I have booked crompton regallio water heater + electric kettle combo on 25th dec, 2019. They collected 500 rupees for booking. I got product delivered on 28th dec 2019 in my home. I came to shop for free electric kettle. They are saying that there is no offer like that and refusing to give after a long discussion they told me to wait for 10 mins and gave. They are murmering like anything and scolding at customer and saying no offer is going like that but in advertisement pamphlet it is mentioned that offer lasts till 17th january.
Branch madipakkam near indian oil petrol pump
Pls don't make customers feel uncomfortable. If possible give warning to the persons sitting in front..

    I am dr. J. Alavandan, residing near neyveli, cuddalore dt. I have booked a one ton carrier ac on 22.12.19 in vasanth and co at north usman road, t. Nagar, and paid rs. 32, 000. The invoice no. Is [protected]. I have asked to deliver and install at indra nagar near neyveli, thru it's panruti branch. But so far not yet delivered. They even didn't respond to my phone also. Instruct them to deliver and install immediately. Otherwise i will approach consumer protection council and this issue will be posted in my facebook and all my whatsapp groups.

      We choose to purchase a samsung smart tv from vasanth & co.. Overall the experience was really frustrating with poor order to delivery service. While all kinds of promises were made while purchasing a 32n5200 samsung tv, we were sent a pack without remote. There were unexplained delays in getting the product delivered, installed and most of all sending a remote without which we cannot install the tv. Comparedi am not sure how a fresh pack of tv will have missing remote missing. I wonder if it was ad /refurbished set that was sent to us. We had to make numerous phone calls, frustrating lies after lies, and troublesome interactions where we got told to contact person a then person b then person c... Certainly for my next purchase for peace of mind, i will avoid this company like a plague. Giving unacceptable and frustrating excuses rather than delivering the promised product appropriately is the worst form of customer service.

        I have ordered voltas washing machine invoice no: [protected] dated 20/12/2019 in nanganallur showroom for amount 7300.00 inr.

        But we were promised delivery will be done early morning next day as we already told them we need to leave for personal appointment by 5 pm. But delivery was never done on 21/12.

        Later when i enquired on 22/12 morning they promised they have loaded the product and nearing the destonation around 11 am. But till evening there was no sign of delivery and the showroom was not responding properly. When i approached in person, the manager was very rude and did not agree their mistake. They were not willing for cancellation and said they cant return the full amount i have paid. This is really not agreable as they are trying to force on the customer the way they would like to deliver in their own time. Nor they are willing to refund the amount fully.

          Dear sir,
          My name is jai ganesh. My family is regular customer of vasanthan co..
          We did not face any challenges on vasanthan co products except skyworth television.
          In jun 2019, i went vasanthan co for buying sony led tv around rs.35000 budget.
          However, vasanthan co executive suggested to buy skyworth television. They told that skyworth only supplying to sony co that all main part of television like picture screen etc...
          Skyworth also equally having brand name and quality like sony. And both brand television life is 2 to 3 years only. Based on skyworth quality, vasanthan co gave 3rd place to skyworth television.
          Skyworth providing one year replacement guarantee and warranty of subsequent two years.

          And finally they concluded skyworth is more benefits in product quality, services and prices.

          We will ensure for all if you face any issues.

          Based on good opinion and experience with vasanthan co, i bought skyworth led android tv for rs.27, 000/- on end of jun 2019.

          Television was worked till end of october 2019. Picture was not displayed and big noise came. I tried to reach skyworth co, however unable to reach them. Then, i raised complaint in vasanthan co customer care. They helped to place the complaint in skyworth.

          However, skyworth technician came to my home after many follows up on 10 working days (Mid of november) only. They told that need to replace power circuit board in television and will take another 5 working days.

          Now one month gone after visit the technician. Still board was not replaced. Last two weeks skyworth team told repeated answer that new board gave to technician and shared mobile number also. But always that number was switched off. Unable to reach skyworth technician.

          I am very disappointing skyworth services. I am not sure they will address the issues.

          I also aware vasanthan co customer care also followup with skyworth team. However no action on address the issues.

          My family was not watched tv more than 1.5 months. Unnecessary i am paying dth monthly rental for nov.

          Need your help to return the skyworth tv and get back my money. I will buy sony television.

          I was bought tv in old washermenpet branch. I was bought air condition, fridge, washing machine in same branch and also royapuram branch for my home and my parents home. I never face any issues.

          For retaining the vasanthan co name, kindly check other customers also who bought skyworth tv from vasanthan co. And help to replace the correct product.

            I bought mixie in vasanth & co (Kolathur branch) on august 2019 and it's been not working properly from day 2 of buying itself... We have been reportedly complaining about this to vasanth & co for several times and after 10 times complaining about it they serviced it and gave it back. Then also it's not working properly. Waste of spending 3k inr and buying it and didnt even work for 2 days. Waste of buying. Please replace it with a new one.

            When ever calling to the executives numbers provided in the online is totally waste, no proper response. Asking for a quotation for two days but still i haven't received the quote, they are not even ready to answer my calls..this makes customer more dissatisfied and this will lead the vasanth & co's name and the trust will go down..

              We have ordered panasonic 43inch led tv on 24th nov, and we have been told that it would be delivered on 25th nov by 3.30 pm. We have been trying on from that time no representative responded properly about the time it is going to get delivered and our call were rejected by representative. Poor response by representative and need discount against my product delivery lateness and irresponsiveness. I will not pay delivery cost also.

                Wrong commitments and rude behaviour of member of staff. We bought a washing machine. They initially told it will be available on the same day or next. When i called that evening, they committed to send it before 11 am today. Since it was not sent until 1pm, i called their deliver numbers - guess what, switched off. Called their enquiry number, no one responded for 3 calls. Called their landline, a rude lady had picked the call and didn't even had a courtesy to apologise for the delay rather started talking in a rude tone.

