Dear sir

I have purchased usha air cooler (Atomaria personal cp 93) model for rs.3800/- at kumbakonam branch vasanth & co on 04.04.2018. I have no idea about the function of air cooler. So i didn’t ask any specific company and model. Marketing executive person describe to purchase above model product without demo. I hope the executive words and i have purchased above product. But now i have not satisfied above product and i asked to change the high capacity product at the same branch, but they have not accept my request. I am willing to purchase high amount air cooler any amount any company that should be full satisfied. So i kindly request you to support to change the product as early as possible. I hope vasanth & co always customer friendly dealer.

Dear Sir,
While we acknowledge receipt of your complaint, we would like to assure you that the brand "USHA" is the most renowned and time tested brand in fans and air coolers. Please rest assured that you have not made a bad purchase. If you had only evaluated the performances of in different capacity air coolers may be you would have selected the air cooler of higher capacity which perhaps you did not do at the time of purchase. We regret our inability to take back the goods once sold.
Its been 15 days since i have ordered a microwave oven and no delivery yet.
When i try o call them, they dont pick or either pick and cut the call.
tried calling branch and as well as customer care number.
Worst service. I had a strong beleif on Vasanth & Co.
Now it is all shattered by their response. I will spread my word as far as possible.

    I have bought ninja 27 air cooler from ur branch in pollachi.. There was no proper explanation or detail given to me about the product. Instead of that they gave me an false statements about the product. And there was no proper demo shown to me. They just showed me where to pour water. On and off.. They didn't tell me how long does the effect stays. When i reached my home and used for one hour i was totally disappointed.. So i called them for an enquiry and an employee there who told his name was prabhakaran spoken very rudely and insulted me and my sister.. I strongly need an action against this bad customer service o[censored]r pollachi branch and i need to know what action will be taken against them.

      I bought samsung washing machine in vasanth & co ullagaram in chennai. They offered me washing machine stand and cover when delivered washing machine cover was missing...in the receipt they mentioned only stand (Which i didn't notice)... When i asked the branch sales person they informed that no cover because receipt says no cover... Before purchasing they told me that with washing machine you will get stand, cover, free delivery.. But frustrated waiting to get delivery of washing machine.. And also i clearly told them done send me showcase machine.. But they sent that machine only. My experience is very poor... Specially don't buy in ullagaram
      Chennai and don't pay full money. Once sold, they don't care about customer, the sales person was highly irritating. Very very worst responcei will prepare my friends can go for alternative dealers.

        I purchased an carrier split ac from vasanth and co, after a week usage I found that cooling from ac s v bad, finally I found that they have wrongly installed indoor unit, I raised complaint, service person came, n said they will replace the indoor alone, since both indoor n outdoor r different models and watts, my outdoor would of damaged, so I requested to change both, but both carrier and vasanth and co person refused and they treat very bad and with so much attitude, so either replace both units or refund my money, my contact no: [protected]/[protected]

          I bought goderaj refrigerator last year in velachery vasanth and co, now we have facing in that some problem. Last saturday (14.04.18). I went to velachery branch and informed in billing counter. They have promised, we will arrange technician on 16.04.18 but there is no response from velachery.
          Pls note: today i took leave in my office because of this issue only please try to arrange technician today itself. Kindly do a needful.

          We booked the TV, refrigerator, Air conditioner and a chimney so long ago but they didn't send any products yet, the t-nagar branch is so worst delivery the products, even I met with the same bad incident before..kindly solve the problem soon. Thank you!!
          Products are good but the worst delevery agents and service man's...[censored]s no response from any one /need a hell for them for fix a furniture to my home but all of them switched off their mobile or did not my call ..what the hell service maintainanve happening there..

            I have purchased haier fridge on 31st march. But till now not delivered. I have went directly to shop they cheated like will delivered by today. But next day also not delivered and no proper response from that person. Very bad customer service. I never buy from vasanth&co if if product not delivered by another 1day i will return the product. I never see such a worst customer service in any other dealers.

              I purchased an ac and fridge of lg at coimbatore gandhipuram branch on 14 april 2018 at 2pm they told they deliver on same day 2 days has gone still i have not received it i called the branch they are telling they has loaded driver will call u past two days they saying this story called manager of gandhipuram branch they also not responding worst purchasing experience from vasanth and go they change their behavior once they get money from us this is the delivery no [protected] they are keep on saying lie that auto has started past 2 days...                 Yesterday we goin to vasanth and co for purchasing fridge and washing machine i bought that items after that branch manager treat us very angry and ask to us extra charge for free delivery but my house placed just 6 km nearby that branch then why they ask extra cost and they push out us from the branch and treat us like a begger really we distrubbed by vasanth and co is very bad customer service branch

                  Booked a ifb top load w/machine at expo. Mob no.[protected]. Not recd any gifts, gift vouchers as mentioned int he bill. Asked them to take back old machine. Not taken. Not attending any calls made to mylapore no.[protected]. Delivery driver asking extra money??
                  We have booked a ifb top load washing machine in the exhibition at trade centre chennai.

