I had gone to purchase air cooler in vasanth&co dharmapuri showroom. There is no proper response.in the second floor, there is a lady she didn't explain anything about the product details. She tells the only price of the product didn't show any demo for the product. After ok with cooler, i move to the billing section. I asked about what the retail price of the product? And what the offer price? Every person says i didn't know. Is they are a salesperson or a rowdy person there is no proper dress code there is no proper response. Only they need only money. Worst service has ever seen the showroom. The only tv ads show we care about everything but they are worst and waste. I suggest pls don't go to that showroom.

I have purchase around two lacks product and they promise me that they Will supply all the product at the same time except one washing machine and one microwave that will be later after 4 days and they delivered only washing machine and they said they made a mistake and deliver the pending microwave very next day today is 14th April 2019 I have not received .
My purchase date was 02 April 2019 .
I have called all the customer care and all the managers overthere no response and even they don't pick the phone also.
Yesterday in evening around 9.30. I received a call from a driver and told that he is near to my house.
Afetr sometime I try to call the driver he is not picking my phone.
Iam very much upset.
Need a solution and response to this complaint also.

I have purchased butterfly cooker on 09/12/2018 after that i faced issue in working (Means vesil not coming). Then i handovered cooker to my purchased location for rectification on 19/03/2019 which is under warranty. As of now my cooker is not returned with rectification. There is no proper response from vasanth & co sales department.

I think throw this msg concern person will help me for above issues.

Yesterday i have purchase refrigerator, air coller, crompton fan in madurai south masi street show room. Show room magr assure tomorrow we will delivered the product with installation but instead of only delivered the product not installation.
Also 200rs collect delivery charge additionally. Plz arrange technician to installation for refrigerator, aircooler, crompton fan,. I have contact showroom through mobile for installation is

Sir yesterday (05/04/2019) I have purchased new refrigerator from your show room Nanganallur Chennai-600061 after seeing the demo l gave order and payed full Amount Rs. 40000/= refrigerator make and model Samsung
RT39M5538S9/TL/2018, 394 Liters and they promised me they will supply new and company pack refrigerator but they send me the same demo refrigerator after packing. I want my refrigerator should be replaced with a new one.
I hope you will help me in this respect and to keep your show room reputation intact. Thanks.

I have bought advance receipt voucher worth rs.15, 000/- in palayamkottai, tirunelveli - vasanth and co branch on[protected]. But i didn't buy any products because my advance receipt voucher is missing. How can i purchase the products in vasanth and co?

I inquire about my missing voucher issue but it won't works. Please make sure the possible ways of purchasing my products. Because it worth rs. 15, 0000/-

I was made to buy a hanbao gati tower fan from, 100 ft, coimbatore showroom by wrongly pitching the product as, air cooler with compressor, no need to fill water and kept in the a/c room to show the product is working fine.

My request to surrender the product with in 2 hours of purchase and to buy the water filling air cooler instead is rejected by showroom.

I approached vasanth & co in madurai branch on 17th mar 2019 for finalizing ac purchase on same day of enquiry. For that quick decision, i needed good information about product, including model number. Whereas, i was disappointed as all staff in madurai showroom are irresponsible right from entering the showroom. Even after repeated enquiry, they were not willing to provide required information for me to decide. At one point of time, when i requested to read model number (As i didn't have my spectacles ready at that time) from display unit, they asked me to read with sales person spectacles.

It was irresponsible reply as spectacles lens differ from each person and disappointingly asked me to read with their spectacles. When i made complaint to senior staff near billing, all staff persons were arguing and scolding me in front of your showroom entrance and gone one step almost to kick me out with words.

You don't have to treat customer as "king", but at least should know how to treat a human being.

