    We purchased the Samsung fridge on Sunday I.e 14.03.2021 against promising delivery on two working days
    Ok then we approached the management, they assured we'd morning or night for working class categories left the office and sit down at residence to receive, but your staff didn't respond, pitty is that it is not emi, full cash paid
    Still to day also not sure to deliver

        Address: Ambattur near Rakki cinemas

        Pathetic customer service at the Ambattur branch. Sales team is just particular about closing their target and after that they don’t care what happens to the customers. No support available on delivery post billing and once payment made. False commitment on timelines and incorrect billing updates in their system. I have been running from post to pillar in getting my consignment delivered but no luck due to incorrect billing of consignment. What’s extremely frustrating is the team here dodges customer calls and including the board number they ignore the calls once they know you are calling. I feel cheated after making instant payment but ignored. Never again with Vasanth and co!! If the management cares to read customer review, please address such growing concerns immediately. Not everyone will have the same patience other than choosing consumer court and grievance options.

          I (Gopinath) purchased a Haier Refrigerator for Rs.36300 from your Porur branch through bill number [protected], during the discussion they said they will take back the old refrigerator for Rs. 800 but they failed to deduct the amount in the bill. When I informed them- they said they will take it back separately. I got my new fridge delivered on Sunday and today Tuesday - still they have not taken back the refrigerator.

          I have made atleast 20 calls still no response. I am really unsatisfied with your service.

          Hope you will take back the old fridge before I take it up in the social media.

              We booked Carrier Inverter AC (Legend Neo +) in 15 Oppanakara Street Coimbatore on[protected].

              We received the package on the same day, and the installation was on the next day[protected], technician came on[protected] an opened the package and it was a used one, full of dust in the filter and the connection cable was not found. it was clearly a used one. We need NEW replacement immediately.

              Kindly take immediate action.

                Hi

                I brought a Carrier split AC from vasanth and co. Sivakasi branch on 13-Mar-2021. I opted for the carrier Ac instead of the Blue star model which I had plans to buy because I was promised that carrier AC is in stock and will be delivered on the same day and installation will be done by Sunday (14-Mar-2021). The AC unit was delivered on Sat itself but the technicians did not turn around on Sunday. After contacting the store they came on Monday (15-Mar-2021) evening for installation. After almost 2 hours of installation they found out that the outdoor unit of the AC will not work as there is no GAS in the compressor. The AC was not installed. I went to the store and was promised that they will replace the outdoor unit, which I requested to be done by the same day however the representative in the store promised that it will be delivered by tomorrow morning that is Tuesday (16-Mar-2021). However, it has not been delivered yet. When I contacted the store they said it is on the way.

                I brought CARRIER AC because the store promised it can be delivered and installed by next day. If not for this promise I would have brought the Blue star model itself which I had plans to buy. I needed the AC to be installed on an emergency basis and it is now delayed because of the False promise and negligence from Vasanth and Co-Sivakasi store side.

                I request you to look into this issue and give an amicable solution as my first experience with your outlet has turned out to be a sour one. I can not recommend any of my friends or relative to your shop with this experience of mine. Looking out for a genuine reply from your end.

                  We bought a cooler on Sunday(07.03.2021).
                  The sales excutive said this won't make a sound ..
                  So we just bought and tried on that evening, we didn't even used the water.. the sound of cooler is the thing irritated us the most.. they gave us many false hope about the cooler.
                  We asked to for exchange on the next day it-self. We droped more then 6 mails to [protected]@vasanthandco.co... It's been more then 10 days.. these guys just testing my patience.
                  These guys can't even do a small thing..

                  See I'm just fed-up with your mails and call response.. this is last.. no matter what I just want my money back...

                  Note : when we asked the sale executive about the demo through the call.
                  That person(sale executive) is telling that when the CUSTOMER ask for the demo then only we will show it. Otherwise we don't..

                      We have brought 2 units of refrigerator and washing machine in your shop VASANTH & co. Tiruvallur Branch dated 4/3/2021 by cash of RS.37500 which is paid by me through GOOGLE PAY. Where have you are delivered found defective/faulty unit (washing machine and refrigerator) instead of a good unit.

                      We never expect how your people (VASANTH & co.Tiruvallur Branch) delivered defective/faulty unit of washing machine and refrigerator against your bill No. [protected] dated.04/03/2021 amounting Rs.37500/-.

                      The Godrej technician who is coming for demo and commissioning purposes also confirmed that both units are defective.

                      Please note your person also confirmed to replace the unit but it is not materialized so far. Whenever we contact the person he will give lame excuses.

                      I would like to inform you that both units are replaced or refund the money of Rs.38300/- including transportation charges of Rs.800/- immediately.

