Hi,

I have ordered mattress and pillow on 18th of this august and i have not yet received it from vasanth and co tnagar branch. They are giving reasons such as out of stock. If it is out of stock why they are selling it. I had also ordered a bed alone with it which when it is delivered it is full of scratches.. Worst service by them.

If they are not ready to deliver i am cancelling this order.

    I purchased a godrej fridge from vasanth and co pattukkottai branch with one year warranty. After around 8 months fridge didn't work & it failed before the expiry of warranty period.
    Even after continuous & rigorous follow ups with vasanth & co and godrej branch manager for about 2 months, the fridge is not replaced. I am suffering by there poor service. The managers are giving one or the other false promises daily when i call them. I am frustrated with them. I strongly recommend everyone not to purchase any household electronic items both from vasanth & co pattukkottai branch & godrej company.

      I bought a refrigerator worth of Rs. 35, 700 from Vasanth & Co located on 100' road in Coimbatore using my SBI debit card on 3.6.2018. The vendor swiped twice for a single purchase. An amount of Rs. 35, 700 was deducted for a single purchase. Despite I was arguing that it was duplicate deduction, they said SBI will revert back. After 2.5 months of repeated calls to SBI, they resolved that both the transactions were successful. The SBI suggested to contact Vasanth & Co and they took a week to resolve that the amount deducted is with them and will be refunded in 2 days (12.8.2018)..Even after 10 days, Rs. 35, 700 yet to be refunded...I am deeply disappointed with Vasanth & Co

      I am truly upset with the services of Vasanth & Co. When the entire country is in the process of on-line transaction, cant you detect the mistake and refund Rs. 35, 700 to the customer at the earliest. It happened on 3.6.2018 and still the matter is not resolved. Someone can talk to me...
      I am bringing one no LG 32 inch LED TV and stabilizer the total cost of my item is very Guge for marketing rate this is unexpected

      Your shop doesn't give any gift vouchers in this particular purchased materials...

      Recently bought a LG washing machine from Velachery, shop.i purchased the stand and cover with the washing machine.cover is small and stand is not stable.machine moving due to instability of stand.bAfter installing machine seeing stand is not stable enough. We need support to fix the same by today.

        I purchased a refrigerator on 3.6.2018 at 6:00 pm in vasanth & co located at the 100' road in coimbatore. For the single purchase, the vendor swiped my sbi debit card twice that lead to the duplicate deduction of rs. 35, 700. I was suggested to make complaint to sbi and it took 67 days to resolve that both transactions were successful and i was asked to meet vasanth & co. They confirmed that the duplicate deduction is confirmed and chennai office will send a cheque which is pending for more than a week..

        Now the country is primarily depending on on-line transaction and under such scenarios can you resolve and refund rs. 35, 700 at the earliest.

          I have bought samsung lcd tv 24inches on august 2018 in trichy theppakulam branch...
          Lcd tv wallmount stand nt gave we asked him but now he told extra rs.450..
          Amount not a matter but faith??
          Before purchasing he telling all details in positive after purchasing marketing person totally changed...
          Very worst service... My suggestion don't go vasanth&co this is fraud

            I have bought a refrigerator on july 1, 2018 from vasanthan and co, madurai. Unfortunately from the day one it is troubbling me with overcooling and water sweating. Even on minimum its full of ice. We are not even able to open the door of freeger because of over ice. All the vegetables have been rotten and foul smell is there inside.

            After my complaint one person came and checked it but no result is there. Still the same problem is there.

            I request you to replace this defected piece as early as possible so that we can use it properly. This is very first time i have purchased panasonic refrigerator but very much disappointed after having this kind of experience. L  hope company will take the action soon.

              Dear team,
              ., they said billing in same floor only but is not working and they said go to first floor and swipe the card. This s not proper response answer, it is a wireless machine, so attend the customers properly and sell the product.

