As I bought 6.5kg lilliput (Onida) Washing machine on 19.6.2019. At present, if the knob is turned at drain point the water is not completely draining and it takes too long to get complete drain. Kindly support me.

    I have purchased rice cooker on 29 february-2020 after seven days it's was not working so i have returned to show room on 10 march-2020 and they said with 48 hours issue will be resolved but still not yet resolved and i have visited multiple times but everytime saying we will call you once issue resolved.. Today also i have visited show room no one taking responsibility to give the response almost 1 hour i have waited in show room. After some time sales boy said go to ground floor my manager will give the replacement and again i have waited 30 min but still no response i have asked to status sales boy they are saying replacement not possible come next week.. If i'll give 50 rs in other outside vender they will resolve within 5 min.. Please check and justify otherwise i'll go for police complaint...

          Hi,

          This email is in regards to a voltas air conditioner (Model: voltas split a/c 183 |z|) which was purchased from vasanth & co (Nandambakkam trade centre, chennai). I have attached the bill to this email for your reference.

          From the initial days, the ac (Indoor unit) was leaking water droplets, complained about it in the 1st service and they said they took case of it but still the issue persisted. During the 2nd service too, i raised the same concern and i was provided with the same response and it was the same with the 3rd service as well.

          Never expected that a voltas product or the service experience would give us such an useless and disaster experience. Really regret every penny spent for this product.

          I would request you to take care of this issue under high priority and asap

                I ordered a LG ac and a Samsung washing machine on 9-march-2020 at rajaji road west tambaram branch.

                Now I'm writing this email on 11-march-2020 till now I didn't receive my product and I have paid the amount at the time of purchase.

                I spoke to the LG brand inchrge kanagaraj at this morning, he committed me to deliver and install the product before today evening 7 pm. Till now I didn't received the ac and washing machine.

                I checked with the warehouse and they told they are yet to receive the product from LG and they don't know when they will receive it. Also don't know about the Samsung washing machine.

                I contacted the vasanth & co complaint number, nobody is picking up the phone. I don't know why this number is given in invoice.

                I have waited more than two days yet I didn't get my products. I don't know whether I get my product or not. Now I'm realising I got cheated.

                Are you having any proper team to track this orders?

                Will vasanth & co will bare this waiting time from the billing time?

                I have found vasanth & co slogan on the invoice stated "quality & trust" . Is vasanth & co really following this?

                Waiting for your genuine reply at the earliest for the above 3 questions.

                  I got usha fan from vasanth and co before 2 weeks and when electrician installed it, we found that to be a defect product. Vasanth and co asked us to call usha service guys and they came in and confirmed that to be a defect product. We took it to the store and they told they dont have that particular fan in-stock (Hilarious) and they were tryng to reach the service guy who confirmed the product to be defective, the store manager promised me that i will get a new fan in my home, but they havent delivered it yet. Bill no: [protected]. I can also attach the screenshot confirming the defect product from usha technician.

                  I cant trust these guys anymore, so you can just refund the money. I dont even the new product, i will order online from flipkart or pepperfry. Thanks!

                    Hi,

                    I have purchased lg side by side door refrigerator on[protected] from your t nagar branch. They have delivered with damaged fridge to my home. While purchasing they have stated that, this is the big one and will atleast 4 people to carry to upstairs and pay for delivery charges at rs.800/. But there are 2 delivery boys came and they carried this fridge 2nd floor without any equipment and they have demanded to give rs. 1000/- paid the same amount to them. Lg engineer came after two days and struggled to get them for installation, he came and open the carton box and identified that, both the doors had a dent on top and bottom. He asked me to talk to vasanth and co and raise the dent certificate to replace the fridge directly from lg. Almost week gone, nothing happened from vasanth and co and lg. Really disappointed on this delivery, its lying in our hall accommodating more space unnecessarily.
                    I don't know where to escalate and how to rectify this. We have spent more than 80k for this fridge, still nothing happened from both the vendors and its irritating to call you on daily basis and getting the same story.
                    Want to know, when this will be replaced with new and i don't want to replace door alone for this fridge. If you are not able to do this, please cancel the same and refund my money at the earliest opportunity to go for the other vendors.
                    We are running our home without fridge for more than 10 days, still we struggling catch hold of your representatives to get the clear answer.
                    Please treat this is an urgent requirement and if you fail on tomorrow to deliver and installation, please take your damaged one from my home and refund my amount and cancel the bajaj finance as well.

