I booked lg ac on 6th apr 2019 (Monday) and i was promised to get it delivered the next day.
Its friday (10th apr 2019) today. I have called more than 5 numbers 4 times each day and the product is not yet delivered.
I was totally out of mind coz of this worst service.
I will never buy any product from vasanth & co anymore.
Ppl reading this, i recommend to choose any other dealer instead.

Let me see if anyone response back after seeing this post from the dealer.

    Dear sir,
    I placed an order for a refrigerator samsung make and paid the amount as per invoice above at vasanth and co, t nagar north usman rd. Chennai on 5th may 2019 around 730pm. Mr jayseelan was the salesman who co ordinated and committed delivery by 8th may afternoon. As the delivery did not come i contacted him and he said it will come only the next day as on wednesday the
    Delivery would be too late due unavoidable circumstances. I accepted. The next day also the delivery did not come. I contacted the manager who said the delivery would be effected definitely by night on thursday. Your sales men and managers are making false commitments for sell your goods at the cost of the customer. I have been waiting at home forgoing my work to take delivery. Your irresponsible officers have not bothered to check about the availability of item logistics etc and have made false commitment putting me to immense trouble. On further contacting they say it will be delivered today. I do not believe them. Please therefore ask vasanth & co to cancel this order and immediately credit the amount back to the bank. I am fed up with their lies and false commitments
    Please repeat please reply immediately. If delivered today they must compensate me for the my loss

      I had ordered a blue star non invertor ac vide bill no [protected] from the t nagar branch. I was promised delivery of the product on 7/5/19 against the purchase of the product on 4/5/19. I have not yet received the product and the numbers for the ac and the manager are of no help. Both of them siva (Staff) and manager were non responsive and not interested in serving the customer. Very unprofessional and vow to never buy any product from this chain of stores. Basic courtesy does not exist and once a product is bought the customer is ill-treated. Can the product be delivered as soon as possible?

        We have paid full cash for whirlpool fridge in the. Nagar vasant &co north usman road on[protected] and they promised delivered on[protected] but still now they not delivered and i asked for cash refund but the manager or whom i don't know in phone call who talked rudely... We are very much irrate coz of that manager and still now my fridge is not delieverd after full amount paid... Is that you guys are trying to full customers!!!

          I dr. Gajatheepan, brought hitachi inv a/c on 16/04/2019 from vasanth&co.
          During purchase they promised that service provider will be able to install my outdoor unit, at my second floor slab of my apartment. After buying the product, till now steps have not taken to install. Mr. Murali the manager is very rude and arrogant in talking, when i requested for the installation after the product is delivered at my home (No cordination and follow up with service provider)
          When requested to install, he simply says that to return the product after a week. I am reqular customer of vasanth &co, brought many products but this kind of arrogancy is not tolerable by manager at trichy, mr. Murali. Do take necessary steps and solution for it and i am deeply emotionally upset of this incident.

              I have booked an ac on 4 may 2019, the sales person has shown one product in his mobile to compare price in online and gave a discount, but in the bill they booked another model which is 5000 rs less in the market.
              It's a cheap marketing and cheating the customer who belived the brand so called the best showroom in chennnai

              Disappointed by the service, very worst and i will not suggest this showroom forever to my circle.

              Better we should avoid purchasing from them.
              I have ordered a Carrier AC on 30.4.2019 night . they have assured to delivery by 01.05.2019 but still 02.05.2019 evening . Its not yet delivered they are telling stock not available at present .

              they people are not telling the fact information about present stock details to customer

                Didn't provide proper information regarding our facing problem particular that shop manager. He didn't respected us and his activities made us dissatisfaction. He was very rude to us.                   As we missed our product bill we asked for duplicate bill, first they said we didn't buyed that particular product on that shop and they said bills registered contact no. Was someone else. Particularly that regional manager has made our mind disturbed and his speech makes us feel bad and he was very rude to us. He didn't respected us and he continued his job without respecting us. We waited more than 5 days yet they didn't provide any information at last we found our bill in the manual entry book yet they didn't accepted their fault. Yet they didn't provide any info regarding our satisfaction. They made fault by registered our mobile no.in someone's bill and someone's contact no.in our bill inspite of further aruguments they didn't recognize their mistake.

                    Also i have heared they are selling refactored products with they are using some local mechanics and modifying the old products.

                      Purchased a godrej fridge and steel. Cupboard on 17/04/19 from 100 feet road coimbatore. Cupboard inside lock is not opening still now. Daily we are calling and complaining but they are saying easily put oil inside it. We have tried all and again we complained but no response. There is no customer service and all employees are irresponsible and careless. Additionally they compuled us to buy a fridge stand but for installing when that company man came and told it is not useful and it won't fit for this godrej fridge. Very very poor customer service. I bought a fridge and ledtv 3years back from gandhipuram branch. So i recommended vasanth and co for my mother but they choose a 100 feet road branch which is very poor service branch. I feel very shame to be a customer for your shop.

                        My father paid for the refrigerator on the 20th, and till 24th there has been no delivery.in between they had delivered a wrong fridge and taken it back. My father a senior citizen has been put through lot of stress running everyday in the hot summer to the dealer only to be reassured it will be delivered today. We are asking for this to be cancelled and refund the money in full today.
                        All the numbers in the envelope of the dealer do not work with the message "this facility does not exist on this phone". Only one helpline will b picked up, and after going through the entire history, only blindly reassure it will be delivered today.
                        I had also bought an ac which had been delivered but is yet to be installed. Invoice number is 829 the next invoice number.

