I am your regular customer. I purchased butterfly, chimney last year from your palayamkottai branch and its under warrantee.
Now it’s making a tremendous and abnormal sound. I registered a complaint over phone. And i called and contacted your palayamkottai branch several times. But till now there is no response. Your customer service after sales is very poor.
I recommended your vasanth & co to my friends t. If your people did not provide good service, then how will you get customers.

Please do the needful at the earliest.

Now the refrigerator have some repair and not working condition. Since last ten days i am giving complaint to your showroom for this issue. At till now did not respond and consider my complaint in your service team. Kindly please help me to slove the issue.

      I got the lg refrigerator on 8th sep 2019 and got it delivered by 13th sep. The delivery boys made a dent while carrying it to my house. Its clear that the mistake is on vasanth and co but they delay saying that the replacement should happen from lg.

      My question is when it was damaged on the way delivering it to my home by their delivery guys why the hell is lg responsible for this.

      Its been 6days until now and have no idea when it will replaced. Have been following up with them on this by visiting their showroom but to no avail.

      Very worst experience ever and ineffective staff. You will be treated well until they sell their product after that you are no one to them.

      Please dont fall into their trap and avoid this dealer is my strong suggestion.

      On 03/09/2019 your service person came for erection and when commissioning he observed a leak from the main tank.

      I have contacted your sales and they have assured to replace the same.

      But still not yet replaced

        Hi,

        I bought ac in vasanth and co before 3 months and they told to buy with axis bank credit card with 15% cashback but i received 5% when i checked with bank they told to check with shop... When i checked with shop they told to check with bank... Simply they are playing... While swiping it was shown 15% cashback but i didn't receive and receipt print will be erased since it has been 3 months... Worst response from vasanth and co simply they told we cannot do anything... I am suggesting people don't buy with crwdit card for cashback since they won't help u for any issues...           One of the worst product given by vasanth and co.

          Never expected such a nucence phone.

          Initial one was changed due to display screen crack.

          The second one which got a replacement was not working at all.

          Do the vasanth and co yielding money in such a way or we are longing for such mobiles which is useless.

          Every time i visit vasanth and co door step to change this kind of product.

          I know that the deduction of rs 590 happened for this worthless product.

Now a days the services from the branch has detained day to day, i ordered a product on sep 4th till date the product was not delivered. Also i made a visit to branch but there was proper response. Also made several calls to the branch. Its of no use so i cancelled my order. This is an intimation to the management, cause i am also an entrepreneur in this district.               I bought a tv from vasanth and co porur. We asked whether it is possible to install within today. They said yeah definitely we will do... Evening we will come and do and also our expert will examine your old tv for exchange... But now 3 days over...4 th day is running... Till now no one showed up. Salesman wwho said like this gave his number... We have been calling for more than 20 times... He didn't even answered... For this you can hang yourself..."you have given a false promise for the sake of selling... Better hang yourself for this... Such a nasty thing... I didn't expect this from vasanth and co... Waste waste waste waste waste... I already said that if installation is not possible i'll buy online... They would have showed up in two days of purchase" i am now in deep stress because of this... U have to reply to this immediately

                Sir we bought a samsung wobble washing machine wa62m4200ha/tl on 26.8.19 on thanjavur vasanth and co. And we ask to deliver a product on karaikudi vasanth and co branch. And they have delivered the product. But till today 31.08.2019 no one came for installation. They are just passing at one another both thanjavur and karaikudi branch. If it's go on we will return the product and take any other brand. Service is worst from the karaikudi and thanjavur branch.

                  I bought a fridge on 13th august 2019 which was delivered after a much followup on 16th aug 2019, its 20th of august now still we are waiting for installation and demo. I never ever faced such a worst service in my life time.

                  1) each and every day i must raise a complaint or log a call for installation and i should give all the details from the beginning.

                  2) atleast for the courtesy there should be a response for the non availability of the product or for the installation person.

                  3) when contacted customer support, the customer person will be coming at 8 pm, so we shouldnt call or track for a update to them until then. (Atlast they wont come).

                  4) my regular customer support person was sindhu, gayathri, raj and the list will extend if i note it down from day 1.

                  5) while delivering the product the person collected 250 rs as a delivery charges.

                  6) on the whole worst to the core, core, core core.

                    As i've purchased godrej ac on aug15 2019. The product was worst nd it making noise and no cooling at all.. The installation made was very poor and make our home wall damage.. Kindly solve the issue or make refund of the ac. Very bad experience i never had this kind of service. Very worst installation. The service man bought extra charges for installation where the vasanth and co staff do not inform about it.

                      Last monday 05-aug i booked samsung fridge in vasanth & co tirupur & i paid advance amount 10000 rs cash. At that time they conformed 08-aug we will deliver the product. But i have not received any response from them till friday. I called & asked on friday they conformed that will deliver on that day. Then again i call back on saturday they said due to some transport issues we will deliver on monday. But still now i have not received any call from them. This is my first purchase in vasnth & co & i feel very bad on that.

