I have asked for sony smart tv but in Dindigul rhey have offered sony basic model with Amazon fire stick but they have not clearly explained about fire stick and I don't have knowledge about that after I had discuss with friends they I have recharge the fire stick after that only it works. Your sales man doesn't told about any recharge for firestick. So kindly take the firestick as return and refund my money or I will buy any other product...

I buy a washing machine in vasanth and co at erode perundurai road, the washing machine is not working for the past two months, and the service persons no one visted yet. Kindly consider the issue and do the service as soon as possible....

I bought new samsung refrigerator from vasanth and co from karaikkudi branch before 2 years.
But now i received cooling complaint and so we call customer, then they send technician, he said all the parts are changed and that is not original
I just want to know these all these vasanth and items are duplicate?...

I have made the online order 29390, on Vasanth & Co on 06 Aug 20, for arranging the delivery of my items. After 3 days of order, Need to call vasanth & Co, for atleast 4 times a day, with false promises of delivery on 3 rd day, 4 th day.

No proper response from customer service team, putting down the call after knowing the customer no, they dont take any responsibility of delivery, each day promising the delivery of the item,...

I have purchased through online i paid full amount i didn’t receive any notification from your side. If this complaint is not taken what will be money going vain...?...???...

On 30/08/2018, i purchased a brand new ifb dishwasher neptune sx1 machine from vasanth & co showroom, pattukottai. Upon the purchase, till date, the stabiliser was replaced 3 times and water in-let pipe 2 times under warranty. This replacement was provided by the ifb service centre, thanjavur. At the time of purchase of the machine, vasanth & co company assured that they will support through the service centre at the time of service request...

R. S: 35500 on 11/10/2017, and it worked for only 11 months. It is not working still now. I have visited vasanth &co company in nagercoil for several times, but they are worst in customer service and not giving a proper solution for this problem till now. They didn't arrange any tv mechanic for servicing our tv....

I have ordered a samsung refrigerator and a panasonic led tv on 7/7/2020 and paid the full amount on the same day.

Its been a week but both are not yet delivered and not getting positive response from the dealer. I am so much disappointed for the delay. Need you to take necessary action on it to get it delivered soon.

On 7th july 2020. I had purchased a haeir fridge from vasanth n co t nagar branch

They had promised me maximum delivery in 1-2 days. Now the 4th day is on and still have not received the delivery.

Im calling the staff he is not responding to my calls. I catch him on line through different number and he says that the delivery will be done by evening. I have been waiting every evening leaving all my important works...

I have bought one new refrigerator from vasanth & co tambaram branch before lockdown... The product is worst if we try to open the fridge the whole fridge is shacking.. I thought this s not the new product they manually fix the various part of the fridge and deliver this worst product to us.. We try to call complaint section they are not responding... I really disappointed about there product.. I wont recomment any one to buy product from...
