On 17th oct, seeing the ad's, went to tambaram branch near national theatre. We ordered panasonic led tv and paid part payment. The sales person and hdb financial person (Ravi) promised me that product will be delivered by 11am on 18th oct. However the tv not yet reached and tried to call their branch number and customer care number. Received update from customer care that product will reach before evening. Hope it will reach before dawn. Overall i would say that vasanth & co should be called as fake promises, no quality services, as they say for deepvali gifts and discounts, which is wrong as salesperson told me to pay 200 rupees for transport and 1500 rupees fees for hdb. If i am not received product and would like lodge compliant. Please help. Thanks

    We purchased a sumsung washing & a sumsung refrigerator on 2nd october 2017. The delivery date was confirmed as 6th october 2017. When we received the products we called the sumsung service centre for installation & demonstration we were told that only the washing machine details were logged in & that the refrigerator was not registered.

    Hence he unpacked the washing machine from the carton & to our surprise the spare parts namely the water pipes were not available & we could make out the product delivered to us was a repacked piece as there were several dent on the washing machine. We called the vasant & co. Customer care & explained the concern they initially resisted to accept the complaint & later after hours of telephonic conversations with various representatives they agreed to change the product & that they will schedule the delivery as early as possible, but we received the delivery today the 16th october 2017 after our family members visited vasant & co showroom twice during the previous week.
    Absolutely annoying & frustrating experience. We never asked for offers & best prices we just needed quality product at the right time, but after spending more than inr 60000 we were completely neglected.
    The leading retailer failed to deliver the service. I wouldn't visit or suggest this store to any of my family members & friends.

      We bought hitachi ac on 11.10.17 in 100 feet road branch, coimbatore.in showroom the model of the same was displayed with power saving guide sticker iseer 3.99, the concern person who explains about it said that it represents the low power consumption. Because of this reason only we agreed and bought this ac. But the product delivered to us was iseer 3.71, when we enquired about this to that concern person, he is saying that by mistake they stuck the sticker as 3.99 in showroom. When i asked to exchange the product with iseer 3.99, he is saying that the bill was processed and cant do anything. Why you people are cheating the normal public by displaying and explaining wrong informations? Showing a different product in showroom and delivering a quality poor product to customer. Last month bought ifb chimney, within 10 days bulb fuse gone. There is no power fluctuation in our house. When i enquired about this the same irresponsible answer from the showrrom. Very worst showroom and service. I wont refer this showroom to anybody for purchasing any appliances.

        We are continuing as a customer for past 5 yeards in vasanth & co, bought fridge, washing machine & ac products so far. It is really irritating to pay amounts for finance procees and delivary. We trust the company and seeing more advertisements, banners and much exposures of vasanth & co, but their end customers are not happy with the purchase because of such charges, also local in-charge and other sales people also insisting to pay till 500rs unnecessarily without bill for finance procees and delivary charges too, it should be stopped to get more more growth from customers, need a solution and update regarding this.

          We have purchased one haier fridge (320 littres) - double door - rs.27, 500/-on 26.8.2017 at vasanth and co, south masi street branch, madurai

          At the time of purchase at that time of purchase of haier fridge, we weren't informed by the sales person that the gift voucher is valid only if we purchased another item for twenty thousand and above!!!

          Actually, we were misguided that the voucher is a cash back for refrigerator.

          Our family was very disappointed and shocked tohear that, we didn't purchase anything further and returned with empty hands.

          So, hereafter whle purchasing please enquire fully about gift vouchers/offers.

            Dear concern, i purchased an instant water heater on sep 16th 2017, (Bill# : 0174093) at coimbatore tatabad branch. I asked the rep to test the product which was denied since it was completely packed. When i tested at home it didnt work. So again i had to bring it back to showrrom service. When i asked for replacement, i was told it can only br serviced and took 5 days to return back the prodyct. After 1st service, it worked for 3 days and then back to square one. Its not working again. I called the concern, i am not getting proper response.
            Before i thought if purchasing from vasanth & co. I got only negative feedback from friends, but i wanted to prove them wrong, but things are going on wring side. I hope the concern will take my complaint and will look deep to fix. Vasanth & co will hav to value its customers.

              We have purchased sony tv bill no. [protected] dated 7/10/2017. Amounted rs. 29, 700. While billing we asked to give in the company's name sri narayana electroplating works with gst to claim in the company's account and given our visiting card with propertiers name m ramanandham with company name and address. But they have given the bill with propertier name. [also the payment is made through cheque (No. 346041 dt. 7/10/17-indian bank), given word that the product will be take after collection of the cheque.]

              After receiving the bill we came to know that the bill was given in the name of m. Ramanandham, and we requested them to change the bill in the company's name. But they refused to give the change of bill with company's name.
              In this regard, we are going to stop payment. After receiving the correct bill from your end we will release the payment immediately.

