Sir/madam,
Today from sri velan enterprises i got call regarding fixing of a/c they informed me all things and all charges. Staff named d. Ambeth kumar while fixing a/c informed whether if iam buying 3core wire they are not gaurantee for the a/c if and then i bought wire which he ask he will not fix as he wants letter from me. Secondly he asked me whether to fix new outstand i told already the old stand is there fix in that for that also they charged me 250 rupees iam so upset they cheated by charging. When i called the staff of sri velan enterprises in the number [protected] they also talking rudely and asked me to pay with out informing the charges.

Hope this was first time i visited vasanth and co and bought a/c that also recommended by my friend, if your fixing enterprises are behaving like this hope in future your bussiness will be affected.
If my problem is not solved, in future me and my friend will jump to some other dealers for future purchases.

Though i purchased VOLTAS 1.5 T Ac from you more than a year ago, i was informed during subsequent service that installation was not done properly.

How do you ensure that these kind appliances are done with proper installations?

Do you expect Customer to spend 30000 to 40000 every two years by installing wrongly?
Have purchased Videocon TV LED 32inches 18months back in tambaram branch. I have missed my bill copy.

    We have shown panasonic washing machine in the show room which was kept for demo for long time, which was not told to us. They have charged us for the same. We paid the same. When they delivered the items ordered, we got shocked that they sent the item which we told them not to send it. When i make complaint about it, they simply saying that we used to sell like that only. I have been keeping asking them to change the product but they laugh at us like fool.

      In the maveeran kittu contest, myself and my children won the contest and we have been informed by mr. Arif through the mobile number [protected] about our winning the contest and asked us to come with id proof and address proof copy to collect the gift on sunday the 4th feb 2018 between 11 and 1 pm. Based on that myself and my children came to your office at saidapet on the said date and time to collect the gift. After getting our signatures in the register maintained by them mr. Arif went inside the office and came with only one gift and handed it over to me. He refused to give the gifts to my 2 children after returning the id and address proof copies stating that only one gift will be given to one family.in the contest notification, no such information was given and mr. Arif only sent us the message and asked us to collect the gift. After prolonged argument, he asked me to call him after a week, at that time he will discuss with his higher officials and give the gifts if they permit. After that i have called him thrice and he said that they have denied the gift to your children being the same family.
      For no fault of mine or my family the gift was denied to us by your staff after getting the sign of my 2 children in the register. Is this the way to treat your loyal customers who watched the movie based on the contest announced wherein no such statement of one gift per was mentioned. Hence i request shri. H. Vasatha kumar sir, to kindly look in to the matter and ask your staff to give the gifts won by my 2 children at the earliest and oblige. Expecting your favorable reply and call to collect the gift,

        I brought it godrej refridgerator from vasanth & co (Tambaram branch). While unpacking by godrej service man for demo, found following defectives:- refridgerator not working due to relay not working, door poor appearances due to door outer fully scratches, freezer door damaged condition, door shaking due to door bottom white clip damaged condition, compressor high noise level. Photos taken by service man. He called to godrej next level service dept he informed demo piese supplied to customer & what needs to be done & based those people instruction agreed for replacement on 8th jan 18. Then only we find out demo peice sent to me that cheated vasanth & co.
        Then i called vasanth & co. That cheated # telling refrigerator will not change you have to follow godrej only. Also try to get all spares within week from godrej. But no one responding even though godrej also. Any time they will say tommorrow will reach you. After 2 months 1st week of march only replaced by godrej. So, vasanth & co totally waste of money. They are not working for customer satisfaction. Only they are picking the money from pocket for own "face advertisement". Along with refridgerator i brought it refridgerator stand also. Unfortunatly not suits due to very big stand. I requesting any one give idea for replacing the fresh refridgerator... Because feels very bad...

            I have purchased a washing machine (Ifb-rdw-whitecolour) @vasanth and co, t. Nagar branch on 01.03.2018. After made full payment i was insisted for delivery of washing machine to very next day (02.03.2018) itself, but your executives made ensure about delivery on 03.03.2018 and also ensured me about installation on the very same day of delivery of washing machine itself (Ie.03.03.2018). Beveling the representation of sales executives and bill desk of vasanth and co, i was in impression that washing machine will deliver on 03.03.2018.

