Sub; Requesting refund for my brand new washing machine

Respected sir,

With reference to the above subject. I bought new washing on (date). While buying sales man itself said that the machine is RAT AWAY PRODUCT as well as this details mentioned in the product also.

But now the product damaged by rat completely. Iam fed up with these. Do refund with immediate effect. I can't use such duplicate...

We have bought a LG fridge and stand on vasanth and co Tambaram branch.
The service and customer approach is not good.they recived a cash but they didn't delivery the stand .I have complaint to the employee KANAGARAJ([protected]). But he speak abused .kindly take the action....

I bought a product on 25th October now it is almost an a month now still I didnt get replacement for the lg 32inch led smart tv model (32LK628BPTF) my kind request i[censored] don't have a product please stick a big sticker in the front of the showroom that u don't have that product after purchasing u are sending me a demo piece if I ask for replacement u are giving a super responce infact u don't even pick the call...

I have bought pure it water purifier from your tambaram outlet on 24/07/2020 on the day from purchase it's not working ...it comes without filtering service person visited more than 9 times issues not rectified and Vasanth And Co manager is not at all responding.. I have requested for replacement of the machine it's a manufacturing defect ...so please kindly do needful I hope u guys will respond me...

I went Sholinganallur branch last three days back and I given the order for lg ac and met your staff logesh .and he told me give the delivery time and installation time for one day but still now I am not received the ac .but ac installation people came my house today .I said clearly don't do cheating business and wrong commitment .