                        On meeting the manager of the store, he ensured delivery the next day. The AC was installed after another day. While completed, a lot of hassle could have been avoided by timely delivery and installation.

                          Hi,

                          My father ordered for a godrej refrigerator from vasanth and co in t. Nagar, chennai on april 14th. While ordering for the refrigerator in store we were not informed that it's out of stock. We were told that the delivery will be on the 15th which is next day. Next day it was not delivered. Everyday we call the store and they say that it will come today but until now we haven't got it and today is the 21st april 2019.

                          Please take action towards such frauds who lie to customer.

                            I bought an Air conditioner from dealer vasanth & co, 100ft road, coimbatore on 30 Mar 2019.
                            Invoice bill amount is Rs. 31, 000. (Invoice attached for reference)

                            I bought this through Bajaj finserv emi card. They said zero percent interest at an emi of Rs3875 per month for 8 months. ( Emi loan details and invoice I have attached)

                            Now comes the problem, then the Bajaj finserv employee charged me Rs.1300 separately as processing fee. I asked for bill. He said that will be included in your Bajaj finserv loan statement. (Just like last time) I quarreled with him that I need a separate bill. But he said their "system" doesn't allow to include processing fee in their bill.

                            I have no other choice I paid Rs.1300 without bill and bought the product.

                            Later I mailed Bajaj finserv customer care regarding the same. They said their employee would never charge anything like this. So I asked for refund. Now comes the part. Now their customer care asked for bill or receipt to proceed further!! I said I have no bill. They asked me to go to the dealer place and ask for refund if they refuse to pay back, they asked me call the customer care and they will make them pay.

                            When I go there today, Bajaj finserv employee Mr. Vignesh was attending this problem and he said it is included in the statement.

                            He said that there is section called

                            Interest paid by Mfgr./Dealer upfront = Rs.2958

                            He said this is the processing fee that they are mentioning earlier. They spit up this amount and customer has to pay 1300 for this.

                            I have 2 questions:

                            1.How come "Interest paid by Mfgr./Dealer upfront " was supposed to pay by the customer?

                            2. Even if it's paid like that where is my invoice bill stating it as the interest charges?

                            I need answer for these questions!

                            So I was cheated by the dealer and Bajaj finserv. This is not only my story. They literally charge every customer like this! I hope RBI/CEPC would take serious action in this as this is happening 2nd time to me. And I'm sure it will happen like this again and again unless otherwise you take this on a serious note.!

                              I had gone to purchase air cooler in vasanth&co dharmapuri showroom. There is no proper response.in the second floor, there is a lady she didn't explain anything about the product details. She tells the only price of the product didn't show any demo for the product. After ok with cooler, i move to the billing section. I asked about what the retail price of the product? And what the offer price? Every person says i didn't know. Is they are a salesperson or a rowdy person there is no proper dress code there is no proper response. Only they need only money. Worst service has ever seen the showroom. The only tv ads show we care about everything but they are worst and waste. I suggest pls don't go to that showroom.

When I approached the branch for this issue they told it has the issue and not giving any respect to me as a customer. Worst behaviour of the staffs working in Vasanth and co. They treating me that I borrowed something from them. i paid the money and expecting a good service but not getting from vasanth and co.I wonder how they be with these worst behaving staffs.Poor experience .I wil never go to Vasanth and co anymore for any kind of purchase.

                                I have purchase around two lacks product and they promise me that they Will supply all the product at the same time except one washing machine and one microwave that will be later after 4 days and they delivered only washing machine and they said they made a mistake and deliver the pending microwave very next day today is 14th April 2019 I have not received .
                                My purchase date was 02 April 2019 .
                                I have called all the customer care and all the managers overthere no response and even they don't pick the phone also.
                                Yesterday in evening around 9.30. I received a call from a driver and told that he is near to my house.
                                Afetr sometime I try to call the driver he is not picking my phone.
                                Iam very much upset.
                                Need a solution and response to this complaint also.

                                  Yesterday I received my Cooker but still my Cooker working issue not resolved.

                                  I'm very much disappointed with vasanth & Co service and quality of product from them.

                                  I'm requesting vasanth & Co market hereafter don't sale worst quality product.

                                  I think vasanth & Co complaint service department not working.

                                  I have purchased AC on April 13th, but still the product is not delivered. There is no clear answer given when i called the store and the sales boy. In fact my location is near to the store.

                                    Yesterday i have purchase refrigerator, air coller, crompton fan in madurai south masi street show room. Show room magr assure tomorrow we will delivered the product with installation but instead of only delivered the product not installation.
                                    Also 200rs collect delivery charge additionally. Plz arrange technician to installation for refrigerator, aircooler, crompton fan,. I have contact showroom through mobile for installation is
                                    Very worst responsible from showroom.

                                      Sir yesterday (05/04/2019) I have purchased new refrigerator from your show room Nanganallur Chennai-600061 after seeing the demo l gave order and payed full Amount Rs. 40000/= refrigerator make and model Samsung
                                      RT39M5538S9/TL/2018, 394 Liters and they promised me they will supply new and company pack refrigerator but they send me the same demo refrigerator after packing. I want my refrigerator should be replaced with a new one.
                                      I hope you will help me in this respect and to keep your show room reputation intact. Thanks.

                                        I have bought advance receipt voucher worth rs.15, 000/- in palayamkottai, tirunelveli - vasanth and co branch on[protected]. But i didn't buy any products because my advance receipt voucher is missing. How can i purchase the products in vasanth and co?

                                        I inquire about my missing voucher issue but it won't works. Please make sure the possible ways of purchasing my products. Because it worth rs. 15, 0000/-