Hello, i'm magesh from tamil university, i went to vasanth and co thanjavur branch to buy a 32 inch led tv for me, they showed me sony 32r202f, on the tv there was an impressive sticker which mentioned offer-32gb sony pen drive, i was impressed with the product, so i went to showroom manager, while doing the bargain of the price in the billing counter they secretly removed the offer sticker behind me, once i paid the bill they simply denied to give the pen drive, they answered very rudely, we tamil university staff and students got a very bad impression about vasanth and co after this incident, i want the gift

I have books fridge on 9th march and support to get on 12th march, but till 15th nite (Today) i dost get the delivery.
Sales guy is very un professional, not answer ing properly, daily he used to say sorry sir, tomorrow sir, just two words...
Daily i am taking follow up with head office, every time they says, i will update you, but nobody replying me.
Even i said i want money back, if you can't deliver till today, i will come and get my money back. Then they said, you will get delivery today by 100%. But nobody deliver yet.

Company is wasting my time and money. I will never recommend and purchased from this company. It's worst in custmer service.

Yesterday i came to your cuddalore branch, to buy a sun direct dish. I'm asked your employee to explain about that dish and what's the price of dish... He didn't reply anything simply he playing candy crush in his mobile...
He didn't say nothing...
Well growth company vasanth &co but very in customer communication... I never expect from your employee...
I hope you to take action.. If you fail to take action, it's fail to your growth...

I bought a godrej refrigerator from ur sholinganur branch chennai... On 6th march and was told that it will be delivered next day but it was not delivered... It was delivered on 8th that too at 10pm in the night... Which is a bad time to deliver... And was told that the installation guy will come next day... But till now no one has come yet... Really very bad service from vasanth and co... Will never recommend to any one... Worst purchase experience i have ever had... And vasanth and co is the worst shop i have ever come across...

Hlo...2weeks before we bought an washing machine in washermenpet... And we received the machine 10days before itself... But still now they didn't come for the fitting... And there is no response from there side... Really it's an worst service by the vasanth and co washermenpet... I don't want this machine just take it back and refund the money... Poor service by the company

I have booked daiken ac 1 ton inverter type in shollinganallur branch by 6/3/19. They assured me to deliver it by next day itself. Based on that i following them from morning onwards and getting reply it will reach by today. Even am asking after 8pm. They telling the same since material is taken from tambaram branch. I have called the tambaram branch also but no respond. Now the sollinganalur branch person telling it will take time and can deliver minimum by saturday. I am totally irritate by this type of response. I am planning to cancel the order. I have paid the full amount.

Yesterday i have purchased the new washing machine cover from vasanth & co and during purchase i asked the executive to give suitable for my machine and he agreed and gave one cover but when i check at my home for machine which is not fitted properly, not even it covered the top load so i rushed the shop today t. Nagar branch where i bought the machine and cover but the executives are simply ignoring like anything.. I can't do exchange or anything please go out.. Which is frustrated

Please spread this info and inform all so that everyone will understand the reality of this branch.

We bought a lg lcd tv previous month (14.1.19) in"vasanthi & co porur"
They gave a offer like prizes for the purchase.."6peices of lunch box" have been mentioned.. It was attached with the bill on it.. We went several times and get returned without the prize.. Please make an decision or i may claim as myself

Sir i buy a 43 inch led tv in ur north usman road showroom. And they give jio dondle free with one month subscription. The promoter told me clerarly. Am went jio showroom to activate the my dongle. They said offer has been closed... U ask where u buy this product... Today am visiting ur showroom promotor told its lg problems not our problem go and ask lg. Or file a case against lg... I think they cheat me clearlyyyyyy.

Hi i went to vasanth and co, sholinganalllur, today January 27th to buy a refrigrator the sales person who is showing refrigrators shown the models which are all available in that we have booked a refrigrator which they said it is in the godown we have waited for the refrigrator for 1 and half hrs no body responded properly and the sales person didnt picked anyones call finally they said the product is not in stock and By mistake it is showing that the product is available, give us two days time will deliver it.

i was fedup with their behaviour and no one else properly taken responsible for this issue

finally i have requested them not to do the same mistake again to anyone since i have wasted a lot of time

i have did payment and aggreed to deliver the product within 1 day

please help me to get the order soon

Sir i bought a 32r202f model led tv from vasanth and co dealer thanjavur.in a display tv (Same model) there was a sticker mentioning that there is a gift offer (32gb pen drive) with purchase and sales personnal said yes but they denied to give us the gift after i paid for the tv. So kindly give us the gift item for our purchase as mentioned and reply me as soon as possible about the steps you have taken. Thanks.
