I have purchased a Washing machine on 15/11/20. At the time of purchasing Sales person told me I will get Rs. 3000/- (500 rs per month) as part of the voucher. I have sent a couple of emails to crmhead; complaints but no response. As of now 1 1/2 month completed still I did not get any response.

I would like to have the solution on the same before escalating elsewhere.

One correction on the above post. This product purchased at Avadi and not at Padi.
Please share the latest update!! No use of customer care... am not getting the proper updates from any one that when my product will get delivered! :-(

Hi Team,

I have purchased the IFB washing machine from Vasanth & Co, Thiruvallur branch, and while installation the technician that the parts was given an loose pack and some of them were missing and it was not suitable for the machine,

I wasted my hours travelling there and spending time with them to explain to them but now the technician is not attending to fix the machine for our usage after repeated calls.

The Branch manager at Thiruvallur show room, Thirumuruganspeech is very rude and shows the irresponsible behavior with a customer like us.

Sub; Requesting refund for my brand new washing machine

Respected sir,

With reference to the above subject. I bought new washing on (date). While buying sales man itself said that the machine is RAT AWAY PRODUCT as well as this details mentioned in the product also.

But now the product damaged by rat completely. Iam fed up with these. Do refund with immediate effect. I can't use such duplicate product anymore.

Do respond before I proceed further.

I bought a product on 25th October now it is almost an a month now still I didnt get replacement for the lg 32inch led smart tv model (32LK628BPTF) my kind request i[censored] don't have a product please stick a big sticker in the front of the showroom that u don't have that product after purchasing u are sending me a demo piece if I ask for replacement u are giving a super responce infact u don't even pick the call if I ask for something so my kind request for the future buyers here is go with online don't even think of buying in this shop u will get ur product after 2 weeks if any damage in that product u won't get replacement worst shop never buy offline

I have bought pure it water purifier from your tambaram outlet on 24/07/2020 on the day from purchase it's not working ...it comes without filtering service person visited more than 9 times issues not rectified and Vasanth And Co manager is not at all responding.. I purchased a HaierTv. On 16.07.2019.customer attender kali told that it has five year warranty service. He also gave hismobile Number:[protected] to me he did not pick my call now.i hoped his word..The Tv picture is not clear .The Tv did not show picture.we are hearing sound only.i have complainted about it on 13.11.2011.Nobody did not come to service.i called tovasanth &co mobile number [protected]and land line numbero[protected] but they didnot pick my call.i puchased a samsung Tv some yers ago. The same fault has in samsung Tv. both are purchase in vasanth &co.i shames to buy the Tv in vasanth &Co..

I purchased a one litre electric rice cooker Panasonic brand from your gandhipuram Coimbatore branch.. The cooker does not have warming option.. As usually rice cookers come warm option. I presumed the same would be the case in this cooker.as well. When i found that the cooker did not have the warm option, I called the show room and asked for exchange., but it was refused. I am ready to pay the extra amount for the higher model.. The sales person did not explain the option at all.. I request you to do the needful

Very sorry to inform you
I am S Sankar Ganesh from Velachery, Chennai. Last Friday, I purchased one Bajaj geyser from your Velachery Branch. Till this moment, the installation was not done and there is no proper reply from the showroom.
I have been ill treated and the way the technician spoke was really shocking and ridiculous.

The persons attended the sales are
1. Sales Manager - Mr. Suresh
2. Sales Person - Ms. Nisha - [protected]
3. Bajaj Customer Service[protected]
4. Bajaj Customer Service - Mr. Venkatesh[protected]

Till this moment, there was no proper response except the sales person Ms. Nisha, nobody is giving the proper reply. She only helped a lot but she was not able to do much.

Really shocked with a way, the reputed concern is doing business. I request you to kindly refund the amount and try to do good service to other customers in future.
