I bought haier washing machine on 2 nov 18, trichy branch. Machine delivered on same day. But machine installation from haier company technician until today 10 nov 18 never come my home. We bought the machine just for praying purpose??? If haier can’t provide technicians then why you’re keep haier brand in your showrooms??? Vasanth & co will take responsibility behalf haier to salve the technician issue asap, if not we return the machine to your showroom outside the door. Thanks

We purchased onida inverter ac 1 ton (Inv12onx) from pollachi branch on 23.04.18for diet thitumoorthinagar. Since its a government organisation, we have contact the branch so many times for ac repair. But there is no response from your side. So please take the necessary action.

Stupid workers a week ago invoice date[protected] i billed washing machine and refrigerator till not received the products i attached the invoice below... I visited two three times showroom nusman road they answering stupidly. Wen it i'll come or otherwise cancelled this invoice and products. We purchase some other showroms. Customer care tellcallers totally worst

Hi i went to vasanth and co today nov 8 to buy a refrigrator the sales person who is showing refrigrators shown the models which are all available in that we have booked a refrigrator which they said it is in the godown we have waited foe the refrigrator for 1 and half hrs no body responded properly and the sales person didnt picked anyones call finnally they said the product is not in stock and By mistake it is showing that the product is available, give us two days time will deliver it.

i was fedup with their behaviour and no one else properly taken responsible for this issue

finally i have requested them not to do the same mistake again to anyone since i have wasted a lot of time

i have did payment and aggreed to deliver the product after two days

please help me to get the order soon

Today, 5th Nov 2018, around 11.15 am I had visited Vasanth and co, North Usman Road, T Nagar, Chennai 17. I enquired the Samsung guy regarding 28 or 29 inch LED TV. He confirned, the non availability of such product with Samsung. Then I asked him about PANASONIC. He directed me to another guy informing him about my enquiry on PANASONIC. The new guy took me to a LED TV set and said this is 28 inch, best selling model with one pen drive provision and 2 HDMI. No more product details. Just in few seconds he pulled me to another place and said it cost Rs 17500, The best offer will be at Rs16800/-. When I enquired about guarantee, delivery, installation etc. He was very fast to answer at the same very keen to swipe my card before even billing was done. Very quickly he swiped my card and then reported for billing. While they were billing, another person approached saying there was offer for DTH connection, on purchase of LG TV. I said I was buying PANASONIC, but the person billing said the bill was for LG only. When I asked the sales guy he claims that he had shown me only LG TV. But not once he uttered the name LG. Also not once I said LG. He then said LG IS VERY GOOD, AND HE SHOWED ME LG TV ONLY. But I wanted to by PANASONIC only, after raising voice at him, he said PANASONIC 28 inches will be provided. Since card has already been swiped, he said the price are the same and I had no choice but to go by his words. Further he gave me his mobile no as [protected], which was later found to be switched off all the time. Later I found the same model at adjacent CROMA, for Rs 14450/- only. As my card was already swiped I had to pay more. Kindly refund the excess amount charged. My Invoice no [protected], Harihar, Mob [protected].

I have order Haier Refrigerator & water heater from Vasanth & co on 28th Oct 2018 in trade center exhibition. before ordering they have committed to delivery the products by 29 oct 2018 in evening. But till date there is no responses from them after several phone calls (I had call to customer care more than 500 times last 7 days).

Worst Dealer in India... No commitment & cheating common man money...

I had purchased a ifb washing machine and an purit ro uv water purifier from vasanth co exhibition held at chennai trade centre on 28th october 2018. I was promised delivery and installation within 3 days.

It has been a week and the ifb washing machine has not been delivered as yet. The ro water purifier is delivered but no technician came for installation.
Numerous phone calls were made to head office who have always promised to look into the matter but no response so far

I purchased refrigerator double door samsung from vasanth and co t nagar branch.. I was promised a mobile as gift for the refrigerator.. But the salesman said stock is not available.. He will inform me or courier d gift to my address till today i didn't get...
2 years ago purchased water heater from vasanth n co kolathur branch.. I was assured hair dryer as free gift for it... Same stock issue till today i didn't get... A reputed concern shd not send out false promises to improve sales

We have purchased fridge in 2012 and warranty is for 5 years, and soon after warranty now fridge is not working properly and we have called service centre also, they are telling to spend 6k more.. If this is the solution why should we buy 3door fridge which is costlier and not worked properly even for 10 years.. Need correct explanation asap. We have not received correct answer while calling customer care

I had purchased 49 inches 4k lg tv from Vasanth and co on 24/06/18 in washermenpet showroom. I have made the payment through my hdfc credit card, While purchasing the tv, they clearly mentioned that I’ll get the cash back of ₹ 2500/- within 90 days of purchase. But as of now I haven’t received any cashback from hdfc bank. In that payment slip also it was clearly printed that I’ll get the cash Back of ₹2500/-, but still i ain’t received the amount. So I request your kind self to intervene the issue and credit the cash back as promised.

