Hi Team,

I (Customer Name: N. Selvam & Bill Number: [protected]) paid full cash on 10th Jan'22 and booked a Whirlpool Washing machine.
Initial delivery came on 15th Jan'22 which had too many dents. hence, we requested replacement, Showroom manager & Sales man (Dhakshana Murthy) said the replacement will be delivered in a week. Till now we have not got the new product.
When we called the showroom manager, he is not giving respect and not ready to talk to us. Why do we need to pay in full cash and wait more than two weeks with insult from the showroom manager.

We need proper compensation for this insult and more than two weeks wait.

      We purchased the Daikin AC, and I asked Mr. Balamurugan (Pudukkottai branch) to determine how much to pay for installation. He has said it will cost 1, 300.

      In total, I would need to pay 1800 for installation, including 1300 for Installation, 300 for Support Clamp fixing, and 110 for Wire per meter.

      My experience with your branch manager and marketing representative has been very disappointing. What happened to the earlier notification?

          I paid the amount in adyar vasanth & co 2cdays back for refridgerator and till today they didnot delivery me. they are torturing like anything that they will say today or tomorrow.

          When I paid amount they told me that within one day delivery but till today they didnot delivery the product.

            Yesterday we had purchased a refrigerator in vasanth & co in Salem new bustand branch., Mrs. Jeevitha the concern sales representative who was attend us., Mrs.Jeevitha handled us very roughly, she communicated in vulgar language to their colleagues in front o[censored]s and all customers in the showroom., It was very disgusting., She handled us only before of we paying the bill money., After we paid the bill., She doesn't respond us., Not picking up the call., Etc., We had waited in showroom for 5 hours and 20 minutes for the product delivery., But in the beginning Mrs.jeevitha says that immediate delivery available so no problem and also she said at the time of delivery our technicians will came to your house along with the product and will demonstrate the product so you don't need to worry about the features of refrigerator., But no one still came to our house for demonstration and late delivery no response after billing, not explaining about the features of the products, using vulgar language infront of customers

              Today I purchased BOSCH washing machine with stand and cover.
              I received my order without stand. I asked the same but they simply told that stand stock not available so they will arrange the same within four days. it is not fair and I am totally disappointing with your service.
              My question is why not informed at the time of billing the order.

                We bought Samsung refrigerator last week Tuesday at Tambaram branch. Product delivered after three days. While installation people checked the product it was damaged at the bottom. So we raised complaint and ordered for replacement. People in showroom are lathagic and not responding properly. I am really worried to purchase in vasanth and co.                     Issue: no proper response from Haier service support team and vasanth & Co. Very worst poor support. Waste of buying the products from vasanth & co and Haier

                    It is brought to your notice that I bought a Haier DC fridge HRD-1955CRC - E of Single door refrigerator from Vasanth & Co on 01.11.2021. I am regretful to inform you that the functioning of this fridge is not proper. Its freezer is not yet fixed properly while at the time of production (Product Manufacturing defect). Most of the time Water leaks inside the fridge and food items spoil. In this regard I have registered the Complaint for the service. Please refer to the SR number CH[protected] dated 8th August, 2022. service persons tried to fix the problems many times but they couldn't fix it and confirmed it is manufacturing defective products. So I have requested to replace new refrigerator. but still now i have not yet received any proper response from your side. I am upset of haier service. I have expressed my problems to the customer care executive but still no response. the photographs and evidence of water leakage and bill copy i have attached with these mail. I am expecting a proper response from haier.

                    However, this experience has left me utterly disappointed. The refrigerator was bought with a warranty of one year. Since it is still in the warranty period, I would request you to either repair or replace the product at the earliest.

