I was made to buy a hanbao gati tower fan from, 100 ft, coimbatore showroom by wrongly pitching the product as, air cooler with compressor, no need to fill water and kept in the a/c room to show the product is working fine.

My request to surrender the product with in 2 hours of purchase and to buy the water filling air cooler instead is rejected by showroom.

    I approached vasanth & co in madurai branch on 17th mar 2019 for finalizing ac purchase on same day of enquiry. For that quick decision, i needed good information about product, including model number. Whereas, i was disappointed as all staff in madurai showroom are irresponsible right from entering the showroom. Even after repeated enquiry, they were not willing to provide required information for me to decide. At one point of time, when i requested to read model number (As i didn't have my spectacles ready at that time) from display unit, they asked me to read with sales person spectacles.

    It was irresponsible reply as spectacles lens differ from each person and disappointingly asked me to read with their spectacles. When i made complaint to senior staff near billing, all staff persons were arguing and scolding me in front of your showroom entrance and gone one step almost to kick me out with words.

    You don't have to treat customer as "king", but at least should know how to treat a human being.

    Please don't buy any electronic products in vasanth & co because of very poor customer service they didn't treat the customer well once the customer bought the product they shows their real faces. Vasanth & co is very big whole sale dealer for many electronic goods. But they missed to train their employees well.

      Hello, i'm magesh from tamil university, i went to vasanth and co thanjavur branch to buy a 32 inch led tv for me, they showed me sony 32r202f, on the tv there was an impressive sticker which mentioned offer-32gb sony pen drive, i was impressed with the product, so i went to showroom manager, while doing the bargain of the price in the billing counter they secretly removed the offer sticker behind me, once i paid the bill they simply denied to give the pen drive, they answered very rudely, we tamil university staff and students got a very bad impression about vasanth and co after this incident, i want the gift

      Product delivered on 12.03.2019... But the package was not good... Both indoor unit and outdoor unit Carton pack damaged and seal are opened...
      Donno whether the supplied product is good or not??
      I have purchased godrej inverter ac 1.5 ton on 30th March Morning @ sholinganallur branch, still installation not done, i was following from Monday there is no response, really worst service

        I have books fridge on 9th march and support to get on 12th march, but till 15th nite (Today) i dost get the delivery.
        Sales guy is very un professional, not answer ing properly, daily he used to say sorry sir, tomorrow sir, just two words...
        Daily i am taking follow up with head office, every time they says, i will update you, but nobody replying me.
        Even i said i want money back, if you can't deliver till today, i will come and get my money back. Then they said, you will get delivery today by 100%. But nobody deliver yet.

        Company is wasting my time and money. I will never recommend and purchased from this company. It's worst in custmer service.

            I bought a godrej refrigerator from ur sholinganur branch chennai... On 6th march and was told that it will be delivered next day but it was not delivered... It was delivered on 8th that too at 10pm in the night... Which is a bad time to deliver... And was told that the installation guy will come next day... But till now no one has come yet... Really very bad service from vasanth and co... Will never recommend to any one... Worst purchase experience i have ever had... And vasanth and co is the worst shop i have ever come across...

And there is no response from there side... Really it's an worst service by the vasanth and co washermenpet... I don't want this machine just take it back and refund the money...                 I have booked daiken ac 1 ton inverter type in shollinganallur branch by 6/3/19. They assured me to deliver it by next day itself. Based on that i following them from morning onwards and getting reply it will reach by today. Even am asking after 8pm. They telling the same since material is taken from tambaram branch. I have called the tambaram branch also but no respond. Now the sollinganalur branch person telling it will take time and can deliver minimum by saturday. I am totally irritate by this type of response. I am planning to cancel the order. I have paid the full amount.

                  Yesterday i have purchased the new washing machine cover from vasanth & co and during purchase i asked the executive to give suitable for my machine and he agreed and gave one cover but when i check at my home for machine which is not fitted properly, not even it covered the top load so i rushed the shop today t. Nagar branch where i bought the machine and cover but the executives are simply ignoring like anything.. I can't do exchange or anything please go out.. Which is frustrated

                      Sir i buy a 43 inch led tv in ur north usman road showroom. And they give jio dondle free with one month subscription. The promoter told me clerarly. Am went jio showroom to activate the my dongle. They said offer has been closed... U ask where u buy this product... Today am visiting ur showroom promotor told its lg problems not our problem go and ask lg. Or file a case against lg... I think they cheat me clearlyyyyyy.

                        Hi i went to vasanth and co, sholinganalllur, today January 27th to buy a refrigrator the sales person who is showing refrigrators shown the models which are all available in that we have booked a refrigrator which they said it is in the godown we have waited for the refrigrator for 1 and half hrs no body responded properly and the sales person didnt picked anyones call finally they said the product is not in stock and By mistake it is showing that the product is available, give us two days time will deliver it.

