They have told the product will be delivered on a particular date, but they will say it will be delivered the next day as the days go on. Very bad customer support. Not picking up calls. Not giving sufficient information. Getting very tired of this.

    Very worst experience with Vasanth and co Ambattur branch where my house situated within 1 kilometer and the product not delivered on time .

    And the sales person fridge section was very rude in talking as if he is giving the product freely and from a customer side they have to be polite as they are not the owner of the company.

    And as a customer if we are not satisfied with the customer service we will be angry as we are paying the money .

    Purchased fridge on Thursday 4/8/2022 still now the product not delivered and from morning am calling to the numbers given in bill like manager number switch off, delivery number, led number and small appliances number all are busy as if we don't have work .

    Please don't spoil your brand name by placing the persons who doesn't no to speak to the customer.

            This is to inform that as per Vasanth and Co info, we contacted your 3rd party Service Center "Sri Vijayalakshmi Refrigeration".

            Technician (named Mr. ParthaSarathy) visited, inspected and whatever he said and needs to change gets changed with an amount of INR 4, 400.00 on 13 July 2022.
            Attached bill copy for your reference.

            From 14th (the very next day), we are noticing the same problem like before (water leakage).

            We reached their office, informed them to send the Technician again.
            Called many times including the Technician.
            Very poor response and worst attitude.
            Attached the screenshot of the call register to their office and the Technician.
            No re-visit from them until now.

            We trust Vasanth and Co and purchased all our household products from your outlet. Meantime, after sales support should be provided the same hospitality like sales which is missing here.

            Hope this matter will be considered as atmost priority and appreciate your prompt response ASAP.

                நான் ac எடுப்பதாக சொல்லி இருந்த நாட்களில் எதிர்பாராத விதமாக என் மாமனார் இறந்து விட்டார்... என சில மாதங்களுக்கு ac எடுக்க முடியாத சூழ்நிலை

                வசந்த் அண்ட் கோ அலுவலகத்தில் இருந்து போன் செய்து கேட்டபோது என் நிலையை நான் தெளிவாக சொன்னேன்...

                பணத்தை இப்பொது செலுத்திவிடுங்கள் ac பிறகு எடுத்து கொள்ளலாம் என்று சொன்னார்கள் நான் சரி என்று சொன்னேன்...

                சொன்ன நேரத்தில் என்னால் பணம் அனுப்ப முடியாத சூழ்நிலை...

                விருத்தாசலம் கிளை வசந்த் அண்ட் கோ ஆண் ஊழியர் ஒருவர் இரவு 11 மணியளவில் போன் செய்து என்னிடம் பணம் கேட்கிறார்...

                நான் ac முன் பதிவு மட்டும் தான் செய்தேன் ac எடுக்கவே இல்லை...

                Ac எடுக்காமலே முதல் மாத emi உம கட்டி உள்ளேன்...

                என்னவோ நான் கடன் வாங்கி இருப்பவள் போல் என்னை நடத்துவது சரியா ?

                ஒரு பெண் வாடிக்கையாளருக்கு இரவு 11 மணிக்கு தான் போன் செய்து பணம் கேட்பார்களா ?

                இரவு 11 மணிக்கு போன் வந்ததால் எனக்கும் என் கணவருக்கும் இடையே பெரும் பிரச்னை உருவாகி விட்டது...

                  Sir / Madam,

                  We buyed Hitachi 1 Ton AC from west tambaram branch on[protected], last 1 week cooling was not good and we have informed to the service number in hitachi. Yesterday technician came and general service done still cooling was not good. That technician checked outdoor unit and informed that the unit having gas leakage problem and it has to rectified. Since i have buyed the product march month only how it is possible to get damaged. Have asked the hitachi customer care they are simply saying you have to check and confirm within 1 month from the date of purchase like that so on so.

                  If indoor unit got problem or whatever i can say that unit inside the room only, but outdoor unit is in back side of the sunshade, how it is possible to check from customer side. This is the way the Hitachi responding to the customer. Respected sir we are requesting you to kindly rectify the problem or replace the outdoor unit asap. Please inform them to understand the customer situation.