                  We clearly instructed that we have a old machine and that has to be taken back. The staff told that the condition of machine will be evaluated at taken back at the time of delivery of new machine.

                  While we receive the call for delivery of new machine, we told that the old machine need tobe taken back. But the person said that the old machine will not be taken and contact mylapore shop.

                  We tried the mobile number :[protected] atleast 50 times. Either the fellow will not pickup or engaged. Atlast one time he picked up and said to sell by ourselves!!!

                  Further, the delivery time, we paid rs.300/- as charge. The driver asks more money for his service??? He insists atleast rs.100/-. What is this???

                  We have not received any gift, voucehrs, anything as displayed in advertisements or in the bill. Why should we be given false promise???

                  We have been promised by the vasant & co while booking very impressing words about delivery, demo, oldmachine buyback……. But in practical we get only humiliation and decided not to think about vasant and co in our lifetime.

                    I am one of your customer i am writing this grievances with heavy hearted... I am your regular customer for past 10year you can check in with my mobile numbers [protected] in your data base how many products i have purchased with lg.
                    Recently i have purchased a lg led smart tv 49lj554t at t nagar vasanth & co on 9th mar 2018 with an amount of 57k around. Since i believe your brand name of vasanth & co and i have also recommended to my family friend to purchase products in vasnath & co.
                    Now my issue is lg smart tv which i purchased on mar 9th is not working. Last two days back i have identified that is on 6th april 18, some thine line in the right side of the television. I think it’s a broadcasting mistake from air tell dish. Then 2nd day the line automatically expanding to 4 to 6 lines. Now it’s half of the tv effected. Then i have raised a complaint in customer care 7th april around 17.35 pm with in 2 hour one of your service executive visited the my residence then he checked the television and he blamed us like you have broken the tv. It is not lg system faults. Please think we are mad to break our own television worth of 60k. And the service executive said us to visit vadapalani office regarding the complaint and he asked us to visit his manager mr venkatesh but no use.
                    At the time of purchase your sales executive committed like you have 1year warranty for display alone, now your service executive simply saying like you have to pay around 60k to replace the same.
                    It’s my hard earned money kindly help your prompt customer to rectify the issue as soon as possible.
                    Within 29day lg product is not working.

                    Still i am believing brand name of lg. You will not cheat your consumer based on the service executive guidance i have visited lg corporate office which is located in vadapalani and we try to meet mr venkatesh but the officer left the office for the day. (Time visited 7th april 5.30pm evening). And i have met receptionist who is available in front office i have explained the grievances in detailed. She said i am not able to take your request / complaint now, she i can able to organized a call with manager, then again i have explained the issue in detailed to the manager mr venkatesh he said i will enquire with area service executive and will back to you tmro that is 10th april 18.. But he didn’t turned back. Then i called him around 1pm on 10th april 18. She said the same thing i will enquire about the issue with area service executive and call you back. No response received as of now.
                    They are asking to escalate to vasanth & co to raise the complaint on behalf of consumer. Expecting your valuable revert on this issue.

                      I purchase one sony led tv on october 02, 2017 @ chennai trade centre, nandambakkam. Your salesman and biller has told me a cashback of 5% has been credited to my credit card after 60 to 90 days. But the cashback didn't refund into my credit card account. I contact the customer care executives, they told we will resolve it by two or three days. But there is no response. I request you to refund my cashback 5% into my credit card account. My hdfc credit card number is [protected]. The purchased sony tv amount is rs.88, 000/-. Pls lookinto this and solve the problem at the earliest.

                        The mrp told by the shop is more than the mrp mentioned in the box delivered. When approached the shop i received no proper reply. After purchase they don't give respect and no proper response. I feel hurt. After giving our money i feel ashamed by their behaviour. We can't refer your shop to others. You should give proper attention to the customers even after the sale. Otherwise the image of your shop will be bad in future. We will pass on this bad treatment received from your people to others which will make them to go to other shops even if there is an increase in price. More than the margin people give value to their self-esteem. I will never turn to your shop in my life. Very good lesson i learnt. This experience is disturbing me a lot mentally. You should know to value people

                          My self karthikeyan. I have purchased onida washing machine on 2nd april @ trade center. Still now i did't get delivery of my product and no one is takeing care of that. I don't know wat to do with is service. Seriously i am very much feed up with this and service and mind torcher because. I am following up from day 1 with vasanth and co land line customer care.                             I have purchased a videocon ddb 50" tv at home expo held in october 2016 (Porur branch sales team) at chennai trade centre & got delivery at theni on oct 29 2016. When a person from videocon came to fix tv it was not worked and subsequently he took that tv back and gave me new tv.

