This is to inform that as per Vasanth and Co info, we contacted your 3rd party Service Center "Sri Vijayalakshmi Refrigeration".

Technician (named Mr. ParthaSarathy) visited, inspected and whatever he said and needs to change gets changed with an amount of INR 4, 400.00 on 13 July 2022.
Attached bill copy for your reference.

From 14th (the very next day), we are noticing the same problem...

We buyed Hitachi 1 Ton AC from west tambaram branch on[protected], last 1 week cooling was not good and we have informed to the service number in hitachi. Yesterday technician came and general service done still cooling was not good. That technician checked outdoor unit and informed that the unit having gas leakage problem and it has to rectified. The management team is very poor. There were harsh arguments within staffs inside the showroom which disturbs the customers. They promised the product will be delivered within 2-3 days but almost a week it's not delivered. I tried to contact them to the number which provided in the bill.