              Sorry for the inconvenience and take necessary measures to over come this situation. Kindly give the bill in the company name.

              I bought a godrej fridge from vasanth and Co in trade center past week (on Oct 2). Till now there is no call from the dealer on ETA of the product. Godrej calls us whether we can come from installing the fridge, but fridge is not delivered yet. Calling the customer care number, there is no response.. What should I do?

                I ordered whirlpool washing machine thru their sales campaign at chennai trade centre nandambakkam and paid advance for the same on 2nd october 2017. They promised me to deliver the same on wednesday or thursday that is 4th or 5th october 2017. Till now the delivery is pending. When i called customer care, the customer relationship executives are asking too many details, i provided all the details later on they informed it will take further time to delivery.

                  Dear respective manager,
                  Last week i purchased one blue star ac in trade center in nandambakkam. I purchased blue star ac with inverter model. First the incharge person told that the amount is 38500 including all up to installation. After billing he told that you want to pay 400rs for delivery. Then i fight with him, why you didn't inform before? Then he told that ok it's our mistake you can pay 300rs is enough like that.in the delivery respective branch people asking you want to pay 400rs otherwise we will not delivery. I want proper reply from your side.
                  If people doing like this, how the customer will happy. I felt very bad. I want proper justification from vasanth and co. If you want additional scan copy of my bill, i will produce

                    Dear concern,

                    We have purchased hitachi split a/c 1.5 ton 24th april
                    2017 from vasanth & co asaripallam branch, nagercoil. The installation was completed on 26th april 2017. From the day a/c connected it is not cooling enough to room and keep on running without cut off.

                    As i am working in out of station, i moved to bangalore with in 3 days. Further to the problem identified we have raised subsequent tickets on
                    1st and 2nd of oct 2017. A/c service technician visited and informed:

                    1) gas leaked, so came to fix the leak and refill - on day 1 (On oct 3'rd)
                    2) gas is leaking and not able to identify leakage place. So removed both indoor and out door unit and keep it in outside to take it to their service office - day 2 (On oct 4'th)
                    3) no one come and take a/c for last 1 day. Still it is in outside. As they requested we are ready to pay transport expense.

                    For all these communications no proper response from both hitachi service and vasanth & co dealer. I am trying for almost 5 hrs to connect asaripallam branch manager, everytime new person attend the call and fed up with explaining above details.

                    We purchase a/c and still we are suffering in hot and watching it in outside of our home when they come and collect.

                    Our money and time is not valued from both vasanth & co and hitachi.

                    We are highly disappointed with the hitachi & vasanth & co service.

                    We request you to replace the complete unit with new air conditioner without any complaints as soon as possible. We are ready to pay extra if needed.

                    Please help & suggest on this issue.

                        I bought new usha fan in your ullaharam branch in a couple of weeks before. Due to low air flow, i requested team to exchange new fan and also i asked will pay extra amount as well. But the people lethargic process taken more than 3 weeks, the product was not replaced anywhere and that new fan also they were taken. Really i wondering bad consumer approach from vasanth&co team.

                          I purchased a panasonic led tv at north usman road branch on 25.09.2017, the bill has been raised with the inclusion of a gift for the tv is panasonic home theater speaker. After two days the tv has been delivered with out speaker set. As informed by the delivery person, the speaker will be delivered with in couple of days since there was no stock in the show room. But nearly 9 days completed so far the speaker has not delivered. While speak with branch, they told that, the delivery will be taken another one or two weeks.
                          Why you have not informed me during the purchase about this delay. If you informed that time i would have been went some other option.
                          I want speaker immediately. I could not wait another one or two weeks. Please make alternate arrangement. Other wise i will take this issue to further.

                            We had ordered two air conditioner of samsung brand 1 ton. We went direct to tambaram outlet and ordered the same. Though product was delivered on time however among them one was not in working condition and the represenatative of samsung himself confirmed that this was a defect piece.
                            When contacted vasanth & co for this they said to replace with new one however did not get a good response despite regular calls.

                                I just bought a LG washing machine, cooker, & mixie from vasanth and co adyar for a total cost of 23600 with an EMI from Bajaj serv. I had to pay upfront of Rs.5600 which was ok and they informed me that I needed to pay 500rs. extra as I was taking an EMI with Bajaj for the first time.

                                When I got the actual bill the total cost was Rs.25720 plus additional tips of Rs.300 for the delivery boy. This is daylight robbery and indirect way of earning extra money from poor customers, without actually letting them know upfront of these costs. The whole affair right from mu visit to their till the time it was delivered at home was a messy affair.

