Dear sir, i purchased hanbao tower fan with cost of inr 3000 on 08/03/2019 along with 2 years of warranty. After 3 month this tower fan was out of order. So return to royapuram vasanth & co shop. They rectified and return within 4 days. But again the product was out of order with in 3 days after received the rectified product. Again i gave this product to royapuram vasanth & co shop on 20.06.2019. This product is not working properly. I asked to royapuram vasanth & co shop supervisor to rectify this problem. He asked to give new product after receive from manufacture. The new product does not give untill now after 8 days. I asked many times to shop supervisor. He does not responsible with correct deliver date. Please rectify this problem to solve. I attached purchased bill.

I buy a blue star inverter ac with everast stabilizer a week before and installation charges also i pay 500rupees extra and also transportation charges 400 rupees when i open stablizer it's is damaged pice and i call immidiately the shop executive he said bring to shop i will give another and when i go to shop he said currently not avalabile stack, our executive will deliver your stabilizer at home, i called two three time no proper response, so kindly take my complaint and provide me stabilizer as soon as possible.

I had Purchased a Samsung Waahing Machine latest model and there is a samsung A10 mobile offer and was suppose to delivered within 10 days of purcahse date 28/5/2019. Till date not delivered and response from Customer call service centre and branch at Trichy only extending date of delivery. After purchase the product, Vasanth & Co is not fulfilling the commitments and ask for excuse of not delivering it saying Samsung not delivered it.

Bitter experience from vasanth and co South masi street branch.
Purchased godrej refrigerator on 08.06.2019. After delivery godrej company technician is supposed to make a demo but no response from shop. After enquiring from shop the technician came and after unpacking the fridge it was not the colour we have ordered. Next day we have received the colour what we have ordered. Next day technician unpacked, he found compressor box is damaged, freezer door damaged, no key, door is full of dust.
After informing the shop very poor response. No proper customer service..

/Hi, We bought a new Onida Ac 9/4/2019 and it stopped working on 28/5/2019. We filed a complaint on 30/5/2019 and there is no action taken yet. the company keeps lying to us by telling it will come today and its been more that 3 weeks already. The way they handle the customer is also rude. It is a new ac and how can it not work in a month. Even if it is under warranty they are not helping with replacement nor giving me proper response. we are in hot summer and we have a pregnant lady near her due date and the team is not helping at all. we spent so much money on ac and the response they give is worst. How can a pregnant lady survive in this summer in chennai who is near her due date. Please help me to get a new replacement of Ac itself since i feel cheated to get a malfunctioned AC.

We have booked one refrigerator on 2nd of June and we have received the product on 4th of June, we received the product on committed date very good service in transportation, Till now no one come and installed the product . i called lots of time to given no . But on one take action till now . Last night i received one call from this no [protected], She said sir, Tomorrow 10 am our technician come and installed the refrigerator, I clearly said to her pls dont miss it because i have to put permission other wise say exactly time like 12 pm or sometime, But she promised dont worry sir our technician will be come 10 am Sharply, Till now no one come and installed the product. So tried the same one female staff take the call and spoke very hardly .

Sir i am ordered and billed lg refrigerator on sunday 2nd from t. Nagar north usman road, but still delivery not happened. You people are fooling the customer by giving wrong commitment to deliver tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow. And also the manager are not responding to calls then why manager are required to the branch. Very irritating irresponsible people.

I have purchased lg ac and washing machine on 25.05.2019 from tambaram branch. Lg team called on the same day but i told them that product not received from dealer (Vasanth & co). Both were delivered by vasanth & co delivery team on next day (26.05.2019).

Then monday (27.05.2019) lg team called and came for washing machine installation. It was done on the same day. I asked for ac installation to that technician. He told that other person will come as per your dealer report.

Lg team called on monday and got the area details from me and told that we got wrong area from dealer (Vasanth & co). Actually, i am from camp road (East tambaram region). But dealer (Vasanth & co) team forwarded installation complaint to anna nagar region.

After that i am trying from monday (27.05.2019) evening to till now (Friday - 31.05.2019) for ac installation, it is not done.

During this time, i have complained to vasanth & co customer more than 10 times and also complained directly in tambaram branch also. They are telling that today lg team will come but no response till now.

One week completed from purchased date but ac is not installed for me.

I lost my patience. Try to arrange technician immediately for the installation otherwise please get back my product and refund my money.

I had purchased a lg ac and a faber kitchen chimney for rs. 54500 from vasanth and co porur branch on sunday 26th may 2019. I have made the payment in full using my card and they said that they will be delivering it in 1-2 days. I have been repeatedly calling them for a response but they keep pointing fingers at someone or the other. Till now the products have not been delivered. I have made some 20-25 calls but of no avail. I would like to formally complain against this branch and hope that some action will be taken.

