-on 4th dec21 night- I bought the product for 16700 and They said it will be delivered in a day or 2, but meantime I got to know the product was not the best compared to the other ones with the similar specification and I wanted a cancellation. But i visited the store the next day (5th Dec) and I met the sales person first they said they wont cancel and then, they took me to another sales person said they can cancel if I write a acknowledgement letter, after me explaining to dozens of people they took me to the manager where he I cant cancel it, and if i did wont they wont return the GST amount. (for a product which i didnt get/deliver yet)
- I want to cancel the product and need the full refund for the product which is not yet been delivered until 5th Dec 2021.
- i am raising this complain on 5th Dec21

As We bought refrigerator on 30 th sep.but they delivered a damage piece, so I raised a complaint and went to the branch for more than 5 times regarding this issue ..but still (nearly one month) there was a very worst response in the branch side and also they not even pick the call .I am having three contact numbers includes your executive, lg dealer and branch number ..but no response.whenever I call they told like "within a day we replace it" like that ..but very worst ever service I saw .

I bought a refrigerator from vasanth&co Avadi branch on 22nd November 2021. The sales executive said they will send person for installation immediately. Refrigerator delivered on 23rd mrng 11am

Dear vasanth & co,

I am the customer for past 5years.i have taken many products from vasanth & co.but this time am really feel very worst customer satisfaction from store manager( ganesh )velachery.he speaking very casually.he is telling fake commitment for giving such gifts products.many times I have taken the products from store he say I will give the gifts and punch it on bill also .but he is not giving and say gift is not available and next time I will give.the same reasons I have taken from many times.this time also am facing the same issue.but customer handling is very worst I have seeing in may times..pls dont give any such fake commitment to other customers for selling the goods...

I have booked a samsung fridge model #RR23A23A2E3YDX/HL on 14th nov 2021 in North usman road showroom. Bill.no. [protected]. They said it will be delivered on 15th or 16th. It's been 8 days now, still they haven't deliver the product. Whenever i contact them they used to say "it will delivered today or out of stock". I have tried to contact the Showroom manager but they are not picking the call. I went to the showroom on 17th. Again they said it will be delivered in 2 days. I want to make an escalation about the sales person who sold the product without checking that it is in stock or not. The sales incharge Mr. Khadar whom i have been following up for all these days and he is saying "warehouse is flooded due to rain". the delivery incharge Mr. Ellayappan who keeps saying that he is not getting tempo in chennai to deliver the product.

I have purchased fridge (Haier brand) vasanth&co showroom madipakkam, ullagaram branch on 02.11.2021. The delear Mr.prem said we will delivered new fridge to you home. But we received damage piece/Demo fridge. We spoken to Mr.prem several time he agree damage fridge was wrongly delivered to your home. They will arrange to delivered new fridge 2days. But more than 15days crossed. Still no respone. Now we try to contact prem he did not atten my calls. I have already raised telephone complaint 3times. Pls help solve the issue on priority basis.

I have purchased a LG refridgerator from vasanth and co purashawalkam branch..received after ten days of booking..but the fridge is not working..defective product..i never expect this kind of poor service from vasanth nad co..we are coming and purchsing in your shop due to reliability we have..but this is too big mistake that can happen..fridge which cost about 35000..but not in working condition. I want it to be replaced immediately..

Sir, I have purchased Faber water purifier from your Madipakkam branch on 06/11/2021. They promised before purchased the installation willl be done on or before 09/11/2021. I made call and personally and went to your Madipakkam branch about installation thay are not given installation person number. I am totally disappointed your service.

வணக்கம் நான் இன்று மாலை சுமார் 6:30 மணியளவில் திருநெல்வேலி மாவட்டம் திசையன்விளை ஊரில் உள்ள தங்களுடைய கிளைக்கு புதிய புதிய காற்றுப்பதணி வாங்குவதற்காக திசையன்விளை VSR மஹாலில் உள்ள தங்களது கிளைக்கு செல்லலாம் என்று முடிவெடுத்து தங்களது கிளை நுழைவு வாயிலுக்குள் நுழையும் பொழுது அங்குள்ள நுழைவு வாயிலில் பழைய அட்டை பாக்ஸ்களையும் புதிய குளிர்சா தனப்பெட்டிகளையும் அடுக்கி வைத்துள்ளனர்.. அதை பார்த்ததும் எனக்கு தங்கள் கிளைக்குள் நுழையும் மன நிலையே போய் விட்டது. அதனால் அருகில் உள்ள மற்றொரு கடையில் புதிய காற்றுப் பதனி யை வாங்கி வீடு வந்து சேர்ந்தேன்... எனக்கு தங்கள் கிளையை பார்த்தால் மிகவும் கலீஜி யாக தெரிகிறது.. அதனுடைய புகைப்படங்களை அனுப்பி உள்ளேன்.. என்னால் வரவேண்டிய வருமானம் தங்களது கிளை மேலாளர் அவர்களின் சரியான வழிகாட்டுதல் இன்மையால் இன்று தங்களுக்கு வருமானம் இல்லாமல் போய் விட்டது.

