed that the package offer was valid only for a YEAR and the offer has been expired. They says that they had sent an email on the 14th March 2013 which I never received (probably it must have gone to JUNK mails which I delete quite often). I would request you to please take up this matter with the Company and help me in recovering the money I paid for this Company.

I had booked a holiday package with Vacations Gateway for an amount of Rs 8549/- but when punched my ATM an amount of Rs 17098 got deducted twice from my account which means an amount of Rs 34196 got deducted from my account. I have been pursuing the matter up for the last one year but no action has been initiated.

Hi, I am Nagesh Padman. I have registered with VACATIONS GATEWAY on 3rd Sept. 2015 as the company offered me EMI facility and a 'samsung grand 6' mobile as a gift. I made online transaction with oversaid comp. for Rs. 8549/- But the company neither provided EMI nor send any gift but the fraud company deducted the double amount i.e Rs 17098/- by trick from my account.
The company agreed to return Rs. 8549/- but not refunding since 5 months.
The VACATIONS GATEWAY and all the employees of that company are big thieves.

Dear sir/madam, I have paid package amount of rs.8549 on 21st january, 2015 but i havent availed to the facilities of the package . I request the company to please refund my money amount rs.8549.

I am receiving gift voucher of laptop. Actually when I am purchasing this we sawp our credit card 2 times. Then I am cancel the order & request vacations gateway to reverse my credit card payment. But only one time payment reversed in my account. I am taking continuous follow up for 2nd time transaction. But no one can reply from ur side. They send me mails that I Wii call tomarrow or I will check this. That I am very confuse about your services. My transaction date is 17.8.2015. Plz check from ur side & reply us immediately. Dear sir, I was purshased vacation package last year sept 2014, at that time company executive Mr.Akash was promise me for free gift of laptop but yet I can"t received laptop as a free gift. After that this year(Aug 2015) Mr.Kunal was call us and saying we will refund your amount but refunding amount is not deposited in my account till today.So please refund my amount as early as possible.Mr.Kunal was transferred Rs 7799/- From my account to vacation gateway account and tell us total amount Rs of 15598/- will transfer directly in your account within 21 days, yet amount of Rs 15998/- is not transfer in my account.please look forward and transfer amount in my account as early as possible.

I have already register a compliant against said company. After launching my complaint company executive called me and force me to withdrawl my complaint then I refuse to take my compliant back she told me do whatever u want company will not refund your amount. After 1 week on 23/12/2015 company executive Rupali ([protected] )called me and said that she is calling from vacation gateway refund department and company is going to return your amount 24847/-. This amount will be refunded in your bank account. She ask my bank details I said no but she told me this amount will credit only in bank account than I gave my bank details and my ATM NO and Password for transfer of amount but she deducted my 9999/- Rs also.She further said this amount will refunded in 1 week and 24847/- Rs will credit in your bank account within 24 hrs but 96 hrs has been completed this amount is not credited. This company is very much fraud, pls do the needful as soon as possible.

Sir, On dated 22.08.2015 Phone call received from sales department of Vacation Gateway. Mr. Imran was talking with me. he told me that your Last year Unutilised package amount was return to you. so please follow instruction as per my directions. I had followed the Directions as per Mr. Imran's Instruction. and He was doing fraud with us. He was send me the Payment Link instead of Refund Link. and I had made twice payment of Rs.8549.00. Then I immediately Called to Mr. Imran SIr, he was told me that Sir Aap Tension mat lo aap ka paisa return ho jayega 21 days ka cycle hota hai.. aap muz per bharosa rakho n all... Then i had took continuous follow up with sales Department as well as Custmer Care but No response received received from Executive officer. Instead of Giving correct answer they are giving just irresponsible answers to me. Finally i had decided to filed a complaint against Vacation Gateway.

I have register a complaint earlier, the executive call me from the said company and she ask me to take my complaint back i refuse to take my complaint back and she told me they will not take any action agianst my complaint I want to take my amount refund pls take a serious action against the Vacation Gateway company. This company is very fraud.

On 29 may 2015, i got a call from this company for purchase of tour package for Rs. 7799. They promise me a gift item TAB. But when parcel came only a tour guidelines and rules. No gift package. Again i got a call from the same company on 22 Aug 2015 that you can get refund of the amount paid. by the process he collected my ICICI Debit Card No, ccv no, expiry date and OTP. instead of refunding my amount he debited my account Rs. 8549 two times on the same date. When i called he told that the amount is on hold the same will be credited to bank account with in 72 hours. However till 2 Sept 2015 i have not received my money. Hence I want refund of full amount of Rs. 24, 877. As there is no trust and believe on the company's false promise. Only once package amount Rs. 8549 has been refunded, another Rs. 8549 has not been refunded yet. Every time I write a mail a new story they say, like we are processing the refund for last 3 months. I want the refund of the other package (SDL[protected] booked on 22 Agust 2015, the company has debited my ICICI bank account without my consent.