            But up to forenoon 03.03.2018 i did not receive any calls from delivery department. After noon i contacted vasanth and co customer service they told me that within this evening product will be delivered, and the same was not happen till send this compliant. Around 5.30 pm on 03.03.2018, again i contacted customer service and told my grievance but the call attender informed me to revert my number with status of delivery but and the same also not happen, he did not revert me. Thereafter i was forced to call vasanth and co customer care again then your executives informed me by casually that product will be delivered on evening of 04.03.2018. I was trying to give complaint to branch manager about this, but the executive interacted with me did not connect my call to branch manager instead of she connected my call to sales executive who assisted with me while purchase, and he simply said sorry for inconvenience.

            But on 04.03.2018 also they are not delivered product. Again i contact customer care then also same reply given that i will check the branch and call back. I got call back that since there is no stock available with them they are unable to delivery on 04.03.2018 too.

            Its purely in sufficient customer service of vasanth and co, without fulfill commitments why their executives give commitment to customers? And also no further follow ups by their executives and customer service people too. They misrepresented about their customer service regards delivery of product while purchase.

            If i booked in online they will give delivery on very next day of made payment. The reason to come to their showrooms because of their brand name value only and for none else.

            I am not willing to pay delivery charges while delivery, if they insisted me to pay the same, i would, but not happily.

            In market their company have good reputation, these things definitely will make customers to jump to go to other competitors or make them to search in online next time.

            There is no proper mail communication details given in respect of any grievance happen to their customers to give complaints in their customer care.

              On 10.02.2018 we bought tata sky dth in vasanth and co, oppanakara street, coimbatore. We requested for one year free subscription plan with hd. The person on the counter informed me to pay rs 1700/- and rs 200/- during installation so the total rs 1900/- i paid as he said. On 11.02.2018 the technician came for installation and we paid the amount after installation with tips. On 12.02.2018 we received confirmation call from tata sky dth service centre and informed the plan was hd connection one month free subscription. We shocked and connected the showroom. At first the admitted as the person on the counter misguided in the plan payment and later next day the person name rajkumar was speaking very irresponsible and irrespectable coercing manner and blaming for the wrong plan activation. Also he asking pay rs1900/- again to activate the plan. We are shocked, depressed and very much disappointed due to the poor customer service. Due to their mistake we are incurring the loss. If this issue was not attended and rectified. I will stop purchasing anything from vasanth & co and also advice my family, friends, relatives, colleague and everyone not to buy anything from vasanth & co. Also i will post my dispute in social media and make this matter to reach maximum level.

                This is gilbert from pallavaram, chennai. As on 15th january, 2018, i have given the order (Samsung 65 inch tv) to buy it. Even i have paid the amount 7500 the same day and balance would like to go with bajaj finserv. They have committed to delivery the tv on/before 2nd february, 2018. But till now they have not delivery the tv and not responding properly. Even i have raised the complained with vasanth & co. Customer care, they said that will check with vasanth & co. Branch (Adampakkam) and will update. But even they are not given any update to me. I called so many times but not good responding.

                  I have ordered a samsung 4 star rated 192 liter capacity fridge. But what they have delivered is like samsung 3 star rated 180 litre capacity one. So i have called the concerned branch, and checked with them. But they are saying like i have ordered a 3 star only. I have a proof like i have taken a photo of the fridge which i have ordered. And the person who sold out this fridge is not willing to give the manager number and giving improper response.

                      We purchased washing machine on 28th jan 2018 from vasanth and co velacherry branch, delivery made by yesterday. It was very very poor. Below are the issues that we faced.
                      1. Machine got delivered by 10.30 pm
                      2. Attitude of the delivery person
                      3. Only one delivery person sent for the new machine drop and old machine pickup
                      4. No response from the sales person as well
                      5. We culdn't get the proper escalation channel.

No [protected], bill dated 29/09/2017 booked at chennai trade center, madambakam and it was tagged to padi branch. 1st time we have received defect piece and raised a complaint and vasanth & co replaced with new. Even this time also it’s a defective piece. Videocon support is worst, without proper guidance they cancelled our complaint request. When we hearing vasanth & co advertisement “quality & trust”, we couldn’t digest how they can marketing with this name, but without checking their selling products. Hoping for permanent solution on our payment & trusted gadget.

                        Attached purchased bill & what we experiencing day to day. Since we are located in new perungalathur and not often to go padi branch.