On Sunday 31st Oct 2021, I have purchased Samsung fridge 415 litres and washing 6.5kg @Ambattur branch. The full payment was done on that same day itself. Still now the materials are not got delivered.

Whenever we reach our local Ambattur branch, they say it will be delivered before 7pm.

Almost its between 3 days gone now. When we can expect the delivery.

The next two will be diwali holiday. So we won't be able to reach the branch company for a demo.

This is my first purchase with your store and it is not at all satisfactory.

I bought washing machine on saturday but still now the service executive didn't came for installation and also the namakkal branch didn't pick my call

The product of LG refrigerator has been ordered in person yesterday and at the time of purchase they said will deliver today evening at 4pm.
But till now the product has not been delivered and the response from the side is very harsh.
Paid the amount in full even for the delivery but the product has not been delivered.

I ordered Tv, Washing Machine and some other products on 18th October 2021 but still they are not delivered my products...
I have make a call on vasanth and co customer care many times but they said will confirm and get back to you...
Again i tried to call showroom but they said same answer like will let u know...

I bought a Samsung fridge on 02/10/2021 in tuticorin BRANCH. But the product differ from the one which I saw in the show room ...when I asked them about it there is no reply from their side ..and they say no exchange ..pls see to it and do the needful

I bought a new Samsung fridge on 02/10/2021 in tuticorin branch but the product varies from the one which I saw at the showroom . It has been just 3 days ...I'm asking for the product which I saw in the showroom. But they are not responding properly and they say no exchange ...pls see to it and do the needful .

I have purchased combo offer set of products Bero, Cot, Bed and sofa for 42000 Rs from Padi vasanth and co showroom.

Firstly they promised that they will deliver the products within 2 to 3 days. They told they didn't get the stock and so it got delayed. Waited for one month and finally the products delivered. The main problem here is all were of poor quality. They just cheated the customers using the word combo offer and providing the worst quality products.
Wooden Cot was made of waste wood which was already occupied by termites.
Bero was fully damaged wherein the base had a crack already due to worst steel making
Sofa was already torn here and there.

I was completely disappointed with the products as I have already paid 42k and all items were of worst and damaged. I called the manager head office to register this and he was so harsh in handling customers. He told if you expect such good quality as you like you should have bought pure wood and asked carpenter to make as how you wanted.

Later they promised me to replace the whole set. Again it's nearly two months I'm still waiting for response. It's customers who have to follow up with them for these. They don't take any responsibility for delivering the products or contacting the customers about the status. I just wanted to cancel the whole set and get the refund but they say if they refund they can refund only the amount without gst wherein nearly 9k is deducted for gst.

I regret for having chosen vasanth and co for purchasing products.

As we had bought the refrigerator last week, since it has been taken more than 9 days, we dint receive or dint get any proper response from the vasanthanco t.Nagar branch, each and every time they are disconnecting the call, my money has been deducted before 8 days, since i dint receive the product, who will give us the interest for keeping my money without delivering the product, one of the worst shop and cheater.

I purchase one samsung refrigerator in vasanth &co villupuram branch on 3 sep 2021 till now not come installation process i am in bangalore my mom & dad as in native uneducated persons. very bad performance that branch staff, call to so many times but wait one day & one day still now 13 days completed. no response samsung promoter & that branch manager also

I have purchased a LG Microave Oven conv MC2886SFU (bill attached copy) on 04/09/2021 Bill no: [protected] from Vasanth & Co Ambattur branch promised to deliver in 2 days and its already 10 days and i have not received the product.Whenever i call the customer care they assure to deliver the next day and they won't deliver.Same happend for 10 days and i called the salesperson to get the status he said we will deliver tomorrow on...
