I bought a lg inverter ac and within a year water started leaking from the indoor unit. Water leakage inside the house from the air conditioner back side, air conditioner back side not working properly. Drain pipe is not working properly, water spill out form machine. I tried to contact customer care many times they didn't response so i need to fix that problems immediately....

Vasanth and co asked us to call usha service guys and they came in and confirmed that to be a defect product. We took it to the store and they told they dont have that particular fan in-stock (Hilarious) and they were tryng to reach the service guy who confirmed the product to be defective, the store...

We procured a new ac last week on saturday at your tambaram branch. We are following for the installation for the 3 days but thers is no positive response. Also nobody is picking up the phone calls and even visited your showroom for this issue but no response. But at least there should be some courtesy for attending the calls of the customers...

I have bought samsung 212 l single door inverter module (5 star) in west tambaram branch. Instruction clearly told single person should not carry the fridge while delivering which is not happened. Once installation done the fridge started vibrating like petrol car. We are following the vasanth & co and samsung service but no response from both side. We can’t afford 19k money for defect product.

Purchase history:

I visited your branch and purchased 2 white goods on 5th jan 2020 1) bosch 345 ltrs and 2) lg 8kg washing machine and some accessories from north usman rd branch, chennai, for a total worth of around rs.60, 000/-.

Damage details:

Both these goods were delivered on 9/1/2020 and when the technician visited my place for bosch fridge demo & installation and...

We bought ac at trade center last month they told everything (I mean ac stand) will come along with ac there is no cost for that and have to pay 250 for installation. But we got ac at day before yesterday already it came late and another issue is we didn't get ac stand along with ac so the installation guy asked 850 for stand ad he also told that ac stand should come along with ac... What is happening.. We felt very bad to bought this......

We bought a lg fridge on 31st dec 2019 at vasanth & co chennai - tambaram & delivered on 1st jan 2020 and very next day installation team came by the time identified its a manufacturing defected (One side of the painting is looks like repainted). But the technician said wait for 4 hours problem will be automatically resolved which is a false information.

From 2nd jan onwards we continually chasing for replacement, since no...

They provide wrong delivery schedule and delay for more that 8 days.
When inquired personally at the showroom, they behave in a humiliative way and issue false promise.

Actually they forced me to buy the samsung or godrej fridge and not to chose the lg.

Worst thing is their people in the delivery department. Horrible experience inspite of following it with them daily at their showroom.

I have booked crompton regallio water heater + electric kettle combo on 25th dec, 2019. They collected 500 rupees for booking. I got product delivered on 28th dec 2019 in my home. I came to shop for free electric kettle. They are saying that there is no offer like that and refusing to give after a long discussion they told me to wait for 10 mins and gave.