                      And also please note we have paid on 4/3/2021 whereas now the date is 10/3/2021.

                      I don’t understand how the great concern of M/s.Vasanth & co and M/s.Godrej not taking care of this issue.

                            On[protected] we went to the Vasant &Co outlet in Batlagundu. We were looking for a gas stove with 3 burners. But when we saw this one, although only 2 burners, we liked the model so much so we asked for the same model with 3 burners. The sales girl told us this is not available. So we ended up buying the one with 2 burners only. When we arrived home and unpacked the stove we found the booklet in which the same model with three burners is shown. We called the shop, the salesgirl apologized for misleading us. We now want to return the unused stove and exchange it for the 3 burner one. But the shop manager will not allow us. We are very unhappy with this manager and with the salesgirl who lied to us, because she wanted to sell the product. Very Bad service indeed!

                                I bought a TV but installation not done no demo nothing damn they ask money for installation. Do we need to pay for that too?? Is this the way a big company provide the service I’m highly disappointed because of some technical people like this which you have even I called and registered a complaint but they dint care for it. I have never seen such a worst service I really had very good thoughts on your company but now I understood that I made a mistake that I have selected Vasanth&co

                                      We purchased Whirlpool IntelliFresh Pro refrigerator, Serial No. INE[protected] on 10-Nov-2020 from Vasanth&Co, Vinayagapuram, Chennai-99, Tamilnadu State.

                                      The demo person from whirlpool had set up the default temperature to "5" during installation. Just in one week we started noticing that the cooling wasn't adequate in the refrigerator. With the help of Whirlpool refrigerator manual, we tried adjusting the temperatures to 4, 3 and finally 2, wherein the cooling seemed to be better.

                                      Meanwhile due to an emergency situation we had to travel out of state in January 2021 and returned home only after 2nd week of February 2021. To our dismay we noticed that there wasn't adequate cooling in the refrigerator. By this time the food placed inside the refrigerator started getting spoiled. I had called up the toll-free number on 21-Feb-2021 and raised a service request mentioning the problem, but they didn't give us any service request number.

                                      My father, a senior citizen of 70+ yrs of age had to approach the Vinayagapuram branch and raised a service request with Whirlpool through them on 22-Feb-2021. We were lucky enough to get a Service Request number this time.

                                      One whirlpool service person visited our house while my parents were at home and I was at work, and set the fridge on "quick chill" mode. When I reached home and noticed this, I called him only to find out that the service guy didn't even know which mode was freezer setting and which mode was refrigerator setting. He finally gave up and accepted that only the demo person knows how to set the temperature and that he will contact us the next day along with the demo person which never happened.

                                      My father, again approached your Vinayagapuram branch. Again they assured us of service and one of Whirlpool service personnel had called us and asked us to set the temperature again on "quick chill" mode. We lost our patience on hearing this, post which we were finally connected to a some person who knew his work quite well. By now crystal formation started in the freezer. The service personnel visited our house on 25-Feb-21 and had assured to submit his findings to Whirlpool. We had insisted that the fridge has to be replaced. When followed up for the status on 25-Feb-21 with Whirlpool person, we were informed that the TAT for the entire process take another 15 days. We received a similar reply from your Vinayagapuram branch as well, and they added that they will not be able to assist us beyond this and we will have to follow up with Whirlpool only.

                                      This kind of a faulty product delivered to us is completely not expected and acceptable from a renowned dealer as Vasanth & Co. We completely lost trust in Whirlpool because of their poor service response. When requested to return whirlpool and purchase another company refrigerator, your Vinayagapuram branch staff is claiming that it is not possible.

                                      We do not want to purchase any other model in Whirlpool refrigerator. Please assist us in returning whirlpool refrigerator and purchase another brand refrigerator.

                                      We have not received any response from Vasanth & Co until now. Is this how customers are handled after the sale is over?? Is there no responsibility on behalf of a distributor once sale is over?? That too sale of a faulty refrigerator??

                                      You people have no value for customers. A customer trusts your company and comes and buys a product, but when the product is defective and the customer is in need, no one from your company is helping the customer. You people have left the customer to suffer on their own for having brought a product from your company. Vasanth sir is no more and so soon you people have started spoiling the name and brand image which Vasanth sir has earned after so much hard work and sincerity.

                                        Last week 15th Feb 2021, I've booked some home appliances including iron wordrobe in Thiruvallur showroom, they are delivered in next 4 days, they told delivery in next day but received on after 4 days ( late delivery), all other applications received correctly but wordrobe only wrong one.
                                        After that I'm informing to the concerned person, but still now no response and any other information.
                                        Kindly solve the issue and replace the correct product.