                        We had bought gothrej ac on 14/04/2019 at porur showroom. With in 3 months we had getting 3 times fault. We had raised complaints but it was solved temporarily again and again it is getting an issue. Last week again we raised issue with gothrej but still not rectified and also we contacted with porur showroom of yours but not responded properly. Your people are delivered defective product.                           I have purchased a samsung smart tv 3rd august in a condition that it will be delivered at my residence, about 1 kilometer from your chennai north usman road branch. It was not delivered on saturday. When i called up, chain of people were attending without any proper answer. The last person attended the call said, it will be delivered on monday, 5th of august morning. Again no news on delivery. On repeated calls, i was told, it will be delivered by night. No delivery happen and when i further inquired, i was told, there is no stock of samsung led 32n4300 and they would arrange from their other warehouse elsewhere. I wounder, how they do a gst billing without having stock. Till this day on 6th august, 2.20 pm, the tv is not delivered except the promises of delivering in 2 hours

                          I am terribly disappointed by the non responsiveness of the staff and false promises. I never recommend anyone to vasanth&co

                            On 01 aug 2019 my husband went to get quotation for 3 burner gas stoves in cross cut road vasanth &co. One lady gave the quotation for the preethi topaz stainless steel as rupees 3300 is the final price, as per her higher authority's advice.
                            Today 04 aug 2019 we went to buy that product, they are saying we didn't told that price, and blaming us..
                            Felt frustrated. We didn't buy that product and came back to home.
                            Our time only wasted.. They behaving rudely.. They have to avoid these type of false promises

                              This month 07th july sunday night 7pm i booked whrilpool fridge in vasanth & co showroom thiruvallur district then received product same day night 9pm delivery boy advice me don't use this machine tommorow morning on i asked reason he told me gas overloaded new prodcut that reason only i accept the reason the on the machine monday morning 9.15am fisrt 10min working normal condtion then noice started look like mix grinder sound the i informed to show room person venkat - [protected] informed me sent the service perosn i switch off the machine tuesday 1pm service person naresh - [protected] check the machine faulty we replace the machine with in 2 or 3 days i also accepted. Then i called thursday they telling it will take one week time i very iritated becaue i have 2 kids one 5 months baby you kinow purpose fridge please with out fridge how to maintian milk and regular products then i sent the social media some on called me he promised within sunday or monday itself replacement done. Then i agreed yesterday whirlpool service care person rakshetha - [protected] and thirumurugan also informed today tuesday morning 12pm i received the fridge but i followup again no body responce properly please resolve my issue or please refund my momey i go to next product

                                This month 07th July Sunday night 7pm I booked whrilpool fridge in vasanth & co showroom thiruvallur district then received product same day night 9pm delivery boy advice me don't use this machine tommorow morning on I asked reason he told me gas overloaded new prodcut that reason only I accept the reason the on the machine Monday morning 9.15am fisrt 10min working normal condtion then noice started look like mix grinder sound the I informed to show room person Venkat - [protected] informed me sent the service perosn i switch off the machine tuesday 1pm service person Naresh - [protected] check the machine faulty we replace the machine with in 2 or 3 days i also accepted. then i called thursday they telling it will take one week time i very iritated becaue i have 2 kids one 5 months baby you kinow purpose fridge please with out fridge how to maintian milk and regular products then i sent the social media some on called me he promised within sunday or monday itself replacement done. then i agreed yesterday whirlpool service care person Rakshetha - [protected] me she informed today Tuesday morning 12pm i received the fridge but i followup again no body responce properly please resolve my issue or please refund my momey i go to next product

                                  Sales invoice no:[protected], 14805, 14806, 14803 bill amount 1.5 lakh bill dt 02.07.2019

                                  We have purchased home appliance product (Leg 2tr, leg 1.5 tr, mixer grinder, mixi and refrigerator) on 02.07.2019 around 2pm.
                                  So for not deliverer the product in my house at kazhipattur.
                                  During billing time they commit the delivery on 03 rd july. And the same in payment time they mentioned 3rd july & by the worst case they will delivery on 4th july and same day they will organize the installation for ac. Today 5th july. But not deliver our products. Yesterday on wards, i called branch and customer care but there is no use. They given false commitment always.
                                  Here problem of 1.5 tr ac. There is no stock. During my visit in your sholinganallur shop, i asked to your representative in the available models and finally choose this model (Ref bill) based on your representative explanation and availability.
                                  Pls resolve issue today...

                                  I am not expect this kind of worst service from vasnth &co

                                    Dear sir, i purchased hanbao tower fan with cost of inr 3000 on 08/03/2019 along with 2 years of warranty. After 3 month this tower fan was out of order. So return to royapuram vasanth & co shop. They rectified and return within 4 days. But again the product was out of order with in 3 days after received the rectified product. Again i gave this product to royapuram vasanth & co shop on 20.06.2019. This product is not working properly. I asked to royapuram vasanth & co shop supervisor to rectify this problem. He asked to give new product after receive from manufacture. The new product does not give untill now after 8 days. I asked many times to shop supervisor. He does not responsible with correct deliver date. Please rectify this problem to solve. I attached purchased bill.

                                      I buy a blue star inverter ac with everast stabilizer a week before and installation charges also i pay 500rupees extra and also transportation charges 400 rupees when i open stablizer it's is damaged pice and i call immidiately the shop executive he said bring to shop i will give another and when i go to shop he said currently not avalabile stack, our executive will deliver your stabilizer at home, i called two three time no proper response, so kindly take my complaint and provide me stabilizer as soon as possible.

                                      Hello!! We are facing problems with auto defrost in a refrigerator brought for my grandma home and I tried calling and letting the branch know about this..but they never responded even calls were not picked up..disappointed!!

                                        I had Purchased a Samsung Waahing Machine latest model and there is a samsung A10 mobile offer and was suppose to delivered within 10 days of purcahse date 28/5/2019. Till date not delivered and response from Customer call service centre and branch at Trichy only extending date of delivery. After purchase the product, Vasanth & Co is not fulfilling the commitments and ask for excuse of not delivering it saying Samsung not delivered it.

                                        This is fourth complaint.
