Bought a samsung tv 43m5570 from porur-chennai branch on 13/8/2017.

Followed up manytimes with your branch and samsung. Nobody turned up to install the tv. Disappointing service yet again from vasanth and co.

Invoice no-[protected] dt 13/8/2017.

Delivery also delay and i had picked up myself from store room.

Pl let me know.

    Following complain sent to [protected]@vasanthandco.co on 4th august 2017. No response received till date.

    One of my family member purchased a preethi mixie esteele supreme from your outlet at 100 feet road, coimbatore on 04.08.2017. Bill no.[protected]. Total cost as per invoice is rs.6000/-. The promise as per your ad on media is that your price is the lowest in the market. But on further enquiry by chance revealed that the same product is available at 17% less than your offer. Hence you propaganda in the media is a false one. Sorry to express this since we had much faith in your name.

      I have purchased a og 5* ac in trichy the total cost is more than the other dealers but for mind set i have purchased in vasanth and co itself ple don't fool the costumer. After that i realized that product is same wherever the price is low we can purchase.in advertisement you are saying discount but you have not even given made a single paise if i ask him about discount, he says who told you that and all fake i called some cc but no response

        Hello team,

        I would like to bring to your attention that i bought lg washing machine, cover & stand for the same in chennai trade center for rs.31, 000 and it was done in bajaji finance.

        I got the bill only for rs.31, 000 and the product was not delivered on timely manner as agreed during my purchase.

        During deliver they had given me the bill for rs.32500 which i didn't notice the time of deliver.

        After that i raised lot of compliant in customer care and branch but still now i didnt get any proper response on the same.

        Vijay ganesh branch manager on tambaram branch agreed that he will refund that rs.1500 amount and now he is asking me to purchase production more than rs. 10000 so that he will adjust the amount since the bill was incorrectly mentioned by his staff mistake.

        Why should i do purchase for more than rs. 10000 to give my 1500 rupees for the mistake done by your team.

        What is the procedure to get my amount back?

        Check and revert asap.

          When i enquired at vasanth &co purasaiwalkam branch on 30/06/2017, the sales man, one mr. Rizwan has intimated me that the samsung washing machine is a best one. As there is no stock, i have paid adv. Payment of rs.500/- on 30/06/2017. At the time of delivery of samsung washing machine on 11/06/2017, i have paid balance amount of rs.20500/- vide bill no.[protected]. Samsung site engineer called at my house on 12/07/2017 and opened the box and kept the washing machine in the floor. As there is no sufficient in coming water tube, the installation not done on 12/07/2017. The service engineer told me that the machine would be function after the fixing of length water tube tomorrow i. E.13/07/2017 but he obtained my signature in all forms on 12/07/2017. I regret to note that even after fixing the sufficient length tube, the function of washing not working. I therefore request to arrange the replacement of washing machine

            I am baraneedharan from trinelveli. I am purchase mitsubishi split a/c model srk20css - s6 (1.5 ton 5star). And v guard water heater pebble 6 litres dated : 29.06.2017. Sales person tell to me with 4days i will supply. Because stock in erode branch. I am not received tills date. So kindly cancel this order and reimbursement my amount 3 working days.

                I bought samsung led 32 inch on 9 may 2017 but received after iweek the tv starting it self colour like faded we raised the complaint samsung customer care that tech told day by day coloring will be automatically correct but now 3o days it's fully blue all channel now they roles picture tube repaired we will repaired the tv why i am tis much and they give bad product after there doing repaired it's giving too stressed out my family tis tv i want my money back asap bill no[protected]

                  I purchased Haier 43 Inch Smart from Vasanth & Co. Pudukkottai 622 001 Branch on 7th June 2017. The Supplied Remote not working and suitable for smart tv options. 2 technicians came and advice this remote does not working with that. So you should use only mouse. I am so disappointed that statement. So decide to return and claim my payment with versant and co pudukkottai. But the branch manager not response with this matter. So i ready to raise legal advocate notice with Vasanth and co.

                  I contact and informed to customer care Name is Ms.Nandhini and Mr.Ram. They raised complaint to their superiors.

                    Im sorry to share this, but i thought you should know about my bitter experience from velachery branch. I came to buy a wet grinder with options from popular brand and with higher budget. However, after so much of persuasion from your sales person on a specific brand i end up in buying it. When i reached home i heard a lot of negative feedbacks for that particular brand i bought and i also checked the review in internet and found it is one of the lowest rated brand. Within 24 hours i arrived to velachery branch to replace with popular brand of higher price. Even i have not opened the sealing of the product. But your branch manager refused for exchange and was very impolite and behaved unprofessionally, which is just the opposite of what i expected in the form of customer service. I was outrightly told it is customers responsibility in buying the product and not just believe on what sales person says. His exact words "our sales person can tell anything good about the product to push the sales, it is customers responsibility to go home check for reviews and feedback and come back to buy".

                    Now tell me sir, does that mean the customers should not trust vasanth & co and its sales person/manager. I had so much of reputation for vasanth & co, so i travelled 15 km to buy from velachery despite a lot of show rooms around me.

