In spite of repeated calls, no response form your store.

Its not good.

I had purchased a 4 star Samsung invertor AC, they had said that it is a new model and there will be a 4 way swing option in it, and they said the model is not currently available (31-3-21, Wednesday), they will be getting from other Vasanth & Co showrooms and deliver it. They told that will be delivering the product on Friday(3 days from order date) maximum Saturday(4 days from order date). But after many follow ups, they told it will be...

Bill no: 0831993 Liebherr DC fridge from T.nagar br. North usman road. This is was ordered on 2 Mar but till now it is not delivered.

We tried to contact so many numbers mentioned in bill or online but no one responded.

This is tollaly unacceptable and the customer service is not up to the mark we are not satisfied with your company service

Pls respond us with this regard or else repay our money.....

We have brought a new air coller in your company on 3/4/2021 but it as a problem when we on the cooler switch the water as leeking out...we have complained in shoroom but it has no response they have not pick up the call...they have cheeting us...

After reading many complaint I realise its usual complaint that there is delay in delivery and installation. I purchased ac in arcot road porur on 31 March. It's almost 7 days no one came for installation. I tried all sort of communication. I called showroom.customer care, AC incharge manager Govandan .no use no will response. And they will not pick up our call.

I bought a ultra perfect plus grinder 2 weeks back from tambaram west rajaji road.

Last Wednesday morning I opened the grinder and saw the stone had a big crack. In order to report the damage immediately,
I tried reaching the branch and the person who sold the piece spoke to me.
She was very rude and he response was " we are not slave to you. We cannot handle this query....

i am very feel about of by product,

I received the product on friday 2nd of april, still I did not receive the installation person for fixing ac machine. I made a call many times to vasanth & co complaint porur section and attendant person, useless and visited the branch to raise the complaint . But does not make sense too. I feel very bad response, they providing switched off number and not responding numbers....

I purchased LG AC on 28.03 2021 from 100 ft road, Tatabad, coimbatore...still now no installation has been done...this is the first time I purchase ...and I am facing this problem...very worst service.

I am not asked even model for the product because I told very clearly I need installation on time but now Technician called me he talking like gangster. We really unaccepted very bad service. If installation not happen by before 12AM today than humble request please take back your product

Ordered Samsung 1.5ton AC Unit at Tambaran Rajaji Street Branch on 01.04.2021 and they committed that product will deliver by 02.04.2021. But still not yet received. Try to call branch but no one is picking the call. No proper response from anyone.

Totally worst service from the reputed company like yours.

No interested to recommend to buy any product from your showrooms anywhere in Tamilnadu.

Yesterday 01.02.2021 ordered Samsung 1.5 ton AC unmit at Tambaram Rajaji Street branch. They informed it will deliver on 02.04.2021. But as of now product not received and no proper response from the Branch. Even called also no one is picking the call.

Sir iam in arcot and i went to vasanth and co showroom arcot branch for purchasing laptop.. staffs working in vasanth and co arcot branch has very worst performance.. they are behaving very rudely and not even responding to customers... one salesman had taken my mobile without my permission and kept somewhere..those salesman spoiling vasanth and co name..kindly take action...

I purchased a Sony TV model No. KDL- 32W6100 / 2020 on 31.01.2021 from M/s.Vasanth & Co Branch at Redhills, Chennai 600 052. The service person from Sony installed the TV. Later I had Noticed a Metal piece between the Display and panel. So I made a Complaint to Sony Customer Care on 19.03.2021. My Complaint was registered as 65306702 and confirming my complaint, a SMS was sent to me.

From coimbatore 100 feet road branch on 28march 2021...but still no installation has been done...I contacted your branch office...they wrongly given service order for some other place...most of phones are not responding...after so.many reminders now. They informed that tomorrow they will confirm...PL remind them to do the needful immediately...

We booked ac on last Saturday... Today is Thursday still no one came to do installation... No response from them.. very worst and horrible service.....

I purchase the product samsung AC &samsung smart TV on 24/03/2021
in avadi branch still the product is not delivered on time and I ask the manager he said so many reasons like the driver is not available and the vehicle problem. Now I call the branch number he will not pickup the call. Please concen the problem and delivered the product today as soon as possible
