I purchased a ac on wednesday one week gone no technician came to our home very very worst behavior be of manager no response from them 😡😡😠😠 branch virudhachalam very poor service don't buy any products from vasanth and co

I bought a whirlpool white magic 7 kg washing machine from vasanth & co palani branch and i bought a cover and stand for extra money but the cover is not fitting the machine and the stand has no wheel stopper i complained about this in the branch many times for the past week but they said that they will come to solve but it's been weeks and not one guy from your shop came to solve the issue.

I have purchased grinder, mixer, iron box, s. S. Container, tawa as a combo offer for rs.5, 995/= vide invoice no. [protected] dt.5/3/20. The table top grinder purchased on the above invoice is not working properly. During the grinding, the engine gets heat and the machine is automatically stop frequently. It is requested to look into the matter and set right the issue. Thanking you,

I have purchased a air cooler on 29th may 2020.. After tow days my ac was not working and its stuck in current position.. I don't know what was the reason. Is it possible to replace the product and by a good quality ac in the same shop..

@ thanjore bought an air conditioning on yesterday, they didn't provide any services yet. Worst services ever.

We went to your ullagaram show room to purchase a refrigerator we reached showroom by 5.30 pm and for 10 mins we were not attended by sales person after repeated requests one person came and detailed us about lg, godrej, samsung and whirlpool i was much interested in whirlpool but the salesman left us with behaving harshly with my wife then another person mr. Selvam attended us forcing us to take samsung and to leave the showroom stating if we don't close within time we have to pay fine and he also give us due respect.
We paid the cash for samsung dc fridge rr22t383yr8/hl with delivery charges to be paid on delivery.
I came to your showroom on the request of my father in law who is a long time customer to vasanth & co even he was not given due respect when asked about demo after deliver.
We highly condemn the behaviour of your salesman if apology is not rendered before delivery we will be cancelling our purchase without taking delivery.

Hi my name is palalni. I have been waiting since april to buy a ac to survive this hot and humid weather... Due to pandemic conditions since the shops aren't open i couldn't buy it. Finally the shops were opened so had purchased hitachi 1.5 ton, inverter air conditioner for rs.44, 500/ on 24/05/2020 (Sunday) from vasanth and co, kolathur, chennai branch.
The sales executive mr. Sebastian promised to deliver the item on 26/05/2020. But they didn't deliver as they mentioned. After so many calls they delivered it only on 29th evening. Now its time for installation from their part they are also delaying they said they can install only on 31st of may 2020. Very bad service now only if they are doing like this means how about future services... I had lot of stress because of this. Friends i strongly suggest choosing such companies is very bad option. I don't recommend any one to buy products fro vasanth and co in any branches.

I purchase 1.5 ton blue Star AC on20/05/20 I call the technician but he’s not response more than 15 calls please arrange me the technician immediately this is the worst experience in my life I badly select vasanth & Co to purchase my product

I have purchased one L G washing machine from your Arni sales center. Product repair problem reported to your Arni branch through phone and in person 15 day back so far not responded bill no [protected] dated 26.08.2018. Please arrange to send your technician at the earliest.

LG ac 1.5 ton purchased from madipakkam br on Saturday and paid cash full amt and delivery will be done on sunday n installation will b on Monday but so for no reply from the branch and almost called 50times to mobile now and branch no's but no one's picked the calls, never seen like this before, No response from the shops, Worst experience .

Vasantha & co electrical leakage in new refrigerator whirlpool 200 l electrical faulty so need to replace the whirlpool refrigerator 200 l same model

I bought lg ac from sholinganallur, vasanth & co. On 7th. May reason going for lg was promise made that delivery will be next day and installation day after tomorrow. Still today we are waiting for it to be installed (22/05/2020)
Responsible are sales staff of shollinganallur, vasanth & co. Branch, who made false promises on installation despite of ongoing restrictions. Though we are in dire need of ac but we wouldn't have bought it if they had told ongoing delays in installation l.
I highly recommend people to not visit and buy anything from vasanth & co. Specifically sholinganallur branch.
It's sad disappointment everytime we follow up, we are given new number to contact, we follow up few days again another number. Its mental torture after paying manta kuch they quoted. Please stay away from this retail brand for any shopping

I wished to purchase a siemens front loading machine fro the vasanth and co north usman road branch, visited the showsroom 4-5 time last week, but they are n ot giving proper attention. I wished to purchase the same though finance, but the concerned persons are not attentive. Because of this my efforts are gone in vain. Please take necessary action on this

I have purchased two item from vasanth&co at erode on 21.03.2020.
After goi announced lock down.
11.05.2020 only we have taken the thing from showroom. Not yet install the ac and no one can contact to explain the preethi mixie zodiac 2.0. Very poor response for vasanth&co erode branch.

I have asked many times the in charge of your branch. Simply they told me answer and should not followed the proper reply.

I have purchased lg wifi inverter ac in t. H. Road old washermenpet vasanth and co branch on may 6th 2020 but still now today may 19th 2020 not yet received the product.

I have given complaint this to many time in vasanth and co main branch and also i am going to showroom were i was purchase but did not get any response they are saying only you will get the production tomorrow but many tomorrows are gone still product not yet received.

While purchasing time sale person told that ac will be delivered today itself and installation will be done in one or two days but he cheated me.

If the product is not available in that showroom means why they bill that.

Instead of bill the production they can told that product is not available and this much time will take to delivered.

But they cheated me and billed the product and more than 2 weeks i am waiting still my purchase production is not delivered.

Is there any other option to cancel the vasanth and co bill.