              You we have purchased the water heater geyser & woven, but your staffs are not responding the customer questions and not proper explanation about the products. Then billing issues are also there for swiping card and cash etcr staffs no one is on counter all are in flloor steps and talking in mobile.

                  gst wrongly charged 28% instead of 18%

                  I had purchased sound bar on 23rd july with rs.19500/-, but gst charged me 28% instead of 18%, so i asked them to refund for excess paid, but they couldn't refunded and they are saying they will adjust the amount by reprint (Changing the product value and gst equal to rs.19500/-), but i didn't agreed, because tax only changed to product value for which they are not accepted and also the product have not delivered to me....

                  We brought samsung washing machine yesterday in vasanth and co tirunelveli..they billed for stand and cover which costs 1300rs...but while reading the manual booklet it is mentioned not to use the stand..we called vasanth &co tirunelveli they did'nt give proper response..the wont get back the stand and cover...we felt this is a kind of cheating...we want to return the item and get back the money as soon as possible

                    I am Pradeep Meganathan from Selaiyur, Chennai - 73. We would like to inform you that we had purcahsed Videocon 1.5Ton split AC in Vasanth & Co, West tambaram, Chennai dated[protected], Invoice No : [protected].

                    Based on the assurance which you people given as 5years warranty on this product, we had purcased this AC. But for your kind information the AC started to give problem within 3months period.

                    We also gave a complaint stating service before 40days (Comp No : CHE[protected]) and you people alloted a Service centre Priya Enterprise (Branch Manager - Neelakandan) who gives false information regarding the service and having a worst customer service.First the service guy said room sensor is the problem and it should be changed. We waited for more than 30days for the room sensor parts from the company. At the time of installing the service guy is telling that room sensor is good, BCP board should be changed along with fan motor. Totally 2 times the service guy came without any part and no physical inspection was done by them.

                    It took 30 days to find out this issue. Totally disatisfied with their way of service. Most irritating part is they blocked our contact for continous calls.(P.S - serious action should be taken).

                    We patiently waited for the parts and repeatedly following the Priya Enterprises for the parts. After getting all the details, We had contacted the sales head Mr. Balan (Mob no : [protected]) and he said your parts have been couriered and the issue will be sorted out within 2 days. But after 5 days the service guy is coming for service without any parts and still the issue is not sorted out.

                    It has been more than two months without AC. We purchased AC to use it on Summer but for us there is no point o[censored]sing the product.

                    We need a solution by replacing a new AC within a week from your firm. Orelse I will handle this issue through Consumer court and you people have to face the consequences. I will surrender all the guarantee cards, Bills and Service invoice to complaint a file.

                    Please take this issue at a serious note. Do the needful at the earliest.

                    Note: I am sorry to say that Videocon (Corporate and Sevice centre), you are giving utter worst customer support and service. By seeing this issue the products and service of Videocon is fully waste and unworthy. I will suggest everyone not to purchase anything from Videocon and Vasanth & Co.

                      This is not a complaint it's my request from my side.Marmadaesam was telecasted in vasanth TV. I am requesting to retelecast that series again as it is a milestone of series and moreover those type of serials are not coming nowadays so i can surely say that it will raise your TRP rating please retelecast it again.I want to see the powerful and dynamic acting of Chethan (Rajendhran) and tear generating acting of Lokesh Rajendran(Chinna raasu) and morethan that the videos of iyanthiraparavai and swarnaregai episodes are not available in youtube. Retelecast at 9.00 pm so that many will be reaching home at that time and this series at that time will increase your trp as there is no horror serials at that time.

                          I bought a tatasky dth from vasanth and co sivakasi branch on 21/03/2018. My dish stopped working from 09/05/2018. I registered a complaint with the branch i bought the product from as well as i filed a service complaint with tatasky customer care also. There is no response from both. I enquired vasanth and co sivakasi branch about the complaint i registered with. They said that it is not our responsibility or concern, we cannot do anything with that, you have to ask the tatasky customer care only, they gave a contact number of some other person and asked me contact the person. When i contacted the person he gave another contact number. The process went on. Till now my dish is not working. What i have to do with this now? Any solution? If a dealer cannot provide service for a product then why should they sell that product?

