Hi Team,

We have purchased samsung fridge 345 litres (S8) model, I received the product on 14th Jan 2021 and 16th demo person came from Vasanth & Co side instead of Samsung side.

While we are checking and found that there is a damage and big dent int product so calles the person who came for demo (Kamaraj), and told about the damage but he pointing against us that you would have made the damage because while doing demo we don't find any damages in the product and also asking to use it as it will make major issue.. I am not sure how he can say like this and we informed within an hour after demo session happened..

We really disappointed to purchase the product from vasanth & co as no proper customer service and support.

I would like to get the proper fix or replace the new product without the damaged..

We purchased a semi automatic washing machine Onida .its use manual was not provided for me

On Sunday I purchase godrej washing machine and ifb microoven .the sale executive say that washing machine offer stand and microwave they say gift box. And told that they send when the product delivery. I got delivery the washing machine and microwaves. But I did not get the washing machine stand and microwave gift box. Now 5 days went. Still that didn't send my offer things. I am regular customer of vasanth Co but this very disappointed to me. Still I can't use my washing machine and microwave with out that stand and bowl. I purchase in porur vasanth Co. Only show offer in TV ads. But didn't give any offer

I brought a LG dishwasher . I just wanna exchange with ifp dishwasher. The dishwasher has not even been opened yet. But they are not accepting the return

My name is hari i was buy SKYWORTH ANDROID TV 42 inches (sales invoice no :[protected]on 09.01.2021 at vasanth and co, avadi branch.
Today 12.01.2021 till now not installation.
I called yesterday day your branch manager, he said that company (SKYWORTH) installation boy leave for two days. When he come we send your home. Because we aren't responsible for installation delayed and service also. We responsible only for sales and delivery. You should wait for installation.
You buy over two days only. Many customers waiting for more than ten days. Because we sold out minimum 500 products per day. So we could not respond. So wait for your installation
Please give the solution at the earliest.

There is no any follow up and update from the Avadi branch Vasanth and Co on the Hitachi AC delivery

We have ordered a Samsung Washing machine at Vasantha and Co which got delivered just today. We wanted to return the product since our family had already purchased the same product from a different store and started using it .
The box is not yet opened and its the same condition as it was delivered. Can you please take this as a request and consider returning the product ? We would like to pay fine or even receive voucher instead of money return. Please do the needful.

Hello sir, i bought one whirlpool refrigerator and one washing machine on 30 december.when service man came to install the refrigerator, the refrigerator is not work.i informed to my vasanth and co branch in sivakasi, and they told they will replace on 3rd january, they didn't come.after i visit they told me on 6th january.they didn't replace till now. This is Ahamed, I have ordered for a double door LG refrigerator on 31/12/2020 and the sales person said it will be delivered on 05/01/2021 however I have not received the product yet.

Kindly provide the reason for delay. Moreover the bill they have provided contains delivery amount but the delivery person again requesting for delivery charges.

Why am I supposed to pay for delivery again and what's the reason for delay in delivering the product on time. If you're not able to deliver the product why the same has not been informed.

Really frustrated with the service.

I bought a washing machine with stand and cover for Rs.21000/- on 1st Jan in North Usman Road Vasanth and Co. I was promised delivery of the product on sunday, 3rd Jan. But no product has been delivered until now. And no response to any of the phone numbers. What happened to my product. kindly respond.

Invoice no. [protected] at North Usman Road, T. Nagar. One of the sales guy promised Rs.3000/- voucher link at the time of washing machine installation, but till now there is no link provided whenever I call the sales guy no response from him.

I have enquired in the shop as well as I have send complaints but still no response.

Such a big company should do not ignore customer promise.

This is the second time I am reminding, hope it will be addressed.

I have ordered penasonic AC 1.5 ton 4 star inverter model CU-KU18WKYXF on New Year 2021. Received Product today(2nd Jan). But they delivered wrong product model 1.5 ton 3 - star(CU- KU18WKYTF) and bill copy printed with correct model code. I asked shop sales person, they trying to convince me. I need the same model which I ordered.( I have the bill copy and communicated over phone recordings as the proof). Please help me to get right product model.

I will go for purchase today of samsung washing machine that sales rep mr Praveen activity & speech is not good. Last week also that person attend me same activity so I will not purchase the washing machine ( so I will purchase washing machine in best price in GIRIAS Show room in avadi (next time if any brand will not purchase in your branch in avadi my mind fully offset kindly concentrate on your staff to give the to customers

I am Palaniappan S/O Meyyappan Veppangulam Village from Karaikudi Taluk of Sivagangai Dist.

I have bought an ONIDA INVERTER A/C IR123ONX (IT 3S) from your show room at Sekkalai Road KARAIKUDI on 30/03/2018. (See attached Sales Invoice) In 2020 August 1st week I registered a complaint to the Service Agency to whom prescribed by your show room at the time of purchasing and later during installation. Service agency sent the technicians to my house and they examined and informed me that the panel board of the outer unit needs to be changed. I agreed and paid Rs 2000 instantly on the spot as advance to order the panel board and they promised me to get it done by within a week time.

Now FIVE MONTHS over already, until today the panel board of the outer unit has not been changed and I have called and reminded the service agency so many times during this five month period and heard only stories (Dispatched already from the manufacturer, on the way and now chasing manufacturer) for the delay.

Meantime I went to your show room and made a direct complaint to your branch manager regarding this issue and he informed me that he would send email to the manufacturer. But I have not received any answer from your side so far.

I am a loyal customer to Vasanth & Co since so many years, I am fed with this poor response on service. Subsequently I have no patience to wait further and I am requesting VASANTH & CO to do the needful within 15 days from the receipt of this complaint or otherwise Vasanth & Co to replace my repaired A/C with new one immediately.

Hello This sathishkumar i just came for apply mobile on idfc Finance the executives is not responding am standing more then 35 minutes no one attening the customers all of them just taking rest am paying money for the product am standing more then 35 minutes even single executive also din not asked me wat u need am working in honda as a executive we need to atten a customer he booking r not we need to atten the customer but here no one attening the customers very worst take a action immediately othervise the store will surely get down pls say to ur executives to obey for customers
