Dear Sir, My self Vinay shah, From Ahmedabad, Gujarat. One call received from no [protected] ( cell-[protected] ) From Amit Sharma(Vacation Gateway). He has offered me to buy Laptop ( Dell ) in offer price of 8549rs and in EMI option. He has sent me the link and in this link i missed my whole amount of Rs 8549 I feel that i have cheated by Vacation Gateway, i have paid 8549 rs for New dell laptop offer but now i have received invoice of holiday package that i have never discussed.

Dear Mada/Sir We want to bring to your notice that a company doing fraud to people. Fraud tours and traveling company calling to mobile and giving some travling option. When we paid after that they are not giving tour package and not refunding amount. Copany Toll free no.-[protected], Mobile No. Kunal Saxena-[protected] . Company cheated to me rs 8549/- and more people. Campany is not refunding amount and not giving services.

Respected sir, i have purchased hotel accomodation package from vacations gateway on dated 8th december 2014 by paying rs.8549 from account no.[protected] of state bank of hyderabad, market yard branch, latur, maharashtra to inb vacations gateway tech- vctgate payment .This offer is for 4 persons for 4 nights and 5 days in india, thailand and malaysia.This offer is valid for one year from purchase date. Company e-mail :[protected]@vacationsgateway.Com.Co now i have booked 2 nights and 3 days accomodation for 2 persons at rajasthan palace hotel, jaipur which is one of the listed hotel on dated 19 jully 2015 and send the mail. Today I got a call from this company that they want to refund my amount around 5949 * 2 packages rupees which was taken from on April 09th 2013. I asked for cancel my booking and need my money back on 10th of April as they are offering we can cancel in 7days if we not interested. But till now I did not get anything. Today they are saying that they got my refund application and they send me link to my mail id which is having payment process, but they are saying that after I will get a confirmation after providing all my bank details in the process page for DEBIT / CREDIT. I understood that they need my money more and I raised that why I need to do this for refund as this is not the way for refund and it is for payment process, the guy get little bit serious and started arguing with me and asked me to do the same process again. But I disconnected the call. Please be aware from this company as this is the most dangerous which are thinking consumers are fools to pay again and again.. I received a call from this company telling me of a hotel accommodation package of 4 Nights/5 Days for INR 8549.00. The executive also promised a free gift of a tablet before me accepting the offer. After payment i was informed that i would receive the hard copies of forms, receipts and the gift within 10-15 days. There was a confirmation of payment email sent to me on the same date as well as another email with information, instructions and an attachment of a soft copy of the Invoice. However till date (18/08/2015) i have neither received the hard copies of the forms required to book accommodation nor the gift promised. After sending multiple emails requesting a resolution the same has been ignored by the company giving reasons like the gift is only for the referral scheme. Today i got a call mentioning that they would refund the amount however the process they asked me to use was going for another payment with my card which i denied to go through at the 3dsecure code stage.
I am attaching all the email communication and I would like the company to refund the full amount to the same card with which it was paid or use another option for the refund.

Dear Sir, As per your mail my membership id is SDL00027556. You have informed me stating that you have booked my accommodation in HOTEL TORONTO IN DELHI. Instead of 4 Nights and 5 Days you have issued only 3 days and 3 nights. you have to arranged 4 nights and 5 days as per your brochure and confirm my accommodation in the same HOTEL from 21/08/2015 to 24/08/2015. I got a call from Vacations Gateway promising me a free gift (in their Happy Hour) with a Holiday package of Rs 7799/- I paid online and after some days got the package voucher but not the free gift.I mailed them several times but did not get any gift.On top of that they say that we dont give away such gifts without referrals.I want Vacations Gateway to keep the promise or refund me fully. I received many calls from Vacations Gateway 6 june-15 offering a package for 8549, they offered an assured gift Blackberry Z30 Mobilile handset on monthly installment basis ( Rs 1424/-) as per received online support from[protected] and from mobile[protected]but Rs 8549/-is deducted two times i.e.Rs.17098/- from my account. the ATM slip is also attached for ready reference please. 1st transaction was done at 07.52PM but online executive (Lady) was denied & she advised me to try again, I done it again at 7.53 PM . Then I was noticed that two successful transaction messages is displayed on my bank registered mobile and same messages were forwarded to online executive (lady’s mobile number[protected]. She confirmed that two transactions ( each Rs 8549/-) have been done successfully from her mobile number[protected] around 8.00PM and committed that one package amount Rs 8549/- plus EMI amount of remaining installment will be refunded within 72 Hrs . On 3rd day I sent a request to their customer cell for cancel both the package and refunding Rs 17098/- Thereafter several mail were sent to company, initially committed for refunding one package amount.. Now it seems that Customer care is fraud, no one pick call, even if they pick call, they will tell that person is not in office now. After seeing this complaints i got know even booking tour is also fraud.

I got a call from this company on 11/07/2015 by this number [protected]. Mr. Kunal Saxena was on the call. He offered me a tour package in Rs. 8549 with samsung tab-4. He told me this package will include accomodation, all meals, sight seeing in 20 kms, for 4 adult person. They will provide a cab to receive and drop us from nearest railway station or airport. I can use this package During one year. I agreed to buy this package.I gave him my debit card details and he deducted Rs.8549/- four times from my acount. I complained him on his personal number which he gave me it is [protected]. He agreed to refund my money in 21 days. I blocked my ATM card immediately. I gave my acount number so he could transfer my money which he deducted three times more. than he offer one more package with i phon -6 in Rs.8549/-. so I agreed to take two packages and asked him to give back money of two extra transactions. 25 days are passed but the company haven't returned my money. They are not sending samsung tab-4 or i-phon 6 according to their promise. I got four booklet before seven days. Each booklet contains one voucher. but as per this voucher my tour package doesn't include meals and transport or any other facilities. It includes accomodation only. . Whenever I called on Kunal's number Different people receive the call. they all tell me to solve my problem. But my problem is not solved till today. Company's customer care no. is useless. Now they are not receiving call easily.

