Yesterday we had purchased a refrigerator in vasanth & co in Salem new bustand branch., Mrs. Jeevitha the concern sales representative who was attend us., Mrs.Jeevitha handled us very roughly, she communicated in vulgar language to their colleagues in front o[censored]s and all customers in the showroom., It was very disgusting., She handled us only before of we paying the bill money., After we paid the bill., She doesn't respond us., Not picking up the call., Etc., We had waited in showroom for 5 hours and 20 minutes for the product delivery., But in the beginning Mrs.jeevitha says that immediate delivery available so no problem and also she said at the time of delivery our technicians will came to your house along with the product and will demonstrate the product so you don't need to worry about the features of refrigerator., But no one still came to our house for demonstration and late delivery no response after billing, not explaining about the features of the products, using vulgar language infront of customers

It is brought to your notice that I bought a Haier DC fridge HRD-1955CRC - E of Single door refrigerator from Vasanth & Co on 01.11.2021. I am regretful to inform you that the functioning of this fridge is not proper. Its freezer is not yet fixed properly while at the time of production (Product Manufacturing defect). Most of the time Water leaks inside the fridge and food items spoil. In this regard I have registered the Complaint for the service. Please refer to the SR number CH[protected] dated 8th August, 2022. service persons tried to fix the problems many times but they couldn't fix it and confirmed it is manufacturing defective products. So I have requested to replace new refrigerator. but still now i have not yet received any proper response from your side. I am upset of haier service. I have expressed my problems to the customer care executive but still no response. the photographs and evidence of water leakage and bill copy i have attached with these mail. I am expecting a proper response from haier.
However, this experience has left me utterly disappointed. The refrigerator was bought with a warranty of one year. Since it is still in the warranty period, I would request you to either repair or replace the product at the earliest.