                  We purchase lg frige model no. Gl-b241apgx on 20.05.18 b. No.[protected]. From 03.11.19 onwards fridge not functioning. We call customer care and service engineerr told circuit board to be changed. And we change the board with service charge of rs.2106/-. B. No.03802 dy.06.11.19
                  Now we want to know that how the circuit board will not function within short period [1year 5 months].

                    I purchased a whirlpool washing on saturday 2/11/2019, invoice no[protected] expo sale, mylapore

                    It was delivered on sunday 3/11/19 through a old person in tri cycle. We haven't informed any detail about delivery charges, no writtien information from the showroom also. Old person was not able to carry the excahnge ifb washing machine. Me and servant maid and the old man after a big struggle we managed to lift it. When i informed about this to the showroom manager mr. Ganesh he was so harsh and told "we are delivering like this only we cannot specially sent 2 person for you, who asked to help the delivery person he will manage to carry it". Immediately i informed your main office but no reaction and we were forced to pay whatever the delivery person asked us to pay.

                    And now till date 8/11/19 it is not yet installed. Daily i am calling the mylapore branch office but nothing is happening. Today morning i called the main office 42444444 and registered on my own. Immedately after 10 min i am receivng a call from whirlpool stating that by 10am only it was registered. Felt very bad, when we have to do everthing on our own why we a need showroom like this, we might directly purchased from online. If they informed us in the initial stage that you have to do one your own we don't might doing it rather than waiting for long time and wasting our time in calling your people. Very bad service, very harsh service, no proper communication.

                    Now a days we have showrooms almost on every next lane, best online services, then why i would select vasanth and co

                      The attached receipt of airconditioner was purchased couple of months back and we have been facing issues with the cooling. The cooling effect of the unit has been miserable and this has been reported just on the 2nd day of the purchase, and there has not been a proper service provided yet.
                      I would like to see your help to have this sorted as early as possible.

                      Would you want me to have this escalated with haeir for assistance?

                        I bought a crompton heater on 16/10/19. The next day the servicemen called and said that he'll be coming in the evening around 4.00 o'clock but he didn't come. After calling several times he attended the call at 5.30pm and said he can't come today and said he'll come the next day and so i asked him to come around 9.00am as i'll be leaving for work. And he didn't have the courtesy to call and inform me also. On 17/10/19 he didn't come again i called several times around 10.00 he attended the call and said some reasons and when i called the store they were very patient and listened to me. But the servicemen started blaming me that i asked him not to come. At last he has agreed to come around 1.00 today.. If he isn't coming, its definitely a bad first experience as a customer. Thank you and please do the needful.

                        I purchased PUREIT water purifiers from vasanth & co, Mayiladuthurai on 2 nd November 2019. Since then the installation has not been done inspite of several requests and complaints.

                            Lg ok 75 music system purchased on 07/8/19 at sholinganallur branch but the products still not delivered even repeated phone calls, it is seriously concerned about the satisfaction of customers. I feel it is the enability of the administration of the branch. This type of habituals must affect the progress of the company. Take action and instruct the branch to deliver the products imdt.

                              Hi. I was told AC will be delivered next day and paid full cash. It's been 4 days AC not delivered. And poor response from call centre or branch.
                              They don't have stock in warehouse but they dint order from LG as well . Very poor service .

                                Sir, i am not a beggar, i did not visit the above outlet seeking donations. I had purchased a washing machine from the above branch on[protected]. I simply wanted the gst number of my organisation included in the bill along with the customer's name. The manager and another person, whose name or designation i do not know, could have simply obliged to my request or they could have refused it. Instead they surrounded me and behaved like bouncers in a bar. I am a long standing customer since 1997. You are spending a lot of money on the advertisement / promotion of your organisation. Everything goes in drain because of such irresponsible staff members. The purchase made by me may be insignificant to your very huge business, but it will surely desist me from recommending you to my friends and other relatives because of the unacceptable behavior.

                                  We booked panasonic 1.5 ton inverter ac on 5/9/2019 in vasanth and co purusawalkam branch we got delivered on 10/9/2019. Assembled on 11/9/2019. The day itself the ac is not working. We raised complaint in panasonic service centre and two technicians came and checked and went. After two days another technician came and again checked. Totally 3 technician came and checked the same.. Directly we complained in vasanth and co purusawalkam branch and they told us that they will replace the ac in next two working days.. But it's been a week and no one giving a proper response.

                                    I am your regular customer. I purchased butterfly, chimney last year from your palayamkottai branch and its under warrantee.
                                    Now it’s making a tremendous and abnormal sound. I registered a complaint over phone. And i called and contacted your palayamkottai branch several times. But till now there is no response. Your customer service after sales is very poor.
                                    I recommended your vasanth & co to my friends t. If your people did not provide good service, then how will you get customers.

                                        I got the lg refrigerator on 8th sep 2019 and got it delivered by 13th sep. The delivery boys made a dent while carrying it to my house. Its clear that the mistake is on vasanth and co but they delay saying that the replacement should happen from lg.

                                        My question is when it was damaged on the way delivering it to my home by their delivery guys why the hell is lg responsible for this.

                                        Its been 6days until now and have no idea when it will replaced. Have been following up with them on this by visiting their showroom but to no avail.

                                        Very worst experience ever and ineffective staff. You will be treated well until they sell their product after that you are no one to them.

                                        Please dont fall into their trap and avoid this dealer is my strong suggestion.

                                        On 03/09/2019 your service person came for erection and when commissioning he observed a leak from the main tank.