I have called 6 to 8 times. But they are not responding. Is this is the way you are servicing the customers. I want a installation person by tomorrow. Otherwise I will return the product

                              I have bought samsung 212 l single door inverter module (5 star) in west tambaram branch. Instruction clearly told single person should not carry the fridge while delivering which is not happened. Once installation done the fridge started vibrating like petrol car. We are following the vasanth & co and samsung service but no response from both side. We can’t afford 19k money for defect product.

                              Please help us to return the product and refund the money afford for fridge.

                                Hi team,

                                Purchase history:

                                I visited your branch and purchased 2 white goods on 5th jan 2020 1) bosch 345 ltrs and 2) lg 8kg washing machine and some accessories from north usman rd branch, chennai, for a total worth of around rs.60, 000/-.

                                Damage details:

                                Both these goods were delivered on 9/1/2020 and when the technician visited my place for bosch fridge demo & installation and unpacked the refrigerator, we could find the fridge was not in a good condition and had two major observations - 1) the freezer door was out of alignment, shaky & creating noise when tried to open or close 2) there was 'foot' long scratch & paint worn off from the main door.

                                Follow-up details:

                                Technician took pictures & has sent email regarding the condition on open. I've been chasing and talking to multiple people in vasanth & co, t. Nagar branch, technician team who can for installation, bosch team (Mr. Tamil selvan), who after having couple of calls, wanted time till tomorrow to confirm replacement of this item.

                                Action sought from your end:

                                The product promoter at vasanth & co branch explained well about the product and convinced us with the good features available in this bosch refrigerator. But the product delivered doesn't seem to be a brand new but had a 'foot long' scratch & the freezer door had complaint, even before the item was delivered to us.

                                Am seeking a new 'replacement' for this defective product for which i think am legally entitled to.

                                Request you to kindly look into this case and arrange for replacement product as early as possible

                                My current challenges & utmost inconveniences am facing:

                                When the new refrigerator was delivered, my old one was taken back for exchange and currently am left with no working refrigerator in my house and facing huge challenges & inconveniences to store food, milk and other items for my family, kids etc.

But the technician said wait for 4 hours problem will be automatically resolved which is a false information.

                                    They provide wrong delivery schedule and delay for more that 8 days.
                                    When inquired personally at the showroom, they behave in a humiliative way and issue false promise.

                                    Actually they forced me to buy the samsung or godrej fridge and not to chose the lg.

                                    Worst thing is their people in the delivery department. Horrible experience inspite of following it with them daily at their showroom.

                                    Hope less company and they do not have a small idea of customer service. If we are unhappy they are least bothered and to the surprise they will offer a rough look at us

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    Kindly forward your concern to Vasanth and Co official mail ID - "[protected]@vasanthandco.co" with your purchase bill number.
                                    We bought a LG fridge on 31st Dec 2019 at Vasanth & co Chennai - Tambaram & delivered on 1st Jan 2020 and very next day installation team came by the time identified its a manufacturing defected (one side of the painting is looks like repainted) . But the technician said wait for 4 hours problem will be automatically resolved which is a false information.

                                    From 2nd Jan onwards we continually chasing for replacement, since no responce was their we visited the showroom on 6th Jan and reported to manager then after long arguments agreed to deliver the replacement before 8th Jan 2020.

                                    8th Jan onwards keep chasing for the replacement delivery but getting a schedule like before 1pm then 6pm then before end of the day then again next day & still continuing... Every call different reasons and latest is they don't have a vehicle to deliver and all 13 vehicles gone for FC (at one shot) Then i offered i will send a van at my own cost but not agreed.

                                    Without any solution its continuing...

                                    Vasanth & Co - Doesn't care about CUSTOMER service & doesn't deliver the QUALITY which is their key words on marketing...