                        Very bad response of vasanthandco tnagar north usman road. I bought bajaj 28litres otg oven on 29th dec 2021 and said they will send demo and installation on next day, but they didn't send it on next day. After so many calls, they send on 31st dec 2021. They demo guy came and opened the box but the product is damaged and informed me to report to vasanthandco itself where i bought it. We called the next moment to the vasanthandco and they said us to come and return it. Already they gave us damaged product and asked us to come and exchange it. I told them to deliver new undamaged product but they are dodging me around for 4 days, till now they didn't exchange it.

                          Adyar vasanth &co is very worst service & response, , I'm asking LG tv(19000), this product is there or not there is checking first is must important.. but Adyar branch staff all process complete after he ask that product not available, you go for 25, 000 this one available..
                          I'm regular customer of vasanth & co, , but this time I'm very disappointment 😞😞, , lastly I'm ask cancel my process and after leaving that place, , but front office staff also no one ask me...next time sure I'll not going to purchase in vasanth &co...

                              I have purchased Samsung 65 inch QLED TV at South Usman road Vasanth & Co branch on 22- Oct - 2021 . ( 2 months going to complete)

                              During that period Samsung offers Sound bar free gift model HWA550 and 3 Years complete TV Warranty # Diwali offer sale .

                              So that only I purchased TV in Diwali Festival offer .

                              During purchasing TV at Vasanth & Co service person Mr.Kumar has told with In 7 days you will receive gift sound bar, Mr. KUMAR as said we will order soundbar from samsung and once recieved we will notify you.

                              From the date of purchase I only contacted Mr.Kumar Vasanth & Co service person, but i never received single call from South Usman road shop sales person for the Soundbar gift .

                              This is very very worst response from Vasanth & Co .

                              Kindly treat customer as customer.

                              If you could have been told the Samsung Diwali offered sound bar will take more than 2 months to get means I never purchase the TV from Vasanth & Co.

                              For the same I complaint to Vasanth & Co customer care in corporate office, but the response is same .

                              Mr.Marriyappan from Vasanth & Co Corporate office person i called and confirmed the Sound bar is received and you and collect by last Friday 17 Nov 2021, so that I visited personally to get the sound bar .

                              But while visiting only TV Serial number is matching in Vasanth & Co SAP system and now they are saying again 1 week need time to get the sound bar from samsung .

                              Since Samsung Promotor need to approve the serial number.

                              As per Vasanth & Co feedback without Samsung promotor the TV was sold, so there is delay in approving the gift .

                              Kindly take necessary action to deal Customer as Customer .

                                  The Godrej refrigerator is purchased sembakkam branch on 24th dec 2021. The model is RT EONVIBE 360B 25 HCF SK PR. RED WINE colour. The price is 31000. But online vasanth an co it is 30, 500 and tatacliq it is 27990. It is over priced at store though they gave free stabilizer it is not matching the price.

                                    We have ordered a Whirlpool Single Door Refrigerator on 6th December 2021 at Vasanth and Co, Gowrivakkam and made full payment on the same day of 14000 Rs. But, it has been around 2 weeks now and the product has not yet been delivered. We have called the customer care team and store sales team multiple times throughout the past two weeks but not getting proper response and yesterday, they are saying that the product is out of stock and they asked us to visit the store with the bill to get it changed with a new replacement product. They are not caring about the customer's concern. Amidst all our personal works, we spend around 1 hr daily for contacting them itself. Worst experience I ever had with Vasanth and Co. They are not ready to cancel our order and give us the refund also. It is very frustrating for us for having paid the money in full and not receiving the product even after 12 days.

                                      I brought a Samsung fridge on Oct 30th 2021 in vasanth and co Adyar branch in an exchange offer. We agreed that 2000 rs. Will be paid at the time of return pickup of the fridge and the representative has given me a writter. Confirmation if the same. Till now, the return pickup has not been done and I have been following up with the representative daily from Oct 31st till date. No response or action. Such a pathetic customer service.

                                      The representative name was Abbas. When I call vasanth and co they say he is no more working there. When I ask them about this they say that they are not responsible for what the sales representatives say or offer. This is how vasanth and co has been running their business.