                          First we are watching for sony tv, your sale person safeek of skyworth brand told us it is full hd tv and all technology is available in this tv, we believe vasanth&co brand name and we bought a skyworth tv on 11/01/2018, and installation has been delayed due to pongal holidays, technical person has come on 18/01/2018 and installed the tv. After that only we came to know that it is not full hd tv, it colours saturation and resolution is not up to hd standard it is like a normal colour tv with full colour and not full hd, i make call to the branch manager then they again told that it is a full hd tv and will send a technical to solve it, i clearly know that it will not support full hd but the show manager is telling so i accept to send the person, the technical person told us it will not support full hd, and after that i again call the manager on next day i make call to the manager of the show room and then he said the u came to showroom we can exchange the product with other br, but today (22/01/2018) we go to showroom they tell that they cannot exchange due to the date is more than 10 days we cannot exchange the tv, the only fault done by us is just believe your sale person without checking it, but we just believe your vasanth&co brand name because we are regularly purchasing the home appliances in your shop we also purchase washing machine on the same day (11/01/2018) and 3 year before we bought a sony smart tv with bluray home theatre system for 1lakh, so only we believe and buy that skyworth tv for ₹16500 so kindly exchange the skyworth tv with sony tv, again i'm telling this your sale person safeek is cheated us so kindly exchange the product, bill no:[protected]

                            After 3 days (Due to pongal festival) since we ordered the vu led tv 24lj3, uv technicians came for installation and they found the desktop stand for the tv was not fitting and they told to contact vasanth &co for the issue. As contacted they sent another stand which also didnt fit. Next day another technician found one part is missing in it.
                            How can a part of the product will be missed in a sealed company's product?? Or how can the manufactured part of the product doesn't fit??
                            There is no proper response from the delivered person regarding the issue.
                            I'm not satisfied regarding the purchased product and the issue in it. Because of this i'm doubt of the inside product's quality.

                            I'm looking for a complete replacement of the product with complete fitting parts and sealed one from the company. Is this manufacturers defect or delears?

                              I purchased 1 ac and w/m from vasanthan co porur on 13th jan 2018. They had confirmed me the delivery on sunday for washing machine, but till today morning i didnt get any info for delivery.
                              Today morning around 10.45 am they called me and requested to extend the delivery of ac to friday.
                              This is not a proper customer service and it has delayed 1 week for delivery for one item.
                              I had tried to call their complaint service (Porur) also but they not even took the call.
                              I personally very irritated and never sugest vasanthan co to any one my friends or relatives

                              Till now i didnt get any call from mr.Antony selvan.
                              I think Vasanthan co is measuring patience of customer and changing commitment.

                              I'm shanmuga from Chennai.
                              On 16/01/2018 iam booked my refrigerator on pongal offer.
                              But still now (17/01/2018) the delivery not attempt.
                              IAM waiting more than a day for an delivery.
                              Very very poor delivery.

                                I have purchased sony led klv 32w622e at ur pudukkottai office vide ur bill no.0578213 on 16/01/18. Not yet fixed and not demonstrated. Ur staff informed that they will come and fix it tomorrow. They have not given the following items. Sony gift power bank. And assured to deliver it within two days. Further ur staff promised to give the compliment of travel bag, since they are not having the stocks. Pl advise ur staff to deliver the said two items at the earliest.

                                Very worst performance in your branch at panruti.Actually my problem is cheque bounced regarding, No one give right information to pay emi date and sms also.Really i hate your financial service.

                                  I have bought the new brand led tv from vasanth & co on 04/08/2017. From the day one, i'm getting repeated problems on display. First i made a complaint on november regarding the display issue. The engineer has came and replaced the panel which i has not suggested for that. After replacing also again on next month i have received the same complaint and registered the complaint in customer care.

                                  Again your executive has came and replaced the panel.in this 5 months i have got several complaints then how i can use this for long?

                                  Is it your product will work for an month?

                                  Now my product is under warranty if it out of warranty what i should do?

                                  I have made several complaints related to this and i asked for the replacement but no one bother to hear my voice.

                                  I need a full replacement of television or else i have to move to consumer forum

                                    Hi, i ordered a haier tv and panasonic washing machine on 03.01.18 in t nag branch and they promised to deliver the next day. But i haven't received the products yet. I am constantly following it by calling them every hour and they come up with some reasons. I m sitting at home waiting for these guys and they do not give a damn to provide right time and day. This is frustrating and i have lost the hope in vasanth and co. I am also not sure if i will go back to them. No professional behavior and discipline. I will also not recommend this shop.

                                      We have paid for a front loading washing ifb machine on 31st. They promised to make delivery on 1st but it happened on 3/1/18.

                                      Also, the machine stand send does not fit the machine size. They have sent a wrong size stand. They never pick up phone or respond over phone.

                                      When approached in person, they don't regret for this. Rather say, correct stand is out of stock and ask us to keep in touch after 2 days and come & collect it when it comes.

                                      Paper advt shows a very attractive gift but in person they give a very shabby plastic box set & says the advt is applicable for selected models.
