We have purchased cooler in vasanth and co, ..however I am not satisfied in our products, ..i am asked why you don't have demo ., , , she saying we have demo but she is not given demo for this product
This product sound is very high, .. Child are not sleeping with this sounds
Now, are rejecting for replacement, .. If we demo is giving I am not purchased your products, kindly consider as a request and do the replacement

Updated by TAMILSELVAN .V We bought a cooler on Sunday(07.03.2021).
The sales excutive said this won't make a sound ..
So we just bought and tried on that evening, we didn't even used the water.. the sound of cooler is the thing irritated us the most.. they gave us many false hope about the cooler.
We asked to for exchange on the next day it-self. We droped more then 6 mails to [protected]@vasanthandco.co... It's been more then 10 days.. these guys just testing my patience.
These guys can't even do a small thing..
See I'm just fed-up with your mails and call response.. this is last.. no matter what I just want my money back...
Note : when we asked the sale executive about the demo through the call.
That person(sale executive) is telling that when the CUSTOMER ask for the demo then only we will show it. Otherwise we don't..
What the hell is this...###...
