First we are watching for sony tv, your sale person safeek of skyworth brand told us it is full hd tv and all technology is available in this tv, we believe vasanth&co brand name and we bought a skyworth tv on 11/01/2018, and installation has been delayed due to pongal holidays, technical person has come on 18/01/2018 and installed the tv. After that only we came to know that it is not full hd tv, it colours saturation and resolution is not up to hd standard it is like a normal colour tv with full colour and not full hd, i make call to the branch manager then they again told that it is a full hd tv and will send a technical to solve it, i clearly know that it will not support full hd but the show manager is telling so i accept to send the person, the technical person told us it will not support full hd, and after that i again call the manager on next day i make call to the manager of the show room and then he said the u came to showroom we can exchange the product with other br, but today (22/01/2018) we go to showroom they tell that they cannot exchange due to the date is more than 10 days we cannot exchange the tv, the only fault done by us is just believe your sale person without checking it, but we just believe your vasanth&co brand name because we are regularly purchasing the home appliances in your shop we also purchase washing machine on the same day (11/01/2018) and 3 year before we bought a sony smart tv with bluray home theatre system for 1lakh, so only we believe and buy that skyworth tv for ₹16500 so kindly exchange the skyworth tv with sony tv, again i'm telling this your sale person safeek is cheated us so kindly exchange the product, bill no:[protected]