I was told by Mr. Kunal Saxena of Vacations Gateway on 11.06.2015 that I will be given a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 T231 along with the holiday package of Vacations Gateway. I was again told by Mr.Ravi of Vacations Gateway that there is one combo offer along with my previous purchase (transaction id - SDL00053953 and bill no. VGTX[protected] where I will be given a laptop of DELL INSPIRON 5521 i7 as a promotional offer being the 5th member of today’s (11.06.2015) promotional sale. I was told that the laptop will be sold in my wife’s name. But nothing is mentioned regarding the same in invoice nor it was given even after a month. This was a miss selling and I have requested Vacations Gateway on 12.06.2015 to cancel the sale and refund my money back to my account. I was not entertained by the customer care for refund status nor any reply is provided over mail for the queries raised for refund.. They claim to be an ISO 9001:2008 certified company. I have logged a complaint in National Consumer Helpline and docket no. is[protected]. But till date the same is not resolved nor any communication made in that regard. Even I am not able to contact NCH on tollfree no.[protected]. its a fraud company. cheated once in 29 june 2015 by taking Rs. 8549 and not issued any gift and can’t book tour. Now calling again to cheat again by offering gift which was not sent earlier. My name is Neeraj Sharma. I have received a call from vacation gateway on 25 APR 2015 and they very politely requested for explaining a holiday package of Rs 8549/- for 4 Persons and 4Nights at 3 star and 5 star resorts and hotels. They explained that they have tie-ups with many big hotels and they provide holiday packages at a very decent Price range. They told me that I will get Sony Xperia Z3 Tab or black berry mobile if I choose and pay for holiday package during the happy hours from 1PM to 2 PM during which they will provide Sony Xperia Z3 black berry mobile on one booking .This gift is in addition to any referral gifts because it’s provided to only 5 persons during the happy hour. They have shown their website www.vacationsgateway.co and convinced me to not miss the rare opportunity. They provided me the link for payments. Since, I was somewhat inclined towards holidays I got into their trap unknowingly that Vacations Gateway is a fraud Company. I have made a bookings of Rs 8549/ During the call and until payment they continuously give Congratulations for selecting the package and assured many times that phone will be courier same day i.e. 11th APR at 4 PM through there Courier partner DTDC and will get delivered within 4 days. They talked about the colour etc to pretend genuine and fare. Once the payment is received, they did nothing. They started giving excuse for delay due to misc things just to keep me engaged and give mean illusion that something is now progressing and I will receive my Gifts soon. However, this is just their game plan. I lost all hopes of any gifts when I got to know that Vacations Gateway is a Fraud company in India. This company should be immediately barred and all owners /employee should be penalized and prosecuted for executing frauds over phone call and in the name of false company. On 29 Jul I again received call from Vacations Gateway saying that their company name has become bad, they want to solve all the customer problems, so they want to dispatch gift. For this I need to pay 713 Rs through IVR or online. These people IVR means telling all the credit card details including CVV, OTP to them itself, Some sameer mehra from verification department called me and tried to convince me that i can select 713Rs button after entering OTP. As I know once we enter OTP bank will definitely deduct that amount which is shown in OTP page, i denied to pay and denied gift. Sir, I had made 3 complaint against Vacation Gateway (Fraud Company) but still not resolve any complaint and the company day after day fraud from people / grabbing money from People. I have received same reply from your side for my every complaint "your complaint has been forwarded to Vacations Gateway customer service. You should receive a reply from the company representatives within several" but Vacation Gateway company not understand my filling & loss of money. I received call from vacations gateway in dec 2014 offering a package for 8549, they offered an assured gift sony experia z2 table black color. I was accepted and paid 8549 thinking that at least i can book a tour for 4 nights/5 days. They told me they will send hard copies of vouchers, welcome kit and a secret pin, by telling this secret pin to them, they will dispatch assured gift. But i didn't receive anything.
Customer care is fraud, no one pic call, even if they pic call, they will tell that person is not in office now. After seeing this complaints i got know even booking tour is also fraud.

Now they started new technique, after 6 months started calling again, saying that their company name has become bad, they want to solve all the customer problems, so they want to dispatch gift. For this i need to pay 713 rs through ivr. These people ivr means telling all the credit card details including cvv, otp to them itself, when i denied to tell otp as am not able to know how much amount they are going to deduct, i simply denied to tell otp and denied gift as well, then that started scolding with bad words. Today i have raised a complaint to their customer care mail id customer service desk, they apologies and said they forwarded issue to sales team. Some sameer mehra from verification department called me and said they will take action on raghu ram, later he also tried to cheat me by offering same gift, this time i need to pay 713rs using link provided by them, when i tried to pay using that link, the amount i can clearly see its 8549rs again, even that same amount is displayed in bank otp page. But this guy tried to convince me that i can select 713rs button after entering otp. As i know once we enter otp bank will definitely deduct that amount which is shown in otp page, i denied to pay and denied gift.
