I recently bought a new IFB 1.5 ac at salem meiyanoor store..but delivered different model what I did not choose...problem is here I preferred 4 way swing but received 2 way swing which is old model...I totally disappointed on it...guys where working on store told that 4 way swing when I came for initial visit...kindly let me know how to approach for getting what I was told and expected...

I am Dr. S. Suresh, Scientist of CVRDE, Chennai, DRDO paid for 1.5 T Air conditioner Carrier on 9 Apr 21at Vasanth & Co Ambattur branch near Stefford Hospital. Till date (13.04.21) they are not supplying Carrier AC nor giving back my money and asking me to take LLoyd, Voltas or LG AC. Billing was done for Carrier AC 1.5 Ton hybridjet Inverter AC and including satbiliser I paid 41400. I was incharge of 17 stadiums for chemical warfare agency during Commonwealth games and looked after Prime minister Protection for Chemical warfare emergency from 2006 to 2014. Even for a person like me treatment metted was very shameful

Booked AC on 7th they given delivery after 4 days ( we made more than 50 calls for delivery) they have given but installation again 3 days .If we taken from direct dealers this will not happen

Very very worst behaviour, services spoiling the name of Mr.vasanth Kumar sir
Company will go into downfall due to such behaviours

I have purchased Daiken Ac on April 02 2021.
Was promised installation on Wednesday which is 05 April 2021.
Still there is no response from anyone I have been calling everyone and going around in circles.
Very poor customer care. While contacting the number for complain no one picks up

I have broughted new bluestar split AC on 7/4/21 at vasanth &co in vilupuram. I was called and asked to showroom person when is my installation. They simply said "we will check and update you".I was waiting for last 2 days No one contact me and not come for installation. When the time of purchase they said within one day we will provide the installation but still no one come and no one cantact me. Really I disappointed and unsatisfied your customers services. I will wait for today also if no one come or contact me. Surely I will return the product to your showroom on Monday and buy the new Ac from other showrooms . Please tell the what procedure to return the product.

I choose not to avail their door delivery service as my office is nearer to Vasanth & Co branch. It was billed on my residential address. The air conditioner that I am buying is for my office. They are adamant that it can only be door delivered to my residence at the cost they quote and I have to arrange my own transport to my office which doesn't make any sense. It is a crime to waste money, time & fuel on this. They are telling that it is a rule and I have to oblige. I am shocked and surprised. Can someone dictate terms like this on any consumer and loot his money and also trouble him like this. The product is financed by kotak bank. Both the bank executives and vasanth & co executives are exhibiting arrogance here and playing delay tactics in delivering the product. Vasanth & Co executive was openly declaring that it will be delayed by another three or four days. FYI, I have made the down payment day before yesterday and completed the documentation processes yesterday itself. They also claim that it is an instant loan :). The bank and Vasanth and Co are behind the delivery charges which is unacceptable and unwarrantable. Kotak Finance Appn. No: CD20688095. Date of down payment: 8th of April. I have booked a whirlpool fridge on 31st March 2021 in vasanth and co washermenpet branch.
Delivery was commited within 5 days from the date of booking.
On 5th April the response from the staff is that it will be delivered tomorrow. The statement was repeated on 6th and 7th.

On 7th the staff committed that the fridge will be delivered on 8th, or else cancel the product and the staff will the processing fee paid to Bajaj and cancel the order.but the product was not delivered on 8th.

Today (8th April) the staff is replying as do what ever you want and if needed make a complain in branch or where ever you need.

One of worst attitude and behaviour from vasanth and co.
Need a solution for the late delivery and harsh reply made by the staff.

Hi I have bought career ac and premier stabilizer in IDFC on 07/04/2021 your sales person said it will delivered on 09/04/2021 that is today and nothing was delivered. I have called multiple times still there was no response. Could you please help me to sort out this issue.

Purchased two Samsung A/Cs from Vasanth & Co Shollinganallur Branch on 05/04/2021. Was promised delivery on 08/04/2021. Now when I call, the sales rep is saying it is getting delayed from Samsung. And is not sure if it even can be delivered on 09/04. Totally unfair, as before purchase, delivery was promised to be made promptly on 08/04/2021. They take our money and then we are at their mercy. Highly unethical.

Purchased LG 18HNYA inverter A/C 6th April 2021, they promised to delivery the same the next day and installation on 8th april. Still a/c not delivered and no response from the Sholinganallur branch. How I can cancel the purchase?.

In spite of repeated calls, no response form your store.

I had purchased a 4 star Samsung invertor AC, they had said that it is a new model and there will be a 4 way swing option in it, and they said the model is not currently available (31-3-21, Wednesday), they will be getting from other Vasanth & Co showrooms and deliver it. They told that will be delivering the product on Friday(3 days from order date) maximum Saturday(4 days from order date). But after many follow ups, they told it will be delivering Saturday. But when we go to showroom and asked, they had said carelessly it has been ordered late so shipping will be done by courier late, finally the product is received on monday(5-4-21, Monday) when we checked it, it does not have 4 way swing option. After checking with Vasanth & Co sales person they said 4 way swing is available, but I told it is not available in the product received. They said that they will check from their side and finally they told it is not available in the model, it is only available in 3 star model. We are not getting proper response from the showroom. They had mislead us and given us the wrong product, but now they are refusing it and not giving proper response. Showroom manager told that he will check what can be done and told that he call us within an hour. But he did n’t call us. Please help us on this.

Bill no: 0831993 Liebherr DC fridge from T.nagar br. North usman road. This is was ordered on 2 Mar but till now it is not delivered.

We tried to contact so many numbers mentioned in bill or online but no one responded.

This is tollaly unacceptable and the customer service is not up to the mark we are not satisfied with your company service

We have brought a new air coller in your company on 3/4/2021 but it as a problem when we on the cooler switch the water as leeking out...we have complained in shoroom but it has no response they have not pick up the call...they have cheeting us

After reading many complaint I realise its usual complaint that there is delay in delivery and installation. I purchased ac in arcot road porur on 31 March. It's almost 7 days no one came for installation. I tried all sort of communication. I called showroom.customer care, AC incharge manager Govandan .no use no will response. And they will not pick up our call.
Big brand company has no proper responsible person to take care. Very bad people are paid by company and they do not do the responsibility work.i pitty the company governance.

I bought a ultra perfect plus grinder 2 weeks back from tambaram west rajaji road.

Last Wednesday morning I opened the grinder and saw the stone had a big crack. In order to report the damage immediately,
I tried reaching the branch and the person who sold the piece spoke to me.
She was very rude and he response was " we are not slave to you. We cannot handle this query. Cut the call and get lost " exactly the same she said in tamil

What kind of people are you having in the shop.

Then I wrote an email to.the head branch and gotta call from.them
They asked me to.share the pictures and I did that as well. And they promised me that the stone will be replaced on monday but till.now.i.haven't got any response from your end and no response to my email as well.

Incase am not receiving any response and solution by end of the day, I would appeal.this to the consumer court.

Your sales person has zero knowledge on how.to address a customer and on top of it no solution was given.
