I have purchased a samsung smart tv 3rd august in a condition that it will be delivered at my residence, about 1 kilometer from your chennai north usman road branch. It was not delivered on saturday. When i called up, chain of people were attending without any proper answer. The last person attended the call said, it will be delivered on monday, 5th of august morning. Again no news on delivery. On repeated calls, i was told, it will be delivered by night. No delivery happen and when i further inquired, i was told, there is no stock of samsung led 32n4300 and they would arrange from their other warehouse elsewhere. I wounder, how they do a gst billing without having stock. Till this day on 6th august, 2.20 pm, the tv is not delivered except the promises of delivering in 2 hours

I am terribly disappointed by the non responsiveness of the staff and false promises. I never recommend anyone to vasanth&co

    On 01 aug 2019 my husband went to get quotation for 3 burner gas stoves in cross cut road vasanth &co. One lady gave the quotation for the preethi topaz stainless steel as rupees 3300 is the final price, as per her higher authority's advice.
    Today 04 aug 2019 we went to buy that product, they are saying we didn't told that price, and blaming us..
    Felt frustrated. We didn't buy that product and came back to home.
    Our time only wasted.. They behaving rudely.. They have to avoid these type of false promises

      Dear vasanth co and whirlpool heads,
      This month 07th july sunday night 7pm i booked whrilpool fridge in vasanth & co showroom thiruvallur district then received product same day night 9pm delivery boy advice me don't use this machine tommorow morning on i asked reason he told me gas overloaded new prodcut that reason only i accept the reason the on the machine monday morning 9.15am fisrt 10min working normal condtion then noice started look like mix grinder sound the i informed to show room person venkat - [protected] informed me sent the service perosn i switch off the machine tuesday 1pm service person naresh - [protected] check the machine faulty we replace the machine with in 2 or 3 days i also accepted. Then i called thursday they telling it will take one week time i very iritated becaue i have 2 kids one 5 months baby you kinow purpose fridge please with out fridge how to maintian milk and regular products then i sent the social media some on called me he promised within sunday or monday itself replacement done. Then i agreed yesterday whirlpool service care person rakshetha - [protected] and thirumurugan also informed today tuesday morning 12pm i received the fridge but i followup again no body responce properly please resolve my issue or please refund my momey i go to next product

          We have purchased home appliance product (Leg 2tr, leg 1.5 tr, mixer grinder, mixi and refrigerator) on 02.07.2019 around 2pm.
          So for not deliverer the product in my house at kazhipattur.
          During billing time they commit the delivery on 03 rd july. And the same in payment time they mentioned 3rd july & by the worst case they will delivery on 4th july and same day they will organize the installation for ac. Today 5th july. But not deliver our products. Yesterday on wards, i called branch and customer care but there is no use. They given false commitment always.
          Here problem of 1.5 tr ac. There is no stock. During my visit in your sholinganallur shop, i asked to your representative in the available models and finally choose this model (Ref bill) based on your representative explanation and availability.
          Pls resolve issue today...

          I am not expect this kind of worst service from vasnth &co

              I had Purchased a Samsung Waahing Machine latest model and there is a samsung A10 mobile offer and was suppose to delivered within 10 days of purcahse date 28/5/2019. After purchase the product, Vasanth & Co is not fulfilling the commitments and ask for excuse of not delivering it saying Samsung not delivered it.

                Bitter experience from vasanth and co South masi street branch.
                Purchased godrej refrigerator on 08.06.2019. After delivery godrej company technician is supposed to make a demo but no response from shop. After enquiring from shop the technician came and after unpacking the fridge it was not the colour we have ordered. Next day we have received the colour what we have ordered. Next day technician unpacked, he found compressor box is damaged, freezer door damaged, no key, door is full of dust.
                After informing the shop very poor response. No proper customer service..

                  /Hi, We bought a new Onida Ac 9/4/2019 and it stopped working on 28/5/2019. We filed a complaint on 30/5/2019 and there is no action taken yet. the company keeps lying to us by telling it will come today and its been more that 3 weeks already. The way they handle the customer is also rude. It is a new ac and how can it not work in a month. Even if it is under warranty they are not helping with replacement nor giving me proper response. we are in hot summer and we have a pregnant lady near her due date and the team is not helping at all. we spent so much money on ac and the response they give is worst. How can a pregnant lady survive in this summer in chennai who is near her due date. Please help me to get a new replacement of Ac itself since i feel cheated to get a malfunctioned AC.

                  sir/madam, we people spend so much to buy something from a company and till we buy a product that vasanth & co was very polite and was welcoming but as soon as we pay the money, they do not give a single nod also. i feel cheated by them for treating me so badly and they have been lying to us for the last 15 days which makes me very furious. each time we call them, they are like tech people are on your way home to fix the ac for. I mean why to lie each time we call. we as fools postponing our work and waiting for the people to come and fix it.As we all know it, this is one of the hottest summer and we are running behind people to get the issue fixed but no body is willing to help us. I am buying a new product spending more than 30k and it has not even functioned well for a month. please help me get resolution

                  I bought a ac in Panruti branch. Staffs in that branch are not attendive to customers. Always using their phone, not answer to customers...