                        i was fedup with their behaviour and no one else properly taken responsible for this issue

                        finally i have requested them not to do the same mistake again to anyone since i have wasted a lot of time

                        i have did payment and aggreed to deliver the product within 1 day

                        please help me to get the order soon

                          Sir i bought a 32r202f model led tv from vasanth and co dealer thanjavur.in a display tv (Same model) there was a sticker mentioning that there is a gift offer (32gb pen drive) with purchase and sales personnal said yes but they denied to give us the gift after i paid for the tv.                               The tv which we purchased from vasanth & co - philips brand has stopped working continuously. The 1st time, when issue occurred people from service team came and asked us money to replace the entire row of led light which had created the issue. But when we told them the tv is under warranty, they left without fixing it properly. We faced exactly the same issue by another week on october 7th 2018. On calling up service team, they didn't attend the call. We tried reaching vasanth & co and they replied that they have closed philips tv dealership.
                              Such an irresponsible attitude. We spent 60000rs for this 50inch tv and we are just seeing the blank screen.
                              Please don't buy any product from vasanth & co, lesson learnt!
                              Its just 1 km from my home and they didnt even bother to check the issue with us for the past 4 months.

                              Dear Sir, We are very sorry for the bad experience you had with Philips. We at Vasanth and Co never leaves our customers just like that. Since Its our responsibility to provide clarity to your concern above, we would like to inform you that Vasanth and never cancelled the dealership of Philips, but Philips company they themselves have shutdown their operations through out India. Simply stopping the purchase from Vasanth and co alone cannot help any Philips customers since this is common with all dealers across India. Still, as we told above, we never leave our customer just like as the way manufacturer did. Kindly share us with scan copy of all relevant documents like 1.Purchase bill copy, 2.Product warranty copy (Both the sides filled and sealed). 3.If any document provide by Philips during their service visit, 4. Complaint call no registered (if any), to our official mail ID "[protected]@vasanthandco.co". referring this message. We are here to assist our customers all times.
                              I have purchased 7 items yesterday (20th January 2019. They said it will be delivered today (21st Jan 2019) it's been 10:10 p.m. now and my products are not yet delivered. My whole day is a waste waiting for this.
                              I am not at all happy with your service. I have lots of money on my purchase. Is this how you treat a customer? Very worse.
                              Please dont choose Vasanth and Co Sholinganallur branch. WORST customer service.Defective products and fake promises.
                              Only fake advertisements they are worth of.

                                "butterfly gas stove gt signature 28 red cost 6k inr. Till now the delivery was not happened and when we ask for the delivery they says it is out of stock. When it is out of stock? You should know when it will be available." response received from your branch butterfly stock department itself doesn't know when it will be available.                                 thanks for your update. Also inform your Branch team members to be pro-active. Till they deliver the consignments to us. Once billing done they are upsconding to meet other customer. Never bothered about the delivery of the consignment till it reach us.

                                It is an value add measures. Don't make it has compliant.

                                  We bought new onida t. V in vasanthan co in t. Nagar branch near viveks... It took 2 days for them to deliver amazon fire stick... (Which was delivered after many calls)... After one week our t. V display got damaged... We called them... They said we will call you in 2mins... But no response... Very frustrated.. We will change the shop next time.. No proper service... Totally upset...

                                    I bought grainder, mixi, gas stove in vasanth and co (Cheaters) actualy i was in idea to buy ultra grainder but one # guy came and market with u sir hello good evening have some videm product # sir, so we replied oh yes! Is that worth it yeah its # worth it comparing to ultra grainder sir so we bought three products in vasnth & co (After one day we noticed grinder product is damaged with dust and some parts missing and after one week i went to vansanth & co and i asked for replacement (Their reply sir sorry we cant replace we can repair it and their itsself telling sorry sir we forget to inform you that one part is damaged) what the hell man mairuuuuuuuu mari reply panra product sale panale thaeriyalaiyadd venna *i need my money back orals i need new piece grainder in videam product

                                      Dear sir
                                      I have bought a side by side fridge on 5.11.2018 by paying sum of rupees 64, 500 through HDFC credit card. I booked this fridge from velecherry branch. chennai. Before my payment they promised to deliver within two days but after my payment they told that it will be delivered within one week.The purpose of buying this fridge is to store medicine (My mother is a heart patient). So i requested your showroom incharge to deliver as early as possible.

                                      After one week there was no response from your end. so i called them and enquire about the reason for delay. Once again your showroom incharge asked for another 25 days time for delivery (within 3rd week of december 2018).

                                      But still today the fridge was not delivered.
                                      I have completed my second month EMI.
                                      i have called several time to the velecherry branch but there was no response.
                                      Whenever i call, they will tell within 5 minutes it will be sorted out.
                                      Till today i am unable to get my fridge to which i have made 100% payment

                                      I request you to sort out my issue as early as possible

                                        I receive the wrong product and also i am complaining about your customers service. Because your customer service is very bad in nature. They won't response the query asked by customers and they won't have the patients also.
                                        I order a different refrigerator but received another one. So worst.
                                        I feel bad about vasanth and co. And i will not go again