Got a call from payment gateway in Hindi, they said that they will be providing a Dell laptop if I pay them an amount 8549.I found that offer looks interesting and went ahead and transacted the amount, they have deducted the amount twice once from my SBI credit card and once from My Citibank credit card saying purposefully they have not received the amount.After the transaction confirmation of both they had sent me 2 reciepts as shown in the below image I contacted them many times on +[protected], they don't pickup the call many times some times they pickup the call and say that they are off and some times I got a response saying that there is a fire accident in their office and lost all previous documents.I am a user from Bangalore South India have no Idea about any local thing Noida .Have asked and begged them to refund the 2nd misstransactions and also send the gift early they said that will dispatch today and I will for some days still not and yesterday that is on 5th December I got a call saying that they will send a product Dell laptop promised and I have a topay again 5500 rupees extra now.Also they will not refund the mis transaction happpend untill I pay the money 5500 rs again.Its already been 90+days they are cheating me taking my 17000rs of hard earned money.Please get me a justice.My name is Chethan basavaraju, Conatct no: [protected] from Bangalore

I have purchased three holiday packages from vacations gateway company they offer me laptop, LED & samsung mobile as a gift in respective purchaes but they did not supplied me the proper booklet of my holiday packages and also not provide any gift from his side.my reference no is SDL00053850, SDL0054186, SDL00057090 RESPECTIVELY. Pls do the needfull.

Afte several calls from comp.VACATINOS GATEWAY C-56/5, SECTOR-62, NOIDA-201301, G.B. NAGAR (U.P.) INDIA. On 3rd sept. 2015 I payed 8500/- towards comp.& selected EMI option for payment. But the comp. deducted double by trickery i.e.17000/-.& also I haven't got EMI facility I suddenly informed to comp. to cancel one registration. My Tr. ID. is SDL00069307, & My cancellation No. is SDL00069306. I neither received my cancelled Transaction payment nor my Gift t ill The date. I called & mailed several times to the comp.but no use. Now the fraud persons from fraud company Mr. Aakash, Manjeetsing Laambaa, Dharmendra, Rajesh, Kavitaa answers evasively. Now I want my 17000/- back from the company.

Dear Sir, I was receiving continuously calls from 91-[protected] on 6/6/2015 from Vacations Gateway till make payment, They are very politely request me to pay the holiday package amount Rs 8549/- as you have selected for blackberry Z-30 mobile absolutely free with holiday package. Finally I made payment from my debit card, But Rs 8549/-is deducted two times i.e. Rs.17098/- from my account. Transactions message were forwarded to support team (lady), she confirmed that 2 transactions happened. Neither I have received blackberry Z30 mobile nor any welcome kit within 4 to 5 days as committed by sales executive during booking. Meanwhile I have sent several mail & done telephonically conversation but no proper response has received from them on issue & sent a mail to Vacationsgateway on 12/6/2015 that both package may be treated as cancel. Thereafter many requests were sent for refund Rs 170098/- and also booked a online complaint against company. They have refunded one package amount Rs 8549/- only on dated 28/10/2015 and refused to refund another package amount Rs. 8549/- Kindly help me and arrange to refund another package amount Rs 8549/- please.

Myself Mr. Kishor Hol, I m living in pune. i got a call from vacations gateway representative Mr. Anil Sagar in december 2014 saying that my number is selected for a vacation package and a sony tab gift as i have done online transection for irctc ticket booking recently. so i have transfered rs 7790 from my account through net banking . After this i have recieved one welcome letter from them saying that my package is valid for one year and i have not recieved any gift from them when i called their office about gift, they have refused any gift and said that i have volunterly refused my gift. when i tried to book a package through them for last 2 months, they are not giving any booking to me and giving some non sense reasons. I have paid 8549 for the dell laptop my transition id is SDL00061202 and I have paid 8549 for the sony led tv with translation id SDL00061222. My customer id is VGNOQZHR20829. I have paid on 27/07/2015 and I have been told that the gifts will reach to your postal address in three days but thirty five days gone no gift reach to my address. I have called on phone many times but the company did not answering my call at lost I have decided that if my hol amount is not given me in ten days I will lanch an fir against this frad company and will advice all the people in India don't trust on this frad company because it is the frad company in India.
