I purchased haier inverter ac worth 36000 and delivery charge 400 sepereately.. The delivery person wantedly ask tip for extra 100. They delilvered indoor and outdoor unit with different models without gas. I Purchased 3 sep and till now i didnt install the ac... they told after getting approval and all fomalities, then only they will replace the correct outdoor unit.. im very dissappoionted and got depressed... very irresposible staffs and worst service.. they cheating us... Dear customers, Pls dont purchase vasanth & co...

I initiated an order #57281 for Bosch Dishwasher SMS6ZCW42E which went out of stock the next day, for which we waited 10 days to see if the product could be delivered.

Once we came to know from the online team that the product was not available at Bosch, we initiated the refund on 18th Aug 2021. It has been more than 7 working days since we initiated the refund and still, we have not received the refund yet on Credit Card.

Our credit card billing cycle ends on 27th Aug 2021, when we contacted the online team, they said they have initiated the refund but since there is no sufficient fund with accounts team the refund is on hold.

Whenever we call customer care number[protected] to either connect us with the accounts team or to be transparent about refund ETA, there is no proper response. All they say is that a refund will be received in the next two days, and they have been doing the same since 25th Aug 2021.

I would not recommend Vasanth & Co as they doe have the transparency and the ethics to conduct the online trading professionally.

On 15 Aug I bought a new butterfly rhino Wet Grinder it was not working properly..I already inform the store they sent a service man On 26 August he said that he clear the problem but it is not properly working.. So Today I give complaint to store They didn't send anyone for service...I spent 4000 rs For buy this Grinder...Iam very upset...Please Kindly Refund My Money...

Vasanth and co(cuddalore) not called until Monday evening... So, I go directly to vasanth and co... Employe sathish by that time only he booking for sony TV installation...

The way of handling things by the employee named venkat. Was very rude and was mentally instable who should his arrogance to us this not a good way of running the shop . This shld not be continue henceforth or actions will be taken against him legally so warn him or suspend his for his behaviour

I bought a premier wetgrinder from ur Palani branch after 2 years it's not working when I reach the branch they told no one will come to home service you must provide to branch and will get in a day( where small companies are arranging home service
even last week my blu flame Preethi gas stove repaired by home service only)myself also took tat to branch 5 days back till they didn't repair ...very poor customer service..highly disappointed from ur reputed company...

HI Team,

We bought Panasonic AC from the Chennai Velachery branch. I could notice peoples who working in that brach making soo much delay in delivering the product on the committed date and not providing the Bill even after paying the full amount.

No response from them. Its basic one when we paid amount for your product and providing bill for that.

I have purchased a washing machine Bosch on last Sunday about 1.30PM. Attended Sales staff person Mr. Sai Krishnan. During purchased itself I have clearly communicated regarding installation should have to completed on or before Wednesday 12th Aug 21.

I have received the machine on Monday evening after following up with Mr Sai Krishna.

On that again requested to complete installation on Tuesday day itself. Tuesday I have called him more 3 times later he is given Bosch service center phone number. Later he never call me and not arranged for installation.

More 20 times Tuesday and Wednesday called service center. Not a proper response for the installation.

Mr Sai Krishna also not called me. On Wednesday evening I called him informing regarding this, he is not even aware about installation was not to customer.

During the purchase itself I have clearly communicated regarding I'm not available on today.

Later your sales staff spoken to me alone Bosch staff. That staff again asking stories wht is the issue is happened.

No one giving promise to complete installation as per customer time frame.

I'm totally disappointed, now I'm thinking I have wasted my money.

Why should I have to call the service center. I have visited your shop only and I'm purchased directly from company.

I Booked Haier AC on 5 Aug 2021, they came to install on 6 Aug 2021.after that there is no cooling in the AC.i used it for 2 days no cooling.and i asked the vasanth &co they never arranged me any service engineers.now i have to get a local vendor and they said there is no AC GAs thats why we did not get cooling in that AC

Finally i spend 2000 rs to refill the AC Gas it was very worst experience in buying the AC in vasanth and co

VASANTH & CO is the very worst then any other companies

Hi Team
We bought LG 1.5TON 3start product on Monday. They told within a 2 days they give the product but we are waiting for 5days but still I am not get the product. Now they told Monday only you received the product we can't do anything. This is a correct responsible for customer??? 1st they check the product then sold it. We are in upstairs of our building, we buy for emergency but no use for that. This is the worst experience.
