Hi, We asked the sales guy for reputed company TV but he forced us to by this worthless Skyworth TV on 07/11/2021 and he also said it won't get any issue and the TV will be replaced if something happens but with in 5 months the picture is not working in the TV. I contacted Vasanth&Co and got an service person after 10 days. he said bulb inside TV is gone and have to replace on 8th May. Still now no body turned back to repair it. You people are ridiculous. not have any curtacy to reply or call the customers. I need that TV to be repaid or a replacement as promise by your company. Invoice [protected]

I purchase new grinder 23.5.2021 at ramnad branch . Grinder model vidiem iris adc . Invoice no [protected] dt 23.5.2021 . I am using 2 days only not satisfied working last 10 year purchase for electronic goods your shop only1 led Panasonic tv, LG bridge 1no, washing machine 1 no .3 material till date not single complaint . 1 hour using grinder not ready in dosai mavu. very poor work for grinder. Pls rectify this issue earlier .

I have bought ac recently in Vasanth & co Sholinganallur branch.Total amount of Volta’s ac is 37800.Initial payment collected is 14780 and finance balance is 23020.In store they informed that 3150 is emi per month (8 months).Now I received the message of first emi 3270.Take care of this issue.Otherwise I’ll raise complaint regarding the issue am facing.The agent whom in Vasanth & co he is not replying to my issue.kindly do this needful

We have purchased Aquagaurd water purifier from Vasanth & Co, Byepass road, Madurai branch on[protected]. The purchased product is not working properly after installation in my house & after doing multiple testing, but couldn't able to resolve the issue. Hence, Vasanth & Co, Byepass road, Madurai branch agreed to return the product & agreed to refund the amount Rs.17, 200. Based on this, We have returned the product to Vasanth & Co, Byepass road, Madurai branch on 19th April 2021. They told it will get refund to my account within 15 days. But, now more than 1 month went, still i didn't get the amount refund. Not getting expected response or follow ups. I have attached my soft copy of my bill. Request to refund my amount Rs.17, 200 ASAP

I is not working properly

Last week Wednesday (05/05/2021) I bought videm mixer grinder.. I selected a model with 5 jars.. But I received only 3 jars.. Wat to do now?

Expected Android tv they giving normal led tv but they are not change tv Haier model non android 17500....

I have raised complaint to the vasanth & co on last Thursday. They've taken my complaint. No one responded after that from vasanth and co and also from leibherr team. Hi,
Last week purchased Sony Bravia 32” LED TV. Order ID : 45489. When we opened the box we are shocked to receive an used display TV instead of new TV . Also mounting table stand is missing in the box.

This is totally not acceptable and request to replace the TV immediately with new TV. Request your immediate action.

We have bought Diakin Inverter 1.5 3 star AC on 4.5.2021 from Nanganallur showroom. The next day, 5th May 9pm we were delivered with *Normal AC* and inverter outdoor, on 6th May from 9am onwards Diakin installation person tried fixing this problem, till 12 noon nothing worked off. Then he concluded telling AC is normal and not inverter, but we paid for *Inverter AC* so it's not working. We've told our complaint to Manager- Nanganallur showroom branch - Mr. Gopi and our query is still not resolved. It's been 3 days since we are facing discrepancy without any solution. We've bought Leihberr fridge-3nos and Bosch mixi for the same branch. But now we're totally upset with service and will never move further with Vasanth and Co., Kindly resolve the issue within today or return back the money. We've paid 300rs for delivery person without any use.

We purchased a new air conditioner of samsung on 19.04.2021. From day one it is not functioning properly. We already asked for some service and complained about it. A mechanic from samsung also checked for it twice but unfortunately it is again functioning improperly. It shows C154 and C422. Also for the past two days we are experiencing a very very bad smell from the air conditioner. It is very unbearable. We are highly disappointed with all these issues. I've attached some pictures regarding these and take some necessary steps as soon as possible.

Delay in fridge delivery not 1or wo days its 7th day. But fridge didn't get delivered.

We have ordered a fridge on22april they told it will be delivered within 4days I.e:on Monday.
But today on date 29april it didn't get delivered yet.

I am pandiaraj i have purchased a led tv on your thanjavur branch on 27.04.2021.still no body came for installation. Today date is 29.04.2021.
If i called the thanjavur branch, nobody is responding properlly.

For samsung fridge we asked to deliver in a particular date 23 April 2021 but they didn't delivered after 3 days delivered . They asked us to give 250 for delivery but after delivery they were asking to pay 650 and telling that we are cheating . For doing business please don't make fool of customers and maintain your voice till end of delivery. Otherwise don't make customers fool Also this is a new branch

I bought a Mixie on 24 april.it wasnt even 24hrs and the mixie isn't working fine. It gets heat and the jar doesnt come out after using. We called vasanth co they said they cannot replace. We went to buy preethi but the saleswomen convinced to buy bosch. Now we asked them to change and they are not ready to do. Even online purchase do return within a week. It's not even a day. We are highly disappointed

We have bought a bosch mixie on 24th April. We went there to buy preethi and the sales women convinced us to buy bosch. Now the mixie is not working properly. It's been only 24 hrs since we bought the product. Now they are not willing to change the product. I want to change from bosch to preethi.

I have bought Butterfly rhino grinder from chengalpattu branch. Grinder is not working now.i have registered complaint for service on 2nd April still no response from their side.

Have purchased - Ac - Haier Inventor on 7th Apr and billed the same after the same we are followed the sales with number of calls for the ac till 10th we have not received, on the same day we have received an AC which is not billed from our end . Ultimately this was known after 3 days when the installation person have verified and found the same is not the correct one, after which this was intimated to showroom and they have accepted that the AC delivered is wrong one.

From 12th we are following for the correct AC, till today (21.4.21) we have not received the correct one.

I am really wondering when we are approaching the salesman they speak smart and give all false commitments and make us bill, at the same time when we call for the product the calls been transferred to number of person, for this AC i have spoken to more than 50 persons with the same story, but none of them could help out me.

This is very disgusting and thinking how will Vasanth & Co if not able to statisfy a customer for this simple issue, how will they satisfy the entire Tamilnadu in their politics field.

For manufacturing an AC i think it will not more than 10 days, but for delivering it takes more than 10 day.

Keeping in mind the issue will be resolved on priority.
