Sir iam in arcot and i went to vasanth and co showroom arcot branch for purchasing laptop.. staffs working in vasanth and co arcot branch has very worst performance.. they are behaving very rudely and not even responding to customers... one salesman had taken my mobile without my permission and kept somewhere..those salesman spoiling vasanth and co name..kindly take action

    I purchased a Sony TV model No. KDL- 32W6100 / 2020 on 31.01.2021 from M/s.Vasanth & Co Branch at Redhills, Chennai 600 052. The service person from Sony installed the TV. Later I had Noticed a Metal piece between the Display and panel. So I made a Complaint to Sony Customer Care on 19.03.2021. My Complaint was registered as 65306702 and confirming my complaint, a SMS was sent to me.

    The pursuant to my complaint service person from Clarity Services, Anna Nagar, Chennai came to my home and inspected the TV and informed me that there was some manufacture mistake and promised that they would come again and either rectify it or replace the set after reporting to their higher officials.

    I had waited for their visit, but no person from Sony service team had not even contacted me and my issue was also not resolved. Then again contacted Sony Customer Care on 25.03.2021. It was informed me that the service person had closed my complaint mentioning that the T.V was working fine, and i had explained to them that TV was in same condition, still there was a metal piece identified between the display and screen and due that there was a gap, I don't know how the service person had closed my complaint and the Customer Care officer taken note of it and assured that they will arrange callback from sony service team and also registered a Job Register No. J10556523. But they had not taken any steps. Hence I send this Email to you.

From coimbatore 100 feet road branch on 28march 2021...but still no installation has been done...I contacted your branch office...they wrongly given service order for some other place...most of phones are not responding...after so.many reminders now. They informed that tomorrow they will confirm...PL remind them to do the needful immediately...

          I purchase the product samsung AC &samsung smart TV on 24/03/2021
          in avadi branch still the product is not delivered on time and I ask the manager he said so many reasons like the driver is not available and the vehicle problem. Now I call the branch number he will not pickup the call. Please concen the problem and delivered the product today as soon as possible

            Hi,
            They said and sell the IFB 1.5Ton Airconditioner with 4 directions cooling option..
            But they send the air conditioner without this facility..
            This is one type cheating as per Consumer Act..
            So please rectify this issue immediately ..
            Otherwise I'll file a cheating case against you in consumer court..

                I am a regular customer of vasanth & co... But i am regret to inform you that... Our Vasanth & co sivakasi branch billing section person treats the customer irrespectively. He is not responding the customer properly. He is showing his attitude and talking differently with customers. Really it hurts.. Kindly see to it.. Thank you

                  I had purchased a refrigerater from Vasanth & Co through their exhibition in Chennai Trade Centre on 13-Mar-21.
                  While purchasing they were so active and promised us that it will be delivered by next day. However its not yet delivered and the worst part is they keep giving fake promises that it will be delivered by today, tomorrow and keep routing us to different people. Everyday they tell us new stories like stock is not there, there was issue in their systems, there are issues in delivery, company person issue etc
                  If you can't deliver by a day or 2, these reasons make sense but its almost 10 days. If a particular product can be delivered only after 10 days then it should be informed to the customer while selling itself, then if it is upto us to bear the timelines or not. But they make all kinds of commitments to sell the products and then give us this new stories everyday. Even a manufacturing of a new fridge will not take 10 days but the delivery from a godown is taking this long is not digestable. If we customers pay after 10 days of delivery, is that accepted. We have to pay the moment we order the product. I particularly bought from vasanth & co since I thought to be good reputed dealer and service would be good, but now I regret my decision and will never ever recommend anyone. No point having name & branches, its better to buy from small dealers who's service is much better.

                    BLUE STAR INVERTER A/C IC318YLTU 1.5 T we purchased from Vasanth & Co shop, North Usman Road, T Nagar Branch, Chennai
                    The AC installed at home . From that day onwards, while switching off the A/C, it was making sound. We received an AC with Manufacturing Defect. We have registered the complaint through blue star toll free no and one technician came to our home and said it was due to swing motor issue. They changed the swing motor and now it is not swinging and the ac flop is not closing while switching off. Vasanth & CO person not responding properly.

                      New customer to Vasanth and co at Trade center 14th March-2021.
                      We have ordered a A/c 4-star Samsung, but still we have not received the product.
                      Why we have to pay our money and wait this much days.

                      Myself visited Vasanth and co T-nagar (opp to malabar jewellery)on 21st March-2021, sales person give fake promise that we will deliver soon. But still No response from Vasanth and co.

                      Vasanth and co customer care call is not reachable.

                      Sales person committed 2000Rs worth Dinner set as compliment, now he say No stock.

                      Sales person give wrong commitment.

                      Atleast we believe the person who see this complaint will take necessary action.

                        Have get Hyundai TV from ambur branch ..I have house in vellore for installation they will take 4 days remote also not working they said he will give remote by 2 days and also without my knowledge they upsell steblaiser in my house with cost of 1500 on th that day itself I call and tell I don't need steblaiser they agree for the same but still now there is no response now iam calling to mr nagendran ([protected]) his way of speech was very worst ...I want to return the steblaiser without charges please do the needful

                                  We brought bluestar ac last 2018 while buying they told you have 2 free service and last 8 month back they provide one service ... and last month I called vasanthan co vallioor to ask about the service they get my details and I get call from bluestar they told due to pandemic we ll not provide you free service you can do what ever you want like that they said ... it's not our mistake ... its company mistake still not yet done .. I humbly request you to do the needful thank you

                                      We purchased the Samsung fridge on Sunday I.e 14.03.2021 against promising delivery on two working days
                                      Ok then we approached the management, they assured we'd morning or night for working class categories left the office and sit down at residence to receive, but your staff didn't respond, pitty is that it is not emi, full cash paid
                                      Still to day also not sure to deliver