                      The management team is very poor. There were harsh arguments within staffs inside the showroom which disturbs the customers. They promised the product will be delivered within 2-3 days but almost a week it's not delivered. I tried to contact them to the number which provided in the bill. None attended the call more than 3 days. I went directly to the shop and they promised it will be delivered by today but as usual it's not. I need a detail explanation from them along with my compensation for my travelling to the shop. The employee name is Mr. Balaji, Vasant and co, T. Nagar branch, Opp. To Malabar gold, chennai.

                        I have purchased a godrej washing machine from vasanth and co redhills.Now i have received the wrong product from them . machine which I have received is not the one I paid for. But the employers were not refusing to change the product and asking for extra money if they want to change. They have really cheated me andI was very much depressed because of their attitude. Customer satisfaction should be their first priority. But they have cheated us a lot . Really I need a justice

                          We purchased new 2T AC on 3rd June and it was delivered on 5th June. We had opted for exchange offer and in morning today, old AC was taken and Hitachi person came in morning for installation. When he open the box, he noticed the AC was damaged and said he will inform Vasanth & CO for replacement. When we called Vasanth & CO helpline, the person spoke vert rude and said will call back at 2:00 PM. There was no call till 5:00 PM and we had to call back. It was very bad experience (Extremely rude) call and said she will check and comeback in 4 or 5 days. Now being customer, paid for new AC, we do not have new AC or the old and with no accountability by Vasanth & CO (Very bad experience so far and this is first time we are buying from Vasanth & CO. We usually buy from Rathna Fan house and truly appreciate their customer centricity and now we are reaaly feeling bad buying from Vasanth & CO- I just hope this complaint process is not like the call we made.                             I brought a llyod television from Vasanth and co branch at batlagundu before one and half year it stopped working before one month. I complaint to the branch as well as the customer service, but till now no response from them. For reference I too attach the bill copy. More than one month gone no technical team have arrived

                              Hi I am Azeezudeen from cuddalore.i enquiry one godrej air conditioner (GIC 18TTC5-WVA) in vasanth and co Cuddalore and sales person is saravanan.i spoke with Saravanan through phone call on 28th may 2022.he told me details of the product and charges of 38200₹ for ac charges, 300₹ for delivery charges and free installation he told.i my house installation of indoor and outdoor inbetween two walls are there.if the technician team will install means put two holes for installation, but the sales person Saravanan told me pay for 300₹ for put the hole in the wall and I told him i have a outdoor unit stand he told 300₹ for that installation.i want one clarification installation means end to end complition of installing the unit.but he told for installation i put only one holes remaining holes he told me to pay for that.please give me proper response to this complaint.i want that product.so inform them to make it for free installation.

                                    I have purchased 4 AC in one bill, among that one ton Panasonic AC damaged by the time of delivery[protected], no response for replacement and unethical behaviour from the Store person. The store person is saying very arrogantly if you want immediate, we will replace the cover if replacement it will take 7 days. I asked him did i paid the amount for a damaged piece where you say very cool that you can replace the specific place. It is AC we cannot take a risk in that and we need a good condition one. Today I am writing this on 9th day I have not received any update and the Store person who handles this name Vignesh is rude and he is saying without any response as I should wait because he dont know when he will receive email from Panasonic.
                                    My question toward them is simple, I have billed the product with Vasanth and Co if any damage happens, they should get it for their customer to sort out the issue soon that too i have not installed the technician who opened the box has informed us. This summer how we can spend the days without AC, it is a big showroom and if they wait for replacement from Panasonic let them take it whereas they can replace one ton AC for us.
                                    Handling customer service is very very very poor and they say one do one, they told installation is free only i need to buy the AC and fixing i should give 300rps but later they asked for Rs.930 for one installation whereas without asking extra copper etc, even water hose pipe to let out I have paid for.
                                    Finally, without replacement and without getting proper response we felt very sick talking to these store people. We really need some help to find out best solution.

                                      Purchase order placed and full payment made on 11/5/2022. No emails whatsoever, about the delivery date received. Phone call made to customer care officer who said to expect delivery on[protected] or[protected]. Nobody came to deliver on those dates. Call was made to their customer care again on[protected]. This time they promised to deliver by[protected]. Again nothing delivered by[protected]. No emails received till today about delivery schedule of my product. What a ridiculous service from a company that has existed for more than 30 years!

                                        We bought a Panasonic AC from vasanth and co on 16.04.2022 and it stopped working after 10days even after repeated and calls to vasanth and co and Panasonic the issue is still not resolved kindly look into it at the earliest