                    Is it not a basic rights for a customer to exchange the product if it not unsealed (Not asking for refund, willing to buy an expensive product). Even a small kirana shop do exchange the product.

                      I bought Philips 22" LED TV (model PFL 3758) on 7-8-2016 from Vasanth &Co Tuticorin branch, vide Bill No. [protected]. 3 weeks back TV volume started automatically reducing to 0 in 5 minutes after switching on. Immediately complaint was registered through toll free No. as advised. As there was no response, Tuticorin Vasanth & co was contacted repeatedly over phone, Nothing happened. On 25-5-17, I informed the customer care Chennai head office. They promised that the problem will be rectified in 48 hrs. Nothing happened till now[protected].15 p.m., ) - Kamala shanmugam.

                        I bought Daikin A/C 1.5 ton on 08/05/2017 and it is not working properly from the time i purchased it. I lodged the complaint in call center and service guys came and said there is an issue with the compressor and they replaced it after few follow-up calls but still it is not working
                        The service center guys are trying their level best but unfortunately there is no solution yet
                        Now i am worried why i choose Daikin???
                        I am very polite in terms of my approach here. But now I feel it is time to either change the product to Hitachi...since i am fed-up of Daikin or replace the entire unit (inner and outer unit)
                        Appreciate if you can settle this issue ASAP

                          I bought a sunflame chimney 2 months back from vasanth & co, chennai. To deliver the product on 23rd may 2017 after lot of complaints [delay delivery]. And while i bought the product they said the installation is free. And today [24th may 2017] sunflame people come to my home they ask for rs.1450 [350 installation and 400 for hole and 700 for material cost in the bill also they are not mention about the installation cost or material cost. [but in my home it is back to back connection only]. So i called vasanth&co and asked the details about their false commitment. But sunflame people call me and they are talking with me in supporting vasanth & co. I dont know how to handle this.
                          For the same product saravana store do free installation...

Had tried reaching multiple contact but no response so far.

                              Nandambakkam on 06.05.2017 in the name of

                              At the time of booking, it was promised that delivery will be made on 12.05.2017. Despite repeated phone calls, complaints, contact to the Helpline, it was not delivered. False promises / information are given by
                              the Helpline No.[protected] at your Tambaram Branch by
                              contacting Phone NO. [protected].

                              Your good image is at stake. Request for immediate delivery and
                              erection, otherwise I will be forced to approach the consumer
                              redressal forum.

                                  We've ordered a Haier TV and fridge from the expo held at the trade centre. It's been a week and still didn't get any proper response regarding the delivery of these appliances. The firm promised to deliver it by Friday and still didn't hear from them.
                                  It seems like the company doesn't value their customers. Bajaj Finserv is also causing a lot of confusion in the process. Please try to deliver the appliances as soon as possible or else you would keep losing your credibility in near future. Or else try to return the advance payment to the customers.

                                    In the trade fair organised by Vasanth & Co. at Chennai Trade Centre, i have paid an advance of Rs. 2000/- against purchase of 1.5 Tonne Godrej Split AC on 07.05.17 based on the assurance that the product will be delivered with in two days. Now since more than a week has gone and there is no trace of the product. When contacted in customer Help line no.[protected] given in the receipt, false assurances are given as if the product will be delivered in the next day, but failed to deliver. My receipt number is [protected]. Seen similar complaints in this forum. Feel that this company is taking customers for a ride. High time that such unethical firms be isolated by customers and appropriate legal recourse be taken against them . I have decided not to make any further purchases from them.

                                      I have purchased a refrigerator from the exhibition held at chennai trade centre with bill number [protected]

                                      You have poor response and no customer care/support system.

                                      We have been calling you since yesterday regarding the product.

                                      We wanted the refrigerator by wednesday but as stock was not available available you guys requested to dispatch it by friday and it would be surely delivered on the same day but yeah you are its been 2 days and there is no sign of any delivery

                                      If you guys don't have the stock just say the customer before hand so he is well prepared by his mind set.

                                      Other than the delivery issue i am also disappointed that there are no freebies given to the customer who purchased amount worth 35000. Then i asked for a storage container set your staff replies that there are no freebies given which is a big lie.

                                      I asked many customers who were passing by the exhibition stating whether they got any freebies for the purchases and they replied yes

                                      This is not something we expect from vasanth and co. Poor performance. Disappointed.

                                      Won't purchase again and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

                                        I bought a onida 1.0 ton split ac sa 123 trd (R 410 a) 1.0 ton
                                        From your pondicherry branch in mg road on 15.04.2017 vide bill no:
                                        [protected] dt.15.04.2017.
                                        The indor ac unit is found to be leaking and the cooling efficiency appear to be dropping.

                                        Earlier also in the month of 3rd week of april i phoned your branch who promised to send some one to fix the problem (Same problem of leaking water from the indoor unit) but nothing since happened.
                                        Vasanth & Co customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
