I have brought TV in vasanth and co (cuddalore) on Saturday (14/08/2021), but till now no one came to install... But while asking sony manager... Vasanth and co(cuddalore) not called until Monday evening... So, I go directly to vasanth and co... Employe sathish by that time only he booking for sony TV installation......

Iam a regular customer of the vasanth and co .Iam purchased Product on 15/8/2021.In Velachery branch there is no proper response to customers.i called for asking about delivery.they attend the call but they not say the proper details.in Velachery branch they destroy the name of the vasanth and co....

The way of handling things by the employee named venkat. Was very rude and was mentally instable who should his arrogance to us this not a good way of running the shop . This shld not be continue henceforth or actions will be taken against him legally so warn him or suspend his for his behaviour...

I bought a premier wetgrinder from ur Palani branch after 2 years it's not working when I reach the branch they told no one will come to home service you must provide to branch and will get in a day( where small companies are arranging home service
even last week my blu flame Preethi gas stove repaired by home service only)myself also took tat to branch 5 days back till they didn't repair ...very poor customer service..highly disappointed...

We bought Panasonic AC from the Chennai Velachery branch. I could notice peoples who working in that brach making soo much delay in delivering the product on the committed date and not providing the Bill even after paying the full amount.

No response from them. Its basic one when we paid amount for your product and providing bill for that.

I have purchased a washing machine Bosch on last Sunday about 1.30PM. Attended Sales staff person Mr. Sai Krishnan. During purchased itself I have clearly communicated regarding installation should have to completed on or before Wednesday 12th Aug 21.

I have received the machine on Monday evening after following up with Mr Sai Krishna.

On that again requested to complete installation on Tuesday day itself. Tuesday...

I have bought fridge there is some damage which delivered today...

I Booked Haier AC on 5 Aug 2021, they came to install on 6 Aug 2021.after that there is no cooling in the AC.i used it for 2 days no cooling.and i asked the vasanth &co they never arranged me any service engineers.now i have to get a local vendor and they said there is no AC GAs thats why we did not get cooling in that AC

Finally i spend 2000 rs to refill the AC Gas it was very worst experience in buying the AC in vasanth and...

The following product are not received so far. But products full amount was received from Vasanth & CO, 100 feet Road, Gandhipuram..

I bought LG Tv 43' 2years before they do not provide wall stand and modum till now...I called them many times no response... Recently 9 months before I bought Haier washing machine now it's not working while buying the product they have mentioned free service will be available for the product I tried to call them they are not respond...

Dear sir/madam,

I tried so many times to reach the vasanth&co staffs. No one didn't response to my calls. Even the IFB Care for installation also, I was bought washing machine on 03.08.2021 @Gobichettipalayam vasanth and co branch. Don't know why they didn't respond to customers. Pls do the needful for installation and service also.

We bought LG 1.5TON 3start product on Monday. They told within a 2 days they give the product but we are waiting for 5days but still I am not get the product. Now they told Monday only you received the product we can't do anything. This is a correct responsible for customer??? 1st they check the product then sold it. We are in upstairs of our building, we buy for emergency but no use for that. This is the worst experience.br...

Purchased LG Tone along with LG Split AC. On delivery day due network issue i was not reachable. Next day when i called up they said LG Tone is out of stock. So, only delivering AC. I was questing why did you bill me when there was not product in stock and agree to get A/C first and LG tone on the next day. After two days, called them and got confirmation the product is available at store, when i went to collect it they gave an unpacked LG...

Actually i purchased this refrigerator in December month 2020...i registered many complaints...technicians are coming and saying fridge is good...but fridge is automatically chaging to freezing mode and all vegetables anf fruits getting spoiled...one of the worst fridge...please i want an replacement...none of the vasath co number is not reachable...

Bought Bosch TL W/M WOE754S1IN 7.5Kg from Vasanth And Co North Usman Road branch, Paid advance and booked the machines on 08th July, was advised by representative that it will be delivered on 15th, so went to shop and completed the billing on 14th July, and received by Friday 16th July, delayed by a day. Then installation was booked on same date. Yet the technician came on 20th July - Which is 13 days from the date of booking. And on top...

No proper billing we purchased an butterfly handy v2 mixie and they over priced th rate and the rate is around 2800 and th price they soled to us is 4200...pls do take action...

I ordered washing machine fridge before 1 week they told we will deliver in 4 days but still not received and its is more than a week and i heard that service is very good but sorry to tell that i am ashamed of your service now i am thinking to buy in some other shop. please kindly see through the delay...
