Hi sir,

I would like to register a complaint with you for the washing machine that I had purchased with you 4 days back. I have purchased the washing machine Panasonic TL W/M NA-F65A7CRB on Saturday 18th May at 2 pm. I was been promised that the machine will be delivered on Monday 20th May and on worst case delay it will be delivered on 21st May.

Today it's 8 pm on 21st May and there is not Evan a phone call...

    We ordered 1 ton AC of heir on yesterday (20th May 2019 ) from Vasanth & Co. Purasaiwalkam showroom. They have told that delivery will be today and installation will be tomorrow. Now today evening they called (the number is [protected]) and told today delivery is not possible. This is unprofessional and i told that ac need for a patient and we cannot wait for more. but they didn't listen to that.
    I tried to solve this issue by calling the complaint number given on this website (+[protected] +[protected]. but in both number, they did not listen to our problems.

      I have purchased ac on 11/5/2019, i have been told that they are offering no cost emi on icici bank credit card, i have converted my purchase into emi but iam being charged for the emi with an interest rate of 13%.

      I have registered a query with the store on 16/05/19 with detailed statement, for which they said will confirm me the reversal and rectification in 2days i. E., by saturday (18/05/19), till now i have not received any update.

        They are not treating the customer well.. Even they are charging for deliver, when i bought fridge. Even i shifted my home. I asked to deliver on new address as well. Exchangr and delivery also they charged for transport. It may affect our customer satisfaction. Even i am a new customer. Here after i will not wish to buy a product in vasanth and co and i will not suggest the user to buy.. Thanks...

        Yesterdy night i have bought air cooler and im not satisfued with that im suffering from health issues because of tat so just 15 hrs over as i bought it and i bought hall air cooler large one there is no cool air from that and i cant get suffer more please consider my health issue and replace it for me ill take some other from your shop for tat amount please consider and give quick reply

          I have bought bajaj air-cooler on may 12, 2019 in tambaram branch.

          1. I was told that the product will be delivered on the same day. But when i called them at 8 pm i was told that it will be delivered next day.

          2. And i was not told that people above 60 or people with breathing problem should not be using air cooler. Now i wanted to replace this air cooler with tower fan. But i get a response from staffs that...

            Please refer to the invoice #[protected] dated 10/5/2019 for supply of samsung washing machine, model ww70j42e0kw/tl.
            The machine was delivered promptly. However when the engineer came to install the machine he found the same to be physically damaged. The engineer adviced us to claim replacement. We immediately called the showroom but there seems to be no proper response to make arrangements to replace the machine.
            I request you to therefore look into the issue immediately and take measures to replace the machine.

                I had booked washing machine on 9.5.2019 in their north usman road showroom by paying full payment. Till today the product has not been delivered. The contact now given in the envelope is of no use as no body pick up the line. Customer care is very pathetic. They get the bill no and will inform that they will get back. Spoke to one mr. Good the showroom manager who told me that is loaded in the van for delivery. When i tried after 2 hours he has already blocked my no. See the level of customer service in india's no. 1 dealer.

                    I placed an order for a refrigerator samsung make and paid the amount as per invoice above at vasanth and co, t nagar north usman rd. Chennai on 5th may 2019 around 730pm. Mr jayseelan was the salesman who co ordinated and committed delivery by 8th may afternoon. As the delivery did not come i contacted him and he said it will come only the next day as on wednesday the
                    Delivery would be too late due unavoidable circumstances....

                    I had ordered a blue star non invertor ac vide bill no [protected] from the t nagar branch. I was promised delivery of the product on 7/5/19 against the purchase of the product on 4/5/19. I have not yet received the product and the numbers for the ac and the manager are of no help. Both of them siva (Staff) and manager were non responsive and not interested in serving the customer. Very unprofessional and vow to never buy any product from this chain of stores. Basic courtesy does not exist and once a product is bought the customer is ill-treated. Can the product be delivered as soon as possible?

Nagar vasant &co north usman road on[protected] and they promised delivered on[protected] but still now they not delivered and i asked for cash refund but the manager or whom i don't know in phone call who talked rudely... We are very much irrate coz of that manager and still now my fridge is not delieverd after full amount paid... Is that you guys are trying to full customers!!!

                        I dr. Gajatheepan, brought hitachi inv a/c on 16/04/2019 from vasanth&co.
                        During purchase they promised that service provider will be able to install my outdoor unit, at my second floor slab of my apartment. After buying the product, till now steps have not taken to install. Mr. Murali the manager is very rude and arrogant in talking, when i requested for the installation after the product is delivered at my home (No cordination and follow up with service provider)
                        When requested to install, he simply says that to return the product after a week. I am reqular customer of vasanth &co, brought many products but this kind of arrogancy is not tolerable by manager at trichy, mr. Murali. Do take necessary steps and solution for it and i am deeply emotionally upset of this incident.

                            I have booked an ac on 4 may 2019, the sales person has shown one product in his mobile to compare price in online and gave a discount, but in the bill they booked another model which is 5000 rs less in the market.
                            It's a cheap marketing and cheating the customer who belived the brand so called the best showroom in chennnai

                            Disappointed by the service, very worst and i will not suggest this showroom forever to my circle.

                            Better we should avoid purchasing from them.
                            I have ordered a Carrier AC on 30.4.2019 night . they have assured to delivery by 01.05.2019 but still 02.05.2019 evening . Its not yet delivered they are telling stock not available at present .

                            they people are not telling the fact information about present stock details to customer

                              Didn't provide proper information regarding our facing problem particular that shop manager. He didn't respected us and his activities made us dissatisfaction. He was very rude to us. Made us globse. He carried his own job when we asking for proper details he was selfish as for sales he involving and when he get to that we are facing problem he didn't even concerned with us and he didn't face to answer us.

                                As we missed our product bill we asked for duplicate bill, first they said we didn't buyed that particular product on that shop and they said bills registered contact no. Was someone else. Particularly that regional manager has made our mind disturbed and his speech makes us feel bad and he was very rude to us. He didn't respected us and he continued his job without respecting us. We waited more than 5 days yet they didn't provide any information at last we found our bill in the manual entry book yet they didn't accepted their fault. Yet they didn't provide any info regarding our satisfaction. They made fault by registered our mobile no.in someone's bill and someone's contact no.in our bill inspite of further aruguments they didn't recognize their mistake.