On 27th afternoon, i booked bosch fridge (347 lts) for which no fresh item is available in the shop.
Showroom workers conveyed they can arrange it by next day, if not next day morning hours.
But, till now, item...

I bought 2 daikin aircon from trichy store on 23/05/19, they told us to install next day. On 24th the technician came at 4pm and they able to fix only one aircon and they said tomorrow morning will come and install another one. But till now nobody install yet. I called your shop and the daikin dealers but no response and very poor service. The installation also not done properly, drain water line just leave it in the open area and also having problems in the aircon when it have low voltage the aircon off completely and turn on taking almost 10 to 15 minutes. It’s happening almost 10 times at night. Already they installed v-guard double booster. Please help us to solve this issue immediately.

Havells air cooler 24l capacity yesterday at nit i buy from kakallur showroom. But its not working at nit itself. Cooling not so good, we asked that salesman to have demo on that air cooler in showroom itself. But she given demo on other company air cooler. I like to change brand of company on tomorrow itself replacement good one. Detail: 26th sunday at nit around 8.30pm at the price rs 8200 i buy that air cooler.

I purchased a panasonic inverter 1.5 ton ac on may 18, 2019 and unit was delivered on may 24, 2019. The ac was installed on 25th evening and provided cool air after installation. We switched off the ac and switched it on after an hour, it did not produce cool air but only the fan was running (Even after changing the modes). Immediately informed the installation person and he informed he will come and check the next day morning. He came on 26th evening, checked the indoor and outdoor unit and said that there is no output supply from compressor and he informed his superior and said i will be getting a call from their office tomorrow (May 27th). Please consider this request on priority and help in resolving the ac problem.

I purchased bajaj air cooler from vasanth and co sholinganallur. After going home i seen the water leveler is not functioning properly.

I asked person called selva who delivered the product. He gave another lady number called jayanthi.

She said some technician will come to correct leveler. But no one has came till now. I purchased product last friday.

I bought a hitachi ac in chennai trade centre on 19th may 2019. While i order salse execute told like within two days ac will be delivered but still, now ac was not delivered. And no response from vasanth&co.

While i am calling customer support i am not getting the proper response each day i am getting a different response.

So kindly help me with the above concern.

Hi sir,

I would like to register a complaint with you for the washing machine that I had purchased with you 4 days back. I have purchased the washing machine Panasonic TL W/M NA-F65A7CRB on Saturday 18th May at 2 pm. I was been promised that the machine will be delivered on Monday 20th May and on worst case delay it will be delivered on 21st May.

Today it's 8 pm on 21st May and there is not Evan a phone call from your company regarding delivery. When called your helpline number 42444446 the executive answering the phone was very rude. The first question he asked was have you called this helpline number before. When I said no, he responded saying if you did not call then how can you expect delivery.

Am I supposed to call your agency every 1 hour and ask for an update? Don't you guys have the basic customer service to ensure you keep up your commitment?

I still have not received answer to when my washing machine will be delivered. Your customer care executive asked me to call tomorrow and check for status.

This is my first purchase with vasanth and co and your service is absolutely pathetic.

If you bother have trusted customer base then reach me at [protected] and provide an update on when you can deliver the washing machine.

I brought haier brand fridge which was stop working within 10 days after raise service request in haier they done and after 45 days again stop working there are some manufacture fault in fridge. I need replacement for that kindly do the needfull.

We ordered 1 ton AC of heir on yesterday (20th May 2019 ) from Vasanth & Co. Purasaiwalkam showroom. They have told that delivery will be today and installation will be tomorrow. Now today evening they called (the number is [protected]) and told today delivery is not possible. This is unprofessional and i told that ac need for a patient and we cannot wait for more. but they didn't listen to that.
I tried to solve this issue by calling the complaint number given on this website (+[protected] +[protected]. but in both number, they did not listen to our problems.

I have purchased ac on 11/5/2019, i have been told that they are offering no cost emi on icici bank credit card, i have converted my purchase into emi but iam being charged for the emi with an interest rate of 13%.

I have registered a query with the store on 16/05/19 with detailed statement, for which they said will confirm me the reversal and rectification in 2days i. E., by saturday (18/05/19), till now i have not received any update.

They are not treating the customer well.. Even they are charging for deliver, when i bought fridge. Even i shifted my home. I asked to deliver on new address as well. Exchangr and delivery also they charged for transport. It may affect our customer satisfaction. Even i am a new customer. Here after i will not wish to buy a product in vasanth and co and i will not suggest the user to buy.. Thanks