                                Even the delivery was delayed and in addition I was charged Rs.2000 extra for an 10 month EMI which was supposed to be interest free with Bajaj finance. I feel its a colloquial waste for me if I had known this earlier.

                                just got a call from vasanth and co justifying what they did.But I still standby what I say they (Vasanth & co and Bajaj finance) have actually cheated me. The total purchase I made was for washing machine, Rice Cooker, & Mixie which was for (19000+2000+2600) and which works to 23600 plus the additional 400 rs. plus charges the Bajaj finance gentlemen told me was for Bajaj charges for a first time finance that I was taking in my wife's name.

                                You add another 500 to that as a processing fee its fine. The total charges cannot got beyond 1000Rs. what they have charged is the following:

                                1. I had to swipe the card for Rs. 5600.
                                2. EMI for washing machine @ 1890*8 = Rs. 15120 in my wife's name
                                3. EMI for mixie & rice cooker in my name 1000*5 = Rs.5000

                                Sum all the above 3 works to Rs.25, 720/-. Add another 1000 Rs. (Card charges + Processing fee etc) the total amount should not go beyond 24, 600. In addition delivery charges of Rs.300 was levied on me. I had set out to purchase stuff on a happy note and it turned out to be a horrible experience to say the least.

                                Asking for the bill might be too a bit too fussy. But the sales and the after sales support is horribly poor to say the least.I will never suggest any of my friends to shop with Vasanth and Co.

                                I got an update alert but no actions/comments thus far. I am not sure how this can regarded as resolved. The manager tried to reach out to me one sunday when I was away that's about it I never got a callback.

                                I am slated to pay my first EMI by tomorro. Nobody has called me from Vasanth & Co and addressed the concern. Its just an eye wash in the name of customer service.

                                A good lesson learnt of not to shop with Vasanth & Co!
                                The rating is obviously poor to say the least.

                                  • Attaching my Bill No. [protected] dtd[protected]scan) towards purchase of 40” Smart LED TV Model.40D5500.
                                  • Also attached is the scan of Samsung customer Service Record Card dtd 06.09.17.
                                  • Samsung have advised that due to non-availability of spare parts, they will not service the TV and that they will only pay Rs.9000 as per their depreciation policy and also take away the TV.
                                  • As per Govt norms for any product, companies must keep Spare Parts for minimum of 10 years.
                                  • You will appreciate, the decision from Samsung is not acceptable. For a TV price of Rs.60, 000/-, compensating only Rs.9000 is unthinkable.
                                  • Why should I be penalized for the mistake of Samsung.
                                  • You may immediately come back with mutually agreed solution. Else I will be forced to take the case legally.

                                    Hi, we purchased a combo offer (Faber chimney, butterfly gas stove and faber induction stove) at vasanth & co padi store. The purchase date is 19/08/2017, serial number of bill is 0016984. We paid the bill and collected the chimney and gas stove as they were ready for delivery. The induction stove the store person said we can collect it after 3 days as there was no stock. Today after more than 20 days, numerous calls to the store, repeatedly hearing we will get it in 2 days, 3 days, we are fed up with this kind of service.

                                    Can you please arrange to provide the faber induction stove which is still not delivered by the store, we never expected such kind of complacency and ignorant customer service from the store.

                                      Lotus flat gandhi nagar third main road adyar chennai - phone no [protected].

                                      At the time of booking the ac we clearly told your sales representatives that we are living in the apartment complex and

                                      Our flat is on the first floor, and the entire installation responsibility is yours. They said ok we do free of cost, and in such

                                      Condition only we purchased the ac.

                                      Now almost two days are over the ac is not installed and the service technicians are asking for service charge for installation.

                                      They also telling we cannot bring ladder and it is also buyers responsibility to arrange the ladder. We repeatedly contacting your branch

                                      Executives regarding this but we are not getting any proper responses.

                                      For the last 2 days almost we have made more than 10 calls but it is vain.

                                      Your sales executives are telling one thing at the time of sales and completely changing their wards once we got the delivery.

                                      If your sales rep. Are not keen on taking responsibility after sales means we couldn't have booked ac in your shop..

                                      So far we are co coordinating with mr. Arivazahan cell no [protected].

                                        I bought a bajaj caldia from vasanth and co on 20.08.2017. The sales attended for water geyser was bhuvaneshwari and other person in billing section. On the day of buying they told today is sunday we will book a call for installation from bajaj on monday morning 21.08.2017 as today is sunday. So waited, i didnt even get any otp and installation number to my mobile number. They didnt to respond the phone calls and sales attended also cut the phone call twice. She still argues that i have spoken to the executive and will intimate u. I havent heard any response from them.
                                        Main thing the product hasnt been verified still. They were eager to encash the product. No response from vasanth and co regarding installation helping the customer. Such bad experience from vasanth and co.