                            Now am facing issue with that tv and service engineer from videocon need bill which i had missed somewhere.

                            Have approached your theni branch and gave request letter on 31st march 2018 & so far no reply from them.

                            Am keep on following them on same but no proper response from them for my phone calls / mails.

                            Please arrange to provide duplicate bill copy.

                              I have purchased a v-guard geyser 25-l in vasanthan co at gudiyattam branch on 01 apr 2018. They told me installation will be done on 02 apr 2018 morning, but no one come.
                              However, i was called so may times, each time call attend by different people and no one give proper answer. Worst customer service. The management need to let them (Workers) know how to respond the customer calls. Still installation is not done

                                I have purchased new hitachi inverter ac from chennai ullagram vasanth and co showroom. But, there is one accessory missed in indore unit of my ac and also it's creating lot of issues. But it installed just three days back only. My new ac is creating lots of issues from day of installation (27/03/2018) to till today. I called vasanth&co customer care and raised complaint but i didn't get any response till now. Could you please help me on this.

                                I order carrier Ac on 01/04/2018 .and i paid ready case. While order they said tomorrow will delivered. But until now not yet. Even i called Custer care twice per day every time they said today will deliver. Customer care people don't know how to behave to the customers. If they behave like this vasanth & co name will damaged in the market.

                                  I have purchased a lg air conditioner 1.5 ton in vasanth and co north usman road branch on 10.03.2018 bill no 0771890 and till now (22.03.2018) the product has not been delivered to me. Daily iam calling the incharge person from 14.03.2018 the incharge person is saying that the ac will be delivered today... Today... And till now 22.03.2018 ac has not been delivered.

                                    Sir/madam,
                                    Today from sri velan enterprises i got call regarding fixing of a/c they informed me all things and all charges. Staff named d. Ambeth kumar while fixing a/c informed whether if iam buying 3core wire they are not gaurantee for the a/c if and then i bought wire which he ask he will not fix as he wants letter from me. Secondly he asked me whether to fix new outstand i told already the old stand is there fix in that for that also they charged me 250 rupees iam so upset they cheated by charging. When i called the staff of sri velan enterprises in the number [protected] they also talking rudely and asked me to pay with out informing the charges.

                                    Hope this was first time i visited vasanth and co and bought a/c that also recommended by my friend, if your fixing enterprises are behaving like this hope in future your bussiness will be affected.
                                    If my problem is not solved, in future me and my friend will jump to some other dealers for future purchases.

                                    How do you ensure that these kind appliances are done with proper installations?

                                      We have shown panasonic washing machine in the show room which was kept for demo for long time, which was not told to us. They have charged us for the same. We paid the same. When they delivered the items ordered, we got shocked that they sent the item which we told them not to send it. When i make complaint about it, they simply saying that we used to sell like that only. I have been keeping asking them to change the product but they laugh at us like fool.

                                        In the maveeran kittu contest, myself and my children won the contest and we have been informed by mr. Arif through the mobile number [protected] about our winning the contest and asked us to come with id proof and address proof copy to collect the gift on sunday the 4th feb 2018 between 11 and 1 pm. Based on that myself and my children came to your office at saidapet on the said date and time to collect the gift. After getting our signatures in the register maintained by them mr. Arif went inside the office and came with only one gift and handed it over to me. He refused to give the gifts to my 2 children after returning the id and address proof copies stating that only one gift will be given to one family.in the contest notification, no such information was given and mr. Arif only sent us the message and asked us to collect the gift. After prolonged argument, he asked me to call him after a week, at that time he will discuss with his higher officials and give the gifts if they permit. After that i have called him thrice and he said that they have denied the gift to your children being the same family.
                                        For no fault of mine or my family the gift was denied to us by your staff after getting the sign of my 2 children in the register. Is this the way to treat your loyal customers who watched the movie based on the contest announced wherein no such statement of one gift per was mentioned. Hence i request shri. H. Vasatha kumar sir, to kindly look in to the matter and ask your staff to give the gifts won by my 2 children at the earliest and oblige. Expecting your favorable reply and call to collect the gift,
