Dear Sir,

I am Palaniappan S/O Meyyappan Veppangulam Village from Karaikudi Taluk of Sivagangai Dist.

I have bought an ONIDA INVERTER A/C IR123ONX (IT 3S) from your show room at Sekkalai Road KARAIKUDI on 30/03/2018. (See attached Sales Invoice) In 2020 August 1st week I registered a complaint to the Service Agency to whom prescribed by your show room at the time of purchasing and later during installation. Service agency sent the technicians to my house and they examined and informed me that the panel board of the outer unit needs to be changed. I agreed and paid Rs 2000 instantly on the spot as advance to order the panel board and they promised me to get it done by within a week time.

Now FIVE MONTHS over already, until today the panel board of the outer unit has not been changed and I have called and reminded the service agency so many times during this five month period and heard only stories (Dispatched already from the manufacturer, on the way and now chasing manufacturer) for the delay.

Meantime I went to your show room and made a direct complaint to your branch manager regarding this issue and he informed me that he would send email to the manufacturer. But I have not received any answer from your side so far.

I am a loyal customer to Vasanth & Co since so many years, I am fed with this poor response on service. Subsequently I have no patience to wait further and I am requesting VASANTH & CO to do the needful within 15 days from the receipt of this complaint or otherwise Vasanth & Co to replace my repaired A/C with new one immediately.

Hello This sathishkumar i just came for apply mobile on idfc Finance the executives is not responding am standing more then 35 minutes no one attening the customers all of them just taking rest am paying money for the product am standing more then 35 minutes even single executive also din not asked me wat u need am working in honda as a executive we need to atten a customer he booking r not we need to atten the customer but here no one attening the customers very worst take a action immediately othervise the store will surely get down pls say to ur executives to obey for customers

I have purchased a Washing machine on 15/11/20. At the time of purchasing Sales person told me I will get Rs. 3000/- (500 rs per month) as part of the voucher. I have sent a couple of emails to crmhead; complaints but no response. As of now 1 1/2 month completed still I did not get any response.

We have purchased a refrigerator on 13th dec 2020 from Tnagar branch. They said that it will be delivered by 14th dec 2020. But it's been 2 days and still didn't receive it.. we tried to call them and not responding.

I purchased butterfly matchless mixer grinder 750 watts in Avadi, , when I ran it for first time the jar and main unit shaft bulgged, iam un satisfied by the product, please solve my issue as early as possible

I have purchased the IFB washing machine from Vasanth & Co, Thiruvallur branch, and while installation the technician that the parts was given an loose pack and some of them were missing and it was not suitable for the machine,

I wasted my hours travelling there and spending time with them to explain to them but now the technician is not attending to fix the machine for our usage after repeated calls.

The Branch manager at Thiruvallur show room, Thirumuruganspeech is very rude and shows the irresponsible behavior with a customer like us.

Sub; Requesting refund for my brand new washing machine

Respected sir,

With reference to the above subject. I bought new washing on (date). While buying sales man itself said that the machine is RAT AWAY PRODUCT as well as this details mentioned in the product also.

But now the product damaged by rat completely. Iam fed up with these. Do refund with immediate effect. I can't use such duplicate product anymore.

Do respond before I proceed further.

I bought a product on 25th October now it is almost an a month now still I didnt get replacement for the lg 32inch led smart tv model (32LK628BPTF) my kind request i[censored] don't have a product please stick a big sticker in the front of the showroom that u don't have that product after purchasing u are sending me a demo piece if I ask for replacement u are giving a super responce infact u don't even pick the call if I ask for something so my kind request for the future buyers here is go with online don't even think of buying in this shop u will get ur product after 2 weeks if any damage in that product u won't get replacement worst shop never buy offline
