N 17 nov 2014 a person called from no [protected] named himself vikram and tell me that u are luckily choosen from my company and told me that on purchase of tour package u will be given a sony xperia z tablet within 7 days .i had doubt regarding that but they said that our company is recognised from govt of india and iso 9001 2008 certified company and service tax and vat paid to govt.i was convinced by that person and they show their plan detail on their website vacationgateway.in After that i paid rs 7799 by credit card vide transaction id SDL00030006 and bill no VG 837U2Q12052 and they promise that if dont get tour package and gift as sony xperia z tablet within 7 days then they will refund my money in my account.i had wait some days and tried to contact no.and by mail but no one is responding to my call and mail and i after some time i got a booklet called welcome book but after more than one and half month they didnot send my gift as sony tab ans they are not responding to my call and mail .as i have paid due to gift as sony xperia z but now i am feeling fraud and cheated. After waiting for so long time i have made booking request and send completed VG form and also via mail.they have replied me to booking to hotel but they have not provide any booking and only fraud by misguiding and cheating . No one is replying and responding to my call and mail. so fraud and cheater company. I am planning to email all the details to our PM Narendra Modi and Mr. Arvind Kejariwal...Why such fraud company is being running inside this country?. This is an intimation mail to your company before I proceed further for legal matter.

18/3/2015. Date of purchase. 26/3/2015. Received vouchers. But not blackberry z30 as committed. But this is not my complaint. my complaint is regarding booking. 27/4/2015. I followed all instructions regarding booking. Filled the form and sent mail of the same and also to corporate office address. Still not got any reply. No booking made till now..

I got a cal from vacation gateway cc on 8th july 15 saying dag u won 2 gifts, samsung s6 n sony led tv.u jst hv to pay rs.713/mnth for 1yr for each product.but dey deduct full 17098 frm my acc.n till now no product is reached.i called dem many times n dey gave me many fake dates of delivery.now dey even don't receiving my call since 1 mnth.instead f gift dey send me 2 holiday vouchers.i dun want to use such crap.even dey send me fake docket no.plz help me, i want refund f my money as soon as possible.biggest fraud company f india. Vacations Gateway — Refund of 2 Package amunt Rs 17098/- from Vacations Gateway I Dr Tara R Kavra stay at VOS Clinic Near Railway Station, Solapur 413001 Mo No [protected] I was receiving continuously calls from [protected] on 14/01/2015 from Vacations Gateway till make payment, Miss anupriya called me at 09.36AM, 10.00am, one women executive also called me from [protected] at 10. 20 am . She very politely requested me to pay the holiday package amount Rs 8549/- as you have selected for blackberry Z-30 mobile absolutely free with holiday package. Finally I made payment from my Master card, when tried to make payment through link provided by gateway online support team ( women executive) a error message was displayed on my laptop & online executive (Lady) was also denied to receive payment & she advised me to try again, I done it again at11.00am Then I was noticed that two successful transaction were displayed on my bank Statement, , total deducted amount is Rs. 17098/- and than when I contacted them many time for Gift &refunnd of Double payment, no satisfactory answer received. nor money was refunded even till Today . have contacted to their Call centre but they were not responded properly and I have requested to them to book for Mahabaleshwar or Pachgani many times .but they are not confirming or dening anything keeping quiet.. I was receiving continuously calls from 91-[protected] on 6/6/2015 from Vacations Gateway till make payment, Mr Lucky called me at 11.16AM, 2.07PM, 3.03OM, 3.43PM and one women executive also called me from 91-[protected] at 7.02PM . They are very politely request me to pay the holiday package amount Rs 8549/- as you have selected for blackberry Z-30 mobile absolutely free with holiday package. Finally I made payment from my debit card, when tried to make payment through link provided by gateway online support team ( women executive) a error message was displayed on my laptop & online executive (Lady) was also denied to receive payment & she advised me to try again, I done it again at 7.53 PM . Then I was noticed that two successful transaction messages was displayed on my bank registered mobile number and same messages were forwarded to online executive (lady’s mobile number[protected]. She confirmed around 8.00PM that two transactions ( each Rs 8549/-) have been done successfully by you, total deducted amount is Rs. 17098/- and she committed me one transaction Rs 8549/- will be returned back to your account within 72 Hrs. one transaction's amount was not refunded even after 72 Hrs, then i have contacted to their Call centre but they were not responded properly and I have requested to them on 11.06.2015 to cancel both packages and refund my money back to my account. The details of invoice which are to be cancelled and money to be refunded are given below: BILL NO: VGTX00003482 TRANSACTION NO: SDL00053276 dated[protected] I was not able to get my refund. I was not entertained by the customer care for refund status nor any reply is provided over mail for the queries raised for refund.. Meanwhile a mail received on 15/6/2015 that one package amount will be refunded within 15 to 20 days. Again mail received on 2-9-2015 that amount will be refunded back within 15-20 working days. mail on 29/9/2015 that amount will be refunded back till Friday (i.e 2/10/2015), mail on 7/10/2015 that amount will be refunded back till Friday (i.e 9/10/2015).Till date so many correspondence have done but neither I have received back my money nor received any free gift i.e. blackberry Z-30. So many mails have been sent to company for refunding amount of both package i.e. 17098/- but they have denied to refund my amount.

I Suhail Ahmad from pune got a call on 06 Sep 15 from vacations gateway company executive Name Lokesh Sharma Imran Khan Rajeev Vinay and many others and assured to provide a special offer for Four persons .However I booked special offer on 21st Sep 15 and dedicated 8549 Rupees through cash and told me wait for welcome kit and vouchers till received. At all I couldn't received anything from the company. I called so many times but they never give me correct message. One day called him then he told me sir we will send you after one month . They are doing fraud .