                            Dear sir, i was purchased faber chimney from your authorized dealer on 29/.01/2016. Model:feel plus bktcltw60, ltwchn16293497, serial number: g[protected]. At that time purchasing your dealer as well as sales executives don't know how to explain the about your product and they just telling few things which is not important and at same time they don't know to say which is important. The sales executives on the day of selling your product they told this faber chimney having life time warranty as a customer i was believed your words. After i was purchase the chimney its works only 2 years. Within a warranty period it creating many problems that is the chimney not sucking the smokes properly lights not working some time its working so that i make complaint through customer service and thy registered my complaint number is[protected]. As per my complaint your technician people they checked it and they told choke is not working that is reason for light not functioning. So kindly i request you to replace the choke which is not comes not under 1 year warranty and its comes under lifetime warranty. So please take immediate steps to rectify my complaint otherwise i will approach proper forum my mental agony.

                              I have purchased a onida led 43FB1 tv on 04.06.2018 at vasanth & co sathyamangalam they said that the service engineer arrange to install within 36 hrs. Since yesterday i was contacting the vasanth & co manager and i am not getting any proper response from him about installing and mounting the TV. He keep on repeating the that the service engineer will contact you either today evening or tomorrow morning..And this is 2nd day he is informing the same story..Nobody contacted me till now. Your company is the best company but in the service centre people are irresponsible. Please take necessary action to mount tv.

                              So if this is your way of treating the customer then i am damn sure it wont be in my list to purchase the products forever.

                              Today evening around 4 o clock the person finally called me and said that he will reach me in 1 - 2 hours. And asked for the route to reach to my address. after explaining everything still they are saying that they will reach in 30 minutes. ( It wont even take more than 30 minutes to reach my home from the place where i bought the TV) and i made more than 30 calls today since morning and literally pissed out...after 7 o clock the person called me again and said that i cant come now..can i come tomorrow??@vasanth & co is this the way you people treat your customer? the worst customer service ever..really disappointed by your service..

                              If you ask me to rate your service( 0 to 5), then my rating will be -10 (not even 0)

We have intimated to Bajaj Finserv. representatives at Vasanth & Co, Trichy and send mail to Bajaj Finserv., Bajajj Allianz. No response.

                                Manufacturer's warranty 3 years & Bajaj Allianz extended warranty 2 years.

                                  One of the worst customer oriented services. Purchased a lg fridge which hasn’t delivered in time and the product delivered has malfunctioning. Called number of times to convey the problem no proper response. And few guys weren’t fit for the role of handling customers. Spoke bad on my mom and to me. Worst worst worst enterprising units. Request people nit to purchase goods as it is not satisfying the needs of the customer

                                    Recently bought a voltas a/c from vasanth and co, they cheated in the name of offer (Tower fan) and they finalised the rate 32000 and not mentioned tower fan in bill and we also not noticed. They delivered only ac and i personally visited vasanth and co (Ullagaram) and they replied rudely that they billed without tower fan and its not possible to give gift because it's not mentioned by staff during billing.
                                    Friends kindly check before billing in vasanth and co, staffs are very smart to confuse customers.
                                    Be careful with vasanth and co showrooms and better purchase with amazon or flipkart.
                                    Voltas 1 ton amazon price - 25000/-
                                    Vasanth and co price - 32000/-

                                      Hello sir we bought a refridgerator whirlpool and water purifier yesterday 9/5/2018. While booking we asked them we want only the new piece they even assured us that only new piece will be delivered but
                                      They delivered the old peice which was kept for viewing... Product is not looking good like the new one and its dirty.
                                      Just we opened the package and we can identify it clearly.

                                      We need replacement!!!

                                      we got refrigerator new one but they dint give a replacement for water purifier, still they are delaying it, it has been nearly 2 weeks .Poor response