Bought a whirlpool refrigerator from vasanth&co padi branch, paying full cash upfront. The refrigerator got delivered on the same day - however the packing box was already opened, extremely dusty inside the refrigerator, had morsels of rice in it, had oil/ grease on the doors. Called up vasanth&co and complained, though they insisted that they were delivering a new product, finally agreed that it was a demo. The salesperson dominique simon was very nonchalant about it and said that they sell display/demo piece for all customers. I tried calling the customer care number and talking to the manager, but in vain. Their complaint process is defective/ nonexistent. It has been nearly a week since i paid for my refrigerator and it’s yet to be delivered. How can dealerships sell products to customers without disclosing its a demo product?

I bought sony 4k from cumbum branch. They fixed the tv alone. There is no support, how to install, use,. Now it cannot used properly because they didn't give any instruction. Whenever i enter the shop for these problems, they give the phone no for assistance. No use of that no. Please consider my issue rectify it.
Problem in my tv (Application insulation. Usp not recognized)

I bought whirlpool dc FRI 305 IMFR PRM5s refrigerator on 14/05/18 Tirunelveli branch a very next day there is a problem in freezer continues melting and automatic defrost .My refrigerator full of water.i complaint very next day but no response from service center and from vasanth&co also they have cheated and give me a manufacturer fault refrigerator so please take action thank you

Regular customer in ur showroom, here kumbakonam branch very worst behaviors of some persons... Because, here happened only sales samsung lg... Actually one promoter attend me that person properly show to me all brand... Suddenly interrupt... Lg samsung promoters... Fight to that person.. And bad words to said in show room... Those promoter.

I came to buy one brand in show room but those two promoters told me other all brands not show to me and give a advice other all brand waste... Give me a quotation high rate all other brand... I simply say... Please change that two persons... Otherwise totally damaged name of vasanth co... Kumbakonam branch... Already my friend told me... Vasanth co rate high and only sale samsung r lg otherwise... To referred outside... I say simply this is for lg and samsung @co in kumbakonam branch

Just take action to this complaint... If not trust me...

My best suggestion terminate that samsung lg promoter persons... It's for ur branch growth... Otherwise... Not happened anything

I bought a new smart led tv. They said 63 thousand with 2.1 speaker offer & then they said u r a lucky cust. U having a short period of offer time. Then they changed the words totally 67 thousand tv rate no offers. Then finally with speaker 67 thousand. So plz people's don't buy a product in vasanth & co. Fake offers & all r frauds including managers also.

We purchased lg washing machine and stand on 21/09/2018 bill no. [protected] in vasath and co. Cross cut road, coimbatore. While running washing machine the stand is moving and vibrating conintously. Lg demo engineer said stand is not suitable for this machine.
Still i am not able to run my washing machine due to this stand problem. I followed your cross cut road branch. But no result. Please do the needful at the earliest.

I was informed product will be delivered in 3 days time. However product was delivered after 12 days with daily follow up. Mutilple reasons given every day instead of telling the real delivery date. Called more than 15 times. Installation also delayed and false promises given.

During installation it is found faulty ac is given. No gas itself on ac.

Following up with vasant and co for another 8 days and still product not delivered. Every day giving reasons and delivery still pending. 3 days back informed product reached guinea. However still not delivered at oragadam and vasant co incharge giving false promises and reasons.

Worst service from vasant and co, specially from mr. Kamal from west tambaram branch.

Decided to buy based on my advice from parents as tuticorin division was good.

Please don’t buy any product from vasant and co.

I purchased a LG washing machine from your Royapuram branch and the total bill came to Rs. 11, 000/- vide your bill No..[protected] dated 13/9/2018. the bill included Rs. 127/- fro a small glass container. i asked the billing person that if i remember right there was an advertisement in Dinamalar that there is an offer of a Butterfly Pressure cooker on purchase of all models of washing machines. he however told me that it was only for front loading washing machine and not for the model i had purchased. i came home and verified with the advertisement and it was clearly put that the offer was for all models.

My only request is please do not make false advertisements. You are a leading company but to make false advertisements is not proper. I did not buy the washing machine for the free cooker but there must be honesty.

I will be personally happy if the cooker is gifted to some poor family and informed to me. i take it that the issue is closed.

I purchased a fridge worth of Rs. 35, 700/- from Vasanth & Co located in 100' road, Coimbatore, on 3.6.2018 and the payment was made through SBI Debit Card. The vendor swiped twice despite my resistance that led to the duplicate deduction. I lodged a complaint to both Vasanth & Co and SBI. After 2 months of wait, SBI declared that both the transactions were successful and advised Vasanth & Co to refund. In turn, the Vasanth & Co says they had refunded to HDFC on 23.7.2018. Still I am being shuttled pillar to post to settle the issue and no resolution. Even after three months of wait and Vasanth & Co fully agreed that they did duplicate deduction, Rs. 35, 700 is yet to be refunded. It is truly torture to shop in your store. I am deeply disappointed with your service. PLEASE SOMEONE CALL ME TO SETTLE or face the dare consequences

Ac is not working now. And i would feel that it is very rare to not wotking within 8months. I would like to opt for the warranty.