As I have read in the reviews column ...The same experience I am going thru and have called them number of times to get response to arrange for the hotel bookings as they intend to do while they have sold the so called fraud policy ...They called us on phone saying during December 2014 that they are working in collaboration with HDFC and providing this arrangement for rs 8700 + some gifts as laptop of Dell and you can avail this offer within one year and when they were selling the policy I took this voucher because I wanted to go immediately but then once they took the money they said no we cannot book immediately we need a time of 21 days minimum and till date we have contacted several times sending the filled voucher back asking for the same they are on daily basis giving excuses and as of today they are not attending the call. BIGGEST FRAUD COMPANY WORKING ON THE LINES OF CON MOVIES. .VACATION GETAWAY ...THEY JUST GETAWAY AFTER TAKING THE MONEY. BIGGEST FRAUD COMPANY DUPING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY. ..CHECK THIS COMPANY WHO IS DOING FRAUD WITH PEOPLE IN THE NAME OF HDFC.

I Deepak kumar from visakhapatnam got a call on 05 Jun 15 from vacations gateway company executive Name Kunal and assured to provide a special offer for five persons in which you are included.However I denied to book but he insisted alot me finally booked India Malages on special offer on 06 Jun 15 and dedicated 8549 Rupees from my debit card.and told me wait for welcome kit and vouchers till received. At all I couldn't received anything from the company. I called so many times but they never give me correct message. One day called him then he told me sir my stock is lasted so we are unable to give your offer and Amount will paid soon. but till 2 month later they didn't refund the money. And not hearing my problem. Please help me and ban the company that is why they are fraud and fake.

Sir, On 6 july 2015, someone posing as Roy Sharma has called me and informed me that I have been selected for some vacation trips and one blackberry phone on that particular days happy hour. For this I have to pay Rs. 8549/- through ATM Card and a welcome kit with above said Phone will be delivered withing next 7 days. But unfortunately neither the Welcome kit nor that blackberry mobile is yet delivered to my location. Today when I called their representative then it was informed by her that mobile is only given on referrals while for welcome kit she said that she will mail me. Sir, This is a complete act of fraud and fooling customer and I want my money that is 8549/- should be get returned to my account

I had purchased a vacation package last year & requested for refund immediately after that. I received a call last month mentioning that they are sending me a link which will help me credit the earlier balance of Rs. 17098 (Rs. 8549 paid per package for 2 packages) into my credit card account. However, this debited an additional Rs. 8549 from my account. Sachin Kumar (the representative who called me) had committed to courier a cheque of Rs. 25647 to my postal address. However, it's over a month & I haven't received anything yet. The number given for contact is constantly busy.

Mere mobile par 20.05.15 ko phone aya ki ap irctc( rail ) ke customer hai aur apko hamari compamy ke 8500/- approx tour booking ke sath 4 me se koi ek gift ka offer diya. Jisme hamne blackbery mobile chuna . Booking karne se pahle me telephoic call se hame santustha karaya ki koi hidden condition nahi hai. Booking mr kunal ke dwara karai gayi. Online booking douran approx 1.5 hour lage aur hamari query ko santushth kiya gaya . Mr kunal ne phir kaha ki yadi ap ek dusra package aur lete hai to ap ko dell laptop aur diya jayega . Mai raji ho gaya aur bataya gaya ki kabhi kabi hi company aisa happy hour me karti hai . Yeh booking bhi lagbag 1.5 hour me ki gayi mr ansh ke dwara. Jise taise bat karne par yeha tak bahlaya ki ap gift aj nikal gaya hai, mere 50 mail karne aur telephonic call par company ne kaha ki apne terms and condition ko accept kiya hai . Ho sakta hai unke kahne par hamne yes dabaya ho, but yeh telemarketing ke jhut ka namuna hai . Aise kai aur log bhi bewkuf bane hai, jaisa ki other online complain bhi kai hai. Hence I want refund of full amount of Rs. 24, 877. As there is no trust and believe on the company's false promise.

Hi I am Pradeep Kasimsetty. I was called from [protected] by Roy Sharma and Mamtha from Vacations Gateway and i was told that, i have got selected as an Anniversary Customer and If i book the Travel packages, I will receive Blackberry Z30 Mobile and Dell Laptop. I trusted these persons and I have booked 2 Packages from Vacations Gateway Orders SDL00052716 SDL00052720 on June 3rd 2015 through my Citi Bank credit Card and Paid 8549/- and 8549/- total Rs. 17098/-. I received the tour packages in 15 days and However, I did not receive the Dell laptop and Blackberry z30 mobile which was promised to be sent along with the packages. ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ITEMS. I DID NOT USE THE PACKAGES UNTIL NOEW, AND SO REQUEST YOU TO REFUND THE AMOUNT, UPON CANCELLING THE ORDERS. I have paid on 27/07/2015 and I have been told that the gifts will reach to your postal address in three days but thirty five days gone no gift reach to my address. I have called on phone many times but the company did not answering my call at lost I have decided that if my hol amount is not given me in ten days I will file an FIR against the said company.

Vactoin gateway से टूर पैकेज के लियेमुझे vacations gateway के कर्मचारी द्वारा फोन कर के मूझे से 750 रूपये की मांग सर्वीस टेक्स के लिये किया गया | 750 रूपये के लिये ATM CARD का नम्बर मांगा गया | मेरे मना करने पर मुझे समझाया गया कि ज्यादा पैसा नही काटा जायेगा फिर मेरे द्वारा ATM CARD का नम्बर देने पर 8549 रूपये कर फिर से एक नया टूर पैकेज दिया गया |