                    We have booked one refrigerator on 2nd of June and we have received the product on 4th of June, we received the product on committed date very good service in transportation, Till now no one come and installed the product . i called lots of time to given no . But on one take action till now . Last night i received one call from this no [protected], She said sir, Tomorrow 10 am our technician come and installed the refrigerator, I clearly said to her pls dont miss it because i have to put permission other wise say exactly time like 12 pm or sometime, But she promised dont worry sir our technician will be come 10 am Sharply, Till now no one come and installed the product. So tried the same one female staff take the call and spoke very hardly .

                      Sir i am ordered and billed lg refrigerator on sunday 2nd from t. Nagar north usman road, but still delivery not happened. You people are fooling the customer by giving wrong commitment to deliver tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow. And also the manager are not responding to calls then why manager are required to the branch. Very irritating irresponsible people.

                        I have purchased lg ac and washing machine on 25.05.2019 from tambaram branch. Lg team called on the same day but i told them that product not received from dealer (Vasanth & co). Both were delivered by vasanth & co delivery team on next day (26.05.2019).

                        Then monday (27.05.2019) lg team called and came for washing machine installation. It was done on the same day. I asked for ac installation to that technician. He told that other person will come as per your dealer report.

                        Lg team called on monday and got the area details from me and told that we got wrong area from dealer (Vasanth & co). Actually, i am from camp road (East tambaram region). But dealer (Vasanth & co) team forwarded installation complaint to anna nagar region.

                        After that i am trying from monday (27.05.2019) evening to till now (Friday - 31.05.2019) for ac installation, it is not done.

                        During this time, i have complained to vasanth & co customer more than 10 times and also complained directly in tambaram branch also. They are telling that today lg team will come but no response till now.

                        One week completed from purchased date but ac is not installed for me.

                        I lost my patience. Try to arrange technician immediately for the installation otherwise please get back my product and refund my money.

                        I am ready to give the necessary details of my purchase

                          I had purchased a lg ac and a faber kitchen chimney for rs. 54500 from vasanth and co porur branch on sunday 26th may 2019. I have made the payment in full using my card and they said that they will be delivering it in 1-2 days. I have been repeatedly calling them for a response but they keep pointing fingers at someone or the other. Till now the products have not been delivered. I have made some 20-25 calls but of no avail. I would like to formally complain against this branch and hope that some action will be taken.

                            Delivery issues.
                            Unethical behaviour
                            No proper response from front desk women employee
                            Manager mr. Mahesh - no care for customer
                            Workers mr. Daison & manikandan - poor working skills.
                            On 27th afternoon, i booked bosch fridge (347 lts) for which no fresh item is available in the shop.
                            Showroom workers conveyed they can arrange it by next day, if not next day morning hours.
                            But, till now, item not delivered.

                            Note: bosch factory & warehouse is in chennai sriperumbattur only.

                            This shows poor performance of the manager & the workers.
                            Manager not finding time to have a word with me.

                            When i called the front office number, that women employee shared me the delivery unit number, instead of manager contact number.
                            When i called that no. [protected] - 2 to 3 people picked the call and making comments on me vulgarly.

                            I even booked a complaint with their head office at saidapet.

                            Most importantly, this is my first buy at vasanth & co - such a worse experience i felt.

                            I never thought, i will experience such a bad experience i will face in one of the big chain of show rooms which is owned by a big shot.

                            Responsible person from the company should fix this unacceptable performance of this unit.

                              I bought 2 daikin aircon from trichy store on 23/05/19, they told us to install next day. On 24th the technician came at 4pm and they able to fix only one aircon and they said tomorrow morning will come and install another one. But till now nobody install yet. I called your shop and the daikin dealers but no response and very poor service. The installation also not done properly, drain water line just leave it in the open area and also having problems in the aircon when it have low voltage the aircon off completely and turn on taking almost 10 to 15 minutes. It’s happening almost 10 times at night. Already they installed v-guard double booster. Please help us to solve this issue immediately.

                                We bought the air cooler yesterday at Coimbatore and took it safely to Chennai..now the water is leaking through the bolt fixed in the bottom of the air cooler...can I change the Air cooler at Chennai branch...we have one year warranty.. please provide the solution soon.

                                  Hi sir,

                                  I purchased a panasonic inverter 1.5 ton ac on may 18, 2019 and unit was delivered on may 24, 2019. The ac was installed on 25th evening and provided cool air after installation. We switched off the ac and switched it on after an hour, it did not produce cool air but only the fan was running (Even after changing the modes). Immediately informed the installation person and he informed he will come and check the next day morning. He came on 26th evening, checked the indoor and outdoor unit and said that there is no output supply from compressor and he informed his superior and said i will be getting a call from their office tomorrow (May 27th). Please consider this request on priority and help in resolving the ac problem.
